Yelawolf Says He Gave Away Everything He Owned After Mac Miller Died

Yelawolf says he gave away over $100,000 in clothing after Mac Miller‘s death. He reflected on his grieving process during an appearance on the Bootleg Kev Podcast, last weekend. In doing so, he recalled how the two met at an event for XXL.

“I love Mac, man. Mac is the best, dude. I love Mac so much,” he said. “When Mac passed, dude, I was so hurt from that that I gave away everything I own. That’s a true story. I gave away every article of clothing that I own when Mac passed, the next day. Just ’cause I felt like I needed to do something nice. No one really knew how cool he and I really were ’cause we didn’t do music. When we first kicked it, it was the cypher. It wasn’t even a cypher, it was like a freestyle for the XXL cover. So everybody did a verse. And Mac, dude, he might have been, God, 19? I mean, he was young, young.”

And it was a very affectionate, almost an instant big brother role. Like, ‘Alright, dude. Let’s go. I see you.’” Later in the interview, he spoke more broadly about their relationship. “He went on to make incredible music, obviously,” he said. “We’ve done tours together, dude. I’ve done shows with Mac in the Swiss Alps, bro. That was my homie, man. When he passed, I had just text him weeks before. Just tapping in, you know what I mean?”

Angus Cloud’s Mom Shuts Down Suicide Speculation, Believes Possible Overdose Was An Accident

The world has felt noticeably more gloomy since 25-year-old Angus Cloud unexpectedly made his departure earlier this week. Euphoria fans were shocked to hear the news, which came along with an update that the young entertainer’s death came shortly after he buried his own father. As TMZ reports, Conor Hickey had stage four cancer in his lungs and heart at the time of his death, with the fluid buildup around his lungs marking his ultimate downfall. Cloud and his dad were incredibly close, and his sudden passing left Angus grief-stricken.

Despite how sad he was, though, the redhead’s mother, Lisa Cloud, doesn’t believe his death was intentional. “Friends, I want you all to know I appreciate your love for my family at this shattered time. I also want you to know that although my son was in deep grief about his father’s untimely death from mesothelioma, his last day was a joyful one,” she wrote via Facebook. Elsewhere, Angus’ mom noted that he was making himself at home by reorganizing his room and moving different items around the house. He had also talked about wanting to help family members through college with his money, which is a large indicator of not being suicidal to Lisa.

We may find out that he overdosed accidentally and tragically, but it’s abundantly clear that he did not intend to check out of this world,” her message continued. “Social media posts have suggested his death was intentional. Aaron Carter’s Sister Arrested On Drug And Theft Charges

Drug issues have once again impacted the Carter family. According to Page Six, Aaron Carter’s sister Billie Jean was arrested for retail theft and drug possession on Saturday. Their report states that she was arrested after trying to shoplift over $50 of items from a Florida craft store. After police arrived she allegedly tried to get rid of a bag which was later confirmed to be fentanyl. She was reportedly put on suicide watch following the altercation and had her bond set at $500.

Aaron Carter passed away last November after he drowned in his bathtub with xanax in his system. The official coroner’s report was issued back in April and declared his death accidental. Even after the findings were announced Carter’s ex-fiancée wasn’t happy. “The results of the autopsy are not closure for me,” she said afterwards. She told multiple news outlets that she believed drugs were the cause, not drowning.  “It claims death is by drowning but also adds he was wearing a t-shirt and necklace in the bathtub which doesn’t make sense, why would he be in a bathtub with clothes on?”

While all of this is going on Nick Carter has been dealing with a sexual assault and battery lawsuit made by former Dream singer Melissa Schuman.

In 1994 shortly after WC left their rap group, Coolio signed to the independent label Tommy Boy Records. But soon, Coolio was discarded because of unpropitious sales of his third album. He turned to newer paths and formed a name for himself on TV. Later in his career, he became a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother 6, where he won 3rd place. Coolio kept up his reality tv star title until 2019.

Additionally, philanthropy became another suited endeavor he pursued. Coolio and a fellow artist friend, Jazz saxophonist Jarez, were spokespersons for Environmental Justice and Climate Change to teach students at HBCUs about global warming. Lamentably, the rapper died in September 2022 after being found unconscious on a bathroom floor. But what actually caused his untimely death? Lil Peep’s Tattoos & Their Meanings

Late rapper Lil Peep was best known for his iconic “emo-rap” sound. At a young age, he found great success in the underground and mainstream alternative Hip-Hop scenes. Since his death at 21 in 2017, Peep’s legacy has grown posthumously, as his unique sound has been difficult to replicate, despite attempts by other rappers. In addition to his music, Peep was also famous for his eccentric look and tattoos. He had around 59 at the time of his death and explained the meanings behind many of them. Let’s look at some of Peep’s ink and what they meant to him.

Most Famous Tattoos

One of Peep’s most famous tattoos is the word “PEEP” on his left arm. This is, of course, his rap name under which all of his music was released. In addition to this being his moniker, it was also a nickname given to Peep by his mother when he was a child. Another of Peep’s most iconic tattoos is the word “CryBaby” tatted over his right eyebrow. Peep said he got this because he often complained a lot when he was young. The tattoo also references his third mixtape, CryBaby, which was released in June 2016.

Peep also had another one of his mixtape titles tattooed on his body. He got “HELLBOY” inked on his neck after his first mixtape of the same name, released in 2016. This mixtape was his first full-length release and led to his rise in popularity as an artist. Peep also enjoyed the comic book Hell and its character, Hellboy. Additionally, the rapper had the words “Get Cake Die Young” tattooed on his forehead. In a video shoot for GQ, Peep joked that he woke up one morning and found this tattoo on his face. He claimed to have no idea who gave him the tattoo or where he got it from.

