Chrisean Rock’s Barely There Baby Bump Was On Display At Yung Miami’s Birthday Party: Photos

Having a bun in the oven isn’t preventing Chrisean Rock from living her best life. Since announcing that she’s with child last month, the Crazy In Love star has kept busy with several projects. Among them are her “Lit” music video and Blueface’s “Dear Rock” visual. The latter of the two saw the troubled couple carry out a romantic wedding attended by celebrity friends like DDG. It presently remains unclear if the ceremony was legal.

They’ve had their share of drama in the past, but the 22-year-old sounds confident in her decision to carry her boyfriend’s baby. As it turns out, this isn’t their first time conceiving a child. Chrisean previously went through with three abortions to end prior pregnancies. This time around, the “Thotiana” artist denied paternity and demanded a DNA test. In the weeks since, though, the pair seems to have worked through their differences.

On Friday (February 3) night, the Baddies cast member hit the town. She stepped out sans her man to attend Yung Miami’s birthday party. For the turnt-up function, Rock donned a matching two-piece set made of printed pink and blue pants as well as a cropped long-sleeve top. Her midriff was on full display as the cameras snapped away.

For accessories, the expecting mother wore a simple but elegant diamond chain around her neck. It further draws attention to one of her many Blueface portrait tattoos in the area. Chrisean added a watch around her wrist and finished the look with silver high-top sneakers. Of course, she didn’t attend the party alone – her Zeus co-star, DJ Sky High Baby, joined her for an evening of fun and celebration.

Before she hit the red carpet for Yung Miami’s birthday celebration this weekend, Chrisean’s antics during a recent podcast interview gave her a moment in the spotlight. On The Perfect Network show, the Baltimore native and her man were chatting with hosts when Rock’s attitude distinctly shifted.

At the time, Blueface was getting a bit too chatty with Moniece Slaughter for her liking. While she made some unimpressed faces and comments to the camera, social media users are speculating that the “Rainy Days” artist wasn’t as confrontational as usual because she didn’t want smoke with the host, who’s known for her own dramatic antics. Read more about that beef here, and check back later for more pop culture updates.

Missy Elliott Leaves Fans Stunned With Latest Photos

Missy Elliott left fans in awe on Instagram this morning after she debuted a slew of new photos. The Supa Dupa Fly rapper shared pics from a recent photo shoot that showed Missy getting her Vogue on. She served as the co-stylist for the shoot, which celebrated her Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame nomination. However, Missy’s fans had nothing but positive things to say about her drip. Many applauded the style she delivered in the shoot while others simply praised her beauty.

It’s been an overall big week for Missy. She became the first female rapper to be nominated for a Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction. The Rock Hall nominated two hip-hop acts this year, Missy and A Tribe Called Quest. She reacted to the news on Twitter with disbelief, thanking her fans and friends for their support throughout her journey.

“I’ve cried my eyes out,” she wrote on Twitter. “I’ve always dreamed big but to be nominated for this is bigger than I dreamed & I am so Humbly Grateful to @rockhall & to all my fans who helped me get here to please vote,” she added. In recent years, fans gave Missy her flowers for her contributions to the culture and pushing the boundaries. Even Lil Wayne said she’s his favorite rapper of all time.

In addition to the Rock Hall nomination, the Recording Academy’s Black Music Collective honored Missy with the Global Impact Award. The collective awarded Missy, Lil Wayne and Dr. Dre with the accolade. She took the stage where she provided an incredibly moving speech. Missy thanked Epic Records CEO Sylvia Rhone for having faith in her talent rather than her looks.

“I was in a girl group and Sylvia Rhone dropped me, then signed me as a solo artist,” she said. “She saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself, she never told us no. She never told me, ‘You need to lose weight.’ She never told me, ‘You need to change your records.’” Afterward, Chlöe performed a rendition of Aaliyah’s “One In A Million.” Then, Tweet hit the stage where she delivered a rendition of their collaboration, “Oops (Oh My)” before Ciara performed “1 2 Step” and “Lose Control.”

Keke Palmer & Darius Jackson’s Baby Shower Was A Lit Fairytale Affair: Photos

Celebrity babies are coming in numbers lately, with droves of our favourite artists and actors expanding their families regularly. One of the most recent pregnancy announcements to come from Hollywood was during Keke Palmer’s hosting stint on Saturday Night Live. Last month, she confirmed to the world that she and her boyfriend, Darius Jackson, are expecting their first child together.

Spilling the tea on late-night television seems to be a favourite activity for the Disney Channel alum. After unveiling her bump to the SNL audience, Palmer joined Jimmy Fallon on his talk show last week. During their chat, the 29-year-old casually let it slip that she’s expecting a boy.

Over the weekend, fans’ excitement has only grown stronger as the expecting mother shared adorable photos from her fairytale-themed baby shower on social media. “‘A long time ago, in a land not so far… The King and Queen got together to play,’” she wrote in the caption of her photo dump late on Saturday (January 28) night.

“‘The play turned to love as many sunsets passed by. Now there’s a prince, who’s soon to arrive!’” her sweet poem ends. In the accompanying pictures, Palmer looks as glamorous as ever in a ribbed brown dress as she hugs her bump.

The first three images are solo snapshots of mama in her third trimester. In the last few photos, Jackson joins his partner in a coordinated brown outfit.

