Police Find Bullets At Duane “Keefe D” Davis’ House Amid 2Pac’s Murder Investigation: Report

Las Vegas police reportedly recovered several .40 caliber bullets while executing a search warrant on Duane “Keefe D” Davis’ home in Henderson, Nevada, last week. The search was conducted for a renewed investigation into the murder of 2Pac in 1996. Davis is the uncle of ‘Pac’s alleged killer Orlando Anderson.

According to the Daily Mirror, a Vegas police source says the bullets will undergo forensic testing “to determine if they have any link to the bullets found in 2Pac’s body or on the scene of the homicide.” Detectives have kept clothing and bullets from the scene of the infamous shooting for over 25 years.

“Microfibers or residues from the weapon or the bullet could prove to be a link,” the source added. “There is no information yet on the history of the bullets, how old they are, or their significance. And it will take some time to assess how the bullets play a role in this case.”

The source went on to confirm that police executed the search warrant because “investigators feel they can assemble enough information that could lead to an arrest or indictment.” Despite the possibility, they admitted, “it is a long shot that the bullets will be the ones from 1996.” In addition to the bullets, police seized computers, hard drives, and various photos from the 1990s of possible suspects from Keefe D’s home. Investigators will eventually present their findings to a Las Vegas grand jury to determine whether to pursue an indictment.

As for Anderson’s role in Pac’s death, the accused killer was himself murdered just two years later in 1998. On the night of Pac’s death, Anderson famously got into a fight with him in the lobby of the MGM Grand following the Bruce Seldon vs. Mike Tyson boxing fight. Pac was shot and killed later that night.

Andrew Tate’s Human Trafficking Charges Expanded

The investigation into Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan based on allegations of abuse and human trafficking continues to develop slowly but surely, as officials are still piecing potential evidence together. Now, the pair learned that authorities expanded their charges. To elaborate, Romanian prosecutors investigating the Tates now seek charges of human trafficking in continued form rather than as separate counts. On Tuesday (June 13), the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) summoned them and the press to reveal such developments. Despite victim testimonies and official arrests, they continue to deny any and all accused wrongdoing.

Furthermore, DICOT stated that these new charges reflect discovery of a “more serious crime” than the investigation originally suggested. In addition, they have added another victim to the case, which involves another testimony and layer to explore in the legal process. This means that this investigation reflects the allegations of at least over six women brought forth against Andrew Tate and Tristan. However, the fact that no official indictment or trial came forward in the past few months makes this case remain a mystery.

Authorities Expand Andrew Tate’s Charged To Continued Human Trafficking

For those unaware, the Tate brothers faced an investigation when Romanian authorities apprehended them in December of 2022. Furthermore, they remained in Romanian jail until their removal into house arrest in late March of the following year. Both built large followings, particularly Andrew, for their commentary, which many criticize for its bigoted views on women and other social norms. Regardless of your take on their views, the legal purview of this arrest remains hard to fathom given the lack of trial or official charge. The investigation itself seems to have taken a long time to process, but their continued misogynistic takes and condemnations of “the woke agenda” don’t make it any harder to believe.

Still, thought and action are two separate entities, at least for now while the public (and the Tate brothers, for that matter) remain in the dark on the investigation. Romanian law states that they could face up to ten years in prison for trafficking adults if convicted. Prosecutors may bring them to court at some point in June, or at least that’s what many expect. For the latest news and updates on Andrew Tate, keep checking in with HNHH.

Music Rep For Drake, Post Malone Named Person Of Interest In Singer’s Death: Report

Police have named a reputable music rep with ties to Drake and Post Malone as a person of interest after they discovered a 34-year-old woman dead at a hotel in Miami. Authorities are looking to talk to 45-year-old David Bolno in connection to Laura Lozano’s death. They claimed they found her face up in a bathroom of a room at Miami’s Setai Hotel. Police, who confirmed Bolno rented the room under his name, said that they saw him leaving the hotel alone around 4:30 in the morning. However, he insisted he “wasn’t there when she died.”

