Rudolph William Louis Giuliani, commonly known as Rudy Giuliani, began his high-profile career in New York’s fiercely contested arenas of law and politics. As the U.S. Associate Attorney General and then the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, he crafted a reputation as a no-nonsense prosecutor, tackling mafia cases with an iron fist. By the time he took the oath as New York City’s Mayor in 1994, Rudy was already a household name. His tenure during the tragic events of September 11 cast him into international renown. Giuliani’s mayoral leadership was characterized by initiatives to reduce crime, improve quality of life, and navigate the city through the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. Dubbed “America’s Mayor” post 9/11, his leadership during the crisis added a veneer of invincibility to his public image. However, politics wasn’t his only stage. Following his mayoral tenure, he explored a presidential run, dabbled in broadcasting, and even authored books, continually adding layers to his diverse career.

While his professional life has been under the magnifying glass, Giuliani’s personal life hasn’t shied away from headlines. With three marriages, public health challenges, and a penchant for candid expressions, Giuliani has been a consistent fixture in tabloids and dailies alike. His associations, particularly in recent political scenarios, have stirred both applause and criticism, painting a multifaceted portrait of the man.

Away from the political sphere, Giuliani capitalized on his reputation and expertise. Founding Giuliani Partners, a management and security consulting firm, he ventured into areas where his insights were highly sought after. His advisory roles, speaking engagements, and consultancy projects across various sectors, including cybersecurity, played a pivotal role in building his considerable wealth. Unfortunately for Giuliani, in 2023, he was named in a lengthy indictment involving former President Donald Trump attempting to allegedly overthrow the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Mob Members Reportedly ‘F—in Thrilled’ Rudy Giuliani Indicted on RICO Charges

Rudy Giuliani Reportedly Hospitalized After Being Diagnosed With COVID-19

Rudy Giuliani is one of 19 defendants in a RICO charge in the state of George over Trump-led attempts to overthrow the election. The former mayor of New York City was the subject of an interview with The Messenger with mafia lawyer Murray Richman. Speaking on the RICO indictment, Richman stated some of his clients are happy about the case.

“You can quote me to say, ‘They’re fucking thrilled,” said Richman. “I don’t want to say the language, but they really ripped Rudy a new asshole.”

Complex notes Giuliani used RICO cases to indict crime figures during his NYC tenure with the desire to “wipe out the five families.” Richman revealed the jailed mobsters love Trump but are “unified in their position of hating fucking Rudy.”

Former New York City Mayor and attorney to former President Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, faces a significant legal hurdle as he confronts RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) charges. This move by authorities highlights the complexity and seriousness of the case against him.

RICO is designed to combat organized crime by targeting individuals involved in a pattern of racketeering activity through an enterprise. It allows prosecutors to charge defendants for being part of a criminal organization, even if they didn’t directly commit the crimes themselves. This framework makes it possible to prosecute those who have aided, abetted, or conspired with the organization in any capacity.

To prove RICO charges, prosecutors must demonstrate that a defendant participated in an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity. This requires linking a series of criminal acts committed over a specified period. The challenge lies in proving the activity pattern and the defendant’s knowledge and intent to engage in it. RICO charges, typically used to target organized criminal enterprises, have been invoked in this case due to the complex and interconnected nature of the alleged activities.

Giuliani’s organized crime charges in Georgia under the state’s Rico law stem from Trump’s alleged involvement in a scheme to influence the 2020 U.S. presidential election by pressuring Ukrainian officials to investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. Prosecutors claim that Giuliani acted as a conduit for foreign interests, including Ukrainian officials, to interfere in the election illegally.

Prosecutors are exploring whether Giuliani’s actions amounted to a pattern of illicit behavior characterized by fraud, bribery, and other offenses. RICO charges signify the government’s intent to prove that Giuliani’s actions were not isolated incidents but rather part of a broader scheme. While RICO charges are typically associated with traditional organized crime syndicates, they have been applied in various cases involving financial fraud, political corruption, and white-collar crime. Giuliani’s situation exemplifies the broad application of RICO to encompass a wide range of criminal activities.

The burden of proof in a RICO case is demanding, requiring the prosecution to demonstrate the existence of an enterprise engaged in a pattern of racketeering and the defendant’s involvement in the enterprise and their knowledge of its illegal activities. This can include activities such as bribery, extortion, money laundering, and fraud.

Giuliani’s legal team will likely challenge the charges by scrutinizing the government’s evidence and attempting to prove that his actions did not meet the criteria for a RICO charge. They might argue that he acted as an attorney and engaged in legitimate activities rather than a criminal enterprise.

As the legal proceedings unfold, the Giuliani case will undoubtedly draw attention to applying RICO charges in non-traditional contexts and the extent to which political figures can be held accountable under these statutes. Regardless of the outcome, this case could set a precedent for future prosecutions involving individuals accused of manipulating the political landscape for personal gain.

Court Docs Reveal Rudy Giuliani Told a Woman: ‘Your T*ts Belong to Me’

ftngiulianix

In an audio clip, former New York City mayor and current Trump advisor Rudy Giuliani tell a woman, “Your t*ts belong to me.”

The remarks are noted in court documents from his current civil sexual assault case. Giuliani says to Noelle Dunphy “Come here, big t*ts. Your t*ts belong to me. Give them to me [indiscernible]. I want to claim my t*ts. These are my t*s.” Dunphy filed her Manhattan Supreme Court case on Late Monday.

