Diddy Is Allegedly Refusing To Leave His Jail Cell As Sexual Assault Lawsuits Loom

Diddy is allegedly refusing to come out of his jail cell at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, which is causing delays in multiple alleged sexual assault lawsuits he’s facing. Co-counsel for attorney Tony Buzbee made the allegation in a request for adjournment of a conference set for January 10th, 2025.

As caught by Meghann Cuniff, the letter reads: “We have been in negotiations with defendants’ counsel regarding service of process, scheduling and case management across numerous related actions, and have faced delays caused by defendant Combs refusing to leave his cell to accept service. We believe that we have now reached an agreement in principle with defendants’ counsel but are continuing to work out scheduling details in this and other cases.” The request goes on to note that Buzbee won’t be available on January 10th and instead, suggests a date in February.

The latest drama comes after The Daily Mail reported that the Bad Boy mogul allegedly had a bit of a breakdown behind bars after being unable to get out on bond in time for the holidays. “With his high-powered legal team, Diddy thought he’d be out on bail by now. Spending the holidays behind bars was a nightmare for him,” a source told the outlet. They further alleged Diddy had to use meditation techniques to calm himself: “It took him a few hours of deep breathing and focusing to get out of the bad space he was in, but he finally managed it.” On the other hand, another source denied that story, claiming he’s “staying strong in jail.”

The picture remains the only post on Blueface’s Instagram page. He uploaded it in December 2022.

When The Shade Room shared the post on Instagram, fans in the comments section had divisive reactions. “This isn’t love. This is publicity. Despite the lengthy sentence, Blueface has been optimistic about getting out much earlier than that. Speaking with DJ Hed and Gina Views on the show Effective Immediately, he revealed: “So I got sentenced to four years. I got a year’s credit, so that goes down to three years, and I gotta do 33 percent of that … [so I’ll be home] probably like March, April [2025].”

Lil Durk Accused Of Breaking Rules Amid Prison Stay For Alleged Murder-For-Hire

Last month, Lil Durk was arrested in Florida and hit with charges related to alleged murder-for-hire. Authorities accuse the Chicago rapper of paying various individuals to carry out the murder of Quando Rondo in retaliation for the 2020 murder of King Von. In 2022, Quando Rondo and his cousin Lul Pab were targeted in a shooting at a Los Angeles gas station. Quando Rondo survived, while Lul Pab died as a result of his injuries.

Lil Durk has since pleaded not guilty, and prosecutors have asked that he remain behind bars ahead of his trial. Last week, a federal judge in LA denied his request for release on bond. “We were obviously disappointed, but will continue to fight on,” his attorney Jonathan Brayman told Chicago Tribune after the ruling. “[He] remains confident and optimistic about the future. He deeply appreciates the outpouring of love and support he has felt since his arrest.”

Now, Law & Crime has shared a new YouTube video in which host Jesse Weber discussed the judge’s ruling. Weber also went over an exhibit filed by prosecutors, per XXL, which mentions that Durk has allegedly not been following the rules at the Metropolitan Detention Center in LA. Allegedly, he’s been abusing the phone system. “Despite clear instructions to not engage in three-way calls, defendant repeatedly abused the phone system at MDC to engage in such conduct,” the brief alleges.

This latest update comes just a few days after Durk was linked to yet another alleged murder-for-hire. Reportedly, it concerns the 2022 murder of Stephon Mack, which authorities suspect was allegedly carried out as revenge for the 2021 murder of Durk’s brother Dontay “DThang” Banks. He’s yet to be charged for this. Durk’s trial is currently scheduled to begin on January 7, 2025, but is “expected to be postponed.”

Yak Gotti To Remain Behind Bars While Dealing With Outstanding Warrant

Yak Gotti will remain behind bars after a judge ruled against his request for an emergency bond on Tuesday morning. While the jury in the YSL RICO trial decided not to convict the rapper, he’s still in jail after picking up a charge accusing him of possessing or providing prohibited items to an inmate in 2023. His attorney, Kayla Bumpuss, had requested the emergency hearing while citing an incident on December 1, in which he was attacked. She argued that his safety may be at risk if he remains in jail.

“It is evident that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office cannot keep Mr. Kendrick safe,” Bumpus wrote in her motion, as caught by Fox 5 Atlanta. She also referenced a report from the Department of Justice from November, in which the DOJ spoke out against unconstitutional and unlawful conditions at the Fulton County Jail. That report reads in part: “People incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail suffered harm from pest infestation and malnourishment and were put at substantial risk of serious harm from violence by other incarcerated people — including homicides, stabbings, and sexual abuse. The unconstitutional and unlawful conditions at the Fulton County Jail have persisted for far too long.”

