Floyd Mayweather has traveled to Israel to meet with members of the IDF and emergency services as part of his ongoing support for the country. Having previously provided 5000 lbs of supplies, Mayweather personally made the trip to the nation this week. He was greeted by large crowds of fans and supporters. Furthermore, he posed for publicity photos with members of the IDF and prayed at the Western Wall holy site. It comes amid unsubstantiated claims from Israel that the US is trying to overthrow the nation’s government.
Of course, Mayweather isn’t the first celebrity to travel to Israel. Tiffany Haddish also took a much-criticized trip last month. Haddish livestreamed segments of her tour as she was driven around Jerusalem in a bus that appeared to contain several other influencers and pro-Israeli media figures. This has led to a wave of increased backlash against the actress, whose joke about “going to find a man” was retweeted by the Israeli government. This comes amid a wave of new attacks on Palestine, as well as related issues stemming from the ongoing war. Haddish later tearfully defended her trip in an interview with TMZ.
Floyd Mayweather Receives “Champion Of Israel” Award
As mentioned, Mayweather has been one of the most vocal supporters of Israel since the re-escalation of hostilities with Palestine last October. Last December, Mayweather received the “Champion of Israel” Award for his contribution to Israeli relief efforts. The award, presented to Mayweather at a ceremony in Miami, was backed by Magen David Adom, Israel’s national emergency service. The ceremony also served as a fundraising, with over $4 million reportedly raised to further Israeli relief efforts. Mayweather received the award from two close friends who have worked with him on his efforts to help Israel.
Furthermore, as mentioned, Mayweather’s primary contribution to the state of Israel was a supply drop made by his private jet. In mid-October, Mayweather’s jet brought 5000 lbs of supplies to Israel, carrying everything from food to flak jackets. Furthermore, Mayweather has been vocally supportive of Israel on social media and participated in several pro-Israel marches in the United States.
Mike Tyson has shared a video from his training for his upcoming fight with Jake Paul. Despite being nearly 60, Tyson looked to be in great shape and was able to put a lot of power behind his punches. Furthermore, Tyson appeared in high spirits, stating that the “fun was just getting started”. It’s unsurprising that he still has power. Chuck Liddell told TMZ last week that it’s the last attribute to go for a fight.
Tyson will fight Paul in late July in Dallas. Logan Paul Reveals Rejected Fight With Mike Tyson, Calls Boxing Legend “Senile”
However, not everyone is hyped for the fight. Logan Paul has revealed on his podcast that he rejected a fight with Mike Tyson. “He’s too old. He’s senile,” Paul reasoned. Nah, no chance,” the then 2-0 boxer told TMZ in 2020.

Liza Gardner filed her amended complaint in New York County Supreme Court, highlighting that the age of consent for sexual intercourse in 1990, when the alleged assault took place, was 17 years old.
In her amended complaint, Gardner details disturbing allegations against Combs and Hall, stating that they took turns assaulting her and a friend after meeting them at an event at MCA Records’ New York office. The amended version emphasizes that Gardner was physically forced into the sexual encounter with Combs against her will and underscores that, as a minor, she was unable to legally consent to drinking the alcohol allegedly provided by the two men.
The amendment to the lawsuit brings renewed attention to the case and underscores the legal complexities surrounding allegations of sexual assault and consent. By explicitly stating Gardner’s age at the time of the assault and emphasizing her inability to consent, the lawsuit seeks to hold Combs and Hall accountable for their actions and advocate for justice on behalf of the victim.

Well, according to Glastonbury Festival, “Tickets for this year’s Festival are sold out, but our prize draw for 20 pairs is raising emergency funds to support people affected by conflict.” You can enter the prize draw here. Last November, the UK’s Evening Standard reported, “Standard tickets to Glastonbury Festival 2024 have sold out in less than an hour.” Glastonbury confirmed the tickets had quickly sold out and promised, “There will be a resale of any cancelled or returned tickets in spring 2024.”

How To Buy Tickets For Glastonbury Festival 2024
As of right now, tickets for Glastonbury Festival are sold out — and have been for a while. When the tickets went up for sale back in November, music lovers snapped them up within minutes.
“Our thanks to everyone who bought one and we’re sorry to those of you who missed out, on a morning when demand greatly exceeded supply,” the festival informed shortly after, according to The Standard.
However, there is still some hope. Some ticket buyers might not be able to afford it and cancel their tickets when they are set to be charged next month. If this happens, any returned tickets will go back up for sale. Only those who registered before the sale starts will be able to purchase, as Glastonbury is trying to prevent scammers.
