Trevor Ariza Child Support Settlement Revealed

Trevor Ariza will be required to pay $10,000 a month in child support. Additionally, he will cover all schooling and medical expenses. Furthermore, Ariza will make a one-time payment of $664,000 to his ex-wife, Bree Anderson. The public details of the child support agreement come after months of bitter legal disputes between the former NBA player and his ex-wife. Previously, Anderson had sought $60,000 a month from Ariza. Meanwhile, Ariza argued that his income had significantly declined since he retired from the league in 2022.

“The total amount of the equalization payment is a compromise between the Parties and each Party agrees that the equalization payment equitably divides the community assets and debts, and other claims that either Party has or may have against the other in connection with this dissolution of marriage proceeding,” documents regarding the agreement read. Furthermore, the pair agreed to forgo direct contact with one another. They will be required to remain 50 feet apart while jointly attending events for their children. While they will share custody, co-parenting will seemingly be limited.

Ariza retired from the NBA in 2022 after 18 years in the league. His career included one ring, won back in 2009 with the Lakers. Based on contractual data, it’s believed that Ariza earned somewhere in the region of $116 million during his career. During child support hearings, Anderson argued that she and their children had enjoyed a “lavish lifestyle” while she was with Ariza. As a result, she argued that a similar level of quality should not be denied to their children following the divorce.

Furthermore, Anderson will earn one-half interest from Ariza’s NBA retirement fund. However, she will not receive spousal support or help paying things such as credit card bills. Meanwhile, Anderson will reside in the couple’s home in San Diego while Ariza will use the property in Playa Vista. Additionally, they will share joint custody of their two children. The logistics of this clause were questioned by some given the agreement to remain 50 feet apart and not communicate directly.

Damian Lillard has filed for divorce from his wife Kay’La. Lillard filed the motion in Clackamas County Circuit Court and the news was first reported by the Willamette Week. The Lillards have been married since 2021 but have been together since their college days at Weber State. However, Lillard’s filing cites “irreconcilable differences” and suggests that the couple has been living apart since December 2022. The couple have three children together – a five-year-old and two-year-old twin daughters.

Furthermore, the October 2 filing came less than a week after Lillard was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks. Given that the couple appears to have been separated for almost a year, it’s unclear what impact Lillard’s trade had on the decision to formally file for divorce. Lillard’s attorney did not respond to the Willamette Week‘s request for comment. Meanwhile, Lillard is not currently available to the media as he is attending the Bucks’ training camp.

The Blazers traded Jrue Holiday to the Boston Celtics for two first-round picks, Robert Williams III, and Malcolm Brogdon. However, Holiday’s brief time in Portland was not unexpected. After acquiring the veteran defensive star, the Blazers had made it clear that they would be looking to trade him given their complement of young, developing players at the guard position. Cher Accused Of Hiring Men To Kidnap Her Son

Cher stands accused of hiring four men to kidnap her son, Elijah Blue Allman, from his New York hotel on the night of his wedding anniversary in November 2021. Allman’s estranged wife, Marie Angela King, outlined the allegations in a court declaration she filed on December 4, in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The report became public, only recently, amid the couple’s ongoing divorce.

“After spending these 12 days together in NY… four people came to our hotel room and removed [Allman] from our room,” King claimed. She further added that she was “told by one of the four men who took him that they were hired by [Allman’s] mother.”

From there, King admitted that she was worried about Allman’s safety. “I am currently unaware of my husband’s wellbeing or whereabouts,” King wrote at the time. “I am very concerned and worried about him.” She added: “Since August 2022, I have been told that I am not allowed to see or speak to [Allman] who is currently in lockdown at a treatment facility that is undisclosed to me. I am also told [Allman] has no access to his phone.” King concluded the filing: “I understand his family’s efforts to make sure he is well, and I want what is best for my husband.”

Allman is the son of Cher and her ex-husband, Gregg Allman. The two married just days after Cher’s split from Sonny Bono in 1975 and welcomed Allman in 1976. As for the full comments, Mai had been speaking about her relationship with her previous husband, Freddy Harteis, during an episode of The Real. “I loved Black guys, but for me, dark meat on the side, white [meat] keeps me mean and lean. I used to date Black men, I think they’re attractive. But what I decided to stick to is, because it just kept me happiest, was my man Freddy who happens to be white,” she said at the time. Jeezy filed for divorce in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia on September 14.
