Beyonce Wax Figure Looks More Like Other Celebs, Social Media Says

Many have tried to imitate Beyonce over the years, but none have succeeded as flawlessly as they’d hoped – including Madame Tussauds. The world-famous wax museum has made numerous statues of the “Halo” hitmaker for their locations all across the globe, some more flattering than others. Their latest take on Queen B debuted today (February 8) in Blackpool. Now that photos of the creation are making rounds online, debate is ensuing about which other celebrities the waxwork looks more like.

On one hand, some think that this might be the closest Tussauds has come to bringing Beyonce to life. Others, however, think the brand has work to do in terms of the mother of three’s face card. Thankfully, her RENAISSANCE Era outfit was perfectly on point, and her hair looked as fabulous as ever. As you might’ve heard, Bey announced just a few days ago that her Cecred line is coming soon to help keep all of her fans’ manes looking full, fresh, and healthy.

Madame Tussauds Gives Beyonce Another Go

At the same time that Bey arrived at the Blackpool museum, they also welcomed a new figure of pop sensation Lady Gaga. She and the Houston native previously worked together on “Telephone,” and now they’re sharing space again on the floor of the UK venue. It seems that little has been said about the House of Gucci actresses’ waxwork online, as it’s relatively close to her actual appearance.

Social Media Reacts

“They can never get her face right,” one Twitter/X user wrote after seeing Madame Tussaud’s latest attempt at recreating Beyonce’s beauty. Elsewhere, others pointed out that the statue seems to more closely resemble R&B songstress Tinashe, or King of Queens starlet Leah Remini. The hair and body are pretty close to Beyonce’s, but there’s obviously still work to be done in other areas. Keep scrolling to read more reactions, and let us know if you think the wax figure resembles Queen B or not in the comments.

7 Best Celebrity Wax Figures Ever: Nipsey Hussle, Missy Elliott, & More

When you’re a star, one of the highest honors you can receive is a wax figure. In most cases, Madame Tussaud is responsible for the many meticulous sculptures, which can take up to 20 different artists to complete. The wax museum has locations all over the world, which all create their own wax renditions of different stars.

Other than Madam Tussaud, there is only one other artist that has earned quite a buzz by creating very realistic wax figures. Just recently on Jan 29, artist Mr. Officials, (@mr.officials.llc) posted his tribute re-creation of the late Takeoff. With over 66,000 likes, even celebrities are commenting on how the sculpture is one of the most realistic they’ve seen. Here’s a list of celebs with the best wax figures we’ve seen over the years.

Lil Nas X

In Sept 2022, Madame Tussaud’s Hollywood unveiled its uncanny, yet faultless wax sculpture of rapper Lil Nas X.  The wax figure dons a replication of the gold Versace armor suit Nas wore at the 2021 Met Gala, including a Versace earring, choker and nail art. But the most intricate detail about the “Old Town Road” singer’s life-size sculpture is a replica of his diamond grill, making it the first wax figure in Madame Tussaud’s history to wear one.

Drake

One night in Sept 2021, Drake surprised his London fans with a legendary performance at the Wireless Festival.  In tribute to that night, Madame Tussaud’s London created the Canadian rapper’s outfit from that special show. The OVO Sound CEO wore a camouflage shirt and matching pants, a bright green puffer jacket, and white Nike Air Force 1s. His tattoos and ear piercings are included on the wax figure. Further, his signature facial hair and the heart-shaved into his hairline represent his Certified Lover Boy era. According to Madame Tussaud, his likeness also sports replica pieces of Cartier and Van Cleef jewelry.

Nipsey Hussle

In 2022, Mr. Officials (@mr.officials.llc) created the wax figure of the late rapper/activist Nipsey Hussle. Taking nine months to create, an Instagram video shows the process. “The most tedious part, however, is making the hair,” Mr. Officials said. The wax figure also has exact replicas of Nipsey’s tattoos and his signature jewelry. This is reportedly the only Nipsey Hussle wax figure and is not a part of Madam Tussaud’s. However, it did debut in the SouthPark Mall in Cleveland, OH.

