JR Robinson Claps Back At Recent Tamar Braxton Interview In Lengthy Instagram Rant

It’s so common among Tamar Braxton’s fans to not like her fiancé JR Robinson that even she’s comfortable joking about it. In fact, she started off a recent interview cracking jokes about how fans don’t like him. The entire interview features numerous jokes at Robinson’s expense made by the host but tolerated by Braxton herself. Clearly Robinson wasn’t a fan of the way things went down as he went to Instagram to post a long rant expressing his issues with the shade.

“Truth is – they are not ready for me to tell my side of the story. I keep choosing grace. But I can only be thrown under the bus and not defended for so much longer” his first story post begins. It concludes with a threat for people to keep “poking the bear.” That was the first of three full stories he posted all reacting to the recent interview. “A man can only take so much. I always want to protect – even when we aren’t together. But stop allowing indirects to throw me under the bus. Your shade creates uncertainty and your people thrive on stating what you never say. In the comments, some fans come to Robinson’s defense. “Tamar wrong for allowing Carlos to talk about him like that. Carlos definitely will cross every boundary if you don’t speak up” one of the top comments reads in reference to the interview itself. “She wrong. Stop letting outsiders talk about your partner” another commentor agrees.

Cam’ron is officially retiring the outfit he wore for his viral interview on CNN, last week. He made the comedic announcement in a video on Instagram, over the weekend. In doing so, he filmed himself talking to the clothing as he confirmed they’d made it into his hall of fame.

“You had a legendary week, man,” he said to the outfit. “I’m not leaving you guys; I’m just letting you know I’m proud of you. You going in the Hall of Fame. I’m proud, man. I gotta put y’all into the Hall of Fame. I can’t wear y’all again. Y’all had a Hall of Fame week. Look at the rays of light shining down on y’all. You in the hall of fame, man.”

During the CNN interview, Cam’ron used his time on camera to condemn Diddy’s actions in the video of him assaulting Cassie back in 2016. However, when the interviewer pressed him on the topic, things went off the rails. “I don’t know him like that. What do you mean do I recognize him?” he said at one point. “What do you mean my experiences? I seen it and I thought it was disgusting. I didn’t zoom in to see if it was really him, but he admitted it was him.”

He explained that he was upset that the CNN interview was centered around the allegations against Diddy rather than the positive things he and Mase have done in the community. Earlier this month, CNN leaked a video of hotel security camera footage. The video shows what appears to be Diddy pretty relentlessly assaulting Cassie, something she claimed happened in a lawsuit she filed last year. Despite denying the allegations at first, Diddy apologized for his actions in the video. That turned out to be the last straw for some that had been quiet or outright defenders of Diddy. It caused Miami to finally unfollow him on Instagram, something fans took notice of immediately. She wasn’t even the only celeb to finally unfollow him as LeBron James did the same following the video.

Lil Duval continued to reiterate to fans on social media that his “Gemini Retreat” is nothing like Diddy’s parties and the alleged behavior that would take place. In a clip on social media caught by Hollywood Unlocked, the comedian went around his party confirming that everyone was there consensually. He then filmed a group of girls dancing.

In the comments section, fans still weren’t happy. “We are not comparing your retreat, we are comparing your behavior,” one user wrote. “Both of you are womanizers, and both of you degrade women in your own ways. One is a Covert Narc and the Other is an Overt Narc. DaBaby’s picture comes after he shared a video of himself fishing earlier in the week. The Weeknd Shares Ominous Message Possibly Alluding To His Final Album

The Weeknd’s final album under that moniker, and the final installment in his After Hours and Dawn FM trilogy, is one of the most anticipated releases of… 2023? 2024? 2025? We’ve known about it for a pretty long time, and in between heavy touring and his HBO show The Idol, he’s had a lot of boxes to check off before entering a new era. However, Abel Tesfaye may be close to this conclusion, as he recently shared a pretty cryptic message on his Instagram Story. It’s a repost of what seems like a tweet about a performance of “Save Your Tears” as cars zoom past him, and is followed up with an ominous premonition: “the end is near.”

“There was a lot of trust with those cars,” the post about The Weeknd’s “Save Your Tears” performance read. “He didn’t seem nervous at all, which really weirded us out, because these cars were just barreling by him and he was calm, kept his composure, walked slow and just didn’t look back. It was kind of amazing.” Whether or not he’ll have similar stunts or another approach entirely for his next LP, we’re sure it’ll be something special.

The Weeknd’s Mysterious Tease

Of course, The Weeknd’s magnitude and artistry in the industry means that he connected with some of the best in the game for collaborations. Metro Boomin is one particularly close partner who recently confirmed that more work from them will appear on this upcoming album. Also, it’s entirely possible that the Toronto superstar referred to something else with this social media post that doesn’t have anything to do with the next project. But that seems unlikely, and there are few other places where XO fans’ minds will go when they hear that phrase.