In the comment section, countless celebrity friends are sending kind wishes to the Hustlers star in this exciting time. “The absolute prettiest,” SZA wrote. Casse, Chloe Bailey, Stefflon Don, and La La Anthony also had compliments to give.

As blog posts surfacing online point out, the event wasn’t anything short of lit. Palmer’s due date is quickly approaching. Still, she didn’t hesitate to drop it low and keep the crowd laughing with her usual comedic antics.

Before they celebrated their baby boy at his shower this weekend, Palmer made sure to show some love to Jackson on his birthday earlier this month. For the most part, they’ve kept their romance low-key, but as her due date approaches, the actress has been sharing more of their love with the world.

Megan Thee Stallion’s Injured Foot Shown In New Graphic Photos

TMZ has published new photos showing the damage done to Megan Thee Stallion’s foot during the night Tory Lanez shot her. The graphic photos were presented as exhibits in the trial for the Toronto rapper. Other photos show the bloody SUV from the scene of the crime.

In photos of the vehicle, a blood-stained suitcase as well as the pistol Lanez used to shoot Megan are visible. There are also X-rays of Megan’s foot from when she was hospitalized.

As for the injuries to Megan’s foot, Dr. Lee Haruno, chief resident in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s orthopedic surgery department, testified as to their extent during the trial.

“When foreign bodies are that small, it often causes more harm to try to remove them,” Haruno told the court, adding that small fragments still remain in Megan’s feet today.

The jury found Lanez guilty of carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle, assault with a semiautomatic handgun, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. The rapper intends to appeal to ruling and has hired Suge Knight’s former lawyer, David Kenner, to help him do so.

Despite the ruling, many in the hip-hop community have continued to back Tory Lanez. Soulja Boy took issue with this during a Livestream on Instagram, earlier this week.

“Yall n****s out here shooting bitches and ain’t nobody gone say nothing? I’m the only n***a in the whole rap game that’s gonna say something? Ok, cool,” he said online.

Lanez is currently facing up to 22 years behind bars. His sentencing is scheduled for January 27.

50 Cent and STARZ Teaming for Multiple Spinoff ‘BMF’ Series

1454532648

50 Cent is ready to expand his BMF series with multiple spinoffs. Speaking at the premiere for season 2 of the hit show, 50 tells Deadline about the transition in leadership at Starz and how excited he is about it.

“They got some really, really smart executives coming in to help rebuild Starz in the right way. And it’s exciting for me,” 50 said. “You’ll get a chance to see three spinoff shows from ‘BMF.’ It’s ‘BMF’ immortal.”

The expanded BMF series is currently in development, and the titles and details about the spinoffs will be announced later. Last month, Jackson and Starz announced the creation of Fightland, a new series based in the high-stakes, cash-rich, violent world of British boxing.

STARZ changed Hollywood Boulevard last week in anticipation of the highly anticipated new season of the Detroit-based family drama BMF, which premiered Friday (Jan. 6).

There was no shortage of star power in attendance at the legendary TCL Chinese Theater, with Executive Producers Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Heather Zuhlke, Anthony Wilson, and Anne Clements, as well as “BMF” cast members Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr., Da’Vinchi, Michole Briana White, Myles Truitt, Steve Harris, Kelly Hu, La La Anthony, Arkeisha “Kash Doll” Knight, Christine Horn, Sydney Mitchell, Rayan Lawrence, Serayah, Caresha “Yung Miami” Brownlee, and Laila Pruitt are among those who have appeared on the show.

Power stars Joseph Sikora, Michael Rainey, Isaac Keys, and Kris Lofton, as well as celebrity attendees Kelly Rowland, 2 Chainz, G Herbo, Cordae, D Smoke, Hit-Boy, Mario, Omarion, Tee Grizzly, YK Osiris, Lance Gross, Eric Bellinger, ORyan, and others, expressed their support.

Season two of BMF explores the unexpected journey to success of the Flenory brothers, Demetrius Flenory “Big Meech” and Terry Flenory “Southwest Tee,” who ascended from the depths of poverty to become game changers in hip-hop and culture while navigating Detroit’s drug war. Throughout the emotional season, the audience cheers on the Flenory brothers as they work to achieve the American Dream in a system that is stacked against them. Family, faith, and loyalty are universal topics that are explored both at home and on the streets. The brothers work together to outwit the government and grow BMF into a multi-state empire.

Metro Boomin Hosts ‘Heroes & Villains’ Album Release Party Attended by 21 Savage, Polo G and More

PAW 16423

After the release of his second album, Heroes & Villains, Metro Boomin had a party in Atlanta attended by a number of celebrities. Friends and collaborators from the record, including 21 Savage, Polo G, Young Nudy, Southside, and Mike WiLL Made-It, joined the multi-platinum producer to celebrate.

Metro has had a busy weekend. Yesterday at the Falcons vs. Steelers game at Mercedes Benz Stadium, he also introduced his new initiative, “Single Moms Are Superheroes,” in collaboration with the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation. This initiative allowed 26 single mothers and their kids the chance to participate in the ATL Falcons Anthem Program, which involved singing the national anthem next to the players on the sidelines, as well as watching a Falcons game at the stadium. To commemorate the beginning of this most recent charitable initiative assisting single moms, they also wore the official “Single Moms Are The Real Superheroes” shirts.
