2Pac’s Rare 1995 Booking Photo And Prison ID Are For Sale

Two rare pieces of 2Pac memorabilia, which come from his 11-month prison stay, are now up for sale. The late artist did time at the Clinton Correctional Facility in New York on sexual abuse charges, and was eventually released in October of 1995 after appealing his conviction. His previously-unseen booking photo, as well as his prison ID card, will soon belong to a lucky fan. That is, as long as they’re willing to pay a hefty price.

Momentsintime.com has listed the booking photo for $35k. The ID card, which was a replacement of his original, is going for $75k. Whoever ends up getting their hands on the ID card will also receive a handwritten note penned by 2Pac himself. It’ll come with the form 2Pac filled out asking for another ID after losing his old one. “I lost my ID and need a new one. Thank you,” it reads alongside his famous signature.

According to TMZ, the items were given to one of 2Pac’s family members when he was released. They later made their way into the possession of a collector, who’s now willing to part with them. A few years back, the artist’s original prison ID went up for auction and eventually sold for $30k. With all the 2Pac talk happening due to Keefe D’s recent arrest, it’s safe to say that the items will go quick.

Earlier this month, it was also announced that GottaHaveRockAndRoll will be auctioning off two old mugshots of 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G. in November. Rare footage of Biggie’s final concert, said to be in pristine condition, will also go to the highest bidder. The two polaroids are expected to bring in roughly $40K each, while the rare footage is expected to bring in up to $2 million. What do you think of 2Pac’s booking photo and prison ID card going up for sale? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Fans React To Kai Cenat’s 7-Day Jail Stream: The Good, The Bad & All In Between

Kai Cenat’s week-long stream live from a faux prison facility is making a lot of social media rounds at the moment, and it’s for all the good and bad reasons as to why something can go viral. While it’s divisive, it’s hard to argue that it isn’t working. After all, the popular social media star invited various celebrities to be a part of it such as Offset, Druski, NLE Choppa, Teanna Trump, Chrisean Rock, and more. In fact, Choppa already got into some hilarious antics that drew a lot of viral meme attention online, so it’s going pretty successfully so far. Sure, it’s hard to say that about a group of people faking to be inmates, but that’s clearly the idea at hand.

Moreover, the main criticism that seemed to dominate online discussion was that this seems corny, glorifying, and disrespectfully exploitative at worst. However, a key defense of it is that there are plenty of other shows and trends that caused this initial sensationalization of prison. As such, people aren’t really blaming Kai Cenat for how this is coming off, or at least, pointing to the root cause of such attitudes. Check out some initial reactions and assorted highlights of interest from the stream down below.

Kai Cenat’s Seven-Day Prison Stream: Watch Some Highlights

Furthermore, this is all happening as of Sunday (October 29), the third subsequent day of the stream. There’s still plenty of time for this to go south, but it’s unlikely that anything will shift public opinion so strongly that we end up talking about a completely different story. It’s not really clear why Kai Cenat is doing this or what point- if any- he wants to make with it. If it’s just content, we can’t say it wasn’t effective, but the music video director and Twitch giant also has to be well-aware of the feathers it would ruffle. Speaking of that, check out more reactions to all this down below.

But enough of other people’s thoughts. What’s your take on this seven-day jail stream? Is the New York native making something unique and compelling, something dark and twisted, or is either extreme taking it too far? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments section down below. Max B’s Manager Reveals How His Sentence Was Reduced By 55 Years

During a recent interview with Faded & Fit, Max B’s manager Ty Black opened up about the performer’s prison sentence. In 2009, he was sentenced to 75 years behind bars. In 2016, he took a 20-year plea deal for aggravated manslaughter. Black spoke on the 55-year reduction, and sticking by Max B’s side throughout his prison stay.

According to Black, he decided to stick out the rapper’s incarceration because of their close friendship. “That’s my brother,” he explained. “Why wouldn’t you?” He further described how when Max B wasn’t in jail, he “took care” of him. He adds that it wasn’t only a matter of the NYC rapper’s career for him, as the two of them were friends long before his success. “I didn’t care about the music at that time,” he says. “Gotta make sure he good, cause at the end of the day that’s my man. Cause Max took care of me when he was out, he put me in position.”

Ty Black Opens Up About Max B’s Prison Stay

According to Black, Max B’s sentence was reduced due to “ineffective [assistance] of counsel,” suggesting that his legal representation failed to meet minimum standards of competence. Though it remains unclear exactly when he’ll be released, earlier this year he claimed it would be soon.

