Freddie Gibbs Responds To Ex’s Physical Assault Accusations With Alleged Texts

Earlier today, Freddie Gibbs’ former partner Jasmine Grenaway took to Twitter/X to accuse him of physical assault. Sharing a photo of a positive pregnancy test, Grenaway revealed that she’s expecting. She also posted a photo of various marks and bruises on her body, alleging that she sustained them during a fight with Gibbs.

“Why are y’all acting so confused? I said Freddie Gibbs put his hands on me, which left scars and bruises, then I found out I was pregnant and he won’t help me get the abortion bc he knows the risks due to my medical history of having cervical/ovarian tumors and a laparotomy. Like…,” she wrote. At the time, he responded with a vague Tweet, simply writing “The devil is a lie my n***a.” Now, he’s responded with a series of screenshots, which show an alleged text message conversation between him and Grenaway.

Freddie Gibbs Shares Alleged Conversation With Jasmine Grenaway

One of the messages suggests that she apologized for a “really unfortunate situation” that took place the week prior. It doesn’t mention any specifics, though she seemingly added that she doesn’t believe it “has anything to do with [his] character as a man.” Grenaway also appeared to tell him that their relationship may just be “bad timing,” urging him not to feel pressured.

In a separate message, she seemingly apologized for having a “temper,” explaining that she’s trying to heal from past trauma. Grenaway allegedly said later that she was hoping for a chance to be his friend, telling him she loves him and isn’t looking for any drama or beef. “I hate to do this type sh*t but here we go,” he captioned one of the screenshots, accusing her of sending some of the messages only days ago. LeBron James Spotted Dancing To Kendrick Lamar’s Drake Diss “Not Like Us”

LeBron James is a big rap fan. LeBron can be seen on various Instagram stories over the years, repping many a different artist, rapping their songs, and enjoying their music. LeBron seems to have a good relationship with both Drake and Kendrick Lamar. The Drake Kendrick beef is making people pick sides. Athletes like tennis stars Naomi Osaka and Coco Gauff have both sided with the Compton rapper. It seems everyone is realizing that Drake lost the feud. Now King James has been spotted having a good time dancing to Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss “Not Like Us.

Kendrick Lamar has even name-checked LeBron in his flurry of disses aimed at the Toronto rapper. On Kendrick’s “Meet The Grahams,” he rapped, “Ayy, LeBron, keep the family away, hey, Curry, will you keep the family away?” With all the allegations against Drake, Kendrick urges the athletes who have had close ties to Drizzy to be careful. LeBron was previously seen jamming to Kendrick and Futures track “Like That,” the song that started everything, during his warm-ups in the play-in tournament. LeBron has now been spotted two-stepping the night away to Kendricks’s mega-hit diss.

LeBron Dancing To “Not Like Us”

It is safe to say LeBron James approves of Kendrick Lamar’s viscous and bumping “Not Like Us.” Drake and fans were clamoring for Kendrick to make something people could dance to, and he did just that. Now King James is hitting a slight jig at the expense of his once close associate, Drake. LeBron is also hilariously trying to look like he is in all black and a hat, but we all know it’s him. It is probably in his best interest to cut ties with Drake anyway since he is the face of the Los Angeles Lakers. Lamar is a Laker fan and is from Compton, so it only makes sense.

LeBrons future in LA is up in the air. They are going to try and do everything they can to retain the King’s services. The Kendrick Lamar-Drake feud seems like it has a definitive winner. No one is really stepping out there to defend Drake. The only thing that can turn the tide is another diss from Drizzy. Nevertheless, we know that one diss from Drake means two are on the way from Mr. Lamar.

Coi Leray’s Blurry-Eyed ‘Lemon Cars’ Video Sympathizes With Strip Club Struggles

The hustle is real in the video for Coi Leray‘s new synthpop single, “Lemon Cars.” While Coi is primarily known as a rapper, she’s been known to dabble in other genres, and that’s exactly what she does for this sympathetic review of a strip club employee’s nightly struggles. The title appears to be a reference to the protagonist’s tendency to get so inebriated that she mixes up the terms “lemon drop” and “fancy cars.” The character is so caught up in the hustle, that she loses track of time and her sense of self, but knows that living in a blur risks eventually hitting a wall.

The video gives Coi another chance to show off her growing pole dance skills as she embodies the burnt-out protagonist, going from the club’s stage to its bar and back to keep herself from feeling the exhaustion of the paper chase. On her Twitter account (not “X,” be serious), Coi elaborated on the song’s pro-stripper philosphy.

“I know strippers who own houses , businesses, real deal boss ass bitches get money bitches,” she wrote. “some with degrees and some without ! But I know the hustle speaks for itself every time . Come correct when you speaking on strippers . Tuh! Keep doing you ladies!”

The Game Addresses Rick Ross’ Lukewarm Reaction To New Diss Track

Last night, The Game dropped an explosive new diss track directed at Rick Ross, “Freeway’s Revenge.” On it, the Compton-born MC throws repeated jabs about his weight, history, and overall persona. Of course, it also arrived at the heels of Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s viral rap beef, which Rick Ross similarly jumped into last month. While Ross has sided with Kendrick, The Game has sided with Drake, and began taking shots at Rozay online earlier this week.

Fans, and surely The Game, were eager to hear how Rick Ross would respond to the scathing diss. Unfortunately for them, however, he doesn’t have much to say about it. Earlier today, the performer hopped online with a short clip, laughing while holding up a Louis Vuitton bowl. “You n****s starving,” he said.

The Game Seems Disappointed By Rick Ross’ Response To “Freeway’s Revenge”

Clearly, Rick Ross hasn’t taken the diss track too seriously, which seems to have left The Game somewhat disappointed. He took to his Instagram Story recently to address the lukewarm reaction, sharing a photo of a Louis Vuitton bag. “He wanted all smoke a week ago,” he wrote. “Chicken legs can’t go bar for bar so we going LV for LV now I guess [laughing emojis]. I hate these rap n****s.”

Ross’ reaction to The Game’s diss has some drawing comparisons to his own role in Drake’s beef with everyone, as he was similarly accused of trying to insert himself for clout. Others are warning him not to attempt to outshine Ross when it comes to luxury goods, as he may just have everyone beat there. Grenaway shared the allegations on Twitter/X earlier today, first unveiling a photo of a positive pregnancy test. “Happy early Mother’s Day to me! Y’all go tell Freddie Gibbs congratulations,” she captioned the post.

She went on to suggest that she had been warned about Gibbs, claiming that she should have listened. “I’m not above mistakes. I’ll admit, I should’ve listened to the warnings from everyone. But, here I am. I’m a real a** b*tch so I’ll take that on the chin. A sucka I am not tho,” Grenaway wrote.
