Joe Rogan Extends His Contract With Spotify, But There’s A Twist

Joe Rogan has signed a multi-year extension with Spotify to continue producing The Joe Rogan Experience for the platform. However, the new deal comes with a major change. Gone is the previously implemented distribution exclusivity clause. Spotify and Rogan will now look to also release the highly successful podcast on Apple, Amazon, and YouTuber amongst other platforms.

The details of the contract were not released. However, The Wall Street Journal estimates that the deal is worth somewhere in the region of $250M. His previous deal with Spotify is believed to be have been worth between $100M and $200M. The Joe Rogan Experience is the last Spotify-exclusive podcast on the platform. Alex Cooper Opens Up About Boston University Trauma

Meanwhile, another of Spotify’s (formerly) exclusive talents opened up about one of the darkest portions of her life. Call Her Daddy host and former D1 soccer player Alex Cooper broke her silence about “traumatic experiences” she endured while playing at Boston University during a November Cosmopolitan interview. “With this specific thing, it’s so personal to me and it took such a toll on my mental health. Recently, I reconnected with a lot of the people that I played soccer with who were around when things were happening and it’s been pretty cathartic. I met up with one of my teammates in Santa Monica who I hadn’t seen since we graduated — we didn’t even say hi, we just both started crying. There’s another woman that went through it with me, and we finally saw each other recently and it’s just wild to talk about it together.”

While details are scarce, Cooper has alluded to the “traumatic experience” being at the hands of a coach during her time with the Terriers. Cooper played for the team between 2013 and 2015. However, Cooper said she left the team partway through her senior season in 2016 over the incident. Furthermore, Cooper has said that she intends to fully speak out about the incident on her podcast in the near future.

Joe Rogan Extends An Invite To Katt Williams After Being Mentioned On “Club Shay Shay”

Joe Rogan is easily one of the biggest podcasters in the history of the game. Overall, he has had some absolutely monstrous deals with the likes of Spotify. Furthermore, he has had huge guests on his show, including Kanye West. Rogan continues to have big guests on and while he may bring about controversy, people still listen. Recently, however, he was mentioned on Club Shay Shay during the now infamous Katt Williams interview. The words were not exactly complimentary.

Essentially, Williams said that Rogan would not have him on his show. Instead, Rogan would prefer to just have the same six comedians on, who Williams believes are not that funny. Shannon Sharpe thought that was pretty funny, and the conversation continued. Although Rogan was just a small portion of the podcast, the comedian decided to respond regardless. Below, you can see that he would actually love to sit down with Williams.

Joe Rogan Speaks

“I love Katt,” Rogan began. “He’s one of my favorite comics and I’d love to have him on. We talk about him all the time. If he’s down, I’ll make it happen.” Many felt like Rogan was trying to capitalize on the situation. However, he was mentioned by name so it is only fair that he responds. For now, it seems unlikely that Williams would want to do this podcast. Although if he ends up going back on that, then this could prove to be a lucrative episode for Rogan. While Williams is mostly done airing out grievances, he may very well come through with some great stories. Either way, it would prove to be a lot of fun.

Joe Rogan praised Kanye West’s Donda track, “Jail,” during a recent episode of his podcast with Shane Gillis. In doing so, he labeled West a “bad motherf*cker” and joked that society has to let him “get out of line” so he can make music like that.

“We play this one song in the green room when we really wanna get things popping,” Rogan began. “The ‘I’m going to jail’ song… God damn that song rocks.” After playing some of the song, he adds: “He’s a bad motherf*cker man. You gotta let a guy like this get out of line every now & again. That’s what makes him so brilliant. He’s got a tornado going on in his mind. There’s a tornado in there. At any given time.”

Elon Musk Blames Mark Zuckberg For MMA Fight Falling Through

Elon Musk has claimed that Mark Zuckerberg is the reason their hypothetical MMA fight didn’t happen. “Italy actually was willing to let us use the Coliseum. I was like, well, can’t turn that down. Then I was like, well, if it’s going to be in the Coliseum, I like UFC and everything, but we don’t have tons of ads in UFC branding on the Coliseum ’cause it’s a place of great history. You don’t want to have it be all like NASCAR. And then Zuck pulled out,” Musk told Joe Rogan.

Whether there’s any truth to that remains to be seen. Back in August, Zuckerberg pulled out with a very different series of events. “I think we can all agree Elon isn’t serious and it’s time to move on. I offered a real date. Dana White offered to make this a legit competition for charity. Elon won’t confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead. If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, time to move on. I’m going to focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously,” Zuckerberg wrote on Threads. Furthermore, the Meta founder is yet to respond to Musk’s latest claims.