Tiffany Haddish

Tiffany Haddish met her wax figure in Sept 2021 at Madam Tussaud’s Las Vegas. The figure wears the infamous Alexander McQueen dress that Haddish wore on multiple occasions. This included her Saturday Night Live performance, the 90th Academy Awards Show, also the red carpet premiere for her movie Girls Trip. The outfit holds special meaning for Haddish; a symbol of her breaking the rule of wearing a dress multiple times.

Jack Harlow

Jack Harlow was immortalized in July 2023 by Madame Tussaud’s Las Vegas. And the “What’s Poppin” singer could not believe the similarities of his wax figure. It wears a custom-designed suit from his music video for “Churchill Downs” (feat. Drake.) Additionally, his wax figure’s hands are draped in a crystallized necklace with a Kentucky state-shaped pendant. It took the 20 artists six months to create the figure.

Missy Elliott

Missy Elliott’s wax figure is a recreation of her legendary appearance at the 2019 VMAs, where she was awarded the Video Vanguard Award. Twenty artists went over approximately 200 measurements and photographs of Elliott to capture her exact features. Having creative control over her figure’s fashion and accessories, the result makes it hard to tell the two apart. The figure dons one of her signature tracksuits with an intricate hand embellishment. It also includes a pair of her own Versace sneakers—which she donated. Her elaborate braid design was done “strand by strand.” The doppelgänger is a part of Madam Tussaud’s Las Vegas collection and debuted on Nov 4, 2022.

Kourtney Kardashian & Kris Jenner

Of all the “Kardashian Klan,” it’s Kourtney and momager Kris Jenner who have the most amazingly real-looking wax figures. In May 2019, fans visiting Madame Tussaud’s in New York City were able to see the figures together. The likeness was even more uncanny because Kris wore the exact ensemble to her unveiling. Making it impossible to tell the difference in pics posted on her official X (Twitter) page.

Rihanna’s New Wax Figure Stuns At Madame Tussauds Hong Kong

Earlier this week, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong added yet another celebrity wax figure to its collection, much to the delight of Rihanna fans everywhere. The museum teased RiRi’s arrival last week, prompting countless eager social media users to guess who whose wax figure was next. Their teaser included part of the orange jacket the hitmaker wore at her 2020 FENTY pop-up launch at Bergdorf Goodman.

“Rihanna is an incredibly captivating artist, and through the introduction of her wax figure, we aim to convey her spirit of constant breakthroughs and unwavering determination,” Mr. Wade Chang, General Manager of Midway Hong Kong, Merlin Entertainments says of the reveal. “We hope that every guest visiting Madame Tussauds Hong Kong will create unforgettable memories from their experience.”

Fans agree that the artist behind the realistic figure nailed it, capturing everything from her hair to her undoubtedly Fenty Beauty makeup look perfectly. The figure is displayed in the museum’s fashion zone, though she remains best known for her music. Listeners have yet to hear anything new on that front from the mother of two for some time, her last full-length release being 2016’s ANTI. Fortunately, it could be a short wait for those looking forward to new material from the songstress. Earlier this month she chatted with Entertainment Tonight, giving supporters an update on when they might hear new music or catch her on tour.

“Well we’re always gonna go back on tour,” she shared. “I feel like, when there’s new music. We already know what that’s gonna be, with the songs that I’ve performed my last tour. That was a long time ago, I feel like it’s only fair that my fans get what they’ve been waiting on, which is new music. After that, lets just like, blow everything up.” What do you think of Rihanna’s new wax figure at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Hong Kong? Do you think the artist nailed it? Jack Harlow’s Wax Figure Looks Shockingly Real

One of the signs that a celebrity is on their way to becoming a superstar is getting a wax figure at Madame Tussauds. Almost every celebrity out there has at one point or another posed with a realistic figure of themselves. While some have famously been, not great, others fan look shockingly realistic. Jack Harlow’s in among the latter. His new statue was debuted yesterday and fans couldn’t believe how realistic it was. In the video posted to Twitter, Harlow himself can’t even believe how good it looks. He was in Las Vegas for the debut of the new wax figure and the two look stunningly similar side by side.

