Mike Tyson Is 100% Healthy and Ready For Jake Paul

Now that he is fit, Tyson will return to the ring. He is getting back to preparing for the July 20 bout with Paul. The fight is scheduled to take place in Arlington, Texas. In response to the news of Mike Tyson’s latest medical problem, Jake Paul released a mysterious statement. Paul’s remark created even further uncertainty around the case. It appeared to be in response to his opponents and supporters misusing old photos of Tyson in a wheelchair to cast doubt on his impending bout with the icon.

Tyson is over sixty years old, even with his background and standing. He is thirty years older than Jake Paul. Hopefully, nothing potentially fatal will come from the fight. In what is anticipated to be a professional fight that will be recorded on both fighters’ records, he and Tyson will battle over eight two-minute rounds. Though Mike is almost three decades older than Jake, 27, the YouTuber had previously stated he would not be taking it easy on the famed boxer during the match. Overall, we are glad to hear that Mike Tyson is healthy. Hopefully, the fight goes off without a hitch.

The comments come after the boxing legend suffered a medical scare while flying from Miami to Los Angeles on Sunday.

“They offered us the walkout with Mike Tyson,” he said. “This was before this incident and I’m like, ‘I’m not sure if I want to do that.’ Now, I’m probably not going to do it. ‘Cause I don’t want n****s blaming me for nothing when n****s don’t win. Jake Paul Sends Out Cryptic Message After Mike Tyson’s Medical Emergency Puts Fight In Doubt

Jake Paul’s cryptic response to the news of Mike Tyson’s recent medical issue just weeks before their highly anticipated Netflix match has left fans and rivals alike speculating. Tyson’s ulcer flare-up, which caused him to feel queasy and lightheaded during a flight from Miami to Los Angeles, required immediate medical attention. Despite this, Tyson’s condition has been reported as “doing great.” His scheduled bout with Paul on July 20 in Texas remains unaffected. Paul’s reaction, seemingly in response to his rivals and fans using old pictures of Tyson to undermine his upcoming fight with the legend, has added a layer of mystery to the situation.

In the wake of the legend’s recent medical emergency, Jake Paul has taken aim at his competitors KSI and Dillon Danis for their use of old photos of Mike Tyson in a wheelchair. Despite the images being two years old, KSI and Danis, who both have a contentious relationship with Paul, chose to share them. Tyson, a former heavyweight world champion, has attributed his condition to a sciatica flare-up.

Jake Paul Responds To Mike Tyson’s Medical Scare

Tyson spoke to  Newsmax about his condition. He said, “I have sciatica every now and then, and it flares up. When it flares up, I can’t even talk! Thank God it’s the only health problem I have. I’m splendid now. Everybody in my house is truly blessed, and we’re all very grateful for whatever we have.” Jake Pual seems to be responding to the scare, throwing doubt on the fight and the fears that Tyson is too old to be competing. Despite his history and status, Tyson is almost 60 years old. Jake Paul is 30 years younger than Tyson. Hopefully, the fight doesn’t result in any life-threatening situations.

He and Tyson are scheduled to square off over eight two-minute rounds in what is expected to be a professional bout that will be noted on both fighters’ records. In his most recent professional bout many years ago, Tyson lost to Kevin McBride on his stool after five rounds. Paul, on the other hand, has defeated just one opponent, Tommy Fury, last year, having won nine of his ten battles. He has defeated journeymen boxers, seasoned MMA fighters, and sportsmen from many sports. All in all, we hope Mike Tyson is healthy, and the fight goes through with no complications.

Mike Tyson Suffers Apparent Medical Emergency On Plane Ahead Of Jake Paul Fight

Witnesses claim that on Sunday, May 26, Mike Tyson experienced what seemed to be a medical emergency while traveling from Miami to Los Angeles. “Mike had some kind of medical emergency on the plane and paramedics boarded,” says the eyewitness. They said, “Before the paramedics arrived the flight issued an announcement asking for a doctor — the message even came on everyone’s screens.“ The heat in Miami caused the jet to become overheated, causing a two-hour delay before takeoff. According to the eyewitness, Mike, was traveling on American Airlines flight 1815, sporting a matching short-sleeved cabana outfit with a blue and white design.

Before being brought to the gate at the scheduled boarding time of 5:10 p.m., Mike was at the Admirals Club, but because of the delay, he was escorted away. At 6:30 p.m., the eyewitness reports that he finally boarded the aircraft. Tyson had a very scary medical scare during the flight, which his witnesses recalled. The passengers had to wait to disembark while the paramedics attended to Mike. Thus, the plane’s arrival at LAX was delayed by an additional 25 minutes.

