CZARFACE And NEMS Spit Incredible Verses On “You Know My Style”

Two of the most slept-on lyricists in hip-hop right now are CZARFACE. The group consisting of Inspectah Deck, 7L, and Esoteric has given rap heads plenty of bar-based bangers for years now with their extensive catalog. Ever since 2013, they have been consistently dropping project after project, and none have really disappointed. As of right now, the trio is up to 12 projects, which do include a few that have just the instrumentals tacked on to them.

Their last effort together was Czarmageddon! back in 2022. What is also really cool and iconic about all of their releases are the creative and colorful album covers. They all center around a comic book style that evokes Marvel and DC very tastefully. Now, we are about to receive another addition to the growing discography in just a few months.

Chrisean Rock’s Pregnancy Journey Shown In New “Prayer For Chrisean Jr.” Music Video Feat. Mookie

The public has been admittedly hard on Chrisean Rock since she first announced her pregnancy in January. To be fair, it’s not like her often-emotionally immature behaviour didn’t warn the concern. Thankfully, she’s made noticeable efforts to grow and do better since stepping into motherhood. The Baltimore native may not be perfect, but as the music video she dropped today (October 2) shows, she’s got a huge heart, and it’s full of love for her firstborn son.

Nearly one month after Chrisean Jr. took his first breath, his famous parents have already shown him off in two visuals. The first, “Baby Momma Drama” saw Blueface reflecting on the chaos in his life thanks to Rock and Jaidyn Alexis. For her part, the Baddies cast member opted to focus on more positive topics, like the dreams she has for her son’s future. In her “Prayer For Chrisean Jr.” song, the young boy’s mother sings about learning to have conversations with God with some help from her brother, Mookie.

“My mama taught me how to pray / I got that baby on my hip like every day,” Rock’s sibling sings halfway through the track. “This s**t get cr*zy ’round my way like every day / Money calling, I ain’t stalling on the way,” he continues. Speaking of money, we see just how hard Rock worked all throughout her pregnancy in the accompanying video too. From doing photoshoots with her baby bump to making appearances at rowdy clubs, she didn’t quit.

Jack Harlow Delivers Shocking NSFW Lil Nas X Bars In New Kanye West Leak

Jack Harlow is someone who has gone through the full range of support when it comes to fans on social media. One day, fans are saying Harlow might be one of the best in the game. However, the next day, some are saying he “fell off” and that he is “on the clock.” Overall, Harlow has done a good job of avoiding these criticisms. He doesn’t engage with any of it, and he does his own thing. Whether that be acting in movies or just taking a break from social media, Harlow knows how to deal with fame and its pitfalls.

Now, however, Harlow is going to have to work overtime to avoid the latest trending topic involving his name. Recently, an extended version of a Donda 2 track called “Louie Bags” ended up leaking online. Of course, Donda 2 is an album that has been quite elusive. There are some people who own the album through the Stem player. That said, it is well-known that the album is very much, unfinished. There are better versions of each song on a hard drive somewhere, and some of these versions are making their way onto the internet.

Jack Harlow With Some Peculiar Lyrics

As reported by DJ Akademiks, the song features an extended verse from Harlow in which he delivers NSFW bars about one of his best friends in rap. That man would be Lil Nas X. Harlow was on the artist’s song “Industry Baby” which ironically enough, featured some production from Kanye West. On this “Louie Bags” verse, Harlow raps “I bet Lil Nas X will f*ck me if I let him.” These lyrics are now going extra viral, and it is very easy to see why that would be the case. In the comments to the post above, many were confused as to why Harlow would even say this.

In between album rollouts, Lil Nas X usually just stays off of social media. Having said that, it should come as no surprise that he has yet to respond to these lyrics. Whether or not he will, still remains to be seen. Let us know what you think of these lyrics, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the music world. We will always keep you informed.

Oliver Tree Gets Vulnerable On New Album “Alone In A Crowd”

Oliver Tree has returned with another LP, Alone In A Crowd. The new project follows his 2022 album, Cowboy Tears. Back in June, the 30-year-old performer gave listeners a taste of what was to come with “Bounce.” The romantic track is accompanied by an expectedly bizarre music video, directed by the Santa Cruz native himself.