The white tuxedo that wax Jack Harlow is wearing feels appropriate for the rapper. As does the bling he’s sporting with a nice watch and chain accessorizing him. Harlow is a notorious fan of fashion and had a big week last month at Paris Fashion Week. The rapper pulled up to the Givenchy show in a sleek black tux. He posted some pictures recapping his entire weekend in France days later. Fans couldn’t help but point out that the rapper once said “You don’t need Givenchy, you need Jesús” in his biggest hit “First Class.”

Jack Harlow’s Stunning Wax Figure

Jack Harlow has also had some notable moments on stage recently, for both good and bad reasons. Harlow and Lil Durk were both were both in NYC for shows last week and the pair linked up behind the scenes. Once the pictures hit the internet fans couldn’t help but wish for a collab between two of rap music’s biggest hitmakers at the moment.

On the other side of things Jack Harlow had an iffy time on stage at Power Our Planet. The environmentalism benefit concert had a star-studded lineup that included Harlow. But once he tried to play his biggest hit “First Class” for the crowd, they didn’t know the words. Harlow played it off pretty well but it still came as a surprise to him that they couldn’t sing along to such a big hit song. What do you think of Jack Harlow’s incredibly realistic wax figure? Let us know in the comment section below.

Louisville-born rapper Jack Harlow has joined the ranks of entertainment’s brightest stars with the unveiling of his first-ever wax figure at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, the world’s renowned wax museum. Harlow’s figure, clad in a custom-designed suit from his music video “Churchill Downs (feat. Drake),” pays homage to his Kentucky roots. The ivory-colored suit, created by Musika New York and designer Aleks Musika, was prominently featured in the video filmed during the 2022 Kentucky Derby. To further represent his hometown, Harlow’s figure’s hands are adorned with a crystallized necklace featuring a pendant shaped like the state of Kentucky.

The unveiling of Harlow’s wax figure was celebrated over the weekend when close family and friends joined him. Later that night, Harlow took the stage at Zouk Nightclub to further commemorate the occasion.

“Jack Harlow’s new figure is a perfect addition to our museum,” said Marketing Manager for Madame Tussauds Las Vegas Linsey Stiglic. “His confidence, humor, and of course, music is admired by all and we’re so thrilled to welcome him to our Las Vegas attraction.”

Madame Tussauds’ commitment to providing unique access to A-list celebrities resulted in the creation of this remarkable wax figure. It took approximately six months for a dedicated team of 20 studio artists in London to bring Harlow’s figure to life. Visitors can now experience the rap icon’s wax twin and say ‘WHATS POPPIN’ as they immerse themselves in the A-list experience. Megan Thee Stallion’s Madame Tussauds Wax Figures Are Total Hotties: Photos

In the past, Madame Tussauds has been known to occasionally butcher the famous figures they recreate out of wax. Of course, there have obviously been success stories over the years – such as their latest work on two statues of Megan Thee Stallion. On Saturday (May 20), the “Cry Baby” hitmaker took to Instagram to show off the newest members of Thee Hotties, though it was almost impossible to tell which Megan is real and which ones are fake.

“I honestly wanted to kiss myself 😍🤤😂,” the confident entertainer confessed in her caption. “Hotties we are officially legendary 😝. Go see me at @madametussaudsusa,” Thee Stallion then urged followers, likely eager to see the fan photos they snap with her likeness at the museum. One of the figures depicts her black-and-white look from 2020’s Good News album cover, while the other leaves much more of her body-ody-ody on display in a tiny silver cowgirl suit that’s perfectly on brand for the Houston native.

