6ix9ine Makes His Return To Instagram With New Music And A New Hairstyle

6ix9ine is an artist who has always been incredibly polarizing and for good reason. Overall, his natural state of being has always been to just troll and let the rest figure itself out. At this stage in his career, he holds very little relevance in hip-hop. However, he does make Latin music now and mostly operates within the confines of the Dominican Republic. Recently, Tekashi made his return to the United States where fans are wondering what his next move will be.

Well, as you can see down below, 6ix9ine is officially back on social media and he has brought with him a whole new hairstyle. Fans remember him for his long hair that was rainbow-colored. Now, he is simply going for something much more basic and refined. Meanwhile, he also previewed some new music, although it is clear he just does not have the juice he used to have years ago. One has to wonder how much longer the charade will go on for.

6ix9ine Is Back

With very few industry connections left, 6ix9ine is a social pariah in the game. This was certainly true in 2018, but it is even more accurate in 2024. The man isn’t even Celtics Shaq. He’s Melo on the Lakers. That said, 6ix9ine is a genius when it comes to marketing, so we’re sure he will figure something out if the sales figures come in a bit too low for his liking.

Let us know how you feel about 6ix9ine, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that his time in the music world has officially come and gone? Do you think he can maintain his current place as a provocateur of sorts? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will continue to keep you informed on all of your favorite artists and their upcoming projects.

Nicki Minaj Prepares To Embark On “Gag City Reloaded” Tour

It’s already been a busy year for Nicki Minaj, and fortunately for the Barbz, it doesn’t look like she plans on slowing down anytime soon. Earlier this week, she shared a photo of some dates for yet another leg of her tour in support of Pink Friday 2, which she’s called “Gag City Reloaded.” She’s scheduled to kick things off with a performance in Philadelphia at the beginning of September. Nicki will hit cities like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, NYC, Miami, and more before wrapping it up in October.

The first leg was a major success, so fans certainly can’t blame her for adding another. Nicki became the first rapper to sell out each and every arena on her tour. She also invited several special guests to join her onstage, including Drake, 2 Chainz, 50 Cent, and more.

Nicki Minaj Fans Can’t Wait For Second Leg Of Tour

With that being said, the second leg of the tour is sure to be just as memorable, due in part to Nicki’s fiercely loyal fanbase. The Barbz never fail to come out to support the “FTCU” performer at her shows, or to come to her defense amid criticism. Earlier this month, for example, one of her rumored opps Latto felt their wrath over a seemingly shady interview remark.

During a chat with Complex, the “Big Mama” artist was asked who the GOAT female rapper is. She said Lil’ Kim, giving the hitmaker her flowers for her contributions to hip hop. Some fans felt slighted by her answer, however, and thought she shouldn’t given credit where it was due by naming Nicki instead. What do you think of Nicki Minaj preparing for “Gag City Reloaded”? Are you looking forward to it? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Sexyy Red & King Von’s Sister Shower Chief Keef In Love On His Birthday

Chief Keef is the muse of many ladies out there, and on Thursday (August 15), two of his biggest celebrity fans congratulated him on his 29th birthday. Kayla B, King Von’s sister, posted an Instagram video from her bed in which he stands next to her in the distance, captioning it with “Happy Birthday 2 my boyfriend I love youuuuuu @chieffkeeffsossa.” On the other hand, Sosa’s “Bow Bow Bow” collaborator Sexyy Red took to IG with a video of the two of them together flexing their chains and stakcs of cash. “Happy burfday keefy,” she captioned her post, adding to theories that there’s a love triangle going on with these individuals.

However, Sexyy Red’s recent comments on her Chief Keef relationship indicate that they don’t really have a label and that her back-and-forth social media jabs with Kayla B aren’t that serious. “It’s genuine,” she said during an interview. “That’s my peoples, that’s my dog. Like, I don’t got too many homeboys that I can sit on the phone with. And I’m not even saying that’s my homeboy ’cause I don’t know what we got going on. We like each other, but we can sit on the phone, we can be around each other and act like we been knew each other all these years.”

Sexyy Red & Kayla B’s Birthday Messages For Chief Keef

Not only that, but Sexyy Red even joked about making Chief Keef her third baby daddy. It’s still relatively unclear exactly what the dynamic between them and Kayla B is, and how each of them would characterize these relationships. Either way, the worst case scenario is that they’re leaning into this speculation for our entertainment, so let’s always remain skeptical. After all, jumping to conclusions is how this could turn into some actual drama.