The hotel security reportedly went to the room after calling Bolno nine hours after he left to inform him that his guest hadn’t checked out. Once they entered the room, security found the woman face up in a bathtub and “unknown substance in various areas inside the property.” Fire and EMS arrived at the scene around 1:22 p.m., roughly 20 minutes after security called Bolno.

David Bolno Says He “Wasn’t There”

The 45-year-old married music rep described Lozano’s death as a “terrible tragedy.” Though the details surrounding Lozano are largely unknown, Bolno, who is a partner at NKSFB, explained to TheDaily Mail that he left the room prior to her death. “I wasn’t there when she died,” he said. “’It was a terrible tragedy. I had vacated the room in the earlier part of the morning so I wasn’t there when they found her. It was really sad, she was someone I really liked, and she was a good person.”

Bolno said that Lozano was a budding musician and that he hoped to get signed. “She’d been there because she was recording music the night before. She’s a client and she was going to sign a record deal with me I helped her make music,” he said. However, when asked about why he was in her room that early in the morning, he explained, “I let her stay there, there’s not much more to it.” He added that she had been “recording music” prior to her death. We will keep you updated on any more information regarding this case.

NBA Investigates Mavericks For Possibly Tanking

The NBA is reportedly launching an investigation into the Dallas Mavericks regarding questionable roster decisions the team made for Friday night’s 115-112 loss to the Chicago Bulls. The result eliminated them from Western Conference play-in contention.

“The NBA commenced an investigation today into the facts and circumstances surrounding the Dallas Mavericks’ roster decisions and game conduct with respect to last night’s Chicago Bulls-Mavericks game, including the motivations behind those actions,” NBA spokesperson Mike Bass said Saturday afternoon.

Mavs head coach Jason Kidd described the move as an “organizational decision” after the game. He also said that it isn’t an example of his team forfeiting. “It’s not so much waving the white flag,” Kidd further explained. “It’s [that] decisions sometimes are hard in this business. We’re trying to build a championship team. With this decision, this is maybe a step back. But hopefully it leads to going forward.”

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver told Phoenix Suns employees in October that tanking will be a serious issue from now on. “We put teams on notice,” he said per ESPN’s Baxter Holmes. “We’re going to be paying particular attention to the issue this year.” The NBA previously fined Mavericks governor Mark Cuban $600,000 for publically admitting to tanking back in 2018. When asked about the idea of tanking, earlier this week, Cuban said: “The guys don’t want to do that. Players aren’t going to do that. Players don’t do that.” As it stands, the Mavs owe the New York Knicks a first-round draft pick. However, Dallas can retain it if it’s inside the top 10. The pick is the final payment for the Kristaps Porzingis trade.

Potentially losing their first-round pick isn’t the only worry for the Mavericks. Star guard Luka Doncic is reportedly also considering leaving the organization if the state of the team doesn’t improve. Tim MacMahon of ESPN reports that the 24-year-old will leave if the team doesn’t start competing for titles by the summer of 2024.

Jonathan Majors’ Attorney Refutes Assault Allegations As U.S. Army Pulls Actor’s Ad Campaign

If anyone is having a wild weekend at this moment, it’s obviously Jonathan Majors. The 33-year-old was arrested on Saturday (March 25) morning, after allegedly assaulting a 30-year-old woman during a taxi ride. Some reports have said that the rumoured victim is the actor’s girlfriend. She apparently saw a text from another woman come in on his phone. This caused an altercation to break out between them as she attempted to read the message. Paparazzi cameras caught the accused leaving an NYC courthouse yesterday evening. He was markedly wearing a cap with “FREEDOM FREEDOM” written on it.

As fans continue to seek answers about the accusations brought against Majors, his attorney is vehemently denying the claims. “[Jonathan is] completely innocent. [He’s] probably the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows,” Priya Chaudhry told PEOPLE in a statement. “We are quickly gathering and presenting evidence to the District Attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped imminently,” she added.

