Lil Pump Doubles Down On Trump Support Three Years Later

During the previous election cycles, Donald Trump famously touted the support of Lil Pump. During an appearance they made on stage together Trump famously misidentified him as “Lil Pimp,” but the mix-up clearly didn’t dissuade Pump from supporting him. In 2020 he dropped the song “LIL PIMP BIG MAGA STEPPIN,” where he further expressed support for the controversial candidate. Now three years later as Trump is attempting to make a return to politics amid mounting legal trouble Pump is still considering himself an ally.

In a new series of videos posted to his Instagram story Pump doubled down on his support for Donald Trump. He called out the many fans who had issues with his original take in 2023, hoping that they would have changed their minds by now. Unfortunately from a look into the comments that doesn’t seem to be the case. “Lmaoo remember when trump couldn’t even say lil pumps name correctly,” the top comment jokes at Pump’s expense. “Thought we left this n*gga in 2018,” another points out aiming at Pump’s lack of relevance. Lil Pump released his album Harverd Dropout in 2019 which contains a lot of his most recent hits. Most commonly it features the Kanye West collaboration and largely disliked joke song “I Love It.” It took him 4 years to release a follow-up studio album with Lil Pump 2 arriving earlier this year.

Unfortunately for Pump, his new album was a critical punching bag receiving harsh reviews from nearly every publication that discussed it. The album was also a bit of a commercial dud, with less than half of its songs reaching even 1 million streams in the 8 months since it was released. Angela Rye Apologizes After Misinterpreting Sexyy Red’s Trump Comments

By now, most of you probably already know that Sexyy Red found herself in a controversial spot as she praised Donald Trump. She did so while speaking to Theo Von, and it left a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths. Overall, people don’t want to hear Trump praise right now. Moreover, the artist claimed that she liked Trump because of the stimulus checks and free money that he was giving out. This led to numerous responses online, including from Angela Rye.

“The arguments about what Trump has done for the Blacks have to be called out, have to be addressed,” Rye said. “This video isn’t just about Sexyy [Red]. This video series is really to ensure that Black folks who are for Trump or just might be by default understand what he’s done or not done for us.” Rye incorrectly assumed that Sexyy Red was speaking about PPP loans. This led to quick clarifications from the likes of Charlamagne Tha God. Consequently, Rye took to Twitter and apologized to Sexyy Red. However, she did try to clear up misconceptions about Trump and his policies.

While speaking to TMZ in Beverly Hills this week, he said that the “SkeeYee” hitmaker is actually spot on.

“Yeah, we f**k with Donald Trump [in the hood],” OhGeesy told the interviewer, agreeing with Sexyy Red. “He brought the stimulus checks, man, we need some more of that. Bring Donald Trump back in, shout out Sexyy Red, too. Nah, she’s going up,” he replied when asked whether the sex tape will ruin her career. “Her whole f***in’ style like sex tape rap. You can put her music on like a f***in’ p*rn soundtrack or something,” the Cali MC said with a laugh. What’s clear is that, whether her music is raunchy or not, Sexyy shouldn’t be subjected to attacks like this leak.

First, it was him clowning the former president for his various criminal indictments, going so far as to make his mugshot his profile picture on Twitter. Now, though, the rapper took to the social media platform to speak a little more seriously on 45’s policy hypocrisy. Furthermore, it concerns Trump’s views on looters, which are pretty radically unforgiving when it comes to what punishment they deserve. However, as the Florida native pointed out, this goes contrary to what many of his followers did at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

“When they’re there, they’ll knock the hell out of you, and kill you in some cases,” Donald Trump said of “looters” during a recent speech in Anaheim, California. “We will immediately stop all of the pillaging and theft. Very simply: if you rob a store, you can fully expect to be shot as you are leaving that store. Shot!” When Plies saw this, he couldn’t help but ask the million-dollar question. “I Wonder Why He Wants To Shoot & Kill The Looters?????” he tweeted. “Why Didn’t He Think Someone Should Shoot The People Who Stormed The Capital (Jan. 6th)???”

Donald Trump recently gave his thoughts on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, aka “Traylor”. Speaking to The Daily Caller aboard his private jet, Trump weighed in on the newly-announced couple. “I wish the best for both of them. I hope they enjoy their life, maybe together, maybe not — most likely not,” the former President said during a flight to Michigan.

Trump has a surprisingly deep history with Swift. During the early 2010s, he appeared to be a pretty big fan of the music superstar. He called her “terrific” in 2012 and was seen listening to “Blank Space” in 2014. However, as Swift began to find her political voice, Trump significantly cooled on her. “Let’s just say I like Taylor’s music about 25% less now, OK?” Trump told reporters in 2018 after Swift made tweets criticizing him. The former President hasn’t said much about Swift in recent years. However, Swift did vow to help “kick him out of office” in a Tweet made a few weeks before the 2020 election.

In recent weeks, Swift, who we’ve established is anti-Trump, sparked a voting registration boom. After she promoted the voting registration site vote.org on Instagram, the site reported receiving over 35,000 new signups. Given her anti-Trump lean, Swift could be instrumental in mobilizing young voters during general election season next year.

Meanwhile, Trump remains far and away the favored candidate of the Republican Party. Most recent polling places the former President at 54%, nearly 40 points higher than his closest rival, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. However, things aren’t as peachy in the national simulations. Most polls have Trump tied with or losing to President Joe Biden in a rematch of 2020. A recent NBC poll had the pair tied at 46%. While Trump will be in Iowa for a campaign event this weekend, Swift will be in New Jersey to watch Kelce and the Chiefs take on the Jets.

Donald Trump slammed his former friend, Howard Stern, in a lengthy rant on his media platform, Truth Social, in the middle of the night. At approximately 2:00 AM, EST on Saturday, the former president labeled Stern “disloyal” and accused him of going “woke.”

The comments come after Stern criticized Trump during a recent episode of his radio show. He had described “woke” as a “compliment.” “To me the opposite of woke, is being asleep,” he said. “And if woke means I can’t get behind Trump, which is what I think it means, or that I support people who want to be transgender or I’m for the vaccine, dude call me woke as you f*cking want.” He went on to reflect on his appreciation for the COVID-19 vaccine. “Fucking science. On Monday, August 14, 2023, Trevian Kutti was indicted alongside Trump and 17 other alleged co-conspirators for attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election. After that, Kutti was arrested. She famously turned herself in on August 25, one day after Trump did.

Trevian Kutti has been active in the fashion and entertainment scenes for a while. The Nebraska native opened a luxury high-heel shoe store called G’Bani with her husband in 1997. Although she gained a footing in the fashion industry prior to launching the store, G’Bani certainly helped her gain wider recognition. While she received backlash for dealing with Kanye West, she received considerably more flack for representing Kelly, due to the gravity of his crimes, although stepped down from her role as the R&B singer’s publicist in 2018. Furthermore, her open support of former President Trump has also brought her some heat. Also, in 2020, Kutti was criticized for a number of comments she made that were deemed insensitive and abhorrent. Seemingly unapologetic, she referred to Toi W. Hutchinson as a “slave,” and promised to “keep my knee on Toi W. Hutchinson’s neck” while lobbying for Canadian cannabis firm, Red White and Bloom.

Indictment And Arrest

A total of 19 individuals were indicted for their involvement in the alleged attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election in favor of Trump. Furthermore, a total of 41 counts were brought against them. Kutti, Trump, and all 17 other co-defendants turned themselves in within the two weeks that followed. Trevian Kutti was booked at the Fulton County Jail on August 25 on racketeering charges. She has now been granted a $75,000 bond.
