Proud Toronto Native Drake Dubbed One City ‘The Most Important Place In Rap Music’

Apparently, “Slime You Out” rapper Drake is going against his 2010 cardinal mantra: never home but always repping. Yesterday (September 25), when his It’s All A Blur Tour stopped at the State Farm Arena, the proud Toronto, Canada, native bestowed a rather cherished title onto the city of Atlanta.

In between songs, Drake took a moment to share his thoughts on the region’s impact on hip-hop culture.

“What would any of us be without Atlanta? All the love that you’ve shown, all the musicians that you birthed, all the contributions that you give. This is hands-down the most important place in rap music. And you should be very proud of yourselves,” declared the entertainer.

Although the sold-out crowd cheered in agreement, others had mixed reactions to the claim once the fan-captured clip was shared on social media.

“Aubrey is no different from a politician,” declared one user, referring to critics that Drake panders to every city he visits.

“Anyone that doesn’t say New York is hallucinating,” barked one user.

“But if it wasn’t for the Bronx, this rap sh*t would probably never be going on, so tell ’em where you from,” proclaimed another.

Despite the overwhelming pushback on his commentary, several users still agreed with Drake’s remarks.

“He is telling the truth. Unfortunately, Drake says this everywhere he goes,” wrote a user.

“He’s got a point. Atlanta has had a hold on rap music for at least 15 years as a collective,” penned one user.

Drake’s ability to draw such a diverse and high-profile crowd underscores his status as a global icon and the tour’s immense success. The Atlanta show built a lot of excitement among fans, and this anticipation was perhaps even more intense for one particular attendee. In a generous gesture, he paused the show to acknowledge a woman in the front row who he noticed had attended multiple tour stops already. He gifted the woman an experience of a lifetime, offering to fly her first class to the Atlanta show where she would get to sit VIP and watch the concert. To top it off, he also said he would gift her $10,000 to spend during her time in the city. Stay tuned to HNHH for more stories!

Simply put, Travis Scott has admitted to being interested. Kai Cenat claims to have met the rapper recently. When they spoke, Scott said that he would be down to come on the air. Kai Cenat Directing A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Music Video, Shares BTS Footage

Kai Cenat is arguably the biggest streamer around, especially thanks to his prominence in the rap sphere as of late. For example, a video showed him joining A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie for a studio session, where the rapper previewed some new music for him. Apparently, the Twitch giant liked what he heard so much that he wanted to support his fellow New Yorker in bigger ways. Moreover, he recently uploaded behind-the-scenes footage of him on a music video set for A Boogie– one that he’s apparently directing. In the short clip, you can see the desired shot on the camera display, as well as various tech set-ups for lighting, sound, and much more.

While it’s a brief look into Kai Cenat’s directorial beginnings, it’s still exciting to see him level up while not losing touch with what propelled him to fame. After all, this week went wild with hilarious footage and juicy gossip surrounding his 24-hour stream with Offset. As such, it seems like the 21-year-old is balancing out those worlds quite well so far, opening big doors for himself along the way.

Kai Cenat At The Helm Of A Boogie’s Next MV

However, this shouldn’t be surprising at all for people well-versed in Kai Cenat’s content. The social media star recently broke into the film industry with his short film Global Pursuit, a buddy cop action comedy reminiscent of classics like Rush Hour. Not only that, but he even got a cameo from Lil Yachty for it, who’s done his part to boost Cenat’s profile in his own right. Yachty could’ve brought out anyone to perform during his Rolling Loud set, but he chose Kai.

Meanwhile, it will be interesting to see how this MV plays out, and what the NYC native has planned for the future. Sure, his path to stardom hasn’t been without speed bumps, such as his chaotic giveaway event in his home city. That being said, that affects pretty much every celebrity at one point, and it surely won’t be the last controversy he has to face. One thing’s for sure, though: he wants to be much bigger than a reactor or content creator at this point. For more news and the latest updates on Kai Cenat and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, check back in with HNHH.

Offset recently teamed up with Kai Cenat for a 24-hour livestream. The performer has a new album scheduled for release next month, and has gone the unconventional route in terms of promotion. Set It Off is slated to drop on October 22. It’s already confirmed to include various high-profile features from Latto, Chloe Bailey, Travis Scott, and more. Offset And Kai Cenat Vibe To Unreleased Future Collab

Unfortunately, some social media users pieced together some clips of Offset during the stream, which they claimed showed he was cheating on Cardi B. The “Bongos” performer, however, was not about to let the rumors slide. She took to Twitter to shut the speculation down, writing, “Y’all are lying and just putting random clips together.” She also went on to explain how the woman he’s seen with in the clips is actually his cousin/ brand manager.

