Ralfy The Plug Presses The Red Button On New Remble Diss Track “Jada Pinkett”

Ralfy The Plug and Remble seem to be at odds right now. For those who may not know, Ralfy The Plug is the brother of Drakeo The Ruler. Overall, the two have had numerous collaborations in the past. Furthermore, with Drakeo’s passing, Ralfy has been quick to call out any disrespect against his brother. As for Remble, he has also collaborated with Drakeo, and it seems like he never really had many good things to say about Ralfy.

Earlier this week, Remble dropped off a “Not Like Us” freestyle that was over four minutes long. This was a comeback track for Remble who hadn’t dropped in quite some time. Immediately, it became clear that this song was addressing a few people, with both Ralfy and Drakeo mentioned by name. Not long after this song came out, Ralfy The Plug came through with a response of his own. You can listen to the track below, which is called “Jada Pinkett.”

Ralfy The Plug Claps Back

With this new track, Ralfy The Plug samples The Undertaker’s infamous bell sound. Furthermore, he disses Remble the whole way through, while also invoicing the artist’s label. Of course, this is meant to be a taunt for Remble using Ralfy’s name to get clicks. As it stands, fans are divided on who is winning this beef. If one thing is for certain, however, it is that this is the year of rap beef. Everyone is battling, and there is no end in sight.

Mustard Approves Of Battlecat Remix To Kendrick Lamar‘s “Not Like Us”

Mustard is a fan of a new remix of his Kendrick Lamar song, “Not Like Us,” that Battlecat shared on Instagram, on Tuesday. When the beat-maker shared a clip of Soulection co-founder Joe Kay performing the remix during a recent DJ set, he captioned the post: “BANG THE ‼ CLASSICS WIT A NEW CLASSIC & THIS HAPPENS.” Amorphous handled production on the effort. In the comments section, Mustard, who produced the original song for Lamar, left several fire emojis.

Mustard teamed up with Lamar for the song amid his ongoing feud with Drake. In the lyrics, Lamar targets the Toronto rapper with bars about his crew allegedly being made up of pedophiles. He raps: “To any b*tch that talk to him and they in love / Just make sure you hide your lil’ sister from him / They tell me Chubbs the only one that get your hand-me-downs / And Party at the party playin’ with his nose now / And Baka got a weird case, why is he around? / Certified Lover Boy? Certified pedophiles.”

Joe Budden Appears To Diss Rory & Mal In Freestyle Over Drake’s “Family Matters,” But He’s Since Labeled It A.I.

Joe Budden seemingly dissed his former podcast co-hosts, Rory and Mal, in a freestyle over Drake’s “Family Matters,” earlier this week. “It’s clear to me you can’t see the books/ It’s clear to me you think I’m a crook,” Budden raps at one point, addressing the rumors of the financial issues that led to their separation. When Elliott Wilson shared the freestyle on social media, Budden replied with, “AI smh.”

Fans shared plenty of laughs in response to the post. “They tried to AI the cohosts laughs too… nobody can AI Ish laugh fam,” one user wrote. “It’s clear you didn’t speak to your lawyer is hilarious! Please,” another added. Others flooded the section with laughing emojis.

Rory and Mal previously labeled Budden a “thief” and a “cat burglar” over their allegations about a financial disagreement. They also criticized him after Complex named him the number one voice in Hip Hop media in a list, last year. Budden seemingly responded during an episode of his podcast. “Instead of critiquing people’s placement on this list, we need more critiquing on why you’re not on it,” he said at the time. “To everyone not on it, shut the f*ck up. There’s some steps that you n****s have missed.” Check out Budden’s A.I.-created freestyle below.

Kendrick Lamar & Pharrell Link In The Studio In Resurfaced Clip, Fans Relate It To Drake Beef

A clip of Pharrell praising a young Kendrick Lamar in the studio is resurfacing on social media amid the two rapper’s beef with Drake. Fans believe Pharrell was unhappy with Drake dissing him on the track, “Meltdown,” which prompted Lamar to call out Drake for doing so on his song, “Euphoria.” In the old video, Pharrell shares some advice for Lamar.

“All that jazz sh*t that you have in your music, that’s the sh*t man. Do not lose the producers,” Pharrell advises Lamar. “It’s interesting to me that you guys did harder music but with like the chords.” When Akademiks shared the clip on Instagram, fans had mixed responses. “Idc who you are, beefing with Pharrell is top tier cornball sh*t,” one user wrote. Another added: “Pharrell don’t give a f*ck about those chains lmfao. Drake acts like he stole it off his neck lmfao goofy.”

Following the release of Lamar’s Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, Pharrell labeled him one of the greatest songwriters of his generation during an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music 1. “Kendrick is one of the greatest writers of our times, and he is a great writer because he knows how to be very disciplined with a subject matter,” Pharrell explained. “He knows that stickiness is important, and he knows that it has to feel great. So when we were making Mr. Morale, I watched the rhythms hit him and I watched it just bubble to the surface, whatever the song was making him feel, and I watched him commit to that, and I watched him stay disciplined. He’s different.”

