Meek Mill Acts Like A Fan While On Stage With Future

To be fair, if you were in the presence of Hendrix as he sang one of his biggest hits, you’d probably go crazy, too. Meek Mill recently joined Future on stage during his One Big Party tour during one of his Florida stops. Moreover, a clip of the “Dreams and Nightmares” MC excitedly rapping along to the track “March Madness” made rounds online. In fact, Meek was like Future’s biggest fan in that moment, with a big smile on his face and hyping the crowd up with additional ad-libs.

In fact, it seems that whenever Meek and Pluto link up for a tour stop, great things are bound to happen. For example, the latter squashed his beef with Rocko during the Legendary Nights tour’s stop in Atlanta. Given that both artist collaborated often, it was a great moment to see as Future became more and more dominant in the mainstream. Not only that, but the show also invited ATL icons 2 Chainz, 21 Savage, and Lil Baby. From all accounts, the One Big Party tour is fulfilling that legacy of amazing live performances from the “Stick Talk” MC.

Meek Mill Has A Blast On Stage With Future

Speaking of Meek Mill and Atlanta, are you a recent signee to the Hawks or Falcons? Looking for a lavish crib to stay? Well, Meek’s got you covered. He hilariously announced on Instagram that he’s selling his ATL mansion for $25 million. “My realtor not getting this off fast enough & I think I can lol. I never moved in it had for a few years,” he captioned the video tour of the property. “Sandy springs/buckhead area! When somebody get traded to the hawks or falcons come grab this Jawn! I’m not even gone tag who shot this s***ty video lol!”

Meanwhile, Future’s next stop is actually in Meek’s hometown of Philly, which means he might pop out again. Of course, his tour included many special guests and even more surprises, and Philly’s surely getting another helping of greatness. What’s more is that everyone on his roster seems to be having a fantastic time… like one big party. Come back to HNHH for the latest on Future, Meek Mill, and the One Big Party tour.

MMG Forever: Meek Mill and Rick Ross Unite in Studio Session

MMG Forever: Meek Mill and Rick Ross Unite in Studio Session

It’s MMG forever. The combo of Meek Mill and Rick Ross are back together, hitting the studio for a new release.

Rozay hit Instagram to show a blue-lit session between the two and previewed a forthcoming release.

In November 2022, Meek Mill had his 10-year anniversary Dreams & Nightmares concert on Saturday night. Taking over Wells Fargo Center in Philly, Meek had a ton of friends join him, including Rick Ross, for a Maybach Music reunion.

Prior to the duo appearing together on stage, it was rumored the two were beefing. In various outlets, both revealed there was no beef, but Rozay joining Meek on stage during a “Ima Boss” performance confirmed that.

Ross tacked on a couple of additional performances in “Hustlin” and “B.M.F” before departing the stage.

You can catch the moment below.

Meek Mill Casually Drops Impressive Freestyle While Driving

Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill is once again making headlines. This time it’s not about a new album, or the mansion he is trying to sell. Instead, he’s causing a stir on social media with a freestyle rap video he posted on Instagram. In the video, Meek Mill can be seen sitting in the driver’s seat of his car. His friends are in the passenger and back seats, listening to a beat. As Mill drives down the highway, he begins to freestyle over the beat as his crew hypes him up.

Meek manages to stay focused even while multitasking. As he freestyles, he looks back and forth between the road and the camera. He raps with incredible speed and precision, and the video quickly gained traction on social media. After he concludes his freestyle, the man behind the camera praises him. “That was f***ing dope.” Fans and fellow artists take to the rapper’s comments to agree with the hype man. While people are praising his ability to put bars while driving, some other people believe that he wrote the rap beforehand.

Meek Mill Spits Hard Bars On The Road

The freestyle, which lasts just under a minute, is an impressive display of lyrical prowess. Meek Mill’s flow is flawless, and some people think it’s even a little too flawless to be a freestyle. But whether it’s a freestyle or not, his rap game remains on point. And this is not the first time Meek has made waves with his freestyle game. He is known to drop impressive verses off the top of his head, sometimes in impromptu settings. It’s clear that the musician is talented on many levels.

After dropping the freestyle, fans and even peers flooded his Instagram to acknowledge his feat. Of course, some fans are pointing out how dangerous Meek’s divided attention was during his video. Within the clip, the rapper can be seen looking back at the camera, and not fully paying attention to the road. At other points, he lets go of the steering wheel. However, he quickly corrects his Rolls Royce, careful not to let the expensive vehicle crash. Stay tuned to see if his legendary freestyle makes its way into one of Meek Mill’s future projects.