Offset describes his upcoming album as an opportunity to fully spread his wings as an artist. “The objective is to do it fully and smash sh*t and f*ck the game up as a solo artist,” he explained. “I’m coming through, bustin’ through the door. It’s all set, my next chapter. It’s my time.” How do you think Offset’s Future collab is sounding so far? Cardi B Shut Down Rumors That Offset Cheated With The Mystery Woman Who Appeared With Him On A Twitch Live Stream

Throughout the entirety of their nearly six years of marriage, “Jealousy” rappers Cardi B and Offset’s relationship has been heavily scrutinized by the public. Although the couple has been vocal about their rocky past, thanks in part to Offset’s past infidelity, they managed to bounce back even stronger. But according to Twitch users, he’s up to his old ways.

On Thursday, September 14, a mystery woman appeared in the background of Offset’s Twitch livestream, leading viewers to believe that he was stepping out on his wife. However, Cardi took to X (formerly Twitter) to quickly shut down the rumors.

When a fan page of Cardi’s called out a user for spreading false information, she joined in to add, “Exactly…The fact that they had to watch a 24-hour stream to fake piece things together is EMBARRASSING!!! They some do bads lmaaoooooo.”

The mystery woman was then identified as Shaleeta “SheShe” Pendleton. In the past, Offset has threatened to take legal action against people making unproven claims alleging infidelity.

The 24-hour livestream was hosted by creator Kai Cenat, where Offset and Cenat’s friend spent the day gaming, dancing, and more.

Cardi B is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.

Offset Cheating Allegations Resurface After Kai Cenat Stream, Cardi B Reacts

When he’s with his family, there’s no denying that Offset has a lot of love in his heart for his five children and wife, Cardi B. Of course, the Atlanta native isn’t perfect, and he has admitted to cheating on his partner in the past. At one point, the Invasion of Privacy artist filed for divorce from Set, which ultimately led him to get his act together. They’ve since been able to turn their relationship drama into art, bringing them plenty of money to continue filling up their luxurious wardrobes.

While the New York-born performer has been finishing her summer by promoting her new “Bongos” collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion, her other half has been busy generating hype for his upcoming LP. Rather than doing traditional interviews, the “Ric Flair Drip” hitmaker decided to join Kai Cenat for a 24-hour live stream, during which plenty of laughs were shared. Unfortunately, the positive moments from the lengthy video are being overshadowed by new allegations of him cheating on Bardi during frequent off-camera moments edited together in the clip below.

Offset Sparks Rumours While Staying at Kai Cenat’s

Before things got too out of hand, the Hustlers actress had the help of her fanbase in dispelling the gossip. “Y’all are lying and just putting random clips together,” @updatesofcardi tweeted this weekend. “They were laughing because they caught him sleeping, and that’s definitely his brand manager/cousin.”

“Exactly,” Cardi quote tweeted that post. “The fact that they had to watch a 24-hour stream to fake piece things together is EMBARRASSING,” she added as “Offcheat” began trending on Elon Musk’s website. “They some do bads lmaoooooooo.”

Kai Cenat Reviews Ice Spice’s Dunkin’ Donuts Drink

Kai Cenat has given his review of the Ice Spice Munchkins Drink, the rapper’s collab with Dunkin’ Donuts. After an exaggerated performance and subpar Spice impression, Cenat finally tried the drink. He gave the pumpkin spice combo an 8-out-of-10 before jokingly asking his chat what the secret ingredient was. This led his chat to respond things like “ass juice” and “pussy juice”.

Meanwhile, Spice added a Boston legend to her efforts to promote her new collab with Dunkin’ Donuts. The first ad for the Ice Spice Munchkins Drink dropped during the VMAs on September 12. In something of a meta advertisement, Spice and certified Boston Boy Ben Affleck try to come up with names for her signature drink. It’s a fun little spot with Affleck turning his Southie accent up to 11 while an unimpressed Spice serves as his straight woman. Have you tried the drink yet? Let us know what you thought down in the comments.

Kai Cenat Announces Content House

This latest viral clip comes at the end of a long week for Cenat. It started with him getting blocked by SZA and ended with a 24-hour livestream alongside Offset. However, Cenat also made a pretty big announcement. Cenat has announced that he has a new content house in the works. On September 12, Cenat announced that he would be teaming up with IShowSpeed to launch their own house. Previously, Cenat founded the very successful AMP House.

However, unlike traditional content houses, where the creators live together, that won’t be the case for this new project. “Shoutout to the CEO of Rumble. Whenever I am in Miami they got us a new house that we could just go by. Me and Speed. No, we are not going to be living in there, we are not going to be moving in and shit like that. It’s just for us, our shit. That’s probably the best news I had in the past week,” Cenat said while streaming.
