A$AP Rocky Addresses Bubbling Drake Feud: ‘I Got Bigger Fish to Fry Than Some P***y Boys’

A$AP Rocky performs in Milwaukee

If you ask A$AP Rocky, Drake is a “pussy boy.” In a new feature with Billboard ahead of his forthcoming album, Rocky stated he could care less about feuding with Drake.

“You got to realize, certain n—as was throwing shots for years. I ain’t in the middle of that s–t,” Rocky said. “That’s not how I retaliate right now. I got bigger fish to fry than some p—y boys. It is real beef outside. It is real. N—as getting really clipped and blitzed every day. N—as sniping n—as every day. That little kitty s–t ain’t about nothing.”

Outkast’s André 3000 And Big Boi Are Reportedly Suing EDM Duo ATLiens For Trademark Infringement

At this point, the likelihood of an Outkast reunion is a faint dream. However, members André 3000 and Big Boi are united on one front — protecting their intellectual property.

According to AllHipHop, Outkast’s company High Schoolers LLC have filed a lawsuit against EDM duo ATLiens for trademark infringement.

In the paperwork, the hip-hop legends accuse ATLiens of “improper, willful, unauthorized and illegal use and registration of the ATLIENS mark,” which is owned by Outkast.

As evident in their claim, Outkast referenced ATLiens upcoming 2025 show at the Coca-Cola Roxy Theater in Atlanta, Georgia. Outkast has taken issue not only with ATLiens’ selected stage name, but also its use in their merchandise, among other things.

Although Outkast acknowledges the word, made popular by their standout 1996 album, was thrust into pop culture, and as a result the world’s “cultural lexicon,” they firmly stake creative ownership of the made-up word.

“Upon information and belief, Defendant selected the name ATLIENS for their EDM duo to trade upon the tremendous fame and goodwill associated with Plaintiff’s ATLIENS album, song, and mark, or, at a minimum, to call to consumers’ minds Plaintiff’s famous ATLIENS album, song, and mark,” reads the document.

Outkast has demanded that ATLiens “permanently enjoined and restrained from, directly or indirectly” further usage of their trademark. They always also asked that the United States Patent and Trademark Office cancel the ATLiens’ live and active service mark as they attempt to “collect compensatory, incidental and consequential damages.”

On the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s website, ATLiens’ mark has a notion of this request. The last of Outkast’s request include for legal fees reimbursement, and ATLiens to remove any and all online usage of their mark, which encompasses their website and social media profiles.

This seems to be a simple case for United States Patent and Trademark Office to decide, unlike Eminem’s filing against Real Housewives of Potomac‘s Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon.

Erica Mena Calls Ray J The N-Word During Shocking Rant

Earlier this week, Erica Mena took to Instagram Live to unleash a fiery rant on Ray J. During her rant, she went in on him, Princess Love, Monica, and more. “Talk your s**t lil n***a,” she said. “I probably wasn’t supposed to say that… Stop playing with me. All of y’all motherf******s. I’m not on that…”

This prompted a lengthy response from Ray J, who shared a clip from the Live on Instagram yesterday. In his caption, he accused her of being racist. He also brought up her viral altercation on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, which saw her call her co-star Spice a “monkey.” Ray J even took the opportunity to mention Mena’s ex Safaree, who she frequently criticizes online.

Ray J Puts Erica Mena On Blast Over IG Live Rant

For obvious reasons, this earned Mena a great deal of backlash from viewers and got her suspended from the show. According to Ray J, however, she hasn’t learned her lesson. “Why call me the N word! @ericamena,” his caption begins. “After the racist Monkey comment you made about black people, you just felt like you could take it to the next level and call me a N***a huh??”

“SMH,” he continued. “When you make mistakes and take a L – you suppose to Learn from them , This is not cool – @safaree is my friend I don’t get into with my peoples BM. – we shooting our own shows and living life to the fullest!! – God bless you and Subscribe to @tronixnetwork – … why we got you so mad? Playboi Carti Tries To Explain Himself In Wild Body Cam Footage Of Traffic Stop

Playboi Carti is as mysterious as ever these days, which means that seeing him in mundane situations we can relate to is all the more bizarre. Moreover, new footage recently emerged of a 2022 traffic stop in which a police officer pulled him and Ken Carson over for going 84MPH in a 35 zone. In the clip below, Iggy Azalea’s ex explained that they were “trying to get straight back home” with a female in the backseat who spoke unintelligibly. Then, he stepped out of the vehicle to continue the processing, and eventually got back to his vehicle. All in all, not the worst celebrity pull-over we’ve seen.

Elsewhere, though, Playboi Carti is catching flack instead of engagement due to his high placement in Complex‘s best Atlanta rappers list (at number 12). “I can’t get jiggy with that,” B. Dot expressed on Way Up With Angela Yee. “Playboi Carti couldn’t rap a GIF. Have you ever heard Playboi Carti’s music? He raps in like Batman sound effects. He sucks. Absolutely, he’s terrible. Am I alone in here? Okay. Nah, he’s terrible.”

Playboi Carti’s 2022 Traffic Stop

But B. Dot isn’t the only rap-adjacent commentator with some critical smoke for Playboi Carti, although this next example is much more personal. You may recall that Adin Ross invited him for a livestream which transpired for all of a couple of minutes before the rapper dipped, allegedly finessing him out of millions of dollars. In fact, “King Vamp” even seemed to reference this on a recently leaked song, as he seemed to include a call between him and Ross on the intro. We doubt that this particular version of the song will ever come out, but a bag is a bag, so who knows what happens?

But beyond all this criticism and speeding incidents, Playboi Carti fans remain very excited for what he’s got for fans. In fact, this might relate not just to his long-awaited album, but to some other collaborative and performance updates. The “FE!N” duo teased a “OOCACTUS” concert, and Carti and Travis Scott electrified die-hards with this hint. For the sake of preserving surprises, we wouldn’t put any money on this actually going down, but fans can dream…

Ralo Delivers His First Record Since Prison Sentence, “Welcome Home”

Ralo has certainly been through a lot over the last few years, but now he’s feeling better than ever now that Welcome Home is out. The Atlanta, Georgia mainstay was doing six years of time for drug conspiracy charges, and you could tell that around the time of his release, he was feeling all sorts of emotions. It didn’t help that he was remembering the loss of his close friend Marlo. “Marlo told me not to worry he was going to be the first person at the gate waiting on me when this s*** over. My release is in two weeks and I know life goes on, but this s*** aint da same as when we was passing this money around we was all happy and helping each other”.

However, as we said, Ralo was able to persevere and its why we have Welcome Home in front of us today. During our interview with him, he feels that this is what makes him tick as an artist and its why his fans mess with the way he goes about his music. “More people bought into me as a person, you know what I’m saying? Like, what I did for the community, what I do for the community, and you know, the way I was living, the way I was moving”. That earnestness is all over the 16-song tracklist, which has features from Key Glock, Big Moochie Grape, Yungeen Ace, and more. It’s great to have Ralo back in the game and we encourage you to check it out with the links below.
