Travis Scott Drops Audemars Piguet Merch For Those Who Can’t Afford His $200K Collab

Travis Scott is one of the biggest artists in all of rap right now. Overall, he is someone who has dropped a plethora of phenomenal albums. Of course, Rodeo, Astroworld, and even Utopia are all albums that have increased his cache. If you have followed his career, then you know that he has collaborated with a ton of brands over the years. For instance, Nike, Jordan Brand, McDonald’s, Fortnite, and even Dior are all established entities he has linked up with. Now, he has added another brand to his long list.

Last week, we reported on how Scott was teaming up with none other than Audemars Piguet. The rapper came up with a Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar with all sorts of Cactus Jack branding. However, seeing as though this is AP, you can imagine the watch costs a lot of money. In fact, it is $200K which is a pretty penny. Not everyone can afford that kind of piece, so it should come as no surprise that the rapper decided to also come out with some Audemars Piguet x Cactus Jack merch.

If you are wondering what the merch pieces are, well, you will be pleased to know there are more than a few options. There are t-shirts, sweaters, leather bomber jackets, and even hats. Overall, the prices are a wide range as a hat will run you $60. Meanwhile, if you want to go all out and get yourself the jacket, well, that will run you almost $2k. This is Audemars Piguet, you couldn’t expect everything to be inexpensive. In terms of the color schemes here, everything is mostly brown, which is to be expected from anything Scott at this point.

Jay-Z Celebrates “The Black Album” 20th Anniversary With Throwback Merch

One of Jay-Z’s biggest and best albums is celebrating a major milestone. The Black Album was released 20 years ago and features some of the most well-known songs in Jay’s entire catalog like “99 Problems” and “Dirt Off Your Shoulder.” Fans of the album who may not have been able to get their hands on a piece of affiliated merch at the time are now getting another shot.

Earlier this week Mitchell & Ness announced that a series of heavily stylized jerseys were being made and sold to celebrate the album’s anniversary. A few different variants were announced with a series of Instagram posts. “For its 20th anniversary, we are only releasing 2003 of each style of these iconic New York collector’s pieces. Shop the NY colorway from the limited-edition release now,” they captioned the announcement. With only 2000 of each look available fans quickly rushed to pick one up before they sold out. Earlier this week, Jay-Z celebrated his birthday. He’s already one of the biggest-selling rap artists of all time. But it probably still felt pretty good to get some new certifications as a birthday present. RIAA announced a massive 19 new certifications for various singles from throughout Hov’s career. That included some already platinum songs hitting even higher landmarks and some newer tracks getting their first gold certifications.

While Jay-Z is reflecting on his earlier days by bringing back some old merch, others are sharing stories. Memphis Bleek stopped by a radio show earlier this week to shed some light on Jay’s wilder early years. He told a story of the rapper and his entourage smashing up a bar so badly they had to pay $50k just to be let out. He seemed pretty well aware of how much that story clashed with the relaxed demeanor Jay gives off to many these days. Drake Releases New Line Of “For All The Dogs Merch”

Drake’s feature-packed new album For All The Dogs has been a smash commercial hit. It had tremendous first-week sales tallying over 400k copies. The project racked up over 160k sales in its second week on the charts, good enough for number two this week. Early projections for next week see the album holding off debuts from Blink-182 and The Rolling Stones to return to the number-one spot for a second week.

Now, Drake is capitalizing on the album’s appeal with some new merch. Earlier today he shared six new pieces of For All The Dogs merch. Included in the drop are 5 new shirts and a hoodie. Among the shirts is a simple one sporting only the album cover of the record. It also featured shirts themed around songs from the album like “7969 Santa” and “Bahamas Promises.” The prices range from $45 for the simple t-shirt all the way up to $225 for the special FATD hoodie. For an artist so popular the volume of merch is expected to move quickly and fans are already rushing to get their orders in. Check out all of the pieces below.

Earlier this week, Drake celebrated his 37th birthday. At a party he threw the rapper was somehow able to pull off getting Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul on board to serve drinks. Some artists like Nicki Minaj celebrated by sharing throwback pics of the two together. Others, lil Lil Yachty took a different approach.

The rapper, who has a notoriously funny relationship with Drake, took the opportunity to troll him. He took to his Instagram story to tease the release of a video he apparently has of Drizzy eating a glizzy. Thankfully for Drake, the actual video never emerged and it seems like Yachty was just giving him a hard time online to celebrate his big day. Lil Yachty Takes Aim At His Haters With New Merch

Lil Yachty has been having a huge career resurgence over the past year or so. Overall, a lot of this can be attributed to his latest album, Let’s Start Here. With this project, Yachty ditched a hip-hop sound and decided to give us some psychedelic rock. The artist was definitely channeling some Tame Impala throughout the tracklist, and fans loved it. However, this does not mean he has abandoned hip-hop entirely. Instead, he has been dropping some amazing rap bangers while also contributing to Drake’s For All The Dogs.

Needless to say, Yachty is getting co-signs that plenty of other artists wish they had. There is no telling what Yachty is going to do next, and his fans are very excited about the future. That said, the artist remembers just how loud the haters used to be. People used to call Yachty one of the worst rappers of all time. Beyonce Visits Childhood Home, Teases Fans With New Merch

Recently, Beyonce brought her Renaissance World Tour to her hometown of Houston for the first time ever. Ahead of her show, however, she was sure to pay a visit to the place where it all started. She was spotted having a mini photoshoot in the front lawn of her childhood home. The Texas-born performer was joined by her mother, Tina Knowles.

Though it’s hard to get a clear glimpse of Beyonce in the clip, Knowles is seen rocking a cream-colored suit. The Renaissance Tour will run into October, with its final show being scheduled for the first of the month in Kansas City, UT. She’ll perform at Houston’s NRG Stadium on September 23 and 24, then head to New Orleans just before the tour closes.

