NBA Youngboy Is Making Sure People Know Who He Is On “Heard Of Me”

Louisiana rapper NBA Youngboy is probably the most prolific artist in the game right now. Just a couple of days ago, he put out “Testimony,” including a YouTube video for it. The track was popping off in just a few short hours with it in the top five on the music trending page. YB’s fans are extremely loyal and extreme in general. The man can do wrong in their eyes. But, at least he knows that he will always have people wanting more from him.

In “Testimony” he appears to diss YouTuber Trap Lore Ross with this bar. “Real gangster or a fake killer? tell em “f*** with us.” A lot of rappers include a lyric like this in some way, but it has fans guessing it is a diss because of Ross’ video. He covers a lot of rappers’ alleged affiliations with gangs and did on YB called YoungBoy: Real Killer or Fake Gangster? Now, he might be sending more strays toward someone else on “Heard Of Me.” HipHopNMore has some extra details on the song below.

Listen To “Heard Of Me” From NBA Youngboy

Some of Youngboy’s Instagram followers are making loose connections that he is sending shots back at J. Cole. Cole and Lil Yachty dropped a song called “The Secret Recipe.” Listeners were claiming that parts of Cole’s verse were in response to an NBA track “F**k The Industry, Pt. 2.” One YB fan commented under his IG post announcing “Heard Of Me,” saying, “Yb better than j col way better.” Another says, “N**** responded super quick.” However, Cole’s manager claims there were shots fired, but that is not quelling any speculations.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new song, “Heard Of Me,” from NBA Youngboy? Is this the better song over “Testimony?” Do you think this was a response to J. Cole’s “diss” towards him? We want to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. Lil Uzi Vert Gives Fans First Taste Of “Luv Is Rage 3” With NFL

Eclectic Philadelphia rapper Lil Uzi Vert is already on their way to dropping more projects. It has only been three months since they put out their first project in three years with Pink Tape. Although quite a decent audience was not really feeling Uzi’s blends of rage, trap, and metal, fans are still chomping at the bit. So much so, that two more are expected to be hitting streaming, hopefully, in the coming months.

Uzi has teased the Barter 16 and third installment in the Luv Is Rage relentlessly. Whether it be at concerts or on social media, they are promising it will be soon. In the meantime, we have a new single, which according to Genius, is expected to land on Luv Is Rage 3. “NFL,” which stands for “Never Fall In Luv,” gives us a good idea of how a fair amount of the project will sound. HipHopNMore caught wind of the song dropping.

Uzi is using an interesting flow and video game-esque beat, which they are no stranger to. They first gave fans notice that a song would be dropping a couple of days ago on their Instagram. “NFL vid30 0N Th3 W@Y [goat emoji] (never fall in luv) [broken heart emoji.” Fans are already digging the song and you can check it out for yourself above.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new single, “NFL,” from Lil Uzi Vert? Based on how this sounds, will Luv Is Rage 3 be a better listen than Pink Tape? Jung Kook Crosses Over Into Hip Hop Again With Jack Harlow On “3D”

While it took until Doja Cat’s “Paint The Town Red” a few weeks ago for a rap song to top the Hot 100 in 2023, it wasn’t the first time a rapper appeared on the #1 spot this year. That’s because earlier in the year Latto teamed up with BTS member and K-pop superstar Jung Kook on the track “Seven.” The song immediately shot up to the very top of the charts debuting at number one in its first week.

Now, Jung Kook is returning to the well of collaborating with American rappers with his new single “3D.” The track features an appearance from Jack Harlow who is no stranger to the Hot 100 with mega-hits like “First Class” and “What’s Poppin.” The pair team up for an incredibly smooth new collaboration with a perfect pop rap beat. In his verse Harlow stays mostly in his lane flexing his appeal to women and his hometown. Unsurprisingly, the song is off to a strong start commercially with over 10 million views on its music video in under 24 hours. Check out the song and video below.

Jung Kook And Jack Harlow See In “3D”

While Jung Kook has only dropped two new songs this year, he’s made the most of them. Jack Harlow on the other hand released his new album Jackman earlier this year. The short project also came with a short turnaround from his previous record which dropped just last year. Jackman spawned hit songs like “They Don’t Love It” and “Common Ground,” though neither approached the smash success of “First Class.” What do you think of Jung Kook and Jack Harlow’s new collab “3D”? Latto Shades Mystery Opps On “ISSA PARTY,” Fans Speculate

Latto dropped off her new song with BabyDrill today, “ISSA PARTY.” The energetic single contains quite a few bars dragging her opps, and of course, fans want to know who they’re directed at. Speculation is running rampant on social media, with countless users sharing their own theories on the shade.

In the past, Latto’s had beef with Ice Spice, Nicki Minaj, Coi Leray, and more. They’re all at the tops of fans’ lists when it comes to who the bars are aimed for. It seems like Coi’s certainly a solid contender, based on Latto’s line “B*tch, I’m red, not green, lil’ ho, stop playin’ with me.” She famously referenced Coi on her hit track “Put It On Da Floor,” comparing the hitmaker to a blunt. The “Players” made it clear that she didn’t appreciate the comparison, and later took a shot of her own at Latto on her song “Isabel Marant.”

Latto Drags Her Opps On New Song

“Hop up on that couch and roll up Latto out the bag,” she raps. Coi’s implication that Latto’s “green” doesn’t seem to have sat right with her. She later teamed up with Sexyy Red for a remix of Young Nudy’s “Peaches & Eggplants,” and dissed Coi’s dad, Benzino. “He don’t eat p*ssy, he gots to go / Give me that neck like Benzino,” she rhymes.

Coi then responded to the apparent diss on Twitter, sharing her and her father’s text exchange about the bar. In the messages, Benzino tells Coi that she simply “admires” her, and encourages her to “stay focused.” Coi responded by telling her father that she appreciates how situations like that “bring [them] together.” She then seemed to shade Latto, writing, “If you need to go viral, just mention my name. It works every time [kissing emojis]. enjoy !” Who do you think Latto’s shading on her new song? Will you be adding it to your playlist? J. Cole Appears To Hit NBA YoungBoy With Some Not-So-Sublte Bars On “The Secret Recipe.”

J Cole and Lil Yachty shocked fans last night when they decided to come through with a new record together. Overall, the song is called “The Secret Recipe.” and it is most definitely a unique song. This is a track that features some cool jazzy production that also has elements of psychedelia. Moreover, both of these artists came through with some fiery verses that fans were impressed by. Sure, they might be an unlikely duo, but there is no doubt that Yachty is gaining more and more respect from his peers.

As for Cole’s contributions to the track, many are talking about a couple of bars that seem to be directed at NBA YoungBoy. If you remember, YoungBoy dropped a track called “F*ck The Industry Pt. 2.” In this song, he claims Cole promised him a feature, but never came through. “J a ho, that n**** played it cold like he was gon’ do a feature,” he said. “So I texted his line a muscle sign, I swear it’s gon’ be nice to meet you.” On “The Secret Recipe.” Cole alludes to rappers wanting features and how he isn’t about the threats.

J. Cole Delivers Fiery Verse

“N***** makin’ threats and I laugh, that’s ’cause you ain’t a threat /Don’t ask how I feel ’bout no rappers, s***, they okay, I guess,” Cole raps. “Incomin’ call, press the button, the one that say accept /He FaceTime to ask for a feature and saw the face of death.” The message here seems pretty clear cut. Although he does not call YoungBoy out by name, there is definitely some intention behind what he is saying. Either way, you have to love Cole’s energy.
