That included both Moneybagg Yo and Ari Fletcher who turned up to a recent Houston show. Check out their videos from the show below. It was a Houston show that got a LOT of attention for Megan Thee Stallion turning up to perform alongside Queen Bey. The pair of Houston natives lit up the stage in their hometown over the weekend.

While in her hometown, Bey also took a trip back to where it all started at her childhood home. In a post she made about it she also teased fans with some potential new Renaissance merch that’s coming soon. She also flew a disabled fan out to the show after they faced travel difficulties trying to see her on a previous tour stop. A TikTok the fan made about their experience went viral and resulted in a glowing response of generosity from Bey and her team.

Moneybagg Yo Singing Along To Beyonce

Moneybagg Yo recently got in trouble with some of his fans after canceling a show. While it’s the kind of thing that often happens for artists, he has been hyping up one particular Memphis show. He teased fans with a major special guest appearance but the show ended up having to be canceled entirely. He never officially confirmed who the big guest was supposed to be.

Over the weekend Moneybagg Yo teamed up with one of the biggest up and coming rappers of 2023 on a new song. He and Sexyy Red linked up for a new song called “Big Dawg.” The song is a hard-hitting banger cut with production from Macfly Beatz. Dripped out in Army-fatigue-inspired costumes, Meg and Beyonce performed their Grammy-award-winning hit together in their hometown. Bey undoubtedly gave Houston a show to remember while Megan Thee Stallion’s appearance was a cherry on top.

As much as fans were excited, it seems like Megan Thee Stallion experienced the same level of elation. The rapper burst out in enthusiasm in the middle of her performance, especially as Beyonce told her how much she loved her. Megan took to the ‘Gram to celebrate the massive moment and give the fans a little sneak peek at the backstage life. Sharing photos of her glam, she captioned the post, “Last night back stage.” She added, “Im still screaming.” Clearly, Beyonce made sure to give Megan a warm welcome when she joined her on the Renaissance World Tour stage in Houston, TX. Hopefully, this indicates that the two have even more music on the way to follow up their massive hit single, “Savage.” 

Things have certainly been looking up for Megan Thee Stallion in the past few months. Although she hasn’t released much music, she recently popped out with Cardi B for their new single, “Bongos.” The song marked their second collab, following the release “WAP.” However, she also hinted that a potential collaborative EP might be on the way. The Renaissance World Tour has been a revolving door of guest appearances. During Beyoncé’s birthday concert in Inglewood, California, she dialed things up a notch by inviting music legend Diana Ross and rapper Kendrick Lamar to share the stage with her. That wasn’t the end of her surprise performances. On Saturday, September 23, as the tour planted its roots in her hometown of Houston, Texas, Beyoncé brought another native for a highly anticipated set.

At the NRG Stadium, Beyoncé & Megan Thee Stallion treated the sold-out crowd to a spicy performance of their top-charting and Grammy Award-winning song, “Savage (Remix).” As Megan made her way to the front of the stage, she took the time to remind the audience of her H-town roots. Then she embraced the cocky energy of the track, bragging, “I’m that b*tch. Still that b*tch.”

“Yes, Megan,” yelled Beyoncé.

The celebrities amongst the crowd included Lizzo, Normani, Teyana Taylor, Coco Jones, and Victoria Monét.

There’s not much Beyoncé can do to outdo night one in Houston. But knowing Mrs. Knowles-Carter, she’ll find a way to make the final performance slated for Sunday, September 24, even grander.

Beyonce Visits Childhood Home, Teases Fans With New Merch

Recently, Beyonce brought her Renaissance World Tour to her hometown of Houston for the first time ever. Ahead of her show, however, she was sure to pay a visit to the place where it all started. She was spotted having a mini photoshoot in the front lawn of her childhood home. The Texas-born performer was joined by her mother, Tina Knowles.

Though it’s hard to get a clear glimpse of Beyonce in the clip, Knowles is seen rocking a cream-colored suit. The Renaissance Tour will run into October, with its final show being scheduled for the first of the month in Kansas City, UT. She’ll perform at Houston’s NRG Stadium on September 23 and 24, then head to New Orleans just before the tour closes.

Beyonce And Tina Knowles Take Photos In Houston

The Renaissance World Tour has certainly been one for the books. Beyonce has shown off countless memorable looks, featured her daughter as a dancer, and more. Since she dropped off Renaissance in July of last year, fans have been eager to get a look at the accompanying visuals for the album. At the beginning of this month, it was reported that she’s been shopping a “visual album movie” around different studios and streamers. According to a source, “it’s like an art film,” and directed by Nadia Lee Cohen.

Fans are now more anxious than ever for some Renaissance visuals, and it appears as though Beyonce is well aware. Recently, she revealed some new merch at one of her tour stops, which seems to give a nod to the anticipation. “You are the visual, baby,” the t-shirt reads, also boasting some silver Beyonce artwork. Megan Thee Stallion Chose Beyonce Over Global Citizen Fest, Sources Claim

This month, it was announced that Megan Thee Stallion will no longer be performing her headlining set at Global Citizen Festival. The fest shared the unfortunate news with a vague Tweet, simply writing, “Hi there — due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, Megan Thee Stallion will no longer be available to perform at the 2023 Global Citizen Festival.” As expected, fans were pretty disappointed by the news. Now, however, new reports give supporters some insight as to why she dropped out last minute. It seems as though it might have been worth it, as her motive was to help out none other than Queen Bey.

According to some sources who spoke to Page Six, Beyonce invited the “Hot Girl Summer” performer to join her at a pair of upcoming Renaissance Tour stops in Houston. Apparently, the “unforeseen scheduling conflict” was just the result of “an inadvertent duplicate scheduling mistake by her team.” Beyonce’s scheduled to perform in Houston this Saturday and Sunday ( September 23 and 24), and reportedly, her fellow Houston native will be joining her.