Musk Muses Dating App Feature For X

Meanwhile, Musk has pitching more ways to save X, formerly Twitter. On an all-hands call last week, employees were informed that the company was worth $19B, which is less than half of the $44B that Musk paid a year ago. Much of that value has been tanked by Musk’s managerial incompetence. However, Musk is confident that he is about to launch the app’s saving grace. On the same call, According to a source who attended, an all-hands meeting at X, Musk wants a full-integrated dating app to the site next year. However, according to Insider, details on how the feature would work are fuzzy. Despite this, Musk is very keen on the idea and has his usual notions that it’s the thing that will save the site.

Meanwhile, Musk also promised to provide Gaza with access to his Starlink satellites. Starlink is the satellite internet provider that Musk owns. It operates all over the world and was used in Ukraine, until the Russia-supporting Musk pulled access to the service. However, Israel has publicly objected the support. Israel will use all means at its disposal to fight this. HAMAS will use it for terrorist activities. There is no doubt about it, we know it, and musk knows it. HAMAS is ISIS. Perhaps Musk would be willing to condition it with the release of our abducted babies, sons, daughters, elderly people. All of them! By then, my office will cut any ties with starlink,” Israeli Communications Minister Shlomo Kahri wrote on X.

Joseph James Rogan was born in Newark, New Jersey, on August 11, 1967. Early struggles defined his childhood, particularly his parents’ divorce, leading him to spend most of his formative years with his mother. But adversity has its way of unearthing diamonds. For Rogan, martial arts became that precious gem. Taekwondo, kickboxing—you name it, he was into it.

Before age 20, he secured the U.S. Open Championship taekwondo title. Yet, as compelling as the martial arts circuit was, Rogan couldn’t resist the allure of the microphone and the spotlight. He commenced his stand-up comedy journey 1988 in Boston, making people laugh while pondering the idiosyncrasies of human existence. As a taste of what’s to come, Rogan’s net worth in 2023 sits at $215 million, according to CAknowledge.

Joe Rogan has never been one to let the grass grow under his feet. From hosting the reality show Fear Factor, where contestants confront their worst nightmares for a cash prize, to being a pivotal voice in the UFC, his resume resembles a patchwork of modern American pop culture. Then came The Joe Rogan Experience, a podcast initiated in 2009 that has become a veritable cultural juggernaut. Rogan’s candid interviews and unfiltered commentaries are catnip to a generation starved for authentic dialogue. He’s invited guests from diverse disciplines—scientists, politicians, comedians, and even controversial figures—creating a medley of voices that resonate far and wide. His UFC commentary work has been lauded with several awards, adding another feather in his already ornate cap.

His family life provides the grounding force against the tempest of his professional endeavors. He’s also an avid bowhunter, a hobby that’s become more of a spiritual practice, enhancing his connection with the natural world. The host is openly fascinated with the transformative power of psychedelic substances like DMT and Psilocybin, a topic he often explores in his podcasts, expanding the dialogue around mental health and consciousness.

Outside the octagon and podcasting studio, Rogan has also donned the hat of a wise entrepreneur. He is co-owner of Onnit, a company specializing in fitness supplements and workout gear. Then came the Spotify deal, wherein “The Joe Rogan Experience” was exclusively licensed to Spotify for a reported $100 million—yet another brilliant stroke in his ever-expanding portfolio. Though not aggressively involved in philanthropy, his podcast serves as a platform for many social and environmental causes. Whether discussing climate change or advocating for mental health, he leverages his considerable influence for social good.

Dillon Danis Upset With Joe Rogan For This Reason

Dillon Danis has been doing a whole lot of promo as of late. Overall, he is someone who is known for going after his opponents prior to a fight. Of course, we are seeing that right now with the Logan Paul situation. He has been terrorizing Logan on social media over the last few months, and he just won’t let up. Although he has been hit with a restraining order from Nina Agdal, he doesn’t seem to care. He is still posting photos of her, and there isn’t much that Logan can do about it.

With the fight coming up in about a week from now, Dillon Danis is starting to do a bit more in terms of media. He has been participating in interviews for about a week, and these interviews have brought up some interesting storylines. For instance, Danis spoke about his relationship with Joe Rogan, while on the FLAGRANT podcast, with Andrew Schulz. As Danis describes, he and Rogan like each other quite a bit. In fact, Rogan got Danis eight tickets to his show. However, there is one thing that has upset Danis as it pertains to Rogan.

Dillon Danis Explains

Essentially, Rogan has never had Danis on his podcast. Furthermore, it doesn’t seem like an appearance will be in the cards, anytime soon. Danis did not explain why this is the case, however, that’s just how things are right now. Perhaps if he beats Logan Paul, the tide will turn for him a little bit. “Me and Joe are really close, you know, and then he doesn’t have me on – that’s messed up,” Danis said. “He did give me eight tickets, front row, to his show at MSG though.”

