2Pac Murder Suspect Keefe D Allegedly Jumped Multiple Times In Jail

During a recent interview with Bomb1st, Reggie Wright Jr. shared his thoughts on 2Pac murder suspect Duane “Keefe D” Davis’ time behind bars. According to him, it may not be going well for him. Wright previously worked for Suge Knight, and his father was once a gang enforcer at the Los Angeles Sheriff Department’s unit Operation Safe Street. He says he’s heard some chatter about how Keefe D’s faring in jail, revealing that he’s apparently been attacked various times since his October arrest.

“Heard he done got whooped on about three times already in there. And I got that confirmed from a very, very good source,” he explained. “But nothing major. Just, you know, kicked, stomped, hit. Nothing like he gonna get when those dudes in the pen find out how he was saying that they soft. Yeah that audio’s still out there. You better call Vlad and try to get it pulled down.”

Earlier this month, Keefe D pleaded not guilty in the case of 2Pac’s 1996 murder. This followed various delays in his arraignment process. His trial is scheduled to begin on June 3, 2024. He’s due back in court for another hearing at the beginning of next year. Keefe D’s attorneys, Charles Cano and Robert Arroyo, have previously claimed that they plan to seek bail. While many are glad that some justice may finally be served on behalf of the late icon, others don’t believe Keefe D’s arrest has provided much closure. Big Hit spoke on the case with AllHipHop earlier this week, claiming that nothing can make up for what was lost when 2Pac was murdered.

“It’s like, man, he was so great,” he described. “He brought so much to the game. That loss was just bigger than Keefe D … This whole situation, man, that was f*cked up. It was a great loss, man. He can’t be replaced. Nah, this sh*t ain’t going to be no closure. It’s just going to be water under the bridge, sh*t.” What do you think of Reggie Wright Jr. claiming that Keefe D’s gotten “whooped” multiple times in jail already? Casanova Shares New Flick From Jail, Flexes Muscles For The Gram

Despite his current predicament, Casanova seems to maintain a positive outlook. A recent image circulating across social media depicts the Brooklyn rapper within the confines of his prison cell, in an all grey fit. In the photo, Casanova is spotted flexing his muscles, smiling, and sitting at a desk with a laptop in the background. This snapshot emerges following his conviction on federal charges, marking a significant chapter in his life. As a recap, Casanova, recently found himself sentenced to a daunting 188-month prison term, nearly equivalent to 16 years. This sentence came after he admitted guilt to federal charges related to racketeering conspiracy and narcotics conspiracy.

In contrast to his days as a prominent figure in the hip-hop world, the recent photo showcases Casanova in a very different setting. Despite this, he appears to be all smiles. DJ Vlad Says No Violence Has Occurred To Keefe D In Jail

There’s a midst of swirling rumors surrounding the incarceration of Keefe D. The rumors stem from his alleged involvement in the murder of Tupac Shakur. One particular rumor ignited a firestorm on social media. Claims that Keefe D had been beaten up and stabbed in jail. However, TMZ exclusively reported that DJ Vlad was quick to dispel these allegations. Via a post on X, DJ Vlad took to social media to address the issue head-on. He began by stating, “There’s a rumor going around that Keefe D got beat up and stabbed in jail. I looked into it, and it doesn’t appear to be true.”

However, in response to DJ Vlad’s post, an X user offered their perspective on the situation. According to this individual, one of the rumors circulating suggested that Keefe D had been involved in two fights while incarcerated. “Allegedly, he was in 2 fights, one with a hoover and the other a crip according to some YouTuber,” the person said. Kai Cenat Unveils Dramatic Trailer For 7-Day Stream

These aren’t the only major names Kai’s joined forces with as of late, however. He also recently hopped on live with Nicki Minaj, who gave the Barbz some updates on her eagerly-anticipated album, Pink Friday 2. Sadly, he got a little carried away when asking the performer questions, resulting in her ending her stream and leaving him hanging.

Kai also recently took a seat in the director’s chair for A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s new “Did Me Wrong” video. The intense visual just goes to show how the 21-year-old continues to broaden his horizons and expand his empire. He’s not in everybody’s good graces lately, however. He had some pretty harsh words for GloRilla’s new track, “Cha Cha Cha” earlier this month. Unfortunately, his reaction ended up getting him blocked by the rapper, who later made it clear that she didn’t appreciate the criticism. “You made your bed you gotta lay there,” she eventually told fans. What do you think of the special guests joining Kai Cenat for his 7-day stream? Are you looking forward to watching his jail stay? Keefe D Admits He’s Afraid Of Jail In Resurfaced Interview Following 2Pac Murder Arrest

Keefe D once admitted he was afraid of being jailed for his comments on the murder of 2Pac, months prior to his arrest in the investigation. The clip, which stems from an interview with The Art of Dialogue, has been resurfacing on social media after the latest updates in the case.

When asked about whether Big Dre was the one to pull the trigger in the killing, Keefe D dodged answering. “Them dudes was kids, man. Both of them dudes was kids back then,” he said at the time. “Dre was an All-CIF basketball player. He had a nice shot, dunking, all that shit. Dre was an athlete. He wasn’t about that.” From there, the interviewer pressed Keefe on the question. Getting flustered, Keefe answered: “Man. We don’t need to discuss that. We already discussed that. What are you trying to get me in jail again?”

