Xzibit’s Ex-Wife Demands $230K For Bills

Xzibit’s been having some difficulties in divorce court these days. The former MTV host’s ex-wife, Krista Joiner, filed for an increase in child support two months ago. Additionally, she made claims at the time that Xzibit hadn’t seen his son in half a year. Prior to her request, the rapper was paying a whopping $6,000 in overall support. While $2,239 went to child support, the other $3,702 a month went to spousal support.

Furthermore, according to court documents obtained by Radar, Joiner wants to increase the total to $14,000. Xzibit is to pay out child support ’til his 12-year-old son turns 18. She recalled the last time the rapper saw their son Gatlyn, was around Xzibit’s birthday in September 2022. His estranged wife also mentioned that their son tried to call on Christmas and claimed Xzibit refused to answer. Not only that, she dove deeper into the rapper’s finances, revealing that tax documents show otherwise. Despite claiming to only earn $25,000 a month, the tax documents display that he earns $45,000 a month.

Xzibit Is Goin’ Through It

Currently, Xzibit’s ex-wife is now demanding even more money. Joiner is demanding the former Pimp My Ride host pay another $230,000 to help pay for her legal fees and other expenses. According to more documents obtained by Radar Online, Joiner claims the rapper has more than enough to pay the whopping amount. She pointed out Xzibit’s multiple streams of income, including his thriving cannabis business. Moreover, the rap icon’s estranged spouse addressed the sale of their $579,000 home, along with his jewelry collection valued at over $800,000.

As if that wasn’t enough, she said the rapper should sell his $350,000 2018 Rezvani Jeep (why not?). Krista filed for divorce from Xzibit in 2021 after seven years of marriage. The former couple were together since 2001 and had two children together, however, one tragically passed 11 days after birth. She continued to tell the court that she’s behind on her legal bills and needs support since she’s unemployed and looking for work. Tia Mowry & Cory Hardrict Divorce Finalized

When Tia Mowry announced that she filed for divorce from Cory Hardrict last year, fans of the famous couple were shocked. “These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness,” the Twitches actress wrote at the time. “I am grateful for all the happy times we had together. I want to thank my friends, family, and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives,” she added after mentioning their plans to co-parent their two children, Cairo and Cree.

That was six months ago, and now, Entertainment Tonight reports that the legalities have been finalized. Documents obtained by the outlet reveal that Hardrict and Mowry “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.” The 44-year-old requested joint legal and physical custody with her ex last October. She also asked for a termination of the court’s ability to award spousal support based on their premarital agreement.

Since initially filing, both exes have been mostly cordial to one another and even spent last Christmas together. “Family will ALWAYS be Family. Merry Christmas from our family to yours,” Tia captioned her commemorative Instagram post. Mowry revealed ahead of Valentine’s Day on Twitter that she’s confident in her ability to secure another relationship. “I know love will find me again,” she affirmed on February 10. Surprisingly, she hasn’t publicly been linked to anyone else since announcing her breakup.

The former child star recently opened up about her feelings to her followers, writing, “If I’m being completely honest with you all, these last few months have been some of the hardest of my life,” in the caption of some sweet photos with her little ones. “There’s no telling what direction life is going to take you and nothing but one thing is ever certain: the love I have for these two,” she additionally noted. Stevie J Must Return “Stolen” Benz To Faith Evans

It looks like Stevie J is about to be down a vehicle, according to recent court documents. Stevie J and Faith Evans, who are currently in the middle of a divorce battle, are at odds over a Mercedes-Benz. Evans claims that Stevie stole the car. Evans and her legal team recently filed an emergency motion. In it, she stated that she purchased the 2023 Mercedes with her own money earlier this year. However, Stevie took the keys and drove away with the vehicle in mid-April. When Evans asked for the car to be returned, Stevie allegedly declined. This prompted Evans to file a police report for a stolen vehicle. The court has since granted Evans’ motion and ordered Stevie to return the car immediately.

In addition to the motion to have her Benz returned, Faith Evans also filed a motion. This time, it was to ensure that Stevie J didn’t drive any of her other cars. “The insurance policy does not cover [Stevie], and he is unauthorized to drive,” it says. Evans also specified that she paid upwards of $160,000 in cash for the car and that Stevie’s license is suspended. Therefore, he shouldn’t be driving her cars to begin with. This is all in stark contrast to what the couple showed last summer. Their behavior at the time had some thinking they might make things work.

Stevie and Faith’s Messy Split

Stevie J and Faith Evans’ split has been a long time coming. The couple were already seriously at odds for quite some time. However, last year, it seemed that they might be making an effort to fix things. On Mother’s Day, Stevie J took to Instagram to apologize to Evans for many of the things her had done. “Faith Rene Jordan I’ve hurt you, disrespected you and humiliated you in front of the world,” he said in the post. “From this day forward I promise to listen to your feelings and be more delicate with your heart. I also promise to build you up even more & to communicate daily with you, respect you and love on you until you’re as happy as you were when we got married.” It was a pretty bold move on Stevie’s part. He closed out the post by begging for her forgiveness.

When the couple were seen together on the beach last July, it seemed that they may have found a way to make things work. However, given the motions that were recently filed, that does not appear to be the case any longer. What happened between now and then is a mystery, but motions like this typically aren’t filed when things are going well in a relationship. Drake Bell’s Wife Files For Divorce

Drake Bell has had quite the week. A few days ago, he was reported missing. His brother said he could be suicidal over custody issues. In a statement, police described the car he may be driving. “He should be traveling in a 2022 grey BMW and his last known location is potentially the area of Mainland High School on 4/12/2023 just before 9 PM,” they said. “He is considered missing and endangered.” Luckily, he was found completely fine, but that was not the end of his bad week.

