Akbar V “Prays” Trump Avoids Jail Time: “We Need You”

Akbar V is known to share some controversial opinions from time to time. So, her latest statement about wanting Donald Trump back in office shouldn’t surprise anyone. In a clip posted to DJ Akademics page, the Love and Hip Hop star gave her thoughts on supporting the former president. While walking through what appears to be an airport, Akbar V highlighted how the economy flourished under his presidency. “Look, I don’t give a f*ck who look at me different,” she began. “I’m voting for Trump..Y’all can kiss my ass.”

She continued:”[The] only thing these muthaf*cking democrats got in here, in that chair, and did was gave money to other muthaf*cking countries. They ain’t gave us nothing, and you wondering why the killing rate [is] still high.” Akbar added,” Man Trump was in chair, man [there] [was] no killing…everybody was getting money. Everybody was happy.”

Towards the end of the clip, Akbar admitted that while she “loves” Joe Biden, he may be getting too old to handle his presidential duties. The rapper noted that Biden has fallen asleep during TV appearances and appeared to have difficulty walking. She believes it would be best if he “goes over there to his Lake House or something.” Following that, Akbar turned her attention back to Trump, saying, “We need you.” Judging by the amount of commentary about Biden and Trump, the 2024 election is sure to be an entertaining one.

However, not everyone holds 45 in the same regard. Earlier this month, Plies shared his thoughts about why Trump gets so much support. According to him, this is due to the lack of accountability in society today. “I’ve Figured Out Why People Who Claim To Like Trump Like Him!” Plies wrote in a past Instagram post, “They Like Him Because He Represents NON ACCOUNTABILITY.” He continues, “He Lives In A World That He Wants To Do & Say Whatever He Likes W/o Any Consequences. Everything Bad In His Life Is Someone Else’s Fault! Most People Feel Dis Way.”

Trump’s Bond Set for $200K in Georgia RICO Case

Donald Trump Hints at Possible 2024 Presidential Run

A bond of $200,000 has been set for Former President Donald Trump in a Georgia RICO indictment that also charges 18 of his business associates. According to The New York Times, Trump and the defendants must pay a cash bond upon booking in Atlanta.

As a condition of his bond, Trump cannot violate state or federal laws or communicate with his co-defendants individually. All conversations with others charged must come through legal representatives. In addition, if he was told not to intimidate witnesses or co-defendants. Additional orders included “make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against the community or to any property in the community,” which includes “posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual on social media.”

The co-defendants have only to supply 10 percent of the bail amount, which may be complicated for former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani due to his money being tied in other legal affairs.

President Donald Trump and his 18 co-defendants will be booked into Fulton County Jail. According to WBSTV, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has said the 19 charged will have until Aug. 25 to turn themselves in.

In addition to Trump, Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, and more will be booked at the jail on Rice Street. That includes Trevian Kutti, who once was a publicist for R. Kelly and Kanye West. All charged party members will be fingerprinted and have a mugshot.

“Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and so it doesn’t matter your status, we’ll have a mugshot ready for you,” Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat said.

Earlier this week, Donald Trump received his fourth indictment, a RICO charge, in the state of Georgia for attempting to overturn election results in the state to stay in power. Trump, his advisors, and staff are accused of organizing a “criminal enterprise” against official election results. A grand jury handed down the indictment.

A new 100-page indictment names Trump and 18 others as charged with lying to Georgia legislature and state officials, creating a fake pro-Trump slate for the Electoral College, harassing election workers, engaging in a cover-up, and four more crimes. There are officially 41 counts. Of those indicted are Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, and Kenneth Chesebro.

The leading charge against Trump was issued under the RICO law, short for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, originally set to target the mafia and organized crime. The RICO law has been notable throughout Hip-Hop, specifically regarding the YSL chase involving Young Thug. The charges against Trump and Thugger were both brought forth by Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis.

Trump and his co-defendants now have until Aug. 25 to surrender to Fulton County, GA. “We look forward to a detailed review of this indictment, which is undoubtedly just as flawed and unconstitutional as this entire process has been,” Trump’s legal team said in response.

According to The New York Times, once Trump is arraigned, a judge will be assigned who will schedule the trial.

Returning to Truth Social, his Twitter/X alternative, Trump blasted the charges by issuing, “So, the Witch Hunt continues!” Trump also attacked Willis, writing she is an out of control and very corrupt District Attorney who campaigned and raised money on, ‘I will get Trump.’”

Donald Trump is facing four separate indictments, but he is worried about the images used of him in the media.