Lil Peep Loved Halloween

However, one that Peep did intentionally get was his birth date, “11-1,” tattooed on his stomach. He also has many other Halloween-themed tattoos referencing his birthday, including a jack-o-lantern and bats. He also received a centipede on his left arm. Regarding this tattoo, he stated, “I hate these centipedes, and they seem to find me and bother me every time. So, I figured to get one tattooed on me”.

Family & Personal Tattoos

Peep had the initials “LKW” and the date “10-27” for his mother, Liza Womack, tattooed on his arm. This was his first tattoo at age 14, and he got it on his mother’s birthday as a present to her. He stated that this was the first thing he decided to get inked because he did not want her to be mad at him for getting a tattoo. Peep also got the Simpsons character Lisa Simpson screaming with the word “Mom” above it on his neck for his mother. He said this represented his relationship with his mother. “Whenever something is going wrong in my life, I call my mom. I stress her the f*ck out.” In addition to familial tattoos for his mom, Peep also got a drawing of his pet dog, Meep, along with the dog’s name on his lower left leg. He said he bought the dog with his ex-girlfriend, and Meep was like a son to him.

He tatted the Pink Panther cartoon character on his neck while visiting Venice with his friends. He shared he got so bored during the trip that he decided to go to a random tattoo shop, which had a pink interior, and thus inspired him to get the Pink Panther tattooed on his neck. Peep also tattooed the Anarchy logo on his left cheek because his followers were trying to look like him, and he wanted to stand out. These were personal to Peep and show the distinctive and eccentric style that separated him from many of his contemporaries.

Peep’s Favorite & Final Tattoos

Peep stated that the “Crying Mickey Mouse” on his arm was his favorite out of all his tattoos. It resembles a low-quality depiction of the Disney character with “Mood” written beneath it. Peep stated this was his favorite tattoo because it described his low-quality mood with a low-quality tattoo. There was also a broken heart beneath his eye. This was Peep’s first face tattoo, and he said it inspired him to get motivated to make more music because now, he couldn’t get a regular job. Another of Peep’s favorites was a scorpion tattoo on the back of his neck, as his zodiac sign was Scorpio.

An apparent favorite seemed to be a tattoo of a drawing by Ed Hardy on his head. Hardy is a world-renowned tattoo artist who transitioned his art to the world of fashion. The drawing on Peep’s head was done by Hardy for an exhibition at Dean Dennis’ tattoo studio. After he got the ink, Peep posted it on his Instagram with the caption, “My new head tat OG hardy.” In another post, he also uploaded a tattoo of a tribal design on his arm. Peep got this one to cover up his ex-girlfriend Layla’s name. “Lil peep brought tribal back and covered up his ex-girlfriends name cuz why the f*ck did I do that lol,” he wrote.

Final Tattoo

Many of his fans nicknamed Peep’s final ink the “BFF Rice” tattoo. This was done in November 2017, just three days before his death. The rapper and his best friend Jody got this matching tattoo on their right arms. It’s a takeout box with chopsticks inside with supposed Japanese Kanji characters on it. However, the characters are difficult to translate. Though the tattoo is somewhat poorly done, it has become iconic to many fans of the late rapper, as it was his last before his tragic passing.

Big Scarr’s Cause Of Death Revealed By Family Members

A shocking number of rappers lost their lives in 2022. Just days before we welcome in a new year, another name is topping the list – 22-year-old Big Scarr. On Thursday (December 22), reports of the 1017 artist’s death began circulating online. Since then, law enforcement has given confirmation, and his family has opened up about the late man’s cause of death.

TMZ reportedly spoke with the late recording artist’s uncle, Arthur Woods, who was able to provide more information regarding his nephew’s death. Apparently, the Memphis native – born Alexander Woods – was at his girlfriend’s house yesterday when he overdosed on prescription pills.

It remains unclear where Scarr got the medication. However, his family says that the countless traumatic experiences he went through, such as being shot and surviving a serious car accident, were heavy for him.

While the pain was undeniably brutal, it only inspired Woods to grow and make a name for himself in the industry. His stage moniker came as a result of the vehicle crash, during which he went through the windshield. Afterward, he was left with a massive scar on his body.

During his shooting incident in 2020, the bullet that hit Scarr began travelling up his spine. Following that, he needed surgery to remove his appendix.

Aside from the physical issues, Uncle Arthur says his late nephew was struggling with depression throughout his short life. Particularly, the death of his grandmother was tough for him.

Rather than dwell on the sadness, Woods is choosing to remember Big Scarr as a “nice young man and a beautiful person who was very passionate about music.”

Previously law enforcement sources shared that Scarr’s body shows no signs of foul play. They’re moving forward with a further investigation of his death at this time. Check back in with HNHH later for any updates.

RIP.

Screen Shot 2022 05 17 at 7.44.29 AM

Three men are being held responsible for the overdose death of rap sensation Mac Miller and the stiffest sentence was handed down to one of the culprits yesterday, according to a report from TMZ.

49-year-old Stephen Walker was sentenced to 17 and a half years behind bars after pleading guilty to distribution of fentanyl, which ultimately made its way to Miller, who died from a drug overdose in September 2018. Ryan Reavis, 39, was sentenced to more than ten years in prison for fentanyl distribution while the case against Cameron Pettit is still pending.

Miller’s death was the result of a fatal overdose of fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol.

Walter told the Pittburgh rapper’s family in court that he was “truly remorseful” for the part he played in Miller’s death.

A couple of documentaries chronicling Mac’s life have been on the fringes since his passing while talks of a biopic about his life is in the works.