Megan Thee Stallion Meets Herself, Twice

In the comment section, countless friends and fans are applauding Madame Tussauds for their excellent work. “First slide I dead ass couldn’t tell which was a doll 😂,” SZA wrote to her friend earlier this afternoon. “This is so iconic,” Riverdale actress Madelaine Petsch chimed in. “If I haven’t seen her w/ the big hair lately, I wouldn’t know which one was fake. They did great 🔥,” another person pointed out.

Other celebrities to receive statues from the renowned museum as of late include Drake and Rihanna, as well as Beyoncé. Unfortunately, the “Single Ladies” hitmaker didn’t have as much luck as her “Savage (Remix)” collaborator, with many social media users sending out mixed reviews upon seeing photos of their latest attempt at recreating her likeness back in January. Which of Megan Thee Stallion’s two new wax figures do you prefer? Let us know in the comments, and tap back in with HNHH later for more pop culture/music news updates.

Megan Thee Stallion Receives Two Wax Figures at Madame Tussauds

The Madame Tussauds locations in New York and Las Vegas now have two wax sculptures of Megan Thee Stallion.

Her most recent figure in Vegas is full savage in a ferocious newspaper catsuit, a cowboy hat that matches, and fingerless gloves. Her photo shoot to promote her critically acclaimed album, Good News, inspired the ensemble.

With her positioned on her side, lying down in a donated diamante bikini and matching cowboy hat, gauntlets, and choker, Megan’s New York figure bodied that, ate it up, and gave it back. The brand-new waxworks were unveiled at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas on a vibrant, interactive set that included a 10-foot-tall, mythical steed made of shimmering paint.

“I feel like people always ask me when was the moment you knew you were famous? This is the moment!,” said Megan thee Stallion. “There are two versions of me in the most famous wax museum on the planet. Like, who am I? Them!”

Each of Megan’s new wax sculptures was created in about six months by a group of twenty professional artists. To guarantee 100% accuracy, more than 200 measures were taken during the sitting. Her complexion, hair, and eyes all had color matches made using samples. The statues were then painted using oil-based paints in ten coats to give them realistic flesh tones. In actuality, each individual hair, including the eyelashes and eyebrows, was manually placed into the wax. The desired look was then achieved by cutting and styling the hair.

“We couldn’t have hoped for more ‘Good News’ than the addition of not one but two Megan Thee Stallion wax figures into our Las Vegas and New York attractions,” said Madame Tussauds Head of Marketing, Matthew Clarkson. “Everybody here at Madame Tussauds loves her music, confidence, style and star power which serves as an inspiration to so many.”

Megan’s figures will be available to the public exclusively at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas on May 20 and Madame Tussauds New York beginning May 29.

Rihanna Gets New Wax Figure

Rihanna just got yet another tribute to her in wax form, this time at Madame Tussauds’ location in Amsterdam. Moreover, the figure actually looks quite accurate, at least when compared to other clowned iterations of celebrities. Furthermore, the specific fit they chose is a tribute to her Savage X Fenty show in 2020, during which she donned a beautiful purple floral get-up. “Madame Tussauds proudly welcomes Rihanna’s wax figure to our attraction!” the museum’s Instagram post of the occasion read. “Her beautiful outfit is based on her floral look for the Savage X Fenty show in 2020! Visit now and meet the stylish queen of pop in Amsterdam.”

Of course, RiRi has a whole laundry list of iconic and stylish looks to choose from, a work that’s still in progress. For example, she recently wowed the crowd at the 2023 Met Gala with her beautiful white dress, which also boasted a whole lot of flowers. She even had two versions of the fit; one with the flower hood and one without. Rihanna always turns heads with her fashion sensibilities, and there could be a dozen different wax figures that would all be equally as recognizable.