“This evidence includes video footage from the vehicle where this episode took place. Witness testimony from the driver and others who both saw and heard the episode and most importantly, two written statements from the woman recanting these allegations,” Chaudhry’s statement on behalf of Majors concluded. While she sounds confident that her client’s name will soon be cleared, the U.S. Army is doing its part to avoid controversy by pulling recent ad campaigns which feature the Creed III star.

According to Deadline, the multimillion-dollar rollout has been placed on hold today (March 26) in wake of the assault, strangulation, and harassment charges brought against him. “The U.S. Army is aware of the arrest of Jonathan Majors and we are deeply concerned by the allegations surrounding his arrest,” Laura DeFrancisco, Army Enterprise Marketing Office spokesperson told the outlet. “While Mr. Majors is innocent until proven guilty, prudence dictates that we pull our ads until the investigation into these allegations is complete.” See Majors’ work in the campaign for yourself below, and check back later for any updates on his assault investigation.

Jhené Aiko’s 2020 Range Rover Stolen From Valet At LA Restaurant

Earlier this month, both Jhené Aiko and Big Sean celebrated their birthdays. Both recording artists turned 35 this year. While they’ve been surely showered with blessings, they’ve also had their share of struggles to deal with too. Most recently, the R&B songstress witnessed her 2020 Range Rover’s theft while dining with her family at Tasty Noodle House in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the mother of two left her luxury vehicle with the restaurant’s valet around 8:30 PM last Saturday night. At the time, Aiko handed her keys over to the employee before heading inside to grab a delicious meal with her loved ones. Just 30 minutes later, however, she happened to spot someone driving away in her Range Rover. Though it was unexpected, the California native assumed a staff member was simply relocating her SUV.

Unfortunately for her and Sean Don, the whip was never returned to Tasty Noodle House. It remains unclear who the thief was at the time, but it’s worth noting that the establishment’s valet drivers are all in the clear. Authorities investigating the case have said there was an extra key kept inside Aiko’s Range Rover, making the criminal’s work far easier than they likely anticipated. Police are continuing to search for the missing vehicle, but as of right now, no arrests have been made and no sightings have been reported.

The ordeal has surely been stressful for the “Sativa” singer, but she’s not letting it stop her from celebrating. On Saturday (March 25), she shared a heartwarming post on her Instagram feed, wishing her beau a happy birthday. “We love you!! We appreciate you!! ❤ Thank you for my twin 🥰,” she wrote in the caption, referring to their recently born son, Noah. “You’re doing a great job! Happy New Year and cheers to 35.” See Jhené Aiko’s heartwarming message for yourself below, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

Breonna Taylor Investigation By Justice Dept. Finds Pattern Of Discriminatory Policing In Louisville

US Attorney General Merrick Garland has confirmed that there exists a pattern of discriminatory policing practices in the city of Louisville, Kentucky. He announced in a press conference on Wednesday that a Justice Department report found the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government and Louisville Metro Police Department “engage in a pattern or practice of conduct that deprives people of their rights under the Constitution and federal law.” The department launched the investigation in response to the killing of Breonna Taylor in 2020.

“This conduct is unacceptable, it is heartbreaking,” Garland said. “It erodes the community trust necessary for effective policing and it is an affront to the vast majority of officers who put their lives on the line every day to serve Louisville with honor.”

(Photo by LUKE SHARRETT / AFP) (Photo by LUKE SHARRETT/AFP via Getty Images)

The report states that the Louisville police department “discriminates against Black people in its enforcement activities.” It also uses excessive force and conducts searches based on invalid warrants. The report further cites violations of the rights of people engaged in protected speech in reference to protests in the city in the summer of 2020 after Taylor’s death. Police shot and killed the 26-year-old during a raid on her apartment after midnight on March 13, 2020.

Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg said the city still “has wounds” that have yet to heal. We have to come to terms with where we’ve been, so we can get to where we want to be.” An attorney for the family of Breonna Taylor, Sam Aguiar, said in a statement responding to the news: “The department has damaged so many lives with little to no accountability. And our local prosecutors have not done a damn thing to assure that criminals with badges are treated like the criminals that they are.”

