Things turned violent at a recent house party when Memphis rapper Gloss Up threw down with BBJay, one of Finesse2tymes’ girlfriends. The interaction, which Gloss Up alleges to have started, appears to be a continuation of her recent beef with Finesse. Gloss Up recently commented on a picture that featured Finesse and his son posing with stacks of cash. “Ion Play about My Boys You’ll Never See Them Like This. Shit Not Cute ! We Raising Black Men Not Hood [ninja emoji],” Gloss Up wrote in response to the image.

After the fight, Gloss Up addressed the incident on social media. “Ima Say This & Ima Done No 304 Did Shit To Me Yall Seee The Video Is Clearly The End Of The Fight. Im The One Popped The Shit Off. Y’all 304s Walk Pass Y’all “Oops” & That’s The Problem & That’s The Problem Yall Nice Asf.” When reached for further comment by The Neighborhood Talk, Gloss Up said “Hey there is nothing to explain but thank you for support “Rich Baby Mama”.”

Seeing BBJay throw down with Gloss Up is just the latest relationship drama for Finesse2tymes. Famous for his open embrace of polyamory, F2T reportedly went through a breakup earlier this week. Nia Love reportedly left the rapper, taking to social media to address the rumor. “I appreciate y’all eating his ass up in the comments about me but stop connectin me to him… I left a week ago & he still dragging it.”

It’s been a meteoric rise for the Memphis rapper, who was recently named to XXL‘s Freshman Class of 2023. However, it’s not all been smooth sailing. Young Buck Brawls With Afroman’s Crew At Virginia Concert

Things got ugly at The Zarati Shop in Abingdon, Virginia last weekend. The small town of 8400 people, which sits 14 miles from the Tennessee border, was playing host to some surprisingly big names. Afroman was one of the listed headliners for a performance at The Zarati Shop, a local “agricultural services” store. Let’s just say that their products align with Afroman’s favorite pastimes. Also performing was Young Buck, who was listed as a “special guest” on the official poster for the June 25 show.

However, things took a turn for the worse after Young Buck’s set. The rapper returned to the VIP area, where Afroman was preparing to head on stage. According to Afroman’s account of things, Young Buck was intoxicated and belligerent. Furthermore, a lot of Buck’s negative energy was directed at Afroman’s protégé, Lil Sodi. While Afroman and Sodi attempt to get Buck to leave, the 42-year-old. That’s when all hell reportedly broke lose.

Afroman Claims Young Buck Started Brawl

Per Afroman, and a video acquired by TMZ, things escalated when Buck hit Sodi in the gut. The room descended into chaos as both crews began to fight. Security quickly swarmed into the room, trying to separate the two sides. However, this took several minutes as both sides tried to come out on top. Buck and his crew were eventually removed from the venue. However, Afroman still came down hard on the venue staff, suggesting they had neglected their duties of talent management.

Despite taking the L on the night, Buck does not appear to be backing down. The Nashville rapper took to Instagram to put Afroman on notice: “LISTEN @OGAFROMAN I TAKE ALL FADES THUG… WIT U OR YA N****S. Y’ALL N****S TRY TO JUMP ME THO I CAME TO SHOW LOVE. Musk V Zuckerberg Receives Venue Offer From Italian Government

The saga of the MMA bout between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg continues to get ever weirder. It all began when Musk, while ranting about Zuckerberg on Twitter, challenged the Meta founder to a “cage match”. Zuckerberg almost immediately accepted the fight on Instagram.

Subsequently, Dana White of the UFC got involved to assure the internet that both men were “dead serious” about actually squaring off. Furthermore, it appeared that White was angling for the UFC to serve as the fight’s promotion. Meanwhile, training offers began to come in for both sides. Musk received offers from Andrew Tate, Dominick Cruz, and Georges St. Pierre, while Zuckerberg received an offer from Jon Jones.

Hype continued to climb, with former UFC mainstay Chael Sonnen claiming that the fight would headline UFC 300. Elsewhere, reality began to set in amongst the competitors. During a Twitter Spaces, Musk admitted that the fight could “go badly for him” given Zuckerberg’s very real dedication to martial arts and combat sports. Finally, the fight appeared to be dead when Musk announced that he was reconsidering the fight due to concerns from his mother. Despite this, a very unusual source has arisen to potentially revive the fight.

