How To Watch Coachella 2023 At Home

Fans who can’t physically make it to Coachella this year are in for quite a treat, as 2023 will be the first-ever opportunity to stream performances from all six stages (Coachella Stage, Outdoor Theater, Sahara, Mojave, Gobi, and Sonora) — without leaving the comfort of your house. Both weekends of April 14-16 and April 21-23 will also be available to watch online for free.

Coachella will host a separate feed for each stage through their YouTube channel.

Bad Bunny, Blackpink, and Frank Ocean are headlining this year’s festival, so you’re sure to hear some good music and won’t have to wait in seriously-packed crowds, fly a plane to Palm Springs, or battle any of the traditional festival terrains to do it.

Other acts playing at Coachella include Gorillaz, Björk, Rosalía, Becky G, Kaytranada, Kali Uchis, Boygenius, Charli XCX, Blondie, and many more. View the complete 2023 lineup here.

The festival will also be offering live chat, “in-stream shopping,” and other “exclusive Shorts” from musicians and creators — alongside the standard festival stage performances. While the daily schedules and times for the streams have yet to be released, fans who want to watch the festival can find Coachella’s official channel here and can also set reminders for each of the stages.

Machine Gun Kelly, Rick Ross, And Tech N9ne Will Headline Travis Kelce’s Inaugural Kelce Jam In Kansas City

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is still high off of his team’s victory at this year’s Super Bowl. This will come full circle during NFL Draft Weekend later this month.

On Friday, April 28, Kelce will bring some of his favorite musical acts to his hometown for the inaugural Kelce Jam. Among the performers are Machine Gun Kelly, Rick Ross, Loud Luxury, and Kansas City legend Tech N9ne.

“The Super Bowl victory lap is not over yet,” said Kelce in a statement. “KC, just wait to see what I have in store for you all with my inaugural Kelce Jam – Draft Weekend’s biggest event ever featuring my homies Machine Gun Kelly, Rick Ross, Loud Luxury, and Tech N9ne, some of KC’s best eats, awesome brand activations, and unmatched championship energy. Get ready to fight for your right to party!”

In addition to a promising line-up of musical performers, Kelce Jam will showcase the best of Kansas City’s dining. Fans will be able to try the Kansas City staple, Joe’s BBQ, as they will be selling a special rib and sausage combo with a Cleveland mustard-inspired BBQ sauce, collectively dubbed the Kelce Combo.

Wingstop will also provide food, and invite two fans to participate in a chicken sandwich eating contest on stage, moderated by Kelce himself.

General admission tickets begin at $49.99 and TickPick VIP passes start at $224.99. Fans can register here for the pre-sale, which will begin Friday, April 7.

Cardi B And Ice Spice Lead The Way For Hot 97’s Summer Jam 2023 Lineup

Festival season is in full swing. The latest long-running fest to announce its summer lineup is New York’s Hot 97 Summer Jam. Moving this year to Elmont, New York’s UBS Arena (home of the NHL’s New York Islanders), the one-day festival is scheduled for June 4 with tickets going on sale Saturday, April 8 at 10 am.

It’s a true hometown showcase this year, with Cardi B headlining and a full list of hip-hop it-girls — Coi Leray, Ice Spice, and Lola Brooke — from the tri-state area looking to make an impact. Meanwhile, Bronx natives French Montana and Lil Tjay and Brooklynite Fivio Foreign will round out the lineup, along with a Hip-Hop 50 tribute from Yonkers’s own The Lox. The only out-of-towner on the bill is GloRilla, a fitting addition alongside some of the other ladies on the lineup.

As of right now, it’s looking like Summer Jam is going to be Cardi B’s first festival headlining set since the pandemic, while it’ll be the biggest hometown show yet for Ice Spice and Lola Brooke. It’ll also mark an important opportunity for them since Rolling Loud New York was unfortunately canceled at the last minute this year.

Blige, Queen Latifah, Jeezy, Busta Rhymes, Method Man, Jadakiss, DJ Drama, Jodeci, Free Marie, and Kenny Burns, according to Variety.

“We’ll have an array of panels as well as a beat-making class,” Nasira Abdur-Razzaq, the event coordinator for CAM Raleigh, said per ABC 11. “There’ll be different interviews with different artists. You’ll have a chance to interact as well as a car show that’s going to be happening across the street. We like the idea of culture and art and music all combining together, which is why this is so important for CAM to be collaborating with Dreamville. So, we just look forward to having everyone here.”

According to the news channel, the events kick off at noon local time and will run until 11 p.m. — with the last panel happening at 8 p.m. Those who wish to go do not also need a festival ticket to attend, giving everyone in the community a chance to experience the festivities.

Drake Canceled On Lollapalooza Brasil The Morning Of After Partying At 50 Cent’s Strip Club Event In Miami The Night Before

Drake’s international Lollapalooza sets aren’t going so well. Earlier this month, he cut his Lollapalooza Argentina set short, and this past weekend, he didn’t show up to his Lollapalooza Brasil performance at all.

On the morning of Sunday, March 26 (the day Drake was supposed to perform), a message shared on social media by Lollapalooza Brasil read (as translated via Google Translate), “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Drake is without members of his sound and production team, essential to the realization of the Lollapalooza show in São Paulo. Drake was excited to perform for his fans in Brazil. Unfortunately, this is beyond his control. Sorry.”

The festival tapped Skrillex to headline in Drake’s place and offered refunds if festivalgoers chose not to attend the final day. CNN Brasil notes that Willow, Dominic Fike, Blink-182, Omar Apollo, and 100 Gecs also pulled out of this year’s festival.

Per another CNN Brasil report, a video shared on social media shows Drake at a 50 Cent-led event at Miami’s Booby Trap On The River strip club, happily chatting with 50. This apparently happened hours before Drake canceled on Lollapalooza Brasil; The 50 Cent event was on Saturday night and the festival announced Drake would no longer be performing on Sunday morning. Some on social media also noticed that the jet Drake was set to take to Brazil deviated from its planned route before landing in Miami.

It’s not currently known if Drake’s presence at the party led to his Lolla cancellation, or if he decided to attend the event after it had already been determined he would not be able to perform at the festival.
