Now, Jeezy is sitting down for a new tell-all interview with Nia Long. In a trailer shared for their conversation, he hints at all kinds of different things. While it’s light on details the pair look like they’ll discuss infidelity, honesty, and how men and women should be there to emotionally support each other. The trailer appears to be working as fans in the comments are excited. “When they releasing this … asking for myself,” and “It’s just Nia, she brings out the chemistry with everyone and I love that for her!” two of the top comments read. Jeezy Opens Up On His Divorce To Nia Long

One thing that has revived interest in the pair recently is Jeezy’s new album. He dropped the massive 29-song double album I Might Forgive… But I Don’t Forget over the weekend. One song in particular on the album got a lot of attention. The track is called “Don’t Cheat” and sees Jeezy denouncing infidelity in all circumstances.

That song in particular gave fans even more reason to speculate on infidelity. Many think that it’s all but a foregone conclusion that Mai cheated on Jeezy at some point, which led to the end of their marriage. Snoop Dogg Voices Support For Nia Long Amid Celtics Call Out

Many famous faces have voiced their support for Nia Long as she publicly took aim at the Boston Celtics for the way the team handled her ex-fiance’s infidelity. Among those household names was Snoop Dogg. “Accountability to my sis and nefews. Retribution is in order. I stands with u @iamnialong I. got ya bac,” Snoop wrote in the comments of Long’s Instagram post.

Long made headlines earlier this week when she openly named her husband’s mistress and blasted the team he formerly coached. According to Long, no one from the Celtics reached out to her after news broke that they were investigating her husband for an “inappropriate relationship” with a Celtics employee. “If you’re in the business of protecting women — I’m sorry, no one from the Celtics organization has even called to see if I’m OK, to see if my children are OK. It’s very disappointing,” Long wrote. The Celtics suspended and eventually fired her ex-fiance Ime Udoka early in the 2022-23 season. Udoka was subsequently during the offseason by the Houston Rockets.

Snoop Wants To Do Children’s TV

However, supporting Nia Long isn’t the only thing that Snoop has been up to recently. Elsewhere, Snoop has expressed his desire to work in children’s television. “I actually really, really, really, really, really want to do a kid show. I can see it, you know, where it’s like they come to me for advice, for information, for fun, for wisdom, for knowledge. That’s something that I haven’t done and I feel like I’m setting up with the things I do in real life. The kids are our future so you know if I do things for the kids when I’m going to lay still gonna be here pushing the line,” he told Distractify.

Previously, Snoop co-created the 2022 animated series Doggyland on YouTube. “We wanted to bring our show to YouTube and YouTube Kids, which provides free access to everyone, so all the kids can enjoy it. I’ve always wanted to create a kid-friendly series that lets kids be kids and is truly representative of the Culture with everything from the music to the characters.” However, it now appears that he is looking to bring his programming to a wider audience through the media of television.

Usually, these kinds of internal scandals are kept under wraps. However, with Udoka, it felt like they were making an example out of him. She wants the woman to feel the same public scrutiny that she felt when the story first broke.

Ime Udoka Has This To Say About Nia Long’s Full Custody Request: Report

The cheating scandal between former couple Ime Udoka and Nia Long is now entering a new phase in its deliberations. Moreover, recent reports indicated that the actress sought full custody of their 11-year-old son Kez in an August filing. Her ex-fiancée, who she left after 13 years of dating following the discovery of his affair with a Celtics staffer, reportedly responded to these, according to court documents allegedly obtained by Radar Online. Apparently, these suggest that the basketball coach does not want his previous partner to have primary custody of their child.

Specifically, the former Celtics head coach reportedly asked for joint “legal and physical” custody of their son. The 46-year-old also wants visitation rights according to these court docs, and refuses to cover Nia Long’s attorney fees in this difficult legal process for both parties. Given previous reports, this clashes quite intensely with his ex-fiancée’s requests in the legal system. She requested sole custody to the Los Angeles Superior Court, and claimed that Ime Udoka did not properly “support” Kez, which is the reason behind her motion. Also, Long wants “reasonable visitation” when it comes to the 11-year-old’s father, one that is always “consistent with the child’s best interest.”

Nia Long Asks for Primary Custody of Son Shared with Ime Udoka

Nia Long asks for primary custody of the son she shares with Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoka. According to TMZ, Long claims Udoka is not active in supporting the kid.