Hitting Truth Social, Trump typed, “They purposely show the absolutely worst pictures of me, especially the big ‘orange’ one with my chin pulled way back. They think they are getting away with something, they’re not.”

Kanye West’s Former Publicist Indicted In Donald Trump’s Election Case

Kanye West’s former publicist, Trevian C. Kutti, was among the names listed in the 41-count indictment unsealed by Fulton County, Georgia D.A. Fani Willis, regarding Donald Trump and fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Counts in the indictment accuse Kutti of “conspiracy to commit solicitation of false statement and writings” and “influencing witnesses,” among other charges. The indictment cites a recorded video of Kutti trying to pressure Ruby Freeman, a frightened Georgia election worker, into implicating herself in election fraud.

Count 30 accuses Kutti, as well as Stephen Cliffguard Lee and Harrison William Prescott Floyd, of “unlawfully conspired to solicit, request, and importune Ruby Freeman, a Fulton County, Georgia, election worker, to engage in conduct constituting the felony offense of False Statements and Writings, O.C.G.A. § 16-10-20, by knowingly and willfully making a false statement and representation concerning events at State Farm Arena in the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia…with intent that said person engage in said conduct; and TREVIAN C. KUTTI traveled to Fulton County, Georgia, and placed a telephone call to Ruby Freeman while in Fulton County, Georgia, which were overt acts to effect the object of the conspiracy, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.”

D.A. Fani Willis Announces Donald Trump’s Latest Indictment

The timeline of Kutti and West’s relationship is unclear, but their names began popping up together in 2018, after Kutti stopped working with R. Kelly. In December 2021, a spokesperson for West told Reuters in a statement that “Trevian Kutti was not associated with Kanye West or any of his enterprises at the times of the facts that are reported in these articles or since these facts occurred.” The Reuters report noted that in 2021, Kutti’s online biography said she was a “publicist to Kanye West” in 2018 and served “as West’s Director of Operations.”

All in all, Donald Trump is facing four criminal indictments. Two of the indictments are in the states of New York and Georgia while the other two are on federal charges. Be on the lookout for further updates on each case on HotNewHipHop.

A publicist for Kanye West was charged in the Donald Trump indictment after being found tied to intimidation of election workers, prosecutors say.

Trevian Kutti was charged for allegedly pressuring Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman in January of 2021.

The 51-year-old went to the Georgia election worker’s home to persuade her into admitting baseless election fraud accusations – or face arrest within 48 hours, prosecutors claimed.

She introduced herself as a ‘crisis manager’ who sent by a ‘high-profile individual,’ to manage crises.

The 62-year-old election volunteer said Kutti arrived unexpectedly at her door and introduced herself but didn’t say she worked for West, a longtime billionaire friend of then-President Trump.

Kutti – along with former president Trump – was among the 19 people charged on Monday in Fulton County, Georgia, for their alleged role in trying to overturn the 2020 election.

When Kutti arrived at Freeman’s home on January 4, 2021 – two days before the US Capitol riots in Washington, DC – Freeman called 911. By then, Freeman said, she was wary of strangers.

Kutti told Freeman that she worked ‘for some of the biggest names in the industry.’

Bodycam footage obtained by Reuters revealed Kutti offering to ‘move’ and ‘secure’ Freeman.

‘We have probably have 48 hours in which to move you,’ Kutti explained.

She said she would put in place a way to move Freeman from what ‘may be secured over the next 48 hours.’

The State of Georgia vs. Donald Trump: Former President Trump Hit with RICO in Attempt to Reverse Georgia Election Results

Donald Trump Hints at Possible 2024 Presidential Run

Donald Trump has received his fourth indictment, a RICO charge, in the state of Georgia for attempting to overturn election results in the state to stay in power.

Young Thug & Donald Trump Indicted On RICO Charges By The Same District Attorney

You might’ve never expected it, but now Young Thug and former president Donald Trump have something in common. Moreover, both faced RICO charges headed by the same District Attorney, Fulton County’s Fani Willis. Of course, you most likely know about Thugger and YSL’s RICO case already, which has been one of the biggest rap stories of the past few years. However, amid already mounting legal trouble for No. 45, he now faces a 41-count indictment for election interference in 2020 in Georgia. Furthermore, this is now Trump’s fourth criminal case he was indicted on, and comes amid his run for president in 2024.

Now, he has until August 25 to turn himself into authorities, and so do the other 18 codefendants in the indictment like Rudy Giuliani. These specific charges claim that Trump engaged in organized criminal activity to tamper with the last election process in the state. Apparently, a crucial bit of evidence in the case relates to a January 2, 2021 phone call between Trump and Giuliani, plus several of the former’s lawyers. They allegedly spoke to Georgia’s then-Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, pleading for him to look into claims of voting irregularities and find more votes for Trump.