Meek Mill Enters Realtor Mode With Virtual Mansion Tour

Meek Mill just became somewhat of a realtor after offering fans a virtual tour via Instagram of the Atlanta mansion he put up for sale. Moreover, he published a kind of hilarious showcase clip to his social media page. The property consists of eight bedrooms, outdoor swimming pool tennis court, jacuzzi, twin double garages, and some more fun stuff. Not only that, but he wants $25 million for the mansion, which he told his followers he never even lived in. Even if many find that ridiculous, it’s still kind of a flex for the Philly rapper.

“MANSION FOR SALE IN ATL,” the “Dreams and Nightmares” MC wrote on Sunday (March 12). “My realtor not getting this off fast enough & I think I can lol I never moved in it had for a few years. Sandy springs/buckhead area! When somebody get traded to the hawks or falcons come grab this Jawn! I’m not even gone tag who shot this s***ty video lol!” While the video isn’t that bad, the music does reek of royalty-free advertising templates you’d find in a medication commercial.

Meek Mill Becomes A Realtor

Nevertheless, some of Meek’s famous friends couldn’t help but crack a joke or two at the mansion’s price point and his real estate side hustle. For example, Michael Rubin, a business associate with quite the acumen, wrote a cheeky message for the 35-year-old. “25m seems like a fair price!” he posted, adding some crying-laughing emojis. Also, TDE rapper Reason had some props for Meek’s actual sales ability, albeit for the wrong reasons. “This the funniest pitch I’ve ever read,” he remarked.

However, maybe the funniest part about this whole thing is that it fulfills Meek Mill’s lyrical prophecies. To explain, he has a particular line on the track “Ima Boss” that actually predicted his current mansion ownership. “Crib I ain’t never been, pool I don’t never swim,” he rapped on the track. Maybe that visionary pen will translate into a decent sale for this new Atlanta mansion. Regardless, stay logged into HNHH for the latest news, updates, and potential property sales from Philly’s Meek Mill.

DJ Jazzy Jeff Picks Between ‘Dreams And Nightmares’ Or ‘Just Wanna Rock’ As Philly’s Official Anthem

DjJazzyJeffCratediggers

Ever since the growing popularity of Lil Uzi Vert’s hit song “Just Wanna Rock,” there has been a conversation as to whether or no the song has replaced Meek Mill’s “Dreams and Nightmares” as Philadelphia’s official anthem. While some believe “Just Wanna Rock” has taken that spot, others belive that it is still “Dreams and Nightmares.” To settle the debate, who better to ask than legendary DJ and producer, and Philly native, DJ Jazzy Jeff.

HipHopDX caught up to DJ Jazzy Jeff where he gave his pick.

“I don’t think you could ever go against Meek Mill’s ‘Dreams and Nightmares,’” Jeff stated. “Lil Uzi’s ‘Just Wanna Rock’ is a dope song. Everybody loves it, but ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ took the city by storm. It took every sports team by storm. So, it’s going to be ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ for me.”

The conversation was first ignited by DJ Drama who said that “Dreams and Nightmares” had been replaced by “Just Wanna Rock.”

“I think it’s fair to say that ‘Just Wanna Rock’ has replaced — with all due respect — ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ as the new anthem of Philadelphia,” Drama said. “The new anthem of the Philadelphia Eagles this year. I’m looking forward to hearing that song many, many times Super Bowl weekend.”

Philly Icon DJ Jazzy Jeff Chooses Between Lil Uzi Vert & Meek Mill’s City Anthems

Philadelphia artists are being debated, and one of the city’s icons, DJ Jazzy Jeff, is weighing in. The Rap legend began his career alongside his best friend Will Smith, and soon, the pair were a staple in the mainstream. They were teased about their propensity to avoid violent or sexually explicit lyrics. Instead, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince—their full stage name—gave us classics like “Parents Just Don’t Understand,” “Girls Ain’t Nothin’ But Trouble,” and “Summertime.”

Recently, fellow Philly artists Meek Mill and Lil Uzi Vert’s names have been entangled in a debate. Fans have discussed whether Uzi’s “Just Wanna Rock” or Meek’s “Dreams and Nightmares” is the anthem for the City of Brotherly Love. HipHopDX caught up with Jeff and wanted him to share his thoughts as a native.

DJ Drama Lights The Fire

It was DJ Drama who first ignited this conversation. He was stopped by a TMZ cameraperson and offered the hot take. “I think it’s fair to say that ‘Just Wanna Rock’ has replaced — with all due respect — ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ as the new anthem of Philadelphia,” he said. Of course, Uzi was one of Drama’s artists so there may be a bias. “The new anthem of the Philadelphia Eagles this year. I’m looking forward to hearing that song many, many times Super Bowl weekend.”