Italian Government Offer Colosseum As Musk-Zuckerberg Fight Venue

According to Musk on Twitter, and confirmed by TMZ, the fight could be going ahead at the Colosseum in Rome. Opened in 80AD under Emporer Titus, the Colosseum was the hub of sporting and cultural entertainment for the Roman Empire. It was the largest amphitheater in the ancient world and remains the largest amphitheater still in existence.

Per TMZ, Gennaro Sangiuliano, the Italian Minister of Culture, reportedly reached out to Zuckerberg earlier this week to offer the Colosseum as a fight venue. The UFC is now allegedly in discussions with the Ministry of Culture about the feasibility of the event.

However, as grand as the spectacle would be, it’s unlikely that the fight would actually happen inside the Colosseum. Due to it being nearly 2000 years old and protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1980, you can’t exactly turn into the setting for a pay-per-view. The maximum capacity is listed at a few hundred. Furthermore, the amount of work needed to make it fit to host, say, a landmark UFC event, would likely be prohibitively extensive. Rose Namajunas To Make Flyweight Debut In Paris

In actual MMA news, it was recently revealed that Rose Namajunas will be making her highly anticipated flyweight debut this September in Paris. First reported by MMA Junkie, Namajunas will face French fighter Manon Fiorot at UFC Fight Night Paris on September 2. Fiorot has reportedly wanted the Namajunas for some time but is only now getting the chance.

11-5 in her MMA career (9-4 in the UFC), Namajunas announced her intention to leave strawweight after a title fight loss to Carla Esparaza at UFC 274 in May 2022. Her flyweight debut pits her against ESPN‘s #3 fighter in the division, Fiorot. The French fighter (10-1, 5-0 UFC) has been steadily working her way up the division after debuting in January 2021. If she can continue to perform well, she will likely challenge the winner of the Grasso-Shevchenko rematch/triology.

There is a lot on the line with this fight. For Namajunas, a win would validate her division move and show that she is a force to be reckoned with across two divisions. With the retirement of Amanda Nunes earlier this year, there is currently a power vacuum in women’s MMA that Namajunas could potentially muscle her way into.

Trick Daddy has come to the defense of JT after the City Girls rapper threw her phone at Lil Uzi Vert and stormed out of the 2023 BET Awards. A nearby attendee recorded the incident between JT and Uzi and it quickly went viral on social media after the event. In the clip, JT seems to call Uzi a “bitch-ass n***a” and a “groupie.” In a video on his Instagram page, Trick described JT as his “homegirl,” while arguing “that’s how Miami bitches react.”

“Y’all know when I get live I got some shit to say,” Trick said. “Let me explain something to you n****s. If you not from Miami, if you not from the state of Florida, leave our Miami and Florida bitches alone if you don’t understand them.”

Ja Morant Lawsuit Depositions Reveal New Details About Gun Incident, 2022 Fight

A 25-game suspension from the NBA is somehow the least of Ja Morant’s worries right now. Morant will be away from the league until at least early December after a second instance of the young star flashing a gun on Instagram Live. However, Morant is facing other problems off the court as well.

In July 2022, Morant was allegedly involved in a fight with 17-year-old Joshua Holloway during a pick-up basketball game. The police investigated, ruled that Morant had punched Holloway in self-defense, and then closed the case. However, now Morant’s friends and family are being pulled into depositions because Holloway has filed a lawsuit in civil court.

If things weren’t already bad enough for Morant, it appears that the documents being filed in this suit are intriguing enough to warrant the investigation into him being reopened. Debra Fessenden, who handles public records for Tennessee’s Shelby County, told The Washington Post that certain documents relating to the case were no longer publicly available due to an “active investigation.”

Lawsuit Reveals New Details On Morant Fight And Gun Incident

Per Holloway’s attorneys, their new investigation has revealed affidavits “we now know to be inaccurate” and has accused Morant’s legal team of a “lack of accountability.” Police closed the case based on the testimony, or lack of testimony, from eight witnesses. Except at least two of those witnesses say they never spoke to the police. Meanwhile, the police used affidavits provided by Morant’s legal team, all of which contained similar or near-identical wording.