He dropped off three more singles ahead of the release, “One & Only,” “Essence” feat. Super Computer, and “Fairweather Friends.” Each one is joined by a similarly surreal visual, and they’ve all already managed to rack up millions of views on YouTube alone.

Oliver Tree – “Fairweather Friends”

Listeners hear Oliver Tree embracing a variety of different flavors on his latest project, opening up on laid back tracks like “Highlight Of My Life,” while tapping elements of hip hop on songs such as “Fairweather Friends.” He explores themes of love, heartbreak, and feeling like an outcast on Alone In A Crowd, recruiting the help of Super Computer and Robin Schulz.

At the end of September, Oliver Tree spoke to NPR about the new release, revealing that the project was built around a fictional character he created, “Cornelius Cummings.” He explained that he drew inspiration from his whirlwind success, pulling themes of alienation from his own lived experiences. “I became incredibly lonely,” he said of his hasty rise to fame. “I felt isolated, Rapunzel-ed (ph). It wasn’t actually a really healthy experience. Whether it’s tons of praise or tons of negativity, there’s nothing healthy about that for the psyche.” What do you think of Alone In A Crowd? What songs will you be adding to your playlist? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates on Oliver Tree.

Sematary is back just in time for October with a new EP, King Of The Graveyard. He kicked things off right with the EP’s lead single last week, giving fans a taste of what was to come. The single is joined by a haunting accompanying music video which takes place in, you guessed it, a graveyard.

The 22-year-old performer is seen dancing along to the unapologetically spooky track, fittingly adorned with a crown while he waves around a weapon. Heavy production meets distorted vocals and ghoulish ad-libs, making the track the perfect addition to Halloween playlists everywhere. The new EP follows Sematary’s collab with Blp Kosher which he dropped off in June, “Huntin Wabbits.” It also follows his January release, Butcher House. The 12-track project saw features from Buckshot, Hackle, Turnabout and more.

SCY Jimm Is Feeling “Highly Favored” On His Second Album Of 2023

While SCY Jimm has plenty of music to check out on all DSPs HNHH has not had the chance to cover him too often. We first covered the Bunnell, Florida rapper a few weeks ago on a single with another rapper who is also getting a lot of attention right now. “Ain’t Original” saw him and the eccentric BLP Kosher team up for a single with plenty of personality and energy. Both have their own respective and signature sounds already, giving them a leg up on the rest of the new faces to rap.

The ROOKIE OF THE YEAR already has a project out for this year with Trench Baby. That record came out back on April 14 and it was purely a solo project. For a rapper who is just trying to make a name for themselves, tackling a full LP with no features is a daunting task, but he managed to do it. Jimm is riding this wave with Highly Favored.

Maxo Delivers His Second LP Of The Year With “Debbie’s Son”

One of the rappers who is doing it a bit differently from the rest of Los Angeles talents is Maxo. Born In 1995, Maximillian Allen, is specifically from Ladera Heights, California, according to his Genius annotation. As a few rappers have, their first true passion was sports. The same rang true for Maxo, as he was really into playing basketball growing up. However, that all changed for him when his brother, who used to go by Sharp, got him into making music.

He does not rap anymore, but it had a lasting impact on Maxo. Things began to pick up career-wise in 2015 when he put out his first-ever project, After Hours. The EP was released under an Alaskan cassette label called Burnt Tapes. After gaining some momentum off of that release, he then hopped over to another label called LOVETURL. There, he put out his second release, SMILE, three years later.

BIA Tacks On Seven Additional Songs, Gives Us “REALLY HER (INTL DELUXE)”

BIA is in a crowded field of female rappers. There are so many fresh new faces on the scene and with that comes every one of them battling to be unique. Some are either going to come out of the pack and grab a lot of listeners’ attention, or fall to the wayside. However, we would argue that BIA is one of those standout voices that has the chance to become even bigger than she is already.

Things really did not pop off for her until about late 2020 to 2021. But, she has been releasing music to streaming since 2016. BIA has two projects under her belt with FOR CERTAIN (2020), which featured the viral track “WHOLE LOTTA MONEY.” Then, back on July 28, she put out her sophomore effort REALLY HER.
