Joe Biden Promises Donald Trump A “Smooth Transition” In White House Meeting

Joe Biden met with Donald Trump at the White House on Wednesday, promising the incumbent president a “smooth transition” of power when he takes over the Oval Office in January. In a video from their meeting, the two appeared cordial while discussing the situation. “We’re looking forward to having, like we said, a smooth transition, do everything we can to make sure you’re accommodated, what you need,” Biden said. “Welcome, welcome back.”

Trump responded to his opponent from 2020: “Politics is tough, and it’s many cases not a very nice world, but it is a nice world today, and I appreciate very much a transition that’s so smooth it’ll be as smooth as it can get, and I very much appreciate that, Joe.” White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre later confirmed to Reuters that the two spoke for roughly two hours. “It was a substantive meeting,” she told reporters. “They discussed important national security and domestic policy issues facing the nation and the world.”

As for the topic of the rest of their conversation, Trump told the New York Post they “talked very much about the Middle East,” adding that he “wanted to know his views on where we are. And he gave them to me, he was very gracious.” Biden originally beat Trump in the 2020 election, but afterward, Trump didn’t invite Biden for a meeting at the White House, as had been tradition. As for why Biden didn’t take the same path, Jean-Pierre explained: “He believes in the norms, he believes in our institution, he believes in the peaceful transfer of power.”

Kamala Harris’ Campaign Blew Over $1 Billion In Massive Loss To Donald Trump

Kamala Harris’ campaign reportedly spent over $1 billion financing her massive loss to Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election. Two sources for Politico’s California bureau chief Christopher Cadelago say the campaign is at least $20 million in debt after the unsuccessful spending cycle. Despite the huge amounts of money, she still ended up losing every swing state to Trump, who will now retake the presidency in January.

“We spent money in stupid ways because we had a really bad strategy,” a former consultant to the DNC told Puck’s Tara Palmeri, as caught by The New Republic. “Instead of owning any mistakes, or being transparent about the voter data and strategies that were so obviously wrong, they shut off their Twitter account and are patting each other on the back. We dug out of a deep hole but not enough.” Harris hosted major rallies across the country featuring numerous celebrities in the months leading up to the election. She also paid for several media advertisements.

When The Neighborhood Talk shared the report on Instagram on Monday, supporters of the Vice President came to her defense. “SHE ALSO HAD 107 DAYS, she had to do more. She was never playing on an equal playing field from the jump. She didn’t have an entire year in the primaries to campaign for POTUS. She had the tail end of the presidential campaign. And still got over 71 million votes, to his 74 million votes. Her campaign was a lot more stressed. In the short amount of time she had I think she did amazing,” one user wrote. Another added: “She knew she had to work harder/spend more as a female minority candidate … that’s it. that’s all.”

Harris ended up conceding the election to Trump on November 6th. Looking ahead to 2028, she’ll likely have to compete with Pete Buttigieg, Gavin Newsom, Josh Shapiro, JB Pritzker, and other popular politicians on the left for the Democratic primary. Cardi clapped back by sharing a New York Post front page showing Melania Trump in the nude.

Fans in the replies are loving her post. “That’s right Cardi! They are such hypocrites!” one user wrote back. Another added: “I love this. I’m a new fan, Cardi! We’re all hurting, we’re all the same.” Others did continue to troll her over the election results.

Kamala Harris is spending time with her family after losing the 2024 presidential election to Donald Trump. Her niece, Meena, recently shared photos of her playing Connect Four with some loved ones. Meena wrote in the caption: “Back to where it all began only a few months ago. My eternal gratitude to everyone who showed up. We love her so much.”

Fans of her campaign showed plenty of support in the comments section. “It’s so bittersweet but I’m so glad she gets to have this kind of love and joy again,” one user wrote. Another added: “I know that’s right Kamala! You don’t deserve all that Dramala. Gone and rest your Mindala.” One more theorized that she’ll get the job done in 2028: “She will be back. Harris conceded to Donald Trump in the 2024 election back on November 6th, after losing every swing state to the Republican candidate. “The outcome of this election is not what we wanted, not what we fought for, not what we voted for,” she told her supporters during a speech at Howard University. “But hear me when I say … the light of America’s promise will always burn bright as long as we never give up and as long as we keep fighting.”