50 Cent Promotes Meek Mill Diss Track From G-Unit Rapper, Alludes To Diddy

50 Cent just never gives up on trolling his opps online, and he’s been having a field day this year thanks to Meek Mill and Diddy’s animosity towards him. Moreover, his latest tactic on the Philly MC was to promote a diss track from his G-Unit artist and partner Mike Knox, who released the track “Rihmeek” to diss him. Some notable lines include “You went through it with Drake and lost Nicki, Rihmeek” and “You throwing all these tantrums on Twitter and nobody scared.” “@mikeknoxofficial had a few words for Meeka that girl quit but don’t think she ain’t hold her man down. LOL,” Fif captioned the song repost on Instagram, referring to Meek supporting Diddy amid his legal scandal.

Speaking of Diddy, 50 Cent has been his biggest hater all year, whether it’s legitimately blasting him for his alleged crimes or making endless jokes and trolls about him. The most recent development in this regard was more serious, as it centered around new footage of Sean Combs assaulting Cassie and then releasing an apology video after the clip spread like wildfire. “This is why they put that tape out, they know they can’t charge him with what we saw, but they know we can’t unsee what we saw,” the Queens MC expressed. “This [apology] is not going to work, who is advising him right now? SMH bad move.”

50 Cent Trolls Meek Mill Yet Again With G-Unit Diss Track Promo

Elsewhere, 50 Cent also believes that Diddy’s alleged secret tapes are what have kept many of his close peers silent amid this whole debacle. If they actually exist, they could potentially incriminate others in the criminal accusations against the Bad Boy mogul, out them as victims, or just expose their behavior. However, the existence of this footage from his parties is unknown, unconfirmed, and as of writing this article, purely speculative. But folks think that this isn’t the end.

For example, many outlets, celebrities who have commented on the matter, and social media users believe there is even more evidence out there. We’ll never really know unless some of this alleged evidence drops like a bombshell, much like the hotel hallway footage of Diddy and Cassie. But 50 Cent’s constant trolling will be there regardless, and Meek Mill might not be a big fan of this recent move. Is a response track on the way? Stay tuned…

Moneybagg Yo Disses BIG30 On Leaked Song, He Seems To Respond

It seems like Bread Gang Entertainment, Moneybagg Yo’s label, is facing some internal conflict at the moment, as an unreleased diss track seemingly against signee BIG30 surfaced online over the weekend. In it, he claims that there have been sneak disses and behind-the-scenes betrayals on BIG’s part, and that Bagg gave him all the resources necessary for his career. However, the label boss thinks that his artist fumbled the bag and just isn’t connecting with the fanbases anymore, as well as suggesting a gambling addiction. Furthermore, it’s not the best look for the former “GO!” collaborators, and hopefully they can resolve their issues through a clean rap battle or just a heart-to-heart.

However, BIG30 allegedly responded to Moneybagg Yo via a Facebook post from Friday (May 17) after he first heard the unreleased diss track. “And who tf said they gone die bout that lame a** s**t,” the Still King MC reportedly expressed, per AllHipHop. “That don’t even sound like me truth be told n***a recruited my n***a for protection. Sholl hope yeen never thought my n***a had super powers he couldn’t do it by his self fool a** n***a. You came to our hood for the muscle cause them folks starting putting pressure on his a** extortion only!! He still paying n***a to this day to stay off his ahh.

Drake’s Voice Replaces 2Pac & Snoop Dogg In Viral Fan Edit Of “Taylor Made Freestyle”

A fan on social media has edited a new version of Drake’s “Taylor Made Freestyle” that replaces 2Pac and Snoop Dogg’s A.I. verses with one from the Toronto rapper himself. Drake dropped the song as a diss track aimed at Kendrick Lamar back on April 19, but he took it down soon after when 2Pac’s estate threatened legal action.

The video has been getting plenty of support from fans in the comments section on YouTube. “This is the most brilliant way to use AI I’ve seen in a minute lol well done,” one fan remarked. Another user wrote: “Wouldve been so much better and funnier if he woulda did this instead. You saved it lil bro.”

2Pac’s estate described the song as “a flagrant violation of Tupac’s publicity and the Estate’s legal right” and “a blatant abuse of the legacy of one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time.” A statement from their lawyer continued: “The Estate would never have given its approval for this use. The unauthorized, equally dismaying use of Tupac’s voice against Kendrick Lamar, a good friend to the Estate who has given nothing but respect to Tupac and his legacy publicly and privately, compounds the insult.” Check out the latest fan version of the song below.

Fan Edits Drake Back Into “Taylor Made Freestyle”

Following the release of “Taylor Made Freestyle,” Drake shared several more songs targeting Lamar, including “Family Matters” and “The Heart Part 6.” Lamar, on the other hand, has dropped “Meet The Grahams,” “Not Like Us,” and more. Neither has responded since May 5, when Drake shared “The Heart Part 6.” Be on the lookout for further updates on Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s feud on HotNewHipHop.

