Lil Rod Accuses Stevie J Of Allegedly Carrying Guns For Diddy & Recruiting Sex Workers

Diddy has been hit with numerous disturbing allegations in the last few months from former collaborators, exes, and more. Now, Stevie J is facing some accusations of his own in a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. According to AllHipHop, the former Bad Boy producer is accused of being part of “Combs Enterprise.” This is described by the outlet as an alleged criminal organization accused of various illegal activities.

The activities alleged sex trafficking, alleged drug-related offenses, and more. Lil Rod and his lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, accuse Stevie J of allegedly carrying guns for Diddy and also allegedly recruiting women for prostitution. These allegations come to light after Blackburn contested Diddy’s motion to dismiss Lil Rod’s lawsuit earlier this week.

At the time, Lil Rod also threatened to expose Diddy’s alleged co-conspirators if the lawsuit wasn’t settled. “Plaintiff has opted not to name these individuals in this opposition to the motion to dismiss,” Blackburn wrote. “If, in their reply, the defendants decide to foolishly ‘look a gift horse in the mouth,’ then plaintiff will gladly supplement this opposition memo. And provide the court with the identities of the individuals.”

As for Stevie J, he defended Diddy shortly after the mogul’s mansions were raided by Homeland Security earlier this year. “Whatever someone does in their bedroom, that’s what they do,” he told TMZ. “I don’t got nothing to do with that, I’m just here to say that I’ve never seen my man doing anything foul like they talking about.” What do you think of Lil Rod hitting Stevie J with various allegations? Lil Rod Claims He Will Name Diddy Co-Conspirators Unless Lawsuit Is Settled

Lil Rod saw the writing on the wall. The musician and producer filed a lawsuit against Diddy months before the mogul was indicted on multiple federal counts. He’s seeking $30 million from Diddy, but has been met with opposition. Diddy’s legal team has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. But Lil Rod, born Rodney Jones, did not budge. In fact, he doubled down on his accusations. He threatened Diddy’s team by claiming to reveal the name of his co-conspirators if he wasn’t willing to pay up.

Lil Rod’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, contested Diddy’s motion on September 30. He issued a statement to the court, according to AllHipHop. He noted that Diddy’s credibility is at an all time low. Diddy doesn’t have much to offer, or combat Rod’s heinous accusations. Furthermore, Blackburn noted that his client declined to name some of the people that have aided Diddy in his alleged criminal exploits. This was by design. If Diddy refuses to settle the lawsuit, however, Rod has no problem calling them out.

Lil Rod Is Seeking A $30 Million Payday From Diddy

“The plaintiff will gladly replead and include the identity of the defendant’s accountant,” he asserted. “As well as the account number which they used to commit their wire fraud. Blackburn also claimed that Lil Rod would be willing to provide the identities of agents who helped Diddy book international flights. “The travel agent who booked all of the flights,” he explained. “And rented all of the chartered planes that Mr. Combs and the members of the Combs RICO enterprise used to traffic prostitutes.” It’s looking bad for Diddy, and increasingly advantageous for Lil Rod.

Diddy Says 'ENOUGH IS ENOUGH' After New Lawsuit

During Diddy’s arraignment, Assistant US Attorney (AUSA) Emily Johnson revealed Diddy had narcotics, referred to as “pink powder,” in his hotel room when arrested. The AUSA noted the powder previously tested for ecstasy and other drugs.

In court documents associated with Lil Rod’s lawsuit against Diddy, the accused state Diddy had an affinity for “pink cocaine,” which is a combination of ecstasy and cocaine obtained from drug dealer Brendan Paul. Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones says while Diddy was preparing for an appearance at The Something in the Water Festival in Virginia, he did lines of coke.

“Defendant Sean Combs wanted tuci, but Brendan forgot it, so Defendant Kristina Khorram [Diddy’s team member] called Yung Miami,” the docs read. “Who then brought it on the private jet from Miami.”

The feud between Diddy and Lil Rod traces back to a legal battle initiated by Lil Rod, whose real name is Rodney Williams. Lil Rod alleges copyright infringement and breach of contract against Diddy’s record label, Bad Boy Records. Lil Rod claims that Diddy’s label unlawfully used his music without proper compensation or credit. As tensions escalated in the courtroom, the situation took a dark turn when accusations emerged of harassment targeted at Lil Rod’s family, particularly his daughter.

Diddy Has Reportedly Been Taken Into Federal Custody Amid Sex Trafficking Allegations

Since November 2023, Diddy has faced a slew of horrendous allegations including assault, rape, abuse, and sex trafficking. The former Revolt TV mogul was named in countless lawsuits from past collaborators Lil Rod, Dawn Richard, and former girlfriend Cassie.

Although Diddy maintains his innocence, law enforcement have seemingly begun to investigate the claims. Back in March, Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes were raided. Now, according to TMZ, Diddy is currently in federal custody in connection with the ongoing case.