Meanwhile, a lot of Chief Keef fans might not be as quick to congratulate him on his birthday this time around. As his return to Instagram proved, a lot of fans are unhappy that he postponed his 2024 tour for medical reasons, especially after Almighty So 2 took so long to come out. But what many Sosa fans should remember is that AS2 was well worth the wait, and so will this tour. So happy birthday, Chief: we hope Kayla B, Sexyy Red, and many more made your 29th a great one.

Charlamagne Tha God Thinks Michael Rubin Is Actually Right Despite Backlash

Michael Rubin’s recent appearance on The Breakfast Club resulted in a couple of notable social media narratives that listeners debated over. One of these were his remarks on Drake attending his White Party in the aftermath of his Kendrick Lamar battle. But a far more controversial part of the interview was when the Fanatics mogul remarked on what he thinks is lamentable about Black culture. Particularly, he said that Black people are too quick to hate on each other. While reflecting on these comments on the radio show’s next episode, host Charlamagne Tha God and the rest of the gang explained Rubin’s perspective and even agreed with him.

“Yeah, Meek said Michael shouldn’t have said that out loud,” Charlamagne Tha God’s analysis began. “Michael said one of his friends called and said that wasn’t his place to say it. But guess what? None of those people said he lied, because he didn’t. Now, I’m not into broad generalizations, because we know all Black people don’t hate each other. We know all Black people don’t tear each other down, but it does happen enough for him to make that observation. And it happens enough for us to have those conversations amongst each other.

The Breakfast Club Speaks On Michael Rubin Backlash

“And as I told him, if those are the conversations they’re having in private, bring it to the forefront,” Charlamagne Tha God continued. “We know what it is, we know why it is: white supremacy. And I would rather focus on what he said, which is let’s continue to push each other up. I’d rather focus on that. We literally had a conversation about Jewish people hating on other Jewish people. He started talking about people saying he’s a bad Jew because of how much he supports Black people. We literally had that conversation right after the Black conversation. We had a whole conversation.

“I don’t have any problem with critique,” Charlamagne Tha God concluded. “I don’t have any problem with people being held accountable if they do something foul. To me, that’s not hate. But we all know exactly what Michael Rubin was talking about because we talk about it amongst ourselves. Anyone who doesn’t acknowledge that isn’t actively trying to fix it.”

50 Cent Reacts To Lil Rod Attending His Shreveport Festival Amid Diddy Lawsuit

50 Cent’s “Humor & Harmony Weekend” event in Shreveport, Louisiana saw a lot of celebrities pull up to indulge in the festivities. He wanted as many people as possible there, and a recently viral clip suggests that he’s probably very happy with who came through. Moreover, Uncle Murda ran into Lil Rod at the shindig amid the producer’s lawsuit against Diddy, and Rod even called the executive out for owing him money for it. “Hey everyone was invited, it was the place to be that weekend. [shrug emoji] what you want me to do? LOL,” Fif reacted to this development online.

“I got my n***a that’s suing Diddy for all that bread,” Uncle Murda said at 50 Cent’s event while filming Lil Rod next to him. “Stop playing, n***a. My boy want that check, n***a. We want that money by Monday, Diddy.” “I’m from Chicago. We don’t play about our business. I want my money by Monday,” Rod added. Considering the ill will that the G-Unit mogul has for his Bad Boy counterpart, this isn’t much of a surprise. We’ll see what other Instagram antics follow when it comes to that rivalry.

50 Cent Reacts To Lil Rod Calling Diddy Out At His Shreveport Event

“Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday,” Diddy’s lawyer Shawn Holley stated to HipHopDX concerning Lil Rod’s claims. “His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

Meanwhile, 50 Cent thinks that the silence on Diddy’s allegations on behalf of many celebrities suggests their compliance. “I’m the only person in hip-hop culture that has produced any hit television. Why wouldn’t I be the person to produce it?” he told US Weekly about his Sean Combs documentary. “And I’m not on the tapes. See, some of the people who have been around in the culture who are not saying anything. That’s because they’ve been to the parties… They don’t know what part of their experiences are on tape. So it keeps them quiet. And it looks like I’m the only guy, but I’ve been [saying] for years that something’s not right.”