Authorities Arrest Keefe D In Connection To 2Pac Killing

Jason Johansson speak during a news conference at the LVMPD headquarters to brief media members on Davis’ arrest and indictment for the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur on September 29, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Keefe D has spoken openly about the killing of 2Pac in interviews with VladTV as well as The Art of Dialogue for years. He also released a memoir titled Compton Street Legend in 2019. In the wake of his arrest, many spoke out to criticize how long it took police to bring him in. Ice-T told AllHipHop that he doesn’t “really understand why it took law enforcement so long,” while arguing that “if I say that I’m in a car with somebody that does something, I’m part of the crime. If I go over to your house and ask you for a gun and you give it to me and I go do it, you aided and abetted the crime.”

Las Vegas police finally arrested Keefe D on September 29. He will appear in court for his arraignment on Wednesday, October 4. Be on the lookout for further updates on the case on HotNewHipHop.

Giggs Recalls Pining For Music From Behind Bars

During his recent appearance on the Rap Radar podcast, Giggs opened up about the time he spent in jail. The performer served around two years behind bars for a gun charge in back in 2003. He claims that one of the things he hated the most about serving time was the lack of access he had to music. Luckily, he was eventually able to get some CDs that his manager sent him. According to him, hearing 50 Cent had a major influence on him while he was in jail.

“That was ’03. It was all 50, G-Unit tapes,” Giggs began. “I remember I went to one jail and we couldn’t have music at all.” He continued, “I was in there for like three months and I was going crazy with no music, fam — I remember I heard one 50 tune, ‘Guns For Sale.’ I heard it on the radio one night, like half of it, I said, ‘I gotta the f*ck out of this jail. F*ck this place.’”

Giggs’ Manager Sent Him “Mad CDs”

“And I remember we got a transfer and moved to the next jail then,” he continued. “As soon as I got in the jail, I heard some yute playing some [DJ] Whoo Kid tape. I’m like, ‘Oh sh*t! Is that what I’ve been missing?’” He went on to describe urging his manager to send him music, in order to make his stay more comfortable. Fortunately, he eventually came through, sending him a ton of CDs to choose from.

“I hit [my manager] and I said: ‘Fam, just send me everything bro,’” the UK-born performer explains. “And he sent me mad CDs. I remember that was that time, like, G-Unit — and everyone had some new young buck. I remember Dipset had JR Writer. Busta – he had the youth M Dollars yute. Obviously 50, Lloyd Banks. Everyone that had that young yute with the punchlines. Cassidy [was with] Swizz. Them times was ringing.” Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates on Giggs.

B.G. Leaving Prison Soon, Reports Suggest He’ll Be Out In “A Few Days”

Cash Money rapper B.G. has been in prison for over a decade stemming from witness tampering and illegal gun possession charges from 2009. Moreover, the rap game often spoke on his condition before this most recent update, whether it was his collaborators or other hip-hop figures. However, new reports suggest that the Hot Boys MC will see an early release from jail, although the information is a bit murky. Specifically, theJasmineBrand spoke to allegedly close sources to him and said that he’ll be out in “a few days.” If this is true, then he would be a free man about seven months ahead of schedule as his last predicted sentence completion date was April 7, 2024.

Furthermore, as of writing this article, no official sources have spoken out about the reportedly early close to this 14-year sentence. Hopefully this is accurate information, and B.G. can return home following retribution and doing his due time responsibly. Of course, there are still plenty of reasons to take this hopefully news with a grain of salt. After all, this is far from the first time that rumors surfaced around the New Orleans native’s return, and past instances never materialized.

I got the email set up on my phone so I can email him. [He doesn’t have] an actual release date, but he should be home in like three, four months. They already went to the [halfway] house and checked the house where he’s coming to.

“He got a few b***hes he want,” the Baton Rogue MC continued. “He got a few celebrity crushes he want me to slide in their DM and tell ’em. YSL RICO Co-Defendants Remain Behind Bars As Trial Placed On Hold Until End Of The Month

When Young Thug was first arrested in 2022, it’s unlikely he thought he’d remain behind bars over a year later. Unfortunately for the So Much Fun hitmaker, things have been moving slower than expected in the YSL RICO trial. While Gunna and others regained their freedom after taking a plea deal, Thugger has been denied bond four times now. The jury selection process began months ago. As HipHopDX reports, officials have yet to seat even one of 12 members. This is in part due to the rapper’s well-known presence in Georgia.

On Thursday (August 24), Law & Crime Network confirmed that there will be a halt in the YSL RICO hearings and proceedings until the end of the month. “Defendant Cordarius Dorsey is currently on trial for murder in an unrelated case in front of another judge,” Cathy Russon reported via Twitter. “Therefore, no more activities will happen until that case has concluded,” she added, along with an expected return date of August 31. In Russon’s accompanying video, Thug makes an appearance in the courtroom, looking crisp in a white sweater and sneakers. He briefly stops to speak with his legal team before taking a seat.

Countless other rappers have been doing their part to support the multi-talent as he’s stuck in jail. Drake is among those doing the most lately. From providing two features for Thug’s BUSINESS IS BUSINESS album to wearing a hoodie dedicated to his frequent collaborator, his love is obvious.

Elsewhere, it was recently reported that Young Thug and his co-defendants could be in some hot water. Apparently, they’ve been creating security issues for officers while awaiting their fate in jail.