Another key piece to everything is Davonte Pack, the long-time friend of Morant’s. Pack and Morant have been friends since childhood. Furthermore, it was Pack who filmed the second gun incident in May. Pack was present for the 2022 fight but his name was barely present in the police investigation. Additionally, two of the witnesses to the 2022 fight claim to have been in the car during the second gun incident. Both men have reiterated the claim from Morant’s camp that the gun was actually lighter.

Unlike Morant, Pack did not claim self-defense in the altercation. In fact, during his May 23 deposition, his response as to whether there was any reason he did not attempt to avoid conflict was “No, there’s really no reason.” As the suit continues, both Holloway and Morant are expected to be deposed in late July.

Ja Morant Allegedly Feels Like The NBA Is Out To “Get Him”

But the new lawsuit isn’t the only reason that Morant is making headlines. A few days after receiving the news of his suspension, and issuing yet another generic apology, Morant was reportedly making slightly more heated comments.

According to Tim MacMahon of ESPN, Morant’s camp felt like the deck was stacked against Morant. “I have heard indirectly that Ja and people close to Ja, perhaps people formerly close to Ja, have this feeling that the NBA is out to get them. That the media is out to get them.”

However, the claims were largely met with derision. Many people pointed out that the league is a business that is simply protecting its brand. Furthermore, many others argued that Morant got what he deserved for openly challenging the league the way he did. After all, he could have simply not gone on a live stream holding what appeared to be a gun. He especially could have simply not done that two months after saying he was very sorry for going on a live stream with a gun.

JT Throws Phone At Lil Uzi Vert, Cusses Them Out: Watch

Lil Uzi Vert and JT have been together for quite some time now. Overall, the unlikely couple has been through some ups and downs over the years. However, they continue to be together, despite the odds. As far as celebrity relationships are concerned, they can be difficult to maintain. There are egos involved, and there are also plenty of other people who can come in and tear things apart. Although, for the most part, JT and Uzi have done their best to remain fairly lowkey.

Last night, however, that was not the case. It was the BET Awards and all of the stars had come out for a special hip-hop 50th tribute. Moreover, artists like Uzi got to take to the stage for some performances. In fact, Lil Uzi Vert was one of the highlights of the entire evening. They performed “Just Wanna Rock” and they even got to preview a brand-new song. Overall, fans were pretty stoked about this. Although, things devolved for Uzi as they got into a huge argument with JT, albeit a one-sided one.

In the Twitter clip above, you can hear JT saying “Fu**ing groupie… B**CH, f**k wrong with you, bi**h… gimme my fu**ing phone, b**ch.” She even throws her phone at Uzi during the argument, as people continue to look around in bewilderment. For the most part, no one actually knows why this took place. However, there are some who believe it all stems from Uzi shouting out Ice Spice in their new song. This is unconfirmed, although it certainly is a theory that makes a bit of sense.

As you can see in the video below, Lil Uzi Vert delivers the shoutout as part of the last line of the previewed song. It still remains to be seen when this song will make its way to The Pink Tape. Willie McGinest Hit With Lawsuit Over Gym Fight

Willie McGinest is a New England Patriots legend. Drafted fourth overall in 1994, McGinest won three Super Bowls and made two Pro Bowls while in New England. A member of the Patriots Hall of Fame, McGinest holds two NFL records. McGinest’s records are for most sacks in a postseason and most sacks in a postseason game.

However, McGinest has also had his fair share of legal troubles. As a freshman at USC in 1990, McGinest and two other men faced trial over charges of battery and false imprisonment. A 23-year-old student accused the men of drugging and molesting her. However, all three men were acquitted. In 2016, one DeAndre Parks sued McGinest after accusing the former Patriot of assault and threatening behavior. Finally, in 2022, McGinest was arrested and charged with felony assault. This occurred after he was attacking a man at the Delilah nightclub in LA.