The YSL RICO trial wrapped up, earlier this month, with not-guilty verdicts for almost all charges. It had become the longest criminal trial in Georgia’s history. Despite the outcome, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis recently told WSBTV that she has no regrets about the case. “There were lives lost and their lives that matter, and as long as I’m the DA, no matter your socioeconomic status, or your race, your life is going to have value if you’re harmed in this community,” Willis said. “Obviously when you try a case, you go back and you look at things and you always have a Monday morning quarterbacking analysis.”

Yak Gotti To Remain Behind Bars

Before the not-guilty verdicts, Young Thug took a plea deal back in October to avoid further prison time. In doing so, he accepted 15 years of probation, among several other restrictions.

Lil Woody Reveals His Initial Response To Young Thug’s Plea Deal

Lil Woody spoke about how relieved he was to see Young Thug take a plea deal and avoid further prison time during a new interview with VladTV. Thug was able to get out of jail during the YSL RICO trial after taking that plea back in October. While he won’t serve further time behind bars, he’ll remain on probation for the next 15 years.

“I thanked God. I thanked God so much that day. Sh*t, I’ve been at peace ever since,” Woody remarked. From there, he admitted it was one of the best days of his life. “You gotta understand, after they let me off that stand, man, I had to block everything… I don’t care what people say or how they feel, but my conscious, I have one now. My conscious eats at me. When I heard what the D.A. was offering, 45 years do 25, I was like, ‘Wow.’ And then the plea that he took, it had me sweating like, ‘What in the world type of plea was that?’” He concluded: “I didn’t wanna see nothing bad happened to him,” before describing Young Thug as a “pretty great guy.”

Elsewhere in the conversation, Woody discussed his controversial secret meeting with Judge Ural Glanville and the prosecution, which eventually led to Young Thug’s attorney being found in contempt and Glanville’s recusal. “I don’t have a clue,” Woody admitted when asked about what went down. “I was lost man, I had never been to this side of the courthouse, I didn’t know where I was going. N***a I was scared. I thought I could lose my life. I thought they would do some C.I.A. type sh*t to me.” As for whether he was even aware the meeting was illegal, Woody added: “I didn’t have a clue what was going on. When I pleaded the fifth, I thought I was just gonna go to the jail and stay at the jail.”

Diddy Demands Access To His Laptop While He Remains Behind Bars

Diddy’s legal team has made a new filing, demanding he have access to a laptop behind bars in order to plan for his upcoming trial. They allege the Metropolitan Detention Center is restricting his access to one, despite the government providing one he could use. With the laptop, he would be able to “review discovery, take notes related to his case, and otherwise assist in his defense.”

“Mr. Combs has still not been provided with the laptop despite numerous inquiries by defense counsel,” the filing reads, as caught by Meghann Cuniff. “Finally, this morning, the government informed defense counsel that after consultation with MDC counsel, Mr. Combs has two options related to his laptop: (1) he will only be provided with the laptop in the unit’s video-teleconference room during select times when legal staff is available and when that room is not otherwise being used during other inmates’ legal calls; or (2) he will only be provided with the laptop in the legal visiting room between the hours of 8-3:30pm. But, not both.”

Diddy’s Family Attends His Latest Bail Hearing

Diddy’s lawyers then described the options as “untenable” while arguing that no other inmates have to deal with such measures. They continued: “They significantly limit the time available for Mr. Combs to use the laptop and force Mr. Combs to choose between using the laptop and meeting with his attorneys (who often meet with Mr. Combs over video-teleconference). There is also no justification for these restrictions.”

Diddy Wants Access To His Laptop

Before concluding, the lawyers accused the MDC of providing the prosecution access to Diddy’s visitation forms, which possibly includes potential experts and investigators. Diddy’s trial is set to kick off in May of next year. He’s pleaded not guilty and denied all of the allegations he’s facing. Check out his latest filing below.

Diddy’s Dismal Thanksgiving Meal Behind Bars Revealed

Diddy will be limited to eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner on Thanksgiving if he is unsuccessful in getting out of jail on bond ahead of the holiday. As caught by TMZ, the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center’s weekly menu is looking dismal for Thursday.

Breakfast will be kicking the day off with fruit, cereal, pastries, and skim milk while lunch will certainly be the main attraction. His afternoon meal will include turkey roast, hot & sour tofu, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy dinner rolls, and an assortment of holiday pies. As the night winds down, he’ll have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, with potato chips, whole wheat bread, and a fruit beverage.

Diddy’s latest attempt at getting out on bond comes after Judge Arun Subramanian shot down his idea of staying at his Miami mansion on house arrest, last week. Diddy is now hoping he’ll be able to spend the holidays at his Upper East Side apartment with strict limitations. They’d include around-the-clock security with the removal of internet and phone access outside of contacting his attorneys. He would also need approval before family visits. A decision is expected at some point on Monday.

