Diddy Returns To Harlem With His Friends Amid Mounting Legal Battle

Diddy’s movement amid his various lawsuits and accusations of misconduct is a very tough code to crack. Of course, he has to be very careful with where he goes and he probably isn’t in any rush to interact much with people who might harass or chastise him publicly. But Sean Combs’ very minimal public moves and sightings for almost a year now might change soon. After putting his infamously raided Los Angeles mansion up for sale, he returned to his birthplace of Harlem, New York. There, the Bad Boy mogul linked up with some friends, which we’re sure was a heartening affair.

Elsewhere, one of Diddy’s accuser’s lawyers recently responded to his team’s motion to dismiss the case. “At this time, the plaintiff seeks leave of the court to amend its complaint to withdraw the negligent infliction of emotional distress claim against corporate defendants and to add additional facts to remedy the issues in the pleading identified by the defendants in their respective motions to dismiss,” Tyrone Blackburn stated as a legal representative of April Lampros.

“[Diddy and Bad Boy Records’] counsels attach themselves to a single sentence of an opinion of an unrelated case to try and classify the plaintiff’s pleading as ‘salacious’ or meritless with the sole intent of forcing defendants to ‘settle,’” Blackburn continued. “For starters, plaintiff never requested a settlement from defendants [Diddy] and [Bad Boy Records]. The plaintiff intends to hold [Diddy] and [Bad Boy] accountable for their actions before a jury of their peers.

“Secondly, although this writer picks his clients, he does not pick their facts,” Blackburn concluded. “If [Diddy] had not engaged in salacious criminal behavior, this writer would not have had anything salacious to file. [Diddy’s] counsels should spend their time teaching him lessons he clearly missed growing up as a child: 1. No means no, and 2. men should never put their hands (or feet) on women.” We’ll see what other updates emerge in this legal saga. In the meantime, it looks like Puff Daddy can still enjoy life and connect with the outside world… Even if what’s allegedly going on beneath might lead to him losing it all.

Hurricane Chris Reignites 50 Cent Feud During Heated Debate With DJ Vlad

Hurricane Chris says he’s a better rapper than 50 Cent and can put together a much better performance than him in Shreveport, Louisiana. He shared his hot take during an interview with DJ Vlad published over the weekend. It comes after he and 50 feuded over the Humor & Harmony Festival, earlier this year.

“You [50 Cent] cannot out rap me. You do not make better music than me right now,” he said. When Vlad referenced Get Rich or Die Tryin’ and labeled it a “classic,” Chris admitted it was a great project, but didn’t move from his stance. “Song making, he don’t make better songs than me,” he countered. “If 50 was to make a song right now and I make a song right now I’mma smash that s**t. I make music way better than 50 Cent. I know it’s a fact.”

From there, Chris brought up the idea of performing in Shreveport. “If we were to perform in Shreveport, I perform way longer than 50 and I would rock that s**t way harder than 50 or anybody who f**king came to Shreveport because I go back since I was 15 years old in high school,” he said. Chris recently feuded with 50 over his Humor & Harmony Festival, which took place in Shreveport. Chris was upset that 50 didn’t platform enough local artists despite using his hometown with no connection to it. In turn, he labeled him a “culture vulture.”

50 eventually fired back by suggesting the “A Bay Bay” rapper is a one-hit-wonder, sparking a back-and-forth on social media. Eventually, Chris admitted that the two were done beefing. Russell Simmons Demands Kimora Lee To Reveal Her Text Messages In Court

Russell Simmons is not letting up in his lawsuit against his ex-wife Kimora Lee, putting a lot of pressure for her and her team. Moreover, he recently motioned a demand for her to reveal private text message information and appear in federal court for a deposition. For those unaware, the disgraced music mogul sued Lee for allegedly using shares that he had a stake in to bail her ex-husband Tim Leissner out. As such, he claims that texts between the former couple, as well as between her and her financial advisors, will prove his case. Overall, it’s a very contentious and combative situation.

On the other hand, Kimora Lee Simmons denies Russell’s claims, alleging that she already proved she owns these shares through document provisions. In addition, her attorney characterized his requests and demands as “excessive and irrelevant,” according to the report below. While many folks have picked sides in this debacle between them, it’s clear that this is much more complicated than we initially believed. We don’t know how this demand for text message conversations will turn out, but we can imagine that this is far from the end of this part of the court case.

Russell Simmons Wants Kimora Lee To Show Receipts

Elsewhere, Russell Simmons recently warned people who continue to attack his friends for supporting him amid his many sexual assault accusations. “I have never spoken to a policeman about anything,” he shared on social media. “I have never spoken to a judge, civil or criminal, about anything. From what I can tell, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton, President Trump, all have more credible claims against them than I do. Knock it off. I love you, I just don’t want my friends attacked. I wish you all the best, but just leave my friends alone. Don’t attack them for visiting me.”