Black Students Allegedly Receive Concerning And Racist Text Messages After U.S. Election

It’s only been about three days since the United States election, during which convicted Republican candidate Donald Trump emerged victorious against the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris. Already, some concerning communication and discourse seems to rub this in the face of communities that fear what the next four years will look like. Moreover, reports emerged of alleged text messages sent to Black students, such as one testimony from the University of Alabama. These messages are quite worrisome and frankly racist, as they pretend to assign Black students to plantations or to be “house slaves” via automated messaging and “instructions.” You can see the horrible sentiments for yourself down below.

Of course, these are all just allegations, and it’s unclear what the purpose of these messages are or who is responsible. Either way, it’s a disgusting move. Other alleged affected academic institutions include Clemson and Alabama State. One particular message in the alleged examples down below claims to be from “The Trump Administration,” and another indicates their false and racist instructions will take effect after his entry into office next January. Beyond this, many other reactions to the election results paint a divided picture of a bigoted country, whereas others seek to maintain hope and decency.

Bandman Kevo Is Rocking A New Donald Trump Tattoo After His Win For U.S. President

Bandman Kevo is known for his often controversial or antic-heavy behavior, something that surprisingly shows up in his choice of ink for many online users who come across his social media presence. For example, he recently got a back leg tattoo of Donald Trump following the convicted Republican’s victory in the United States presidential election this week. The artist themselves posted the artwork, which also features a MAGA hat. As you can imagine, both the artist’s comments section and the one in the post down below reacted quite divisively to this. Some celebrated this tribute, whereas others lamented the results and this tribute.

However, as alluded to before, this is far from the only tattoo that Bandman Kevo got that ruffled a lot of feathers online. Back in June, he got leg tattoos of various rich white men, namely Mark Zuckerberg, Mark Cuban, Elon Musk, and Jeff Bezos. As such, this Trump tattoo should really come as no surprise. Still, it didn’t answer fans’ questions as to why Bandman would want to portray these individuals in the first place, as these new inks don’t really come with much explanation. Elsewhere, it’s up to online users to speculate.

In fact, this isn’t even the first tattoo that Bandman Kevo reportedly got depicting Donald Trump, and this double down probably cost plenty of money and energy for something that an artist already plastered onto his body. So we are still no closer to finding out why exactly this support is so strong, but we’re sure that the recent presidential victory spurred this. The artist themselves seemed to express their support for No. 47, so it was likely a two-way street. At the end of the day, it’s just someone’s tattoo, and not much else… Explicitly, that is.

Sadly, Bandman Kevo dealt with some heartbreaking news this year that no political victory can assuage. He revealed via social media that his 15-year-old son passed away due to gun violence earlier in 2024. Our condolences are with Kevo and his family during this difficult time. Hopefully 2025 yields more positive developments and events for him that don’t involve tragedy.

DJ Vlad Alleges He Almost Interviewed Kamala Harris & Tim Walz While Criticizing Her Press Run

While DJ Vlad is mostly known for his hip-hop-centric interviews and media presence on his VladTV and personal platforms, he recently alleged that he tried to dip his toes into big political fare. Late Wednesday night (November 6), he took to Twitter to claim that he was in contact with Kamala Harris’ media team over the past several months to attempt to set up an interview with her or with Tim Walz. Harris – the Democratic candidate for president of the United States this year – and Walz – her running mate for vice president – lost in the 2024 election to Donald Trump. But that wasn’t all that Vlad had to say about the Harris campaign, particularly her press run.

“For the record, I was in contact with Kamala’s media team for months trying to set up an interview with her or Walz, and they ultimately passed on both of them,” DJ Vlad alleged. “I think my interview with her would have been her biggest interview if I had free reign to do the interview I wanted to do. Kamala’s team really dropped the ball when it came to the interviews they scheduled for her during the campaign. Her biggest bad decision was turning down Joe Rogan – who just gave Trump one of the biggest interviews of all time on YouTube. If they had been as forward-thinking as Trump and made their rounds on all the important podcasts, I think she would have flipped some of the key states she barely lost in and possibly won the election.”