Ja Morant Suspended For Two Games Following NBA Investigation

The Memphis Grizzlies issued a statement that informed fans that they suspended Ja Morant for at least the next two games following the news of an investigation by the NBA into the star player. Moreover, said action from the league stems from an Instagram Live clip of Morant brandishing what appears to be a gun. While the video does not indicate whether the firearm is real or not, he still faces consequences depending on what the investigation concludes. Furthermore, NBA spokesperson Mike Bass broke the announcement via a report from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

“We are aware of a social media post involving Ja Morant and are investigating,” Bass reportedly stated. Not only that, but this comes soon after Morant faced accusations of threatening a 17-year-old with a gun. As reported, the Grizzlies guard hosted a pick-up game at his Tennessee home where he got into an altercation. However, after a police investigation, authorities ultimately dismissed moving forward with prosecution. While this was due to a lack of evidence, it’s a link in a chain of reckless acts that Morant is allegedly complicit in.

Ja Morant Suspended After Investigation

For example, a member of his entourage faced accusations of pointing a red dot at a group of Pacers fans. Still, the 23-year-old denied those claims via a Twitter message. “Did a investigation seen they were cappin,” he penned on the social media platform. “Still let a article come out to paint this negative image on me & my fam. & banned my brother from home games for a year. Unbelievable.” Not only that, but Bass also confirmed that an investigation into that post-game incident concluded that they involved no weapons in the incident.

Overall, this could greatly impact Morant’s role on the team, and their morale and structure moving forward. The next two games might be a definitive moment for his career or even for the Grizzlies’ season. With all this happening around him, it’s no surprise that he deactivated his Twitter and Instagram accounts after news of the investigation and suspension. Hopefully, whether it’s his own recklessness or that of his peers, he can work towards staying out of trouble. As the NBA world reacts and opinions differ on his situation, Grizzlies fans are concerned first and foremost for his well-being. Regardless of your take, stick around on HNHH for more updates on this story and the latest news from Ja Morant.

The Grizzlies Star Deactivates His Socials

Ja Morant Under NBA Investigation For Seemingly Flashing Gun

The NBA opened an investigation into Ja Morant after he seemingly flashed a gun on his Instagram Live. Moreover, these accusations come after serious allegations that he threatened a 17-year-old with a firearm during an altercation at a pick-up game. Furthermore, the Grizzlies star went live on Friday night (March 3) after their loss to the Denver Nuggets, and seemed to be out at a strip club. In the clip, Morant danced around shirtless and rapped along to YoungBoy’s “Bring ‘Em Out.” Briefly, he held up what seemed to be a gun to the camera.

While it’s unclear whether it was a real firearm or not, the league sought to investigate the incident. “We are aware of a social media post involving Ja Morant and are investigating,” wrote an NBA spokesperson in a statement. Also, they must have the alleged pick-up game at Morant’s Tennessee home in mind as well, as he faced accusations of threatening a young man with a gun. However, following a police investigation, officials declined prosecution in the end due to a lack of evidence. While this next one might seem like a small point, he also did finger gun celebrations during a game against the Houston Rockets.

Ja Morant Under NBA Investigation

Such actions and expressions could still fall out of line with league standards of behavior and decency. Still, it’s hard to argue that Ja is anything but a star at this point. As people reacted to the threat allegations, many still stood by his incredible playing. So far in his Memphis career, he helped bring them to two playoff appearances with a 22.5 points per game average. However, that visibility also comes with responsibility, and as such his actions are falling under heavier scrutiny from many.

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old recently responded to accusations of wrongdoing and similarly reckless behavior against his friend group, denying all claims. Moreover, people alleged that someone in his group pointed a red dot at a gaggle of Indiana Pacers fans. Whether it’s the wrong crowd or the wrong mentality, it seems like the star guard will have to work hard to clean his image. Regardless, check back in with HNHH for updates on these allegations and the latest from Ja Morant.
