Andrew Tate Potentially Incriminated Himself In Jail Call
New reports online suggest that Andrew Tate potentially incriminated himself in a jail phone call during his human trafficking case. Moreover, the main source for these reports is a video from account Lawyers For Workers. In said clip, the lawyer alleges that a source close to Tate revealed that the controversial influencer might’ve messed up on the record. For those of you unaware, Romanian authorities arrested Tate and his brother in late December of last year on charges of assault and human trafficking.
While these reports are unofficial at the moment, he spoke often of his malicious and illegal activities, so it’s not exactly a surprise. Still, the lawyer explained the alleged situation in a video posted by No Jumper to Instagram. “We got a credible report of Andrew Tate doing some really dumb things,” the lawyer began. “So, he’s in Romanian prison, lock-up, detention, waiting for his trial. Like in the United States, they let you make calls. Like in the United States, they monitor your calls… anything you say can and will be used against you.
Andrew Tate Might’ve Incriminated Himself While In Jail
“The reports are that this guy did two outrageously out of bounds things on jail calls,” he continued. “So often, jail calls is what gets people screwed. They end up admitting stuff that gets them charged with the crime or they start committing whole new crimes. In this guy’s case, first, there’s only a list of people that he’s allowed to call. The reports are that he called people on the approved list, but then they patched in other third parties.
“That could be its own crime, certainly not going to help his attempts to get out on bond,” the lawyer went on. “Big trouble, if you ask me. Number two- this is actually the real problem. They’re saying he’s on jail calls discussing with another individual bribing two Romanian public officials.” However this case ends up developing, Tate continues to be outspoken and boastful online. Recently, he addressed rumors that he was battling lung cancer in a bizarre tweet. Regardless of your take, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Andrew Tate.
Lil Tjay’s Lawyer Explains Latest Legal Trouble
Lil Tjay’s lawyer, Dawn Florio, says that police have not rearrested the rapper for another gun charge. Instead, there was confusion about whether a judge mandated him to appear in court on Friday.
“Lil Tjay was not rearrested for another gun charge,” Florio told AllHipHop. “He was excused from appearing in court last Friday by the arraignment judge. Another judge revoked his bond and put him back in jail for missing court on Friday even though he was told by the first judge that he did not have [to] appear.”
The lawyer added: “Lil Tjay’s family posted the bail yesterday and he is free. It is so unfortunate that he had to be jailed for something that was not his fault.”
Police previously arrested Lil Tjay, earlier this month, while he was on his way to shoot a music video with Ice Spice. They charged him with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
It was during Tjay’s latest sting in jail that reports suggested police had booked him for another gun charge.
Lil Tjay has since posted bail. He is due back in court on February 14.
The latest legal trouble comes after Lil Tjay sat down for an interview with Rolling Stone. In the piece, the New York rapper revealed some words of wisdom that 50 Cent provided him with after he was hospitalized in 2022 following a shooting in New Jersey.
“Every artist needs pain or something to feed off of. This right here, you shake this shit off,” Tjay recalled 50 telling him. 50 was famously shot nine times back in 2000.

Tory Lanez Hires Casey Anthony’s Former Defense Lawyer
Tory Lanez’s court battles continue as he hired a powerhouse defense lawyer and legal team for his appeal. After authorities found him guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion, he fired his original attorneys. Now, he’s hired Jose Baez, who famously and successfully represented Casey Anthony when she was accused of murdering her daughter.
According to TMZ reports, sources close to the artist’s representatives said Baez will work with attorneys David Kenner and Matthew Barhoma. Moreover, these two new members of his team also have their fair share of experience. Kenner represented Suge Knight and got him probation on a robbery charge and also worked with him on his manslaughter case. In addition, Kenner also beat a murder case for Snoop Dogg around the same time he represented Knight in the ’90s.
Also, Baez worked for Aaron Hernandez in his high-profile case. Before the football player took his own life, the attorney fought for an appeal of his conviction in the murder of Odin Lloyd. Prior to this case, he helped Hernandez beat a double murder case and represented many celebrities.
Still, all eyes are now set on Tory Lanez’s future. Recently, Kenner requested to a judge to postpone Lanez’s sentencing so he can catch up with the trial’s court transcripts. If he catches up, he will be able to prepare his appeal more effectively. Later, the judge granted said request, and the rapper’s sentencing is now set for February 28th. Moreover, he’s facing 22 years in prison and potential deportation to Canada.
Even with all this drama surrounding the case, the people affected by it are starting to heal. Moreover, Lanez’s family recently said that they “forgave [Megan Thee Stallion] a long time ago.” In addition, he spoke on trying to stay away from negative energy and not continuing to spread hate. Still, he said that they will not “back down from the machine.”
However, what do you think about Tory Lanez hiring powerhouse defense lawyers for his appeal? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments down below. Also, as always, check back in with HNHH with more updates on the Tory Lanez saga.
Tory Lanez Hires Suge Knight’s Former Lawyer
Tory Lanez has reportedly fired his attorney and hired Suge Knight’s former lawyer. Lanez was found guilty of three felony assault charges for the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
The news comes from legal reporter Meghann Cuniff. Cuniff has been covering the trial of the State of California vs Daystar Peterson (Tory Lanez).
“Regarding Tory Lanez’s Tuesday court date, yes, there is a date listed on the jail roster,” Cuniff wrote on Twitter. “It’s not on Judge Herriford’s calendar, and he’s got a bunch of other stuff at the time. Attorney David Kenner confirmed to me last week he’s now representing Tory.”
Cuniff further continued: “Kenner is a longtime criminal defense attorney whose clients include former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight. Anyone with actual experience in criminal law (not all lawyers) will tell you he’s joining the case a bit late: Before trial would have been better.”
She added that it’s unclear what the new court date is pertaining to. Los Angeles Superior Court doesn’t make court documents available to the public. As for what could be happening, she shared a few clues in a follow-up tweet.
“Some clues about what’s going on: Prosecutors tried to add a bribery count to Tory’s charges during trial, which the judge rejected,” Cuniff wrote. “Any post-conviction motion from David Kenner regarding false evidence or witness testimony is very unlikely to come this quick.”
As for what Lanez was convicted of, he was found guilty of felony assault with a semiautomatic firearm, possession of a concealed, unregistered firearm, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.