According to the New York Daily News, Giuliani also told the woman, “Nobody else can get near these” and “I’m very f*cking possessive. I’ve gone easy on you.”

In May, amidst multiple legal challenges, Giuliani faced a lawsuit from Dunphy, who accused him of sexual assault and harassment during her employment from January 2019 to 2021 when he served as then-President Donald Trump’s lawyer. Dunphy claimed that Giuliani still owed her wages, which he sought to settle after his contentious divorce with his wife, Judith. Shocking allegations in the suit included Giuliani pressuring her to lie to the FBI, engaging in inappropriate conduct like forcing her into oral sex while on the phone with Trump and making her join work video conferences while unclothed.

‘The Late Show’ Imagines A Hilarious Eminem Response To Rudy Giuliani’s Super Bowl Rant

Ever since his official debut in 1999, Eminem has been a lightning rod for controversy. He’s mellowed out a lot since then, but it appears he still has the juice to get the establishment all riled up, 23 years later. While many folks agreed with Britney Spears regarding his performance during Dr. Dre’s Super Bowl halftime show, some more conservative viewers freaked out, with one coining the term “sexual anarchy” to describe the largely sexless performance.

One, Rudy Giuliani, went on a baffling tirade against Eminem specifically for kneeling after completing his set, presumably in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick’s 2016 protests against police brutality. Giuliani, popping up on a conservative talk radio show, seemed to equate Eminem’s action with a (nonexistent) rise in crime in Los Angeles, and said that the NFL “made a mockery out of law enforcement.” Yeah, I don’t know what world this guy thinks he lives in either… I kid. I know he’s just shilling to his paranoia-ridden base.

And while Eminem himself has yet to respond to the bad-faith, disingenuous rant, it looks like Stephen Colbert was more than happy to take over some of that workload on last night’s episode of The Late Show, employing a soundalike — similarly to when he lampooned Nicki Minaj’s “cousin’s swollen balls” tall tale — to imagine Eminem’s frankly hilarious response to Giuliani. Set to Em’s “Lose Yourself,” the song that the rapper performed at the Super Bowl (and one of his least offensive songs ever), the remixed track takes aim at Rudy’s many (many) missteps over the past couple of years, from his Borat embarrassment to his stumping for the failed January 6 coup.

Rudy Giuliani Is Picking A Fight With Eminem For Taking A Knee At The Super Bowl: ‘Go To Another Country’

When Rudy Giuliani isn’t shooting Cameo videos, making incoherent speeches, or making a fool of himself on The Masked Singer in order to try and make a dent in his ever-mounting legal bills, he hosts his own radio program—the cleverly titled Rudy Giuliani Show. Earlier this week, as Newsweek reports, he did the Disgraced MAGA Stooge version of Monday morning quarterbacking when he decided to rage against Eminem’s decision to take a knee during the Super Bowl Halftime Show. And he didn’t mince words:

“Let’s get right to Eminem taking a knee: Why doesn’t he go to another country? I mean, go take a knee someplace else. You know how many cops were defending him and protecting him at that game yesterday? I mean, crime is way out of control in Los Angeles. He thinks that all happened because everybody loves Eminem? The simple reality is the NFL has made a mockery out of law enforcement, particularly with its support for the cop-killing Black Lives Matter.”

If that entire diatribe is confusing to you, you are not alone. The main point to be gathered from it is that Giuliani—much like Donald Trump—either really, truly does not understand that taking a knee has become a quiet and peaceful way for individuals to protest racism and police brutality. Or he’s just playing dumb, and if it’s the latter it’s a role he has perfected.

But the Detroit rapper wasn’t the only performer Rudy took issue with. He also went off on Snoop Dogg—or, as Giuliani calls him, “Snoop ‘Kill Police’ Doggie Dogg”—saying that he doesn’t understand what he’s saying, then gave an impromptu performance of what Snoop’s music sounds like to him, which sounded more like two bears mating. In other words: Come for the Eminem banter, stay for the Snoop talk. You can watch the full clip below.

Rudy Giuliani Improbably Popped Up On ‘The Masked Singer,’ Causing Judges Ken Jeong And Robin Thicke To Storm Off In Protest

Warning: This post contains spoilers for Wednesday night’s episode of The Masked Singer.

If you ever find yourself working directly for a disgraced leader who’s been accused of corruption and fascism and are worried about your future, fret not! You can always find a second life on some trash game show. Sean Spicer, who bullied and lied to journalists as Donald Trump’s first White House press secretary, improbably wound up on Dancing with the Stars. Sarah Palin, recently seen jeopardizing the health of New Yorkers by dining out after testing positive for COVID, was among the unmasked (in more ways than one) on The Masked Singer.

Speaking of, as per Deadline, on Wednesday’s episode of the singing-themed reality show, the big reveal was so shocking it reportedly prompted two of the judges to storm off in protest. Who could be that polarizing? Why, it’s Trump’s cash-strapped, legally doomed, accident-prone personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani.

When one of the masked singers was revealed to be one of the key players in Trump’s failed attempts to overturn democracy, judges Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke furiously fled the scene. The other two judges, Nicole Scherzinger and Jenny McCarthy, who was anti-vaxx before everyone else, remained and engaged in some banter with the guy responsible for such classics as “Four Seasons Total Landscaping” and “Mystery Black Goo Pouring Down Head.” Jeong and Thicke eventually returned.

In any case, it’s probably a bit too early to be normalizing alleged crooks who have yet to have been punished. But then, Rudy probably needs the dough.