This has allowed her to brush off unsolicited advice and profit from critics. On her new Scarlet album, Doja addresses some of the biggest headlines surrounding her name this year, such as her relationship with embattled comedian J. Cyrus. We know little about their romance behind closed doors. Still, the fashionista did hint at wedding bells being in her future on several songs.

Now that the 17-track LP is available for streaming, Doja has revealed what its accompanying merch line looks like. On Friday (September 22) afternoon, she hopped on Instagram to unveil a photo dump with some undeniably comedic pieces. “Wear my merch to increase power and gain XP or don’t & be a little b**ch,” she wrote in the caption. “[Your] choice lol.”

Another graphic tee shows a glamorous photo of Doja beside a demon which reads, “Welcome to Hollywood, Beware of Skin Walkers,” along with other warnings. Of course, she couldn’t help but address those rumours regarding her involvement with a certain group by making an “Illuminaughty” tee too, not to mention her pink and white tank top that brushes off the “Kittenz” beef that unfolded between Doja and listeners on Twitter earlier this summer.

Doja Cat fans are no strangers to her trolling antics. However, when she shared her “Balut” single ahead of Scarlet‘s arrival, some genuinely felt disrespected by her. YG Is Selling Donald Trump Mugshot Merch

For those who don’t know, Donald Trump turned himself in at Fulton County Jail last week. He’s facing various RICO charges stemming from his alleged attempt to overthrow the 2020 presidential election. He was released on a $200K bond almost immediately, but that didn’t stop social media users from having a field day with the situation. Countless people were eagerly anticipating his mugshot, which the former president eventually shared on his own social media accounts.

As expected, Trump capitalized on the situation, and started selling merch featuring the image. He’s selling coffee mugs, posters, bumper stickers, t-shirts, and more. All of the mugshot merch also features the slogan “never surrender,” and the proceeds are going towards his 2024 campaign. With that being said, YG has now taken to social media, revealing that he’s selling his own Trump mugshot merch.

Now, those who don’t want to support the campaign can rock t-shirts that say “F*CKED” underneath the historical image from YG’s lifestyle brand 4HUNNID. This doesn’t come as too much of a surprise, as YG hasn’t been quiet about his stance on the former president. He famously dropped the track “FDT,” which stands for “F*ck Donald Trump,” back in 2016 alongside Nipsey Hussle.

As expected, the mugshot’s reveal resulted in a barrage of memes, jokes, and edits on social media. Someone even decided to put Gunna’s face over Trump’s. Several artists have also weighed in on the debacle, sharing their takes on his arrest. Drake Drops “For All The Dogs” Merch, Fan Grabs His Neck During Tour Stop

Drake unfortunately didn’t drop For All The Dogs, his highly anticipated album, this week like many fans believed. However, we at least got some merch (a T-shirt) that’s now available on his official website. As such, it seems like the 6 God is pulling the classic move of doing everything for an album rollout before dropping the actual album. You can check out the shirt design below, and though it’s disappointing that it’s just a shirt, hopefully there’s more to come. During a recent stop on his “It’s All A Blur” tour with 21 S*vage, the Canadian superstar addressed fan anticipation for the canine-themed project.

“I know everybody’s upset because I didn’t drop my album last night,” Drake said during his performance. “I didn’t say it was dropping last night. So don’t be mad at me. I just said it was coming soon. It’s not going to be that much longer. Trust me, you know I got shows every night. But I promise you, For All The Dogs is on the way. If you never loved anything I’ve ever done in the past, I promise you, this album will be for you. It’ll be worth the wait.”

However, that wasn’t the only notable thing that happened during this concert, and with all the antics and special guests he’s brought out, how could it ever be uneventful? As Drake walked out from the stands to the stage, a fan tried to grab his neck as he made his way past them. That’s probably not something you want to test out on tour, but he seemed to take it all in good fun.

Meanwhile, with For All The Dogs coming out soon, fans can’t wait for him to play some material from it while on the road. After all, “It’s All A Blur” still isn’t over, and it’s reasonable to assume that the 36-year-old wants this rollout to match his live shows. Lil Durk Addresses Active Shooter And Merch Theft At Chicago Concert

Earlier today (August 13), it was reported that a Lil Durk concert at United Center in Chicago ended early due to reports of an active shooter. Videos emerged of crowds evacuating the venue, as did videos of attendees looting unattended merch stands. There was already some skepticism about the claims, with police scanner accounts claiming that arena security had already confirmed that no shots had been fired.

The situation has since been clarified. Police are now investigating as to who was responsible for the false reports of an active shooter, which caused mass panic and the premature end of the concert. No injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made. While some attendees still claim to have heard shots, no evidence to corroborate that has been found. Furthermore, Lil Durk himself has now addressed the events that went down.

Taking to Instagram, Lil Durk addressed the various claims coming out of the Chicago concert. “Don’t believe the hype. We bigger then [sic] big. Thank you Chicago , till next time. And who all stole the merchandise – tag me so I can repost y’all crazy ass .” While Durk mentioned the merchandise theft, his response did not mention the allegations of an active shooter. While “don’t believe the hype” could refer to those stories coming out of the concert, it’s more likely that line is simply a lead-in for “we bigger than big.”

However, Durk’s call for the fans who took merchandise to make themselves known has led to several fans making an interesting connection. Durk has been linked to the murder of FBG Duck through an FBI informant. Documents relating to the case were published on Instagram over the weekend, with Durk and his brother both being mentioned by a confidential informant. Several fans have taken this to mean that Durk is actively working with law enforcement. There are a lot of developing stories surrounding Lil Durk.