First reported by TMZ, McGinest is being sued once again for yet another assault. Per the lawsuit, a man is accusing the retired player and three other men of assaulting him at a gym in 2021. Andrew Cortez claims he was working out a 24 Hour Fitness in Long Beach when someone took one of his weight plates. Cortez said he wasn’t finished using them. That’s when McGinest reportedly inserted himself into the situation and hit Cortez in the face with a closed fist.

The suit also alleges that the altercation had been broken up by gym staff. Furthermore, Cortez reportedly alleges that he is still suffering emotional distress as a result of the attack. Additionally, Cortez is still dealing with the consequences of the physical injuries he suffered. The plaintiff is seeking monetary damages of an unspecified amount. However, the path forward also remains unclear. McGinest is still facing the 2016 and 2022 lawsuits. Meanwhile, he is yet to comment on his latest legal issue. Ariane Davis Reportedly Arrested Following Fight

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member, Ariane Davis, was arrested yesterday according to reports. Davis allegedly got into a physical altercation at an NYC hotel, where police took her into custody. Davis’ attorney describes the incident as a domestic dispute. The fight reportedly took place around 5 a.m. on Monday morning at the Moxy Times Square in Manhattan. A call to 911 later led police to dispatch to scene, which was described as a verbal altercation that allegedly turned into a physical fight.

According to the reports, Davis and the woman were both staying at the hotel at the time of the incident. Police and prosecutors say that the 33-year-old woman who engaged in the alleged fight with Davis sustained minor injuries. Her injuries included scratches on her neck, as well as unspecified injuries to her hands. She also refused medical care at the scene of the incident.

Ariane Davis Booked For Attempted Assault

Davis was arraigned on one count of attempted assault and one count of harassment at Manhattan criminal court after being taken into custody on Monday. Prosecutor Stephan Millan claimed that Davis made a statement to police who arrived to the scene that indicated she was guilty. He also stated that the officers “observed scratches on the victim’s neck.” Millan also went on to say that Davis and the woman have a “relationship together and live together.” He then requested that a temporary order of protection be filed, despite the victim not asking for one herself.

“I’ve spoken to the victim and she did state that she did not want a full temporary order of protection, that she is not in fear of her safety,” the prosecutor also claimed. “However, given the relationship with the party,” he continued, “the fact that the defendant already confessed to hitting the complaining victim, that she did hit the complaining victim, the people are requesting a full temporary order of protection.” Judge Soma Syed honored his request for a temporary order of protection, and Davis was later released from police custody. Davis is scheduled to appear again in court at the end of July.

Snoop Dogg & Mack 10’s Crew Fight Was Funny, Says Michael Jai White

According to Michael Jai White, there was a confrontation between Snoop Dogg’s and Mack 10’s crews in a recording studio. However, the physical altercation didn’t showcase any exceptional fighting skills. At the very least, they certainly weren’t skills worthy of a professional fighting contract. White, known for his role in Black Dynamite, shared this incident during an interview with VladTV. He mentioned that despite his interest in fighting, he found the situation amusing rather than impressive. White described the scene, saying that there were bulky bodyguard-like individuals posturing. They were making aggressive statements like, “What do you want to do?”

However, White found it comical when Snoop’s crew, instead of returning with weapons as expected, brought two pit bulls and commanded them to attack, exclaiming, “‘Get em, Sparky!’” The actor elaborated on his amusement, explaining that he finds it funny because many people assume others, especially in bodyguard roles, possess fighting skills. However, he believes that a lot of these individuals don’t train in a gym. Nor do they have real experience in street fights. Witnessing such incidents makes him chuckle due to this disparity between perception and reality.

Snoop Dogg and Mack 10 were not personally involved in the altercation described by Michael Jai White. The focus of his comments was primarily on the security teams and entourages associated with the two rappers. Snoop and Mack 10 have collaborated before. Most notably, they appeared alongside Ice Cube in the song “Only In California.” In a previous interview with Bootleg Kev, Mack 10 mentioned that he almost signed Snoop to his Hoo-Bangin Records before Snoop joined No Limit Records.

Mack 10 went on to explain that the paperwork was completed and the deal was nearly finalized. He expressed that if Snoop were a free agent and he was in the music industry, it would be a missed opportunity not to pursue signing the biggest free agent available. Mack 10 likened it to Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, aiming to recruit the best talent in the field.