The 44th president congratulated Donald Trump on his victory as the soon-to-be 47th chief executive of the nation and also offered a message to Trump’s opponent, Kamala Harris. The convicted Republican candidate won the popular vote for the first time across his three campaigns for president, and his Democratic opponent spoke to voters on Wednesday. In the Obamas’ statement, they emphasized their will for a peaceful transition of power and their pride in Harris and her running mate Tim Walz’s campaign.

Finally, the Obamas affirmed the “good news” that folks can solve these problems through open ears, dialogue, constitutional values, and standards of democracy. Barack Obama wrote that full agreement on every issue is impossible in the diverse and large United States, and that “good faith and grace” even with folks that they staunchly oppose is what will lead to progress. Lil Pump is the MAGA rapper. People like Tom Macdonald and Kid Rock can try all they want, but Pump has really cornered the market on supporting Donald Trump. The rapper has been rocking the red hat since he was accidentally called “Little Pimp” in 2020, and he’s overjoyed with the results of the latest election. Lil Pump posted a video of him celebrating the night of the election. He was obviously happy, but he made sure to throw insults at some of Kamala Harris’ most notable supporters in the process. Because why not?

“F**k Taylor Swift,” he tweeted. “F**k Eminem … This is the best day of my life.” Lil Pump then took aim at the many, many people who knock him for his lack of intelligence. “You might think I’m dumb, but I’m very smart I’mma keep it that way.” The rapper then claimed that he was planning to leave the country if Kamala Harris had managed to secure the electoral college. “Thank God Donald Trump won because if not, I would’ve left the country,” he added. Lil Pump has taken issue with Taylor Swift and Eminem in the past. The rapper called out the former when she confirmed that she was endorsing Kamala Harris for president. “Taylor Swift, you have no clue why ur even voting for Kamala,” he tweeted at the pop star. “You said do ur research, clearly you didn’t do ur research. Right after the debate u endorsed her lol Right after she lied many many times!” Pump was similarly outraged when Eminem threw his support behind Harris. Lil Pump’s mouth has always run a mile a minute. He has decided to up this, however, with regards to the election. Cardi B Demands Trump Supporters Leave Her The “F**k Alone”

There were countless celebrities who endorsed Kamala Harris for president. Eminem, Beyonce and Taylor Swift are some of the most notable. Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla performed in support of Harris at the DNC and a campaign rally, respectively. Regardless, Cardi B is the celebrity who’s come under the most fire. The rapper recently spoke at Kamala Harris’ rally in Milwaukee, and Donald Trump voters have delighted in mocking her ever since it was announced that Trump won the election.

Cardi B issued two responses via social media on November 6. The first was measured, and positive. Cardi praised Kamala Harris for her poise, regardless of the outcome of the election. “To Vice President Kamala,” she wrote on Instagram. “No matter what they’ve said to bring you down or belittle your run for the presidency, they can never say you didn’t run your race with honesty and with integrity.” It was an unexpectedly wholesome take for a rapper known for going nuclear on social media. As the day wore on, however, and people continued to taunt Cardi B, she clapped back.

The rapper posted a second video to Twitter. This time, she targeted those who opposed Harris. “Y’all won, I know y’all happy,” she explained. “Ain’t nobody acting like bitter losers.” It was with the word “however,” though, that the Cardi fans know and love came out. “Y’all need to leave me the f*ck alone,” she asserted. “Because I got one more f*cking cigarette in me before I start lighting your a*ses up.” The rapper closed out her statement by extending her warning to anyone and everyone. “That’s word to the motherf*cking United States of America.”

Cardi B has been on the same rollercoaster of emotions that other Harris supporters have been on over the last day. We know because she has documented the entire thing on social media. The rapper stated that the Harris campaign needed a “Hail Mary” when the election started to slip away from them during the evening of Election Day. When it was clear that Trump would be the victor, Cardi B posted a photo of herself looking very distraught. “I hate y’all,” she wrote over the photo. Hopefully the bullying dies down for the rapper as the week unfolds.