Rihanna Shines Bright Like A Diamond- Even In Wax

Still, all that fashion isn’t keeping fans complacent as they wait for her next album, which would be her first in seven years at this point. However, recent statements from the “Lift Me Up” artist indicate that she’s going to drop something soon, and might just be waiting for the right time. More importantly, it sounds like she’s really trying to enjoy and thrive in the creative process in a way that’s less encumbered by expectations and pop standards. “Musically, I’m feeling open,” Rihanna remarked during interviews about her Super Bowl Halftime Show earlier this year. “I’m feeling open to exploring, discovering, creating things that are new. Things that are different.”

Meanwhile, there’s more reason to celebrate the 35-year-old than ever. Most recently, she earned her first diamond record with “We Found Love” with Calvin Harris. With all this hype and seemingly every eye in the industry on her next move, all we can do is be patient for her next move. On that note, log back into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Rihanna.

Madame Tussauds Amsterdam Unveil A Stunning Rihanna Wax Figure

Rihanna excited fans earlier this year when she finally discussed a new album during interviews about her Super Bowl halftime performance. “Musically, I’m feeling open. I’m feeling open to exploring, discovering, creating things that are new. Things that are different,” she explained.

Though there’s been no more information about new material, the star is making headlines today (May 4) for her new wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Amsterdam. The museum proudly shared a photo of the stunning figure on Instagram, in which she dons an attention-grabbing purple bodysuit and a confident facial expression, encapsulating Rihanna’s powerful vibe.

“Madame Tussauds proudly welcomes Rihanna’s wax figure to our attraction,” the caption reads. “Her beautiful outfit is based on her floral look for the Savage X Fenty show in 2020! Visit now and meet the stylish queen of pop in Amsterdam.”

The “Umbrella” singer turned heads at the Met Gala on Monday (May 1), though not without being fashionably late. In a red carpet interview, she described what her second pregnancy has been like: “It’s so different from the first one! Just everything,” she said. “All of my… no cravings, tons of nausea, everything’s different. But I’m enjoying it, I’m enjoying it. I feel good. I feel energetic.”

Third Bad Bunny Wax Figure Unveiled at Madame Tussauds

Third Bad Bunny Wax Figure Unveiled at Madame Tussauds

The newest wax figure of Bad Bunny, a multi-platinum, three-time GRAMMY Award-winning international legend, has arrived at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. The third figure for the artist is dressed similarly to Bad Bunny at the 2021 American Music Awards, down to the jewelry and hairstyle. The design of Bad Bunny’s newest wax sculpture was influenced by the El Utimo Tour Del Mundo album cover. The Latin superstar’s wax sculpture is displayed in front of a purple semi-truck that is decorated with flames.

“We’re revealing Bad Bunny’s figure today to not only celebrate his 11 nominations for the upcoming Latin American Music Awards, but to congratulate and honor him for being the first latin artist to headline Coachella,” said Gabriel Hewitt, General Manager for Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. “He’s having such an incrediblen incredible year and we’re excited to be a part of his success by revealing his third figure.”

Benito Antonio Martnez Ocasio, better known by his stage name Bad Bunny, is a singer, rapper, and composer who contributed to the popularity of reggaeton and trap music. He is admired for his willingness to think, speak, and dress unconventionally and adored for his talent to produce music that touches millions of people. His song “Diles” propelled him to fame in 2016 and landed him a deal with Hear This Music. Since then, Bad Bunny has been more popular with to radio singles like “La Cancion” and “Dime Si Te Acuerdas” and has worked with well-known musicians to produce songs like “Mia” with Drake.

A group of twenty London-based painters worked for almost six months to develop the magnificent new figure. Each individual attribute, including hair color and texture, eye color, skin tone, nail shape, and more, was captured and created using analysis of hundreds of videos and photographs. The best wax museum in the world, Madame Tussauds, allows visitors to meet their favorite celebrities without any barriers or ropes. They keep highlighting idols and icons in astonishingly lifelike accuracy and detail. Beginning on April 18, the public can see Bad Bunny’s newest waxwork only at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas.