The eyewitness continued, “He was in first class, but we were an exit row.” Additionally, they said, “They asked us to stay on the plane and landed so paramedics could enter. [The stewardess] said something like, ‘He’s a really important passenger so we wanna make sure he’s OK.’ I knew it was him, but I just mouthed the words ‘Mike Tyson’ and she nodded her head yes.” Mike Tyson’s representation said in a statement to In Touch, “Thankfully Mr. Tyson is doing great. He became nauseous and dizzy due to an ulcer flare up 30 minutes before landing. He is appreciative to the medical staff that were there to help him.”

It is just a few months away from Mike’s much-awaited matchup with Jake Paul, which is set to take place on Saturday, July 20, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Despite the fact that Jake, 27, is younger than Mike, 30, the YouTuber had already declared he had no intention of taking it easy on the legendary boxer during the fight. All in all, we hope Mike is ok after the incident. Overall, its not a good sign for Tyson to be having medical scares before his anticipated fight.

Jake Paul Says He Is Not Going To Hold Back Against Mike Tyson: “The Legend Must Fall”

Even though Mike Tyson is thirty years Jake Paul’s senior, he will not back down from a challenge if it arises on July 20. He told TMZ Sports that he would not be taking the boxing icon lightly in their next match. Folks are divided on who will prevail in the Paul vs. Tyson fight. While Paul is far less experienced than Tyson, he is still at his peak age. Tyson is undoubtedly one of the greatest to have ever competed, but he is decades removed from his supremacy. Paul was asked whether there was any aspect of him that would be reluctant because his opponent is almost considered a senior citizen. He replied, “Absolutely not.” Paul explained that if Tyson gets an opportunity to knock him out, he’ll do the exact same.

He said Mike would do the same “in embarrassing fashion.” Paul went on to say, “So, I have to reciprocate that same energy.” He continued, “But Mike Tyson is a killer. He’s ruthless. He’s the most vicious champion ever. So, I have to channel that Mike Tyson energy to finish him. And the legend must fall.” Paul stated that he believes Netflix may draw hundreds of millions of people and that AT&T Stadium would be packed due to the fight’s hype.

Jake Paul Will Not Hesitate To Knock Out Mike Tyson

Despite the age gap between them, Jake Paul said that he will “absolutely” not hesitate to take a straight shot at Tyson since Iron Mike will do the same. One of the key draws for this fight is the intrigue of seeing Tyson in a boxing ring once more. Three weeks before to the bout, on June 30, he will turn 58 years old. On November 28, 2020, Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. squared off in an exhibition match that resulted in a split draw. Tyson’s fight against Paul will be his first professional encounter since he was defeated by Kevin McBride in June 2005.

In February 2003, Tyson defeated Clifford Etienne in the opening frame of a professional or exhibition bout, marking his last victory in that regard. Paul, a 27-year-old, is 9-1 in his ten professional fights. Most of his battles have been against opponents from other sports or against competitors who were long past their peak. Overall, Mike Tyson Vs. Jake Paul will hopefully be an entertaining bout. Let’s hope no one gets seriously damaged.

Lil Wayne Explains His Mike Tyson & Jake Paul Fight Prediction

When folks ask for others’ predictions on the upcoming fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, the answer might seem obvious in both directions. One is a boxing legend with decades of experience and acclaim, but the other is not even half as old as the icon is. Still, a lot of folks are banking on the more renowned boxer to take the crown at the end of the day, including one of hip-hop’s most passionate sports commentators. Moreover, Lil Wayne recently graced Undisputed with yet another guest appearance, during which he had a very interesting take on the whole situation.

“If it’s a real fight, I have Mike Tyson, and I believe it’s a disrespectful question,” Lil Wayne remarked of the upcoming Mike Tyson and Jake Paul eight-round bout on July 20. “I don’t care if he was 85. You saw the clips. If one of them workout punches hit anybody, you done.” Maybe it’s not as “disrespectful” of a question as he thinks, considering that fellow rapper Cam’ron actaully thinks there’s a chance that the former Vine star could pull an upset off.

Lil Wayne’s Take On Mike Tyson Versus Jake Paul

“Mike is my man [but] this is my prediction for the fight,” Cam’ron remarked on his It Is What It Is sports talk show with Mase earlier in 2024. “If Mike don’t get him out of there in five rounds, then I believe that Jake Paul’s gonna win the fight.” “Killa, I hope you don’t see Mike. Mike gonna want to talk to you about that,” his co-host joked after his take. In fact, as it turns out, the Dipset MC actually ran into Tyson at an airport after he gave this take, and the “Mo Money Mo Problems” feature narrated the occasion comically.

“Cam is on his way here, he’s probably not gonna make this show,” Mase revealed. “He was calling me while he was getting on this flight and he had some sad news. Mike Tyson, the guy he was running his mouth about, was standing right behind him when I saw him on FaceTime. I think Mike was whispering too him, ‘Cam, I need to talk to you.’ And then Cam say he gonna call me back but he never called me back.”