Meanwhile, we haven’t heard much about Cash XO’s bodyguard’s shooting since it happened back in April. Hopefully things slowed down significantly and are in a much more safe, protected, and calm space now. Whether this hampered The Weeknd’s process is a question we may never get the answer too, but whatever he’s bringing us next, it’s arriving soon. Given his stellar career and influence up until this point, most of us expect fireworks at the end of it all… at least, for this stage name.

Drake & Gordo Tease New Music Coming Very Soon

While some folks are still commenting on the Kendrick Lamar battle, it seems like Drake’s prerogative is to move on and stay in the studio. Moreover, he and Gordo recently teased new music coming in summer 2024 through the latter’s Instagram Story. For those unaware, Gordo (previously known as DJ Carnage or simply Carnage) is a Guatemalan-American electronic dance music producer and DJ who, during the early to mid-2010s, pioneered the festival trap sound in the mainstream and found a lot of genre-crossing and insular success. He eventually transitioned more into deep tech house, which led to various production credits on albums like the Toronto superstar’s Honestly Nevermind.

As such, this should be very exciting for Drake fans looking for sunnier vibes and catchy hits, as it seems like they will be here all summer. Not only that, but this follows his recent feature on the track “U My Everything” off of Sexyy Red’s new project, In Sexyy We Trust. Thanks to the cheeky lyrical content, Drizzy rapping over Metro Boomin’s “BBL Drizzy” diss beat, and the timing of its release, folks can’t help but place it in the context of the Kendrick Lamar beef. A lot of folks think that this was the right angle to take, whereas others think that he’s just digging his grave further.

Gordo Teases New Summer 2024 Music With Drake

Wherever you fall on that spectrum, one thing’s for sure: most rap fans can enjoy both artists’ music regardless, but there are some fans who -– as DJ Akademiks recently expressed -– are too biased. “Fans swear this Drake Kendrick issue is like gang banging,” he shared on Twitter after fans called his Drake fandom out after he quoted “Not Like Us” in a tweet. “U a lame a** fan if u can’t like ‘Not Like Us,’ ‘Push Ups’ ‘Euphoria’ and ‘Family Matters’ all at the same time. Them rappers made 10s of millions wit their beef .. don’t be that invested it ain’t that serious.”

Meanwhile, it’s possible that some of the other targets in that back-and-forth might still respond and want to escalate things. For example, many think that YG responded to Drake’s reference to him on “Family Matters” on his new single “Weird.” Will the OVO mogul take some bars out of his summer work with Gordo and others to keep it up or is it still too early for his inevitable subliminals? Only time will tell, and we hope that the electronic producer crafts some killer jams.

Rick Ross Responds To 50 Cent’s Latest Troll Bringing Up His Controversial Lyrics

Rick Ross and 50 Cent have a pretty long beef history, and the two rap moguls are never above sending shots each other’s way. However, the latter’s most recent attack against the former roped in some other folks, namely Diddy, R. Kelly, and Jeffrey Epstein. Moreover, Fif posted artwork of the three to his social media with a very particular song in the background: “U.O.E.N.O.” On that track, Rozay spit some lyrics about spiking a woman’s champagne with molly and having nonconsensual intercourse with her, which obviously got him in some hot water. “You know some times I think people are just stupid, why would you say this in song?” the post’s caption read. “I DRUGGED HER A**, AND I R***D HER A**, AND SHE AINT EVEN KNOW IT !”

Well, it looks like Rick Ross thinks that 50 Cent is more worthwhile game than The Game’s diss track against him, as he came through with a response while still failing to respond on wax to the Los Angeles rapper. “This was a Lyric, Daphne joy accused/says you sodomized and r***d her as you held her down in front of your son [facepalm emoji] Curtis [shocked face emoji] @50cent,” he responded to 50 in the comments section of his Instagram post.

Rick Ross’ Response To 50 Cent

For those unaware, Rick Ross specifically referred to Daphne Joy’s recent claims against 50 Cent alleging this behavior, which he’s staunchly denied engaging in at all. As such, it looks like either side of the beef aisle here is dealing with some heavy accusations that are actively scarring their public-facing character. Of course, Fif’s taken this all much more lightly than even Diddy himself, who’s stayed pretty mute on the whole thing unless a response is completely warranted. Sadly, this opportunity presented itself in a very ugly way recently.

Diddy recently had to address surveillance footage that exposes him physically assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway. 50 Cent was one of many to react to this, and has extended his animosity for the Bad Boy executive to other beefs in his life like Rick Ross. They’re very much playing with “us versus them” narratives either way. Maybe they should jab at each other over pretty much anything else other than real, deep, and damning alleged crimes.