With the fight against Logan Paul going down on October 14th, let us know who you think will win, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the sports world. We will always keep you informed.

He also revealed the method he used to do it, cutting out soda after various shows. “Yeah, shows, soda. Soda’s so bad. It’s so bad. But I’ll have a soda. I’m a bad boy. I’ll have a Monster Energy. But Celsius is so good, too.”

Post Malone Owes His Over 60-Pound Weight Loss To One Simple Dietary Modification

At every concert and public appearance, Post Malone has a charming glow — proof that his sobriety and weight loss journey has been a success. During his August 8 appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Malone elaborated upon the change in his physical appearance.

During the chat, Malone attributed his over 60-pound weight loss to one simple dietary modification: quitting soda and reducing his sugar intake. “Soda is so bad. It’s so good but so bad. [But if] I had a great show, and you know what, I’m feeling a little bit naughty. I’m gonna have myself a Coke on ice,” he said.

Malone’s said his decision to cut off the beloved drink was because, as he put it on social media, “I guess dad life kicked in, and I decided to kick soda and start eating better. So I can be around for a long time for this little angel.” Malone and his fiancée reportedly welcomed their baby girl in May 2022.

In April, fans grew concerned about Malone’s weight loss, alleging that it resulted from drug use. However, Malone shut down the rumors, writing, “Hello everybody, I hope you’re having a great night. I wanted to say that I’m not doing drugs. I’ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and, I’d suppose, performance on stage. I’m having a lot of fun performing and have never felt healthier.”

Joe Rogan Slams Joe Biden, Says There’s “Undeniable Evidence” of “Corruption”

Joe Rogan slammed President Joe Biden while discussing politics with author Patrick Bet-David during a recent episode of his podcast. Rogan labeled the current president “corrupt” and described him as a “goof.”

“Whether you like Trump or not, whether you think he’s corrupt or not, that’s a human being. You know what that guy is,” he said. “Joe Biden has been a goof his whole fucking career. He has always been a goof. He has been caught lying so many times, he is so full of shit. There is so much evidence that he is corrupt.”

From there, Rogan claimed that there is “undeniable evidence” of Biden’s “corruption.” In doing so, he cited “the stuff with him and his son.” He further referred to Devon Archer, “who just testified he was business partners with Hunter who talked about all the different things that Joe was involved with.” “It’s fucking undeniable,” Rogan continued, before accusing the mainstream media of ignoring the alleged corruption. “The fact that mainstream news is ignoring this except for right-wing media is fucking cr*zy.” Check out Rogan’s full comments on Biden below.

Joe Rogan On Joe Biden’s Presidency

The discussion with Patrick Bet-David isn’t the first time Rogan has criticized the President for being “corrupt.” Back in June, the podcaster made similar accusations. “All the fucking stuff with his son and the ties to Ukraine and China and the money. The family, they got paid millions of dollars and everyone was trying to obscure it because, ‘Well, better than Trump. Better than Trump,’” he said at the time.

Joe Rogan Sparks Beef Between Tyson Fury And Jon Jones

In the boxing ring, there are few fighters better than Tyson “The Gypsy King” Fury. The 34-year-old currently holds multiple heavyweight belts and a 33-0-1 career record. However, Fury caught a stray on a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience while Rogan was discussing the recent beef between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou.

“You want to talk about who’s the baddest man on the planet?” Rogan asked. “If Jon Jones and Tyson Fury are locked into a room, I’m pushing all of my chips on black. [Fury] doesn’t have a fucking chance in hell of making it out of that room.” Fury previously appeared on Rogan’s show in 2018.

Fury Responds, Jones Weighs In

However, Fury didn’t take kindly to Rogan’s shot, issuing a profanity-laden response soon after. “I heard Joe Rogan say something about me,” Fury fumed, “and I’ve been off all the social media and didn’t reply to that little pussy, little fucking midget, bald-headed midget. I heard him say that Jon Jones could fuck me up if we were in the room together. I don’t think so. Not a man born from a mother could fuck me up, in a room, on our own. Whatever happens in that room, I’d be walking out. Not a fucking problem.” Furthermore, Fury is currently trying to set up a fight for the undisputed heavyweight title with Oleksandr Usyk. This came about after Usyk responded to Fury’s claims that there was no one willing to fight him.

However, Fury’s response soon caught the attention of Jon Jones himself. “Hey Tyson, it seems like Joe may have struck a nerve,” Jones said on Twitter. “I’ll admit there’s no one touching you in that ring right now, but let’s not let that confuse you with what would happen if you stepped foot in my cage.” Furthermore, Jones issued a challenge to Fury in a follow-up tweet. “If you ever want to put some of those questions you got going on to rest, give Dana a call. I’ll help you out.” Who do you think would win in a fight between Fury and Jones? Let us know in the comments.