A new filing in Los Angeles court shows a request for primary legal and physical custody of their shared 11-year-old son, Kez. Long also asked for Udoka to visit their child in what is “consistent with the child’s best interest.”

Udoka has not yet responded to the request, and a ruling is pending.

In May, Udoka received his new job and many want to know what his former lover, Nia Long, had to say about it. Over the weekend, Long fired off a small statement.

“The best revenge, is no revenge, Move on. Be happy,” Long wrote.

The comment comes after Long thanked Stephen A. Smith for his thoughts about her following Udoka’s hiring.

“If you mention him and another woman, inevitably, she’s going to come up,” Smith said. “How come nobody thought about the sister? How come they just left her out there standing on her own? I will always defend her. I will always defend her on this issue.”

Long’s message to Stephen A.: “Thank you @stephenasmith for your support. TBC… ‘The most disrespected person in America is the black woman’ – Malcolm X.”

Nia Long has filed a case with celebrity attorney Samantha Spector to “determine a parental relationship” with her ex, Ime Udoka, regarding their 11-year-old son. The actress is seeking full custody after she and Udoka split up following his cheating scandal in 2022. She hopes to allow Udoka visitation rights and have him pay the entirety of the attorney fees, according to RadarOnline.

Long and Udoka were together for 13 years and welcomed their son in 2011. They got engaged in 2015, but never married. They split up when news of Udoka’s infidelity broke.

The drama began when the Boston Celtics suspended Udoka as head coach for violating “team policies.” ESPN later broke the news that he had an affair with someone within the organization. “I want to apologize to our players, fans, the entire Celtics organization, and my family for letting them down,” Udoka previously shared in a statement. “I am sorry for putting the team in this difficult situation, and I accept the team’s decision.” He’s since been hired as the new head coach of the Houston Rockets.

The celebrations for the 50th anniversary of hip-hop are in full swing. While Diddy was making a heartfelt declaration about how hip-hop “saved his life”, there have many concerts and musical celebrations. During one of these concerts, hosted by DJ Kid Capri, attendees were surprised by a casual walk-on guest – MLB Hall of Famer Derek Jeter. The career Yankee was a 14-time All-Star and 5-time World Series champion before retiring in 2014.

Jeter just walked out onto the stage at Yankee Stadium to give props to DJ Kid Capri and hip-hop as a whole. “Hip hop. Welcome home. I want to thank my brother Kid Capri for having me out here tonight. And I want everyone here to celebrate 50 years of hip-hop. Fifty years. At the same time, I want you to look forward to the next 50 years.” Many fans were happy to see Jeter return to his own stomping ground of Yankee Stadium.

Nia Long also joined in on the hip-hop 50 love. “Like Nia Long in a cherry thong with the lights on. Oochie Wally, 2001 @Nas. Hip-hop turns 50!!! The love is oh so real. Thank you for defining the culture. 😘 ❤,” Long tweeted on August 12. Long has long been referenced in hip-hop media, appearing as a lyric in many, many songs. “Oochie Wally” is one of the more iconic tracks, a Nas classic with the bar in question sung by Horse.

Earlier this year, Long finally gave a hug to Ghostface Killah. Killah has referred to Long on at least two occasions. ““Nia or Halle Berry, though? Janelle Monáe’s The Age Of Pleasure is a mere hours away, led by singles “Float” featuring Seun Kuti And Egypt 80 and “Lipstick Lover” in all its NSFW glory.

On Wednesday, June 7, Monáe shared the full double disc tracklist and the album’s featured artists on Instagram and Twitter. Appearing on the album are Grace Jones, Doechii, CKay, Seun Kuti And Egypt 80, Sister Nancy, Amaarae, and actress Nia Long.

Their Instagram video showed behind-the-scenes footage from making the album alongside the caption, “#TheAgeOfPleasure TRACKLiSTING AND FEATURES! 2 more days to go [red heart emoji, flame emoji] This project wouldn’t be the same without each of you. I wish everyone could have been a spider on the speaker while we had the most fun making thingsssss. Legendary times were had.”

The Age Of Pleasure arrives at midnight, June 9. (It’s probably safe to assume a 6/9 release date was chosen purposefully.) Monáe announced their supporting North American The Age Of Pleasure Tour last week, which will begin on August 30 in Seattle, Washington and eventually conclude on October 28 at Inglewood, California’s YouTube Theater.
