It’s been nearly four months since the tragic death of child prodigy Aaron Carter. The 34-year-old was found dead in his Lancaster, CA home by his housekeeper in early November. It was previously alleged Carter drowned in his bathtub, where he laid for hours until the cleaner made the gruesome discovery. Now, the mother of the former pop star released imagery from the scene in an effort to get another investigation underway.
Jane Carter, mom to Aaron and brother Nick, posted the photos to her Instagram account. “I want to share these death scene photos with you all because the coroner wrote it off as an accidental drug overdose,” she writes. TMZ has since shared the pictures, but be forewarned as they are extremely graphic. In one, the tub Aaron died is shown filled to the top with a green hue. Another shows the clothes he’d taken off prior, including a Champion hoodie and what appears to be tie-dye pants.

Aaron’s mother continues to allege police in the initial investigation looked over pertinent information. “They allowed people to go in and out[,] although a lot of potential homicide information was there for years. Aaron had a lot of death threats and many many people who were making his life miserable.” TMZ reported on Aaron Carter’s potential cause of death, and according to the L.A. County Coroner’s Office, water was not found in his lungs. This dismisses the idea that he passed from drowning, and instead happened due to a drug overdose. Melanie Martin states a text exchange Aaron had with an unknown person is a solid clue into his unsolved death. The fiancé of the late singer-actor says he allegedly owed a dealer $800 for drugs. While Aaron told them he no longer needed it, the person still wanted him to cough up the cash. At this point, Aaron asked if he was being threatened, which received no response. Aaron Carter leaves behind a grieving family, including his one-year-old son, Prince Lyric.

While on tour to promote her debut EP, Anyway, Life’s Great, showgoers have even thrown clothes at Glo to get her attention. In footage obtained by No Jumper, the “F.N.F” powerhouse proceeds to jump into the crowd mid-performance, where a battle ensues for her hair. As fans clamor for the star’s attention, a few try to go for her black and green lacefront. In an effort to keep the peace, however, GloRilla simply takes it off and throws it their way. In the video, a woman donning red locks goes on to argue with another over the expensive headpiece. The former, who goes by @_laladabratt on TikTok, ended up taking the win—and the wig—home.
In her now-viral video, the GloRilla fan says it was the “best night ever” as she recalls the chance moment. Lala went on to say she “finna cherish this wig till death do us part” before doing the unthinkable. In the following post, the concert attendee raps to Glo’s “Internet Trolls” as she installs the wig on her own head. The fan has now either deactivated her Instagram page or simply changed the name, but as we know, the internet is quick. One user screenshotted her thoughts on GloRilla, who she said “is everything in person” while gushing about the hair. “God is great… I love her so much,” Lala added.
GloRilla’s Oakland show saw outrageous fanfare as well. One attendee became angered at the thought of her not taking the stage after Glo stated she was only paid to host. Reports say they threw a water bottle at the star as she exited New Karibbean City with her team, who responded by throwing a drink back. CMG label head Yo Gotti jumped in via Instagram, stating it costs $30,000 for a GloRilla performance. “[You] must [have] booked Lil Glo, NOT Big Glo #CMG,” he writes.
It was a close call for Safaree Samuels after the reality star claimed he nearly lost his life. Samuels is known for taking to social media with antics and controversy; however, he gave a more sobering display on his Instagram Story. The father of two shared a harrowing tale of surviving a shooting that almost killed him. In a video, Samuels also showed off the hole in the wall and bullet fragments on the ground.
“I almost got shot in my head by a stray bullet!!” the rapper penned. “I was inches away from where the bullet holes came from!! This is why I can’t f*cking stand Atlanta!!!!! THANK GOD OMG!! That’s why I don’t feel sorry for you criminals!!” In another slide, Samuels displayed an up close and personal look at the bullet fragment.

“I cannot believe that just happened!!!!” he also said. “Whoever that was had a switch on his gun and let off 10 shots in 3 seconds.” Samuels didn’t offer up much more about the incident, but his fans were grateful he walked away unscathed. This isn’t Safaree’s first run-in with violence. In 2018, he was returning home when two masked men rushed and roughed him up during an armed robbery.
He spoke about it during an interview with Angie Martinez not long after. “I just got robbed at gunpoint. A couple hours ago. Two dudes with guns just ran up on me. Had me face down to the floor with a gun to my head. They just took everything.” An investigation revealed that at least one of the suspects was a childhood friend. In February 2022, The gunman in the case learned his fate. Tacuma Ashman, 43, was sentenced to 30 years in prison. Further, he must serve 25 before becoming eligible for parole.