Fani Willis Brought Charges Against Both Young Thug & Donald Trump

What’s more is that this mounts Donald Trump’s accountability that he attempts to dismiss amid another run for the White House. One of them relates to alleged hush money payments to Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 election, and that falls under New York state jurisdiction. However, another two cases are based on federal charges. There’s his scandal relating to classified documents after he left office in 2021, and accusations of tampering with the 2020 election related to the January 6 Capitol riots.

Meanwhile, with Young Thug’s RICO case as complex and in limbo as ever, this means that Fani Willis’ office has a lot to handle. While this is a curious connection between the two, there’s obviously very different implications and public perceptions at play in these cases. Regardless, people will continue to keep an eye on these legal battles, and maybe there are more similarities to come. On that note, log back into HNHH for more news on Donald Trump and the latest updates on Young Thug.

Benny The Butcher Roasted For Trump 2024 Support

Rapper Benny the Butcher is taking some heat for publicly announcing that he’s voting for Donald Trump in the 2024 election. “I’m voting Trump 2024,” Benny said in a tweet on August 12. Despite being under investigation for over 80 felonies, Trump remains far and away the popular candidate for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination. Despite a crowded field of candidates, no one is even vaguely on the same level as Trump in terms of support. In polling aggregations from RealClearPolitics, Trump leads his closest rival (Florida Governor Ron DeSantis) by 39.1 points.

The Republican Party will hold its first debate on August 23 in Milwaukee. Candidates must have at least 400,000 national financial contributors and be consistently polling at 1% in three national polls or two national polls and a state poll to be eligible. Milwaukee will also host the Republican National Convention next July. However, Benny’s declaration of support for the embattled former President has not gone over well with his fanbase.

Fans Push Back On Benny The Butcher’s Political Support

Safe to say, most fans were not vibing with this political declaration. “The bigot comin’, n*gga,” one commenter wrote, referring to the rapper’s long-standing catchphrase. “Did you consult Jay and the Democratic Party before this?” another asked, referring to Jay-Z’s long-standing support of the Democrats. Meanwhile, several fans were more apathetic. “Just drop the album, we don’t wanna hear this,” one person argued. Many more people pointed out that Trump’s policies were not in the best interest of the Black community. However, of course, there was a small minority of commenters who agreed with the New York rapper’s stance.

However, is this all in vain? As HipHopDX (savagely) pointed out, Benny might not be able to vote. Having been convicted of three felonies in the past, Benny could be ineligible to vote, depending on where he is registered. 24 states have laws governing if and how those convicted of felonies can vote. A further 23 states do not allow the currently incarcerated to vote. Only Maine and Vermont have no voting restrictions when it comes to criminal history.

Plies Finally Realizes Why People Like Donald Trump

Plies recently took to social media, revealing that he’s finally discovered the reason why so many people like Donald Trump. The rapper notes that the former president represents a lack of consequences for one’s actions, claiming that “most people” prefer to blame others rather than themselves. “It Finally Donned On Me!!!!” he captioned the post.

“I’ve Figured Out Why People Who Claim To Like Trump Like Him!” Plies’ post begins, “They Like Him Because He Represents NON ACCOUNTABILITY.” He continues, “He Lives In A World That He Wants To Do & Say Whatever He Likes W/o Any Consequences. Everything Bad In His Life Is Someone Else’s Fault! Most People Feel Dis Way.” Plies hasn’t been shy about sharing his opinions on politics, and particularly on Trump. The artist frequently airs his thoughts about the controversial figure on social media, and his posts have only been ramping up amid his third indictment.

Plies Says Trump “Represents Non Accountability”

As expected, Plies managed to spark a bit of a debate in his comments section. Some users are in agreement with the rapper, while others came to Trump’s defense. “This is exactly it. He allows people to be their worst with no guilt,” one user comments. Another says, “Nah that’s not why ppl like him.” Regardless, it’s far from the first time Plies stirred things up on social media. He garnered a similar response when he roasted the former president last week, calling him “Pw*ssy Azz Trump.” He went in, clowning him for getting indicted for the third time.

“You done got indicted for the third time, you done got indicted for the third time,” he wrote. “Trump your p*ssy-a** got indicted for the third time, how the hell you get indicted for the third time? Hey Trump, ain’t no muthaf*cka got indicted three times in the history of indictment. Ain’t no muthaf*ckin’ body got indicted three muthaf*ckin’ times… three muthaf*ckin’ times.