As Diddy attempts to get out of jail, attorney Ariel Mitchell, who represents multiple alleged victims in cases against Diddy, said that her clients are concerned for their safety. “All of them are very apprehensive about their safety if he were to be granted bond,” Mitchell told News Nation of the alleged victims. “I am confident in the court. I am sure that the court will remain with their previous decision of no bond.” Diddy has pleaded not guilty in his case regarding charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s also denied all other allegations against him. Be on the lookout for further updates on the case on HotNewHipHop.

Diddy’s Alleged Victims Express Concern For Their Safety As He Attempts To Get Out Of Jail

Diddy’s alleged victims are concerned for their safety as he continues to try to get out of jail on bond. Attorney Ariel Mitchell, who represents multiple alleged victims in cases against Diddy, discussed his latest effort at getting out during a recent interview with News Nation. He remains behind bars in Brooklyn on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering.

“All of them are very apprehensive about their safety if he were to be granted bond,” Mitchell said of the alleged victims. “I am confident in the court. I am sure that the court will remain with their previous decision of no bond.” She then brought up grand jury witness Courtney Burgess, alleging that victims have received death threats online. She did, however, admit none of the threats had come from Diddy directly. “There have been threats from people on the internet, but not from, at least, what we don’t know from Diddy to be directly.” she added. “Mr. Burgess has received several death threats. My client, Mrs. Parham, has been receiving threats, but we don’t know if they’re just regular people from the internet, or if they’re actually people who were sent by Diddy.”

She then added she’s grateful Judge Arun Subramanian denied his request to spend the rest of his time awaiting trial on house arrest in Miami. “I keep two straps on me,’ Mitchell said. “And I have God protecting me. I’m not scared. As long as he’s behind bars. I will say, if he does get out, I am grateful to hear that the judge won’t let him come back to Miami, so, to that extent, I’m very grateful. If he were to come back to Miami, I probably would be a little nervous and probably beef up security, I’m pretty good with my Smith and Wesson.”

Blueface Debuts Shocking New Face Tattoos Amid Prison Stay

It’s been a while since fans have heard any big news about Blueface. This is mostly due to the fact that he’s currently behind bars. The “Thotiana” rapper turned himself in earlier this year for an alleged parole violation. Unfortunately, it looks like he’ll be in jail for at least another few months. That hasn’t stopped him from making major changes, however, namely to his appearance. In new footage that surfaced online today, he looks to have gotten some new face tattoos.

The last time supporters saw him, he didn’t appear to have nearly as much ink on his face as he does now. At the time of writing, it remains unclear whether or not the tattoos are temporary or the real deal. Either way, the footage has sparked concern among social media users, who are now comparing him to Chrisean Rock. For those who don’t recall, she debuted a huge tattoo of Blueface’s face on her cheek after he was arrested.

Blueface Seemingly Gets New Ink Behind Bars

While Blueface is wrapped up in his legal issues, Chrisean seems to have been caring for his youngest child Chrisean Jesus, who they welcomed in September of 2023. She’s dealt with her own fair share of issues with the law in recent months, but now, it looks like she’s committed to staying on a better path. For now, it’s unclear whether or not Blueface plans to do the same when he’s released.

It’s also uncertain exactly when he’ll be able to reunite with his family, but he seems hopeful that it won’t be too much longer. In October, his official Instagram account shared a post hinting at a potential release date. “I’ll Ce Out JULY Don’t Bink!!!!!” it read. This got fans’ hopes up, as it was previously reported that he could be in jail for up to four years.

Finesse2tymes Reflects On How He Got Through Solitary Confinement

Finesse2tymes recently reflected on his experiences in solitary confinement after spending over four years behind bars. Appearing on The Baller Alert Show, the Memphis rapper discussed his time in prison after pleading guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm back in 2018. He ended up getting out on July 1, 2022.

“I’m locked up seven months. COVID-19 hit. They keep me in there another seven and a half months,” he said of solitary confinement. When asked how that’s legal, Finesse2tymes responded: “Because it’s the federal government. It’s the federal system. Who you gonna go tell? Who you gonna write a grievance on?” From there, he revealed he was getting a Bologna sandwich for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. “It got to a point where I didn’t have anybody to call on. You can’t use the phone. You ain’t got no communication to your family,” he said. As for how he made it through, he continued: “It got to the point where I couldn’t call on God because like, I’m a man. I know that might sound crazy, but everybody always call on God when they get in a f*cked up situation. I just ain’t one of them, so I’m like, ‘Instead of calling on God, let me actually learn what God wants me to know.”