He gave fans an update in May, revealing that he was nearing the end of his sentence. “Y’all know what it is. Shout out to the boy,” he said in a clip. “The birthday boy just checking in. You already know. Man, I’m feeling good… It’s almost over. Two more joints, n***a, I’m sliding out. Max Bigavell. 45, I feel good, look good. I taste good, I smell good, n***a.” What do you think of Max B’s manager speaking on his prison stay? How about his sentence getting reduced by 55 years? NLE Choppa Gets Weird On Kai Cenat’s Prison Livesteram, They Sing “Moment 4 Life” Together

Kai Cenat and NLE Choppa joined forces for Cenat’s latest bizarre livestream – a live-action prison roleplay stream. Along with Cenat’s usual crew, the pair play-acted as prison cellmates while streaming from an actual decommissioned prison. However, some people, seemingly Cenat included, felt that Choppa took things a little too far. At one point in the stream, Choppa went full method acting. “Imma f-ck him. I’m not gonna let him play with my booty hole,” Choppa screamed as Cenat watched on in confusion.

Elsewhere in the stream, the pair performed Nicki Minaj’s Drake collab “Moment 4 Life”. The 2010 hit, that peaked at #13 on the Billboard Hot 100, is about two childhood friends realizing they had “made it”. It’s something of a bizarre choice for a prison livestream but then again, a prison roleplay livestream is bizarre enough in and of itself.

Nicki Minaj Clarifies Relationship With Cenat

Furthermore, speaking of Minaj, she recently had to clarify her relationship with Cenat after some fans felt she was a little too flirty with the streamer on a recently Instagram Live. “The fact that some people still don’t understand me and Kai relationship chi. We from the same county, we can both take it. Pauz. Or my relationship with funny Marco. Some people be thinking Marco is a random crazy man on the live. Like that man is a star with his own brand.” She continued, “But y’all I just peeped that they aggravate me just like Akbar do every time and yet I still add them to my lives. They get on my nerves how they be getting on my nerves. And JT, Flex, Joe,” Minaj said in an Instagram post.

However, she’s not the only one speaking on Cenat as of late. GloRilla recently broke her silence on blocking Cenat on social media. “Don’t come on my Live asking me about nobody I done blocked. They blocked and they gonna stay there. You made your bed you gotta lay there,” she said on a recent livestream. GloRilla blocked the streamer after he dropped some incredibly harsh criticisms of her latest track. Cenat went as far as to say that he felt betrayed by the rapper’s latest musical offering.

“The paperwork is what the paperwork says,” he also adds. “I did a deal with Bryan Turner at Priority Records. He partnered with Dave Mays, founder of The Source and CEO of Breakbeat Media, to make it a reality. “As we celebrate hip-hop’s 50th year, more than ever the hip-hop community needs a media platform that they can trust to bring a truthful and authentic perspective on so many important things happening in our world,” Mays says of the podcast. “And I’m so excited to be able to enlist the help of my longtime friend and one of hip-hop’s most formidable, pioneering, and fearless leaders to help Breakbeat continue to achieve this goal.” What do you think of Suge Knight calling out Master P for allegedly lying? Ralo Announces Prison Release In Two Weeks, Shares Emotional Message With Fans

Ralo has been behind bars for over a year on firearm, money laundering, and drug charges, something that will change very soon. Moreover, he took to Instagram to announce that he will be leaving jail in about two weeks, most likely to a halfway house to complete the other requirements of his eight-year sentence without serving the full time in prison. While this is good news, the rapper’s post was still pained. That’s because he reflected on his friendship with fallen rapper Marlo, sharing pictures and videos together. Furthermore, it demonstrates that these situations are not as mentally black-and-white as we may assume for those who face these circumstances.

“Assalamualaikum,” Ralo began his message. “Marlo told me not to worry. He was going to be the first person at the gate waiting on me when this s**t over. My release is in two weeks. I know life goes on, but this s**t ain’t da same as when we was passing this money around. We was all happy and helping each other. Nowadays, people doing they best to kick others down so they can stand above them. But the only way thats going to happen is if im in my grave with Marlo. I aint going for none strange… #MDC4L #ImHim #KingAkh #FreeRalo #LongLiveMarlo.”

Ralo Shares Emotive Tribute To Marlo Ahead Of Jail Release: Read

Unfortunately for Ralo, not even his time in the pen could stop others from kicking him down. For example, he faced a lot of snitching accusations from other hip-hop figures while he was in prison, allegations that he denied various times. That’s definitely a common aspect of criminal cases in the genre, which are often hard to separate from the topics that these artists tackle in their work. Overall, this sadly won’t be the last case of this conflict we see, but hopefully people always prioritize freedom and accountability over clout or posturing.