So far, the only detail shared regarding his detainment is where it took place. The outlet claims Diddy was taken to the FBI’s (Federal Bureau of Investigation) field office in Manhattan, New York.

Diddy Accused Of Deceiving The Court In Lil Rod Harassment Lawsuit

Diddy has become a headline machine in 2024. The disgraced Bad Boy mogul seems to be in the news every other week, due to an accusation or an ongoing case. The latter proved to be true on September 10. Tyrone Blackburn, the lawyer representing Lil Rod in his case against Diddy, criticized the mogul and claimed that he was using deceptive tactics while in court. Blackburn went as far as to outline the ways in which he feels Diddy has tried to exploit the legal system to clear the name of his son, Justin Combs.

AllHipHop obtained the court documents detailing Blackburn’s issues. The lawyer claimed that various efforts have been made to sandbag the Lil Rod case. Additional time has been requested on the part of Diddy’s attorney Erica Wolff, according to the documents. Blackburn granted the request, but claims he was then hit with a motion to dismiss that excluded Justin Combs’ name. The lawyer perceived this as a tactic get the younger Combs off through underhanded tactics. He said as much his filing. He believes that Diddy wants to run out the clock. His presumed reasoning? If 120 days passes and Justin Combs is not served with Lil Rod’s lawsuit, then the court would dismiss the action against him without prejudice.

“This is a clear game that [Sean] Combs and his ever-evolving legal team have implemented,” Blackburn stated. “Ann effort to have Justin Combs dismissed from this case due to lack of service of process.” The lawyer didn’t stop there. He proceeded to bolster his claim by citing another instance in which he felt the mogul did the same thing. “This is the same game,” he opined. “That Jonathan Davis and Sean Combs’s former counsel, Shawn [Holley], recently implemented in California.” The lawsuit Blackburn is referring to involved Diddy and his other son, Christian Combs.

Tyrone Blackburn has no intention to play into what he perceives as Diddy’s plan. The lawyer wants his client, Lil Rod, to get a fair shake. AllHipHop noted that Blackburn lawyer will file a 60 day extension in order to properly serve Justin Combs. Lil Rod’s suit levels numerous accusations at the Combs family. Sexual assault, trafficking and racketeering are some of the heinous crimes that Lil Rob claims to have witnessed or experienced firsthand.

Lil Rod Details His Life In Hiding As He Sues Diddy For Alleged Sexual Assault

Lil Rod says that he fears for his life and is in hiding as he attempts to take legal action against Diddy. He detailed his situation during an interview with Rolling Stone published on Tuesday. In doing so, he explained that even his own mother doesn’t know where he’s staying. “There have been too many people trying to figure out where I’m at,” he said. “I moved locations, moved states. Everything is private. My mom doesn’t even know where I live. It’s been like that pretty much all year.”

“I’ve never had so [many threats] hitting me at once,” Rod continued said. “Diddy has a lot of people on his payroll in a lot of different positions. He’s very connected. It’s made me nervous traveling. Going to hotels, I ask if there’s any way to remove my name. [The last time] I landed in L.A., I knew he had connections there. I got off the plane worried. I masked my face and changed my outfits, trying to disguise myself. For sure I was uncomfortable, paranoid, afraid. But I told myself, you can’t keep living like this. I’ve got three therapists.”

Since filing the lawsuit, Rod’s public appearances have been limited, although he did step out with T-Pain for a performance in Los Angeles in June as well as an appearance at 50 Cent’s Humor & Harmony festival in Shreveport in August. He claims that speaking out against Diddy has led to him being blackballed from the industry. In turn, he’s “broke” with “no source of income.”

The interview with Rolling Stone comes after Diddy and his legal team requested a dismissal of the lawsuit on Monday. His lawyers labeled it a “shameless attempt to create media hype and extract a quick settlement.” Diddy’s vehemently denied all of the accusations since they were originally filed. 50 Cent’s “Humor & Harmony Weekend” event in Shreveport, Louisiana saw a lot of celebrities pull up to indulge in the festivities. He wanted as many people as possible there, and a recently viral clip suggests that he’s probably very happy with who came through. Moreover, Uncle Murda ran into Lil Rod at the shindig amid the producer’s lawsuit against Diddy, and Rod even called the executive out for owing him money for it. “Hey everyone was invited, it was the place to be that weekend. [shrug emoji] what you want me to do? LOL,” Fif reacted to this development online.

“I got my n***a that’s suing Diddy for all that bread,” Uncle Murda said at 50 Cent’s event while filming Lil Rod next to him. “Stop playing, n***a. My boy want that check, n***a. Meanwhile, 50 Cent thinks that the silence on Diddy’s allegations on behalf of many celebrities suggests their compliance. “I’m the only person in hip-hop culture that has produced any hit television. Why wouldn’t I be the person to produce it?” he told US Weekly about his Sean Combs documentary. “And I’m not on the tapes. See, some of the people who have been around in the culture who are not saying anything. That’s because they’ve been to the parties… They don’t know what part of their experiences are on tape. According to reports, Lady Gaga recently used her voice to get Diddy dropped from his New York law firm due to his ongoing sexual violence allegations. But that’s only partly true. Continue below for clarity.