Megan Thee Stallion Reportedly Had A Beyoncé-Related Reason For Dropping Out Of Global Citizen Festival

Earlier this month, it was reportedly that Megan Thee Stallion had unexpectedly dropped out of Global Citizen Festival due to a scheduling conflict. As it turns out, she had to be in her hometown, Houston, Texas, to help out a friend: Beyoncé.

According to Page Six, Beyoncé invited her to perform at her Renaissance Tour date in their shared hometown — an offer Thee Stallion couldn’t refuse. After all, it was Beyoncé who helped deliver Meg her first-ever Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping single with her appearance on the “Savage” remix, and performing for the Renaissance Tour in the city both artists called home certainly constitutes a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

As for why the conflict came up at the last minute, a source told Page Six “an inadvertent duplicate scheduling by her team” caused the mix-up.

Meanwhile, Global Citizen is going forward with headliners Jung Kook, Lauryn Hill, and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

Megan Thee Stallion has been busy of late, returning to the spotlight after taking some downtime in the aftermath of the trial against Tory Lanez for shooting her and amid her ongoing legal dispute with her label, 1501 Certified Entertainment. Meg made her comeback in splashy fashion, joining Cardi B for her new Dembow-influenced single “Bongos,” which they also performed at the 2023 MTV VMAs. She also announced her casting for season 7 of Big Mouth and role in the new A24 movie Dicks, and had a viral moment with Justin Timberlake backstage at the VMAs. With a Beyoncé performance allegedly coming soon (the Renaissance Tour arrives for two dates in Houston this Saturday), it looks like Thee Stallion is back.

Beyonce doesn’t make a habit of sharing much to her social media. Even when she does share pictures on Instagram they don’t normally come with much dialog or explanation. That’s why when she needs to make some kind of public statement it usually comes through her mother, Tina Knowles. That’s why many fans have tuned into Tina’s Instagram for some of their breaking Queen B news and she delivered them another update earlier today. She shared a picture of many of the dancers from Bey’s ongoing tour together in Kirk Franklin’s studio.

“This is a lot of Beyoncé’s dancers and singers and band who gathered at the gracious @kirkfranklin Studio last night . He prayed over them and so did @toureroberts . What a beautiful tremendous blessing for our beautiful , talented Rennasance Tour family !” her caption began. In the accompanying picture nearly two dozen dancers are spending time in Kirk Franklin’s Dallas recording studio. “A lot of these singers and band members and dancers began their entertainment journey in church in their churches. A few years ago during a major celebration for Ross’ 75th birthday, Beyonce made an appearance which at the time was somewhat rare in its own right. Diana Ross Sang For Beyonce To Return The Favor

After the performance, Lionel Richie made some comments during a live show of his own that was up to interpretation for fans. Richie said he’s been trying for 30 years to get Diana Ross to join him on stage so they can perform their duet “Endless Love.” So he must have been pretty surprised to see her joining Bey for her birthday celebration. He even said that Ross’ decision to perform for Beyonce “pissed me off.”

TMZ is also clarifying that it’s all in good fun. Lionel Richie certainly didn’t mean it all that seriously and the laugh from the crowd was warranted as he was just joking around. Richie and Ross have a history of taking playful shots back and forth at each other and it was merely a continuation of that. Beyonce Accused Of Copying Kylie Minogue With “Renaissance” Tour Fit

Every time Beyonce goes on stage for a new performance on the Renaissance Tour, fans hold their breath for the fashion they’re about to witness. Queen B’s fits have been a major selling point of the tour and she often takes to Instagram afterward to share pictures and videos of her best looks. But one look and the way she used it to introduce her performance is under scrutiny for similarities it has to another artist’s performance two decades earlier.

In a video shared online a recent clip of Beyonce coming on stage in a robotic costume that opens up one portion at a time before fully revealing her underneath was contrasted with another clip. In the second video Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue makes an eerily similar entrance to a completely different show all the way back in 2002. Beyonce Fan Goes Into Labor During LA Concert

Beyonce recently brought her “Renaissance” world tour to Los Angeles for the first time, performing at SoFi Stadium on her birthday. One fan in the crowd, Sarah Francis Jones, was taking in the concert when she started to have some contractions. Nearing the expected end of her pregnancy but not quite at her due date, Jones believed the contractions were simply a false alarm. Her scheduled C-section wasn’t for another week, so they waited things out.

The fan and her husband watched the rest of the concert before heading to the hospital. It turns out, she was in labor. Jones documented her experience on social media, claiming that Queen Bey induced the labor. “We thought it was just Braxton Hicks or gas — turns out we were having a whole baby at @beyonce bday show,” she wrote on Instagram.

Fan’s Baby Wanted To See The Beyonce Show

“I wasn’t thinking that I was going into labor,” she told ABC7. “I wasn’t due for another week. We actually had a C-section planned. I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna have fun at this concert. This is my last hoorah.’” Jones says her baby “had other plans,” however. “I think she heard Beyoncé’s voice and was like, ‘I wanna go too.’” She described getting back to the car with her husband after the show, and realizing that her child was really on the way. “By the time we got to the car, I was like, ‘This is not a false alarm,’” Jones says. “It had to be a perfect set of circumstances.”

The lucky baby now shares a birthday with Beyonce, and is sure to hear the story of their birth until the end of time. The “Renaissance” world tour is scheduled to run into next month, with notable dates in Vancouver, Dallas, New Orleans, and more. The tour will close with a performance in Kansas City on October 1.