Meanwhile, we’re sure that the 1017 Records signee is looking forward to enjoying his life outside of the slammer. Whether that’s family time, being with friends, further building up his music career, or any other endeavor, he definitely deserves that peace. We’ll see if any other developments emerge from here until the scheduled release. With that in mind, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Ralo.

G Herbo Gets New Veneers Before Five-Year Prison Sentence

G Herbo will soon have to go to jail to serve his five-year sentence for wire fraud, which is a disheartening development. Still, it looks like he wants to appear fresh and bright behind bars, which is why he treated himself to a little makeover. Moreover, the rapper recently shared a video of him going to a dental office to get new veneers ahead of his prison time. It’s quite the short clip, with him and the doctor in charge of the procedure smiling for the camera right before they got to work. Overall, it seems like it went well for the Chicago MC, and he’ll have new pearly whites for his stay.

Furthermore, it’s still unclear how this prison sentence will affect G Herbo’s life, career, relationships, and more. Of course, all we can realistically speculate on is the music, as he will surely face a lot of private challenges and support in his regular life. When it comes to new music, though, this could make the process of developing this artistry and continuing to engage with and feed fans much more difficult. However, it’s entirely possible and probable that the 28-year-old will still drop material from jail, whether it’s recent recordings or older demos or scrapped cuts.

In fact, he recently hinted at what’s really inspiring him a lot these days when it comes to the rap game during a conversation with Math Hoffa. “I represent hip-hop,” G Herbo remarked on the My Expert Opinion podcast. “I’m a student of hip-hop. So, you started small when you talk about drill.

“New York is hip-hop,” he concluded. “New York is what I fell in love with, New York is the culture of hip-hop. The foundation of hip-hop, of rap music. That s**t bigger than G Herbo. Drill is cool. That’s alright. Bet, G Herbo’s part of drill. I’m a part of history, too though. I’m a part of hip-hop. Suge Knight Will Start Prison Podcast

Suge Knight’s got a lot of history to unpack, both in relation to the music industry and in relation to his own life. Moreover, it seems like he’d be the perfect mix between engaging speaker and controversial figure to host a podcast of his own. Apparently, the Death Row mogul and The Source magazine co-founder and Breakbeat Media CEO Dave Mays are starting an audio conversation series from behind bars. The news comes from TMZ Hip Hop, who obtained the first intro to the new series, Collect Calls With Suge Knight. According to Mays, who spoke to the outlet, they already have five full half-an-hour sit-downs ready to go ahead of the Halloween premiere this year.

Furthermore, we can expect Collect Calls With Suge Knight to be available on most podcast platforms and to drop weekly episodes (audio on Thursday, video on Friday). If you’re wondering what they will cover, he has a lot of beef and industry ties to address, as well as reflections on his time behind bars… but there’s no official word on what they’ll specifically talk about. Now the West Coast rap icon has a platform to respond to Snoop Dogg’s Death Row ownership, for example, and his other genre beefs and associated stories. Dave remarked that the podcast will be about teaching generations about the good and bad in this story, linking them to other artists, and answering audience questions.

42 Dugg Buys New Jewelry Straight Out Of Prison

Earlier this week, 42 Dugg was released from prison after serving a one-year sentence. He was sent to jail for failing to surrender himself and serve a 6-month sentence spawning from a gun charge in 2020. Video of the rapper’s release from prison made the rounds online. Reportedly Yo Gotti and Dugg’s family were there to pick him up. It didn’t take long for Dugg to get back into the swing of things as he reportedly hit the studio soon after his release.

Now, he’s also taking to flexing some new jewelry online. In two clips shared online, he shows off his new bling. The first video shows an impressive-looking gold watch. The other shows a pair of weighty-looking chains both of which are absolutely glistening. Despite the impressive-looking pieces, fans in the comments were still pretty critical. “Rap n*ggas still doing this corny roll out?….happy dudes home tho fr,” and “go buy him an apartment building, then let the rental income buy him the lifestyle,” two of the top comments read. Check out the pair of videos and various fan reactions below.

42 Dugg Hits Jeweler After Release

Despite his incarceration, Dugg was still able to drop new music. Back in July, he came through with an energetic banger called “One Time.” The track shouted out the real one who stuck with him despite his time in prison. Even earlier this year he teamed up with Babyface Ray for the track “Ron Artest” which paid tribute to the former-Laker.

Around the time he was releasing that track, things looked pretty shaky for Dugg. After pleading guilty in March he faced up to five years in prison and thankfully had his sentence lightened. Getting it dropped down to just a year and being released when he was is seen by many as a major win for Dugg. What do you think of 42 Dugg hitting the jeweler right after getting out of prison?