The comments prompted Meek and Uzi to react. The latter honored his peer, calling Meek “the big homie.” Uzi also acknowledged that it was far too early to compare his new track to Meek’s classic. “That song like been around for a very long time,” said Uzi. “And that song is still hitting exactly the same way. I’m just gonna have to see, you know, in a couple of years or a decade or whatever.” Only time will tell.

“I don’t think you could ever go against Meek Mill’s ‘Dreams and Nightmares,’” said the music and television great. “Lil Uzi’s ‘Just Wanna Rock’ is a dope song. Everybody loves it, but ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ took the city by storm. It took every sports team by storm. So, it’s going to be ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ for me.”

Master P Talks Managing Meek Mill & Stepping Away When He Signed With Rick Ross

It’s been a full week for Master P. The No Limit mogul is back with another hot take, this time with talents who worked with him on differing projects. Both Fat Trel and Jess Hilarious revealed their stories with Percy Miller, much o the mogul’s dismay. There has been an indirect back-and-forth of sorts about each of their grievances, and as that settles, a new soundbite has Miller back in the viral spotlight.

Master P recently sat down with The Gauds Show, where he spoke about the days when he used to manage Meek Mill. Miller shared that he was a believer from the start, but P had to bow out when Meek didn’t take his advice. “I was Meek Mill’s manager. My and James, when he first started,” said Miller.

“So, let me tell you why I stopped,” he continued. “I knew that Meek was talented, at the beginning. We had that song. I was like, ‘Meek, you don’t need to sign with nobody.’ Meek was like, ‘I’m gonna sing with Ross.’ I had looked at the contract, and Ross, tell y’all from this day, Ross a good dude. But he ain’t have his business straight.”

“So, at that time—Ross got his sh*t together now. He a boss. But I’m sayin’, at that time you involvin’, I seen it,” Miller further shared. He advised Meek against inking the deal, but the Philadelphia rapper decided otherwise. “I had the crystal ball, but [Meek] ain’t want to listen. I told James, ‘Hey, it’s cool, you gon’ handle that.’ I ain’t never got mad at Meek. I just walked away from the deal ’cause if you don’t see what I see, I been there already.” The host noted that if Miller had stayed involved in that deal, he would have been blamed for any fallout.

Master P Says Meek Learned His Lesson

“But look what God did, he had to go find out on his own, and now, he’s in a better position. But I’m tellin’ you, I knew he was a boss from jump.” Check out the clip above and tell us where you think Meek Mill’s career would be if he kept Master P as a manager.

Meek Mill Says Eagles Anthem Can Be Both “Dreams & Nightmares” And Lil Uzi Vert’s “Just Wanna Rock”

Tomorrow’s highly anticipated Super Bowl is inching closer and closer. Fans are already becoming more excited about what will unfold at the big game. Of course, a hot topic amongst the hip-hop community as of late has been which song the Philadelphia Eagles will select as their anthem. Previously, Meek Mill’s “Dreams & Nightmares” was an obvious front-runner. Since Lil Uzi Vert dropped off “Just Wanna Rock,” however, the former artist has been feeling some competition.

DJ Drama is the one who sparked a massive debate between the two. He claims that the “Uptown Vibes” hitmaker made an undeniably great track. Still, the Generation Now artist’s newer song ultimately comes out on top between the two. Earlier this month, Meek shut down the label head’s comments, pointing out the longevity of his fan-favourite title’s intro. Ahead of tomorrow’s match, the rapper caught up with TMZ in Arizona, sharing more thoughts on the two songs.

While chatting with the outlet, the South Philly native suggested a more inclusive approach for the Eagles. The team should come out to “Just Wanna Rock,” showing love to LUV. When they take home the Lombardi Trophy, “Dreams & Nightmares” will blast in celebration, Mill says. The latter song has been playing inside Lincoln Financial Field for over a decade now.

Meek was previously incarcerated when his hometown team last made it to the Super Bowl in 2017. Due to this, he missed out on some major moments and is obviously looking forward to seeing a potential win play out in person this year.

While many attendees of tomorrow’s big game will be focused on the football (and which hip-hop anthem the Eagles show favour to), others are tuning in simply to watch Rihanna’s historic return to the stage. The new mother has been hard at work for the past few months, preparing what sounds like a jam-packed performance for excited fans both in the stadium and at home.

Earlier this week, the “Umbrella” songstress sat down with Apple Music to dish about her process in getting ready for the big event. Additionally, it was revealed that Rih surprisingly won’t be getting paid for her upcoming work at the Super Bowl. Read more about that here, and tell us if you’ll be tuning into tomorrow’s game in the comments below.
