Today it is the first of those two outcomes. The artists that have joined forces this time around are British rap duo D-Block Europe and Florida’s Kodak Black.

The name of the track is “Still Play Valorant” and this is not a single. Rather, it is closer to the collective’s most recent full-length project, Rolling Stone. With all of the major releases this past weekend, it took some time to get to it. However, we are glad we are able to share it. One of the best parts of this cut is the production hands down.

It is wavy, spacey, and pure melodic trap goodness. If you are into auto-tune you are going to dig this. While it might be a bit of a loose comparison, it shares some similarities to A Boogie wit da Hoodie’s 2017 song “Beast Mode” from The Bigger Artist. The whisky, ghostly, and woodwind-like elements add an ethereal vibe to the violent track. Sauce Walka is one of the more underrated talents from Texas. He has proven that he can deliver his music in different ways. The 33-year-old veteran is not a one-note kind of guy and he proves that on his newest single. Currently, it is only available on YouTube, so if you want to listen to it, check out the link below. Sauce is throwing things back to the 90s with “Im Him.” It is a three-minute track that flexes his ability to spit with ease. You could say he is rapping like the rent is due on this one. Walka had the song produced by Daringer, who works on the Griselda label.

It may be a bit of an unexpected collaboration, but it works to perfection. Daringer brings a smooth, boom-bap flavor to the table, and Walka feasts on it. Excitingly, this is a teaser to the Houston native’s upcoming project for 2024. When it drops, it will follow up his lone 2023 LP, DAT BOY DEN. It will be tied into the albums named after him.

That is exciting to hear Vezzo say this. It has been a little over a year since Vezzo’s last project. It was a collaboration with legendary DJs Gangsta Grillz and Drama. That came through on December 9, 2022, and featured heavy hitters such as Future, Jerzy, Kodak Black, 2 Chainz, and more. Vezzo’s fans are certainly pushing him to get this album out ASAP because they are running up the streams on “Pouring Wok.”

Before that, he came by with one on Christmas Day when he took a trip down to Tulum located in Mexico. While his birthday does fall in November, he headed down there for a late gift to celebrate. T H R O N E Teams Up With Paul Wall And AYGR For Incredible Symphony On “Truth Spoke Cold”

Rap duo and real-life couple T H R O N E are looking to make their mark in 2024. The multicultural collective is made up of YVHIKV (yuh-hey-guh) and Hayatheus. According to an interview piece from Native Max Magazine they met in a recording studio around 2019 and their relationship grew stronger with music. YVHIKV hails from Dewar, Oklahoma, while Hayatheus, or “H,” grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the Connecticut/NYC area. T H R O N E’s YVHIKV is Mvskoke (Creek) and “H” is German and Jewish.

Essentially, T H R O N E is one of the most interesting stories in hip-hop right now and no one really knows about it. However, they might grab some people’s attention with their newest offering “Truth Spoke Cold.” Part of the reason for that is because they worked with legendary Southern rapper Paul Wall. The single opens up with epic synths that lead into the rapping performances, which are all outstanding.

It sounds very similar to Tyler, The Creator’s “RUNNING OUT OF TIME” in certain aspects, however, it is unique at the same time. Assumedly, the production comes from the third feature AYGR. If you want to size him up to some of the more recent talents, Veeze and Luh Tyler share similarities. Raspy and conversation-like flows with more minimal production. Whether those two names would like to thank Babyface for his influence remains to be seen.

But, Ray clearly started some movement when he began rapping back in 2014. As we said though, he does not seem to get the recognition for his contributions. Maybe this could be a big year for him. 2023 was a busy one for him, though, with several singles and his album, Summer’s Mine. In 2024, he has gotten off to a quick start as well.

Today, Carti revealed that he would be coming through with yet another song. This is his fifth single as part of this rollout, and no one knew what to expect. Well, at 9:30 PM EST, Carti took to his Opium Instagram account and dropped a song called “EVILJ0RDAN.” Upon hearing the beat to the song, you will quickly realize this is the infamous DJ Swamp Izzo snippet that came out long before “UR THE MOON” was even on anyone’s radar. Fans have wanted this song for quite some time, and they finally got their wish.

As you will hear, this track comes complete with some demonic production that is going to capture your attention. Like many of his other recent tracks, this offering contains some dark sounds that have Carti diving into his lower register. He is showcasing a sound he has never really experimented with before, and it is paying off big time. Lil Nas X’s “J Christ” Receives Church Of Satan’s Stamp Of Approval

Lil Nas X may not have won over Christians with his new single “J Christ,” but it looks like he at least got a stamp of approval from the Church of Satan. Amid the onslaught of backlash the hitmaker has received for his new religious era, TMZ chatted with the leader of the organization, magister David Harris. According to him, the track and its accompanying music video are nothing short of “fantastic.”

Harris also says that despite Lil Nas X comparing himself to Jesus in the song, his trajectory lines up pretty well with the church’s belief in “lesser” magic, or influence on others. He also clarified a few misconceptions about the Church of Satan, claiming that instead of actually worshipping the devil, it encourages its members to simply be themselves.

While magister David Harris appears to be a fan, many others have made their disapproval known following the release. Conservatives have accused the performer of mocking Christianity, disrespecting God, and of course, being a Satanist. Obviously, this latest development probably won’t help with the accusations. Lil Nas X insists they’re not true, however, firing back on Twitter last week.

“I’ve crossed satan up and broke his ankles, snapped his neck and literally killed him, made a song referencing the return of jesus, and somehow yall still think im a satanist,” the artist responded to a user accusing him of being a Satanist. “I can not win lmaooo.” Regardless, it doesn’t look like he’s letting the backlash get him down, and says that he currently has an entire gospel album in the works.