Meanwhile, Kimora Lee recently spoke on her daughter with Russell Simmons’ age gap relationship. “I don’t think she ‘had’ an anything,” she told TMZ. “I think that was just… She’s a young pretty girl, and you know, I think that we don’t think that the toads that we may kiss [are] gonna be like broadcasted… I personally feel a little bit like she was set up, which is why I try to teach the girls.”

Eminem Slated To Kick Off The 2024 VMAs

Whether you agree with it or not, Eminem has been having quite the 2024. At 51 years young, the Detroit icon put out his eagerly awaited The Death of Slim Shady back in July and it did serious numbers. It moved around 287,000 units and debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 200. Sure, it may have been an inconsistent record, but to be able to do that at this point in his storied career is nothing to sneeze at. Elsewhere, Marshall Mathers became just the second rapper ever to eclipse 50 billion streams. So, yes Eminem has been shattering the mold in multiple ways this year and pretty soon. But he’ll even have another opportunity to do so on Wednesday, September 11.

According to Billboard, he is up for eight nominations at the 2024 VMAs, and six of them are thanks to “Houdini”. They are: “video of the year, best hip-hop, best direction, best editing, best visual effects, and song of the summer”. Then, the other two categories are “artist of the year, and VMAs most iconic performance”. The latter is due to his outing in his debut year of 1999 when Eminem hit the stage to play “Guilty Conscience” and “My Name Is”. If he wins just one of them, he will then possess the most wins by any male artist at the show.

Eminem Hasn’t Opened Up The VMAs Since 2010

He already commands the most hardware for any MC, but that will be another impressive feat for sure. In addition to the potential of taking home a lot of awards, Eminem will also be performing once again. However, he’s doing something he hasn’t done in nearly a decade and a half. He will be tasked with opening up the VMAs right for the first time since 2010 when he rapped “Not Afraid” and “Love The Way You Lie” alongside Rihanna. The Death of Slim Shady will be getting its inaugural run on TV, too, so that should be something to look out for as well.

Diddy Lists L.A. Mansion For Staggering Price Following Now-Infamous Homeland Security Raid

Diddy has reportedly listed his mansion in Beverly Hills for sale at a price point of $61 million. Page Six reports that the move “comes as no surprise to insiders, despite the recent controversy surrounding the hip-hop mogul,” according to a source. Homeland Security infamously raided the home, earlier this year, as part of the federal investigation into the Bad Boy mogul. The raid never led to any charges.

Another source for the outlet explained the decision to sell: “Combs established his primary residence on Star Island in Miami years ago. Now that his children are grown… the empty nester has decided to sell the property, marking a significant moment in LA real estate.” Notably, Homeland Security also raided the Miami property at the same time as they did his West Coast house.

The L.A. property is located on what is known as “Billionaire’s Row,” and boats several celebrity neighbors including Kylie Jenner, Jimmy Iovine, Alexandra Von Furstenberg, and more in addition to the Playboy Mansion. Diddy originally purchased the property a decade ago for $40 million. Built on 1.3 acres of land, the home encompasses 13,000 square feet of living space.

A description of the home caught by Page Six reads: “A grand cobblestone driveway leads to the completely remodeled estate, which features classic European design elements. The property boasts a luxurious paneled entry foyer with a sweeping staircase bathed in natural light, along with a large living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office, and a gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.” There are also apparently tons of amenities including a “state-of-the-art theater,” two-story guesthouse, and more. Joseline Hernandez Has Karlissa Saffold Kicked Off Of The “Aunt-Tea” Podcast

Joseline Hernandez is a reality TV star who is no stranger to being embroiled in some drama. Overall, every show she has been on has featured some sort of verbal or physical altercation with her at the forefront. However, this has made her must-see television, regardless of the platform. In fact, Hernandez was recently on the Aunt-Tea podcast where she was grilled with questions by the likes of Tia Kemp, Tokyo Toni, and Karlissa Saffold.

Every single week, there appears to be a new interesting angle to come from this podcast. Well, over the weekend, the episode was made interesting thanks to some beef between Hernandez and the three co-hosts. Hernandez did not appreciate the line of questioning throughout the show and ended up having some words. She told them all to change their questions as she was simply there to have fun. As you will see, she eventually had Saffold kicked off the show.

In the clip below, you can see that Saffold was livid with Hernandez. While she walked off set, she was still sitting behind the scenes, and was refusing to leave the premises. Tokyo Toni then jumped in and told her to get lost, although Saffold stood her ground. Needless to say, there was quite a bit of drama on set. As far as the fans are concerned, however, Saffold is in the right. It is her show, and she has every right to remain on set if she so chooses.