Did Lady Gaga Force Diddy’s Law Firm To Drop Him?

Diddy (real name Sean Combs) is facing a mountain of legal issues. The former Revolt TV mogul has been named in several lawsuits that allege sexual assault, abuse, battery, and more, included in that pile are fillings from Cassie and Lil Rod. So, was Combs dropped as a client by a law firm he retained? According to Page Six, the answer is yes.

A spokesperson from Grubman, Shire, Meiselas & Sacks, exclusively confirmed that the New York firm no longer represent Combs. However, they denied Lady Gaga was involved in the decision to cut ties with Combs.

“The decision to part ways with Mr. Combs was proactively made by the partners in the firm a number of months ago, as they felt it was the right thing to do,” said the rep. “The report that the decision was the result of client pressure just isn’t true.”

Where did the rumor come from? On June 27, News Nation Now claimed to have received inside information regarding the matter.

“Lady Gaga said she was leaving (the firm) if they didn’t drop Diddy,” a source told the platform. “And she’s too big to lose.”

But this off the record exchange has since been refuted by someone close to Lady Gaga. “That convo never happened,” the contact told Page Six.

Miami Beach Has Officially Rescinded ‘Sean Diddy Combs Day,’ According To Reports

Diddy (real name Sean Combs) has been stripped of yet another public recognition. Last month, New York City’s Mayor Eric Adams and the Key to the City of New York committee demanded that Diddy return his honor.

Now, officials in Miami Beach are taking matters into their own hands. According to the Miami Herald, on June 27, the city wide celebration, Sean Diddy Combs Day, was formally rescinded.

In 2016, then Mayor Philip Levine and the City Commission announced the decision to recognize, October 13, as the vanity holiday during the 3rd Revolt Music Conference. At the root of the decision to defunct the day, representatives cited the graphic video, in which Diddy is seen assaulting his ex-girlfriend and former Bad Boy Records singer Cassie.

The governing body behind the decision, the Miami Beach Commission, released a statement shortly after.

“Upon reflection, the Mayor and City Commission have determined that recognizing October 13, 2016 as ’Sean Diddy Combs Day’ is no longer in harmony with the City’s values of safety,” read the note. “Community well-being, and respect, and wish to rescind the proclamation.”

Diddy has not issued a statement regarding the matter.

Although Diddy is not a native of Miami Beach, he does own property in the city and has spent a great deal of time between there and his other home in Los Angeles. In March, both properties were raided by Homeland Security, reportedly in connection with a sex trafficking investigation. During the Los Angeles raid, Diddy’s sons Justin and Christian were supposedly detained by officials, then later released.

Through his legal representatives, Diddy has maintained his innocence of any wrongdoing.

Diddy Has Been Stripped Of His Honorary Howard University Degree Amid Ongoing Abuse And Sexual Assault Allegations

Another organization has decided to publicly cut ties with Diddy. Yesterday (June 7), Howard University has officially denounced its former student.

By way of The Dig (the school’s campus news hub), the university announced its decision to strip Diddy of his honorary degree while expressing disgust over his physical assault on Cassie (seen in the video footage obtained by CNN).

Although Diddy never formally graduated from the prestigious historically Black institution, in 2014 he was bestowed with the honorary degree for his career’s work and philanthropic efforts at the university, which included a scholarship fund.

The Howard University Board of Trustees voted unanimously today to accept the return by Mr. Sean Combs of the honorary degree conferred upon him in 2014. This acceptance revokes all honors and privileges associated with the degree. Accordingly, the Board has directed that his name be removed from all documents listing honorary degree recipients of Howard University.

Mr. Combs’ behavior as captured in a recently released video is so fundamentally incompatible with Howard University’s core values and beliefs that he is deemed no longer worthy to hold the institution’s highest honor.

The University is unwavering in its opposition to all acts of interpersonal violence.

The Board has also directed the University administration to immediately take the following actions: terminate a 2016 gift agreement with Mr. Combs, disband the scholarship program in his name, return his $1 million contribution, and terminate a 2023 pledge agreement with the Sean Combs Foundation.

No payments toward the $1 million pledge have been due or made by the Sean Combs Foundation as of this date, therefore no funds are due to be returned under the 2023 pledge agreement.

Diddy hasn’t issued a statement regarding the board’s decision. But this wasn’t the only commemorative honor up for review.

Last month, the Hollywood Walk Of Fame committee revealed that Diddy’s star would not be removed due to the body’s “lack of control” in the process. On the other hand, New York City’s Eric Adams revealed that officials are considering revoking Diddy’s Key To The City.