TI Recalls Hearing Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” For The 1st Time At Usher’s House

TI says that he was at a barbecue at Usher’s house when he heard Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” for the first time. He detailed the moment the party caught wind of the diss track during a recent interview on Big Boy’s Neighborhood.

T.I. began by revealing that he’s been hearing the song played in the clubs. “I was at Usher’s house. We were having a little get-together. A barbecue or what have you,” he began. He added: “Any social circle you gather during that time period, that’s gonna be the conversation. So everybody was, just as you said, listening to the records as they dropped.” He then explained that as they were listening to “Family Matters,” T.I. noticed that “Not Like Us” dropped. “Those are moments that hip-hop created,” he said. From there, he revealed that they all went to the club and both diss tracks played. “It all stimulates the attention of this thing that we do, what we know and love so much. So, I think that any time you got two giants in a field that are worthy opponents, you know that can match wits with one another, I feel like it’s gon’ be good for the game,” he said.

Kendrick Lamar’s Recent Diss Tracks Leading To Massive Earnings

Big numbers has been the story of the entire Drake and Kendrick Lamar beef so far. They’re two of the highest-selling and most acclaimed artists in hip-hop and they released a series of rapid fire responses to each other’s claims as the beef raged on. There’s six different tracks from the beef that land in the top 20 of this weeks Hot 100, proving that the beef has also been a massive commercial success. Drake landed two tracks on the chart with “Push Ups” in its third week and “Family Matters” inside the top 10, but it was Kendrick whose putting up astonishing numbers.

Future & Metro Boomin’s “Like That” kicked the beef off in March and spent three weeks at the top spot on the Hot 100, where it still hovers in the top 10. The darkest song to spawn from the beef “Meet The Grahams” lands outside the top 10. But two of his tracks landed in the top three with “Euphoria” and “Not Like Us.” The latter has been particularly impressive, landing at the top spot on the Hot 100 with only 5 days of tracking compared to the usual 7. It’s also broken multiple streaming records, including some that were previously held by songs from Drake’s Certified Lover Boy. Now there’s a full portrait of just how much money the songs are making.

Kendrick Lamar’s Profit From Diss Tracks Revealed

According to the weekly song revenue chart, only three tracks pulled in more than $200k last week and Kendrick has two of them. “Not Like Us” leads all other songs with $277k, over $20k more than the runner up. All of his songs on the chart combine for more than $700k, though it’s unclear just how much of that will actually end up with Kendrick himself.

What do you think of Kendrick Lamar generating more than $700k from his Drake diss tracks? Do you think the profit from the beef adds extra evidence that it could have been set up by labels? Let us know in the comment section below.

The Game Explains Rick Ross Diss Amid Kendrick Lamar & Drake Beef: “Keep That Same Energy”

One of the oddest side quests to prop up in the Drake and Kendrick Lamar battle was the feud between Rick Ross and The Game, which manifested through the latter’s “Freeway’s Revenge” diss track against the former. Moreover, while Rozay beefed with Drake outright, there wasn’t much pre-existing tension between these new opponents, and Game’s name hadn’t come up once from any side in that 20v1… or 1v20, depending on how you look at it. As such, the Los Angeles MC called into The Joe Budden Podcast to explain his goals with his song, and to remark on what’s happened since.

“A n***a sitting around just trolling, n***a, keep that same energy, n***a,” The Game told Joe Budden and company of Rick Ross on Thursday’s episode (May 16). “Bump heads with a n***a that really do this s**t. Bro, he did respond with a f***ing cereal bowl, n***a… We know you f*** ing eat. We see you. I don’t think it’s wise… and if he does, it’s done. The rap n***as ain’t saying what the people in the comments are saying. The rap n***as know what I do.

The Game Reveals Why He Dissed Rick Ross On The Joe Budden Podcast: Watch

“A rare iguana in a motherf***ing koi pond not gonna do it here,” The Game continued. “You gotta rap. All that luxury s**t not gonna do it here.” For those unaware, Rick Ross responded to the Drillmatic spitter with a a couple of troll videos, which was most of his ammunition against Drake in the first place. Furthermore, it seems like the Maybach Music Group mogul didn’t really want any lyrical smoke this time, or at least thought that it was unnecessary to respond. Considering how the Kendrick Lamar battle played out, perhaps this wasn’t such a bad decision. After all, flexers are flexers, wordsmiths are wordsmiths, and the world revolves much easier when they know their place.

Still, all bets are off as to how Rick Ross and The Game could continue their battle outside of wax, although neither seems interested in the other’s primary form of engagement. Maybe this is just the kind of thing that we forget about in a couple of weeks, especially as there is still a lot of conversation and traction around Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s tracks. Whether or not more skirmishes and callouts emerge this year is a mystery. But we definitely have our hands full at this point.