Throughout the years, Bell has faced several legal troubles. In 2021, he was sentenced to a two-year probation period for endangering a minor due to his relationship with a 15-year-old girl whom he met during a concert in 2017. He later confessed to attempting to endanger a minor and distributing harmful content to juveniles. In addition, he was mandated to complete 200 hours of community service in California. During his 2021 sentencing, Bell admitted to his wrongdoing, expressed regret, and apologized to the victim and anyone else who may have been affected by his actions.

Bell’s Messy Relationship History

Today, Drake’s wife of four years filed for divorce. For those paying attention, this likely comes as no surprise. In 2020, Drake’s former fling accused him of abuse. She originally accused him in a number of TikTok videos. Then, she took to Instagram to explain further. “Everyone that really knows me and has been a friend of mine for the past 15 years, knows all too well of the abuse that Drake Bell put me through,” she wrote. “I have so many witnesses, I have photos, it was my life. If you don’t believe me, it is clear to me what kind of person you are, and I don’t need that on my side.”

Drake, of course, denied the accusations of abuse. He made a statement on the situation, as well. “As our relationship ended — more than a decade ago — we, unfortunately, both called each other terrible names, as often happens when couples are breaking up,” Bell says. “But that is it. Shannon Sharpe Responds To Resurfaced Clip In Which He Claims He Once Paid For A Woman’s Divorce

Shannon Sharpe is easily one of the most interesting people on sports talk television. Of course, he was a legend in the NFL, and now, he gets to sit across from Skip Bayless every day on Undisputed. Overall, Sharpe is an amazing character who always keeps the fans captivated. Although you may not always agree with what he has to say, you cannot help but love his approach to the broadcasting world. In almost every episode, you can be sure that there will be at least one comment or anecdote that will have you rolling on the floor.

Recently, Shannon Sharpe found himself at the center of a viral Twitter campaign. An old clip was resurfaced on Twitter that depicts him telling Skip Bayless a very interesting story. As you can see below, Sharpe explains the time that he was so in love with a woman, he paid for her divorce. Subsequently, Bayless was pretty shocked by the revelation. However, Sharpe maintained that he was so confident in his love for this woman that he expedited her situation. You can probably figure out why something like this would go viral.

Although, Sharpe seems a bit confused as to why this is news. Consequently, he took to Twitter to sound off on the situation. “When I originally said this you didn’t repost it now months and months after the fact,” Sharpe wrote. “You repost it now. The clown(s) that paid you to repost it should get their money bck because I promise you and them it’s not having the impact they think. WE’RE GOOD OVER HERE.” From there, one fan replied noting that Sharpe did, in fact, make these comments. This led to another response in which Sharpe wrote “I ABSOLUTELY said it and did it You be more shocked at who paid to get it reposted than what I originally did.”

At this point, the nature of virality remains a mystery. However, for someone like Sharpe, it is always expected that you can become the main character on Twitter at any time. Eva Marcille Files For Divorce From Husband After 5 Years Of Marriage

Another Real Housewife of Atlanta shocked us with news of a separation. Eva Marcille has filed for divorce from husband Michael Sterling after 5 years of marriage. The couple and their adorable family wowed audiences on Bravo’s hit series when Eva’s husband agreed to adopt her child from a previous relationship.

According to the court documents filed on March 23, 2023, in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Eva cited the marriage as being “irretrievably broken” and declared that there was no possibility of reconciliation.

During their marriage, they welcomed two children together —Michael Todd Sterling Jr. and Maverick.

Michael also serves as father to Eva’s daughter, Marley, from a previous relationship.

Neither Eva nor Michael have commented publicly on their split.

They were a beautiful blended family who let reality television cameras into their lives, but Eva Marcille and Michael Sterling‘s marriage is over. The model rose to prominence following her explosive stint on America’s Next Top Model years ago. However, she found a new career in unscripted TV after adding her peach to the Real Housewives of Atlanta. The drama unfolded as it usually would, but viewers were able to escape the in-fighting when the Sterlings showed off their growing brood.

Today (March 28), TMZ reported that Eva Marcille is ready to call it quits and filed divorce papers in Georgia. She and her attorney husband seemed to have a cooperative relationship, and there weren’t any obvious signs of things turning sour. TMZ further shared that in the docs, Eva stated she and Sterling were already separated. The reason for the divorce wasn’t implicitly apparent, but she did blame “irreconcilable differences.”

Eva Marcille Wants Custody

Additionally, it’s reported that Eva wants legal and primary physical custody of their three children. The model has also asked the court to issue child support and wants everything she and Michael have acquired during the marriage to be split equally. The actress shares her eldest, Marley Rae, with singer Kevin McCall. She’d previously accused McCall of being violent during their relationship, and his antics on social media caused concern. Eva would later change Marley Rae’s last name to Sterling.

Meanwhile, Eva and Michael were married in 2018, and just this past October, Marcille was raving about her husband. She shared a video of their wedding and seemed overwhelmed with love. The pair even had a TV wedding, exchanging vows on Real Housewives. Neither party has spoken about the split. It is unclear how long they have been separated.

Just a week ago, the paparazzi caught up with Eva was didn’t have an issue referring to Michael as her husband. However, she had yet to share that she was a newly single woman—kind of, so that would be expected. A quick look at Eva Marcilles Instagram page shows that Sterling has been noticeably absent for some time. However, Eva hasn’t removed photos of her ex, hinting that this may be an amicable divorce.
