Maino Reflects On Diddy’s Sexual Assault Allegations, Makes Comparisons To COINTELPRO

In a recent sitdown on The Baller Alert Show, Maino offered his perspective on the sexual assault allegations against Diddy. However, rather than focusing solely on the allegations themselves, Maino discussed historical parallels. Furthermore, he drew comparisons to the FBI’s COINTELPRO (Counterintelligence Program) operations against Black political leaders of decades past. “Do you think it’s an agenda to destroy popular Black men?” one of the hosts asked. “If you knew anything about history in the 60s, these were some of the tactics they used to destroy you,” Maino elaborated.

Moreover, Maino’s remarks began with a touch of humor, as he jokingly commented on the name of one of Diddy’s accusers, producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. “You got some dude named Lil Rod,” Maino started. Then adding, “First of all, there should be a f*cking pause on his name. The n*gga’s name [is] Lil Rod? That’s pause.” Furthermore, moving beyond the lighthearted banter, Maino shifted the conversation towards a more serious tone, drawing parallels between the lawsuits accusing Diddy of sexual assault and the FBI’s COINTELPRO operations. He compared between the tactics used by the FBI in the 1960s and the media-fueled allegations and investigations against Diddy today. He suggesting a pattern of undermining Black leadership and perpetuating disunity. “They would put out misinformation,” he said. “They would send out letters, and it keeps us disorganized.” “Also, propaganda, which is fueled through the media, has always been used,” Maino continued. Furthermore, by invoking the historical context of COINTELPRO, Maino shed light on the broader implications of the allegations against Diddy.

In addition, he framed them within a context of systemic oppression and injustice. His remarks serve as a reminder of the enduring legacy of government surveillance and interference in Black activism, highlighting the need for vigilance and solidarity in the face of adversity. Cassie Reportedly Working With Feds Amid Diddy Investigation

Last week, two of Diddy’s mansions were raided by Homeland Security as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation, leaving many social media users shocked. The Bad Boy Records founder’s legal drama only appears to be heating up following a series of damning allegations kickstarted by his ex, Cassie. The songstress accused him of sexual assault, abuse, and more in a lawsuit filed in November. Roughly a day after her suit was filed, Cassie and Diddy settled.

Now, however, it appears as though investigators are looking to her for more information on the mogul, according to TMZ. Sources tell the outlet that she’s been cooperating with the feds for weeks now, potentially preceding the home raids. It’s possible that Cassie assisted them in establishing probable cause to get search warrants for Diddy’s mansions, though this is unconfirmed.

Cassie’s not the only one of Diddy’s alleged victims said to be working with authorities either. Reportedly, a few of his other accusers have also been in contact with officials in regard to his case, though their names have not been released. It also remains unclear exactly what kind of information Cassie allegedly gave officials. It’s speculated, however, that it’s similar to the allegations made in her bombshell lawsuit.

Stevie J Compares Diddy’s House Raid To El Chapo & Osama Bin Laden

Stevie J says the use of police force during Homeland Security’s raids on Diddy’s properties was comparable to the assassination of Osama Bin Laden. He detailed being inside the Miami home at the time during an interview with TMZ published on Tuesday. He began by claiming that he’s never witnessed Diddy doing anything for which he is accused.

“I was at his crib in his studio,” Stevie said, referring to Diddy’s mansion in Miami. “I was sitting outside the studio door and I heard a big ‘Boom!’ I’ve witnessed some historical events of excessive force but none like this. Since Saddam Hussein or El Chapo or Pablo Escobar… even Osama Bin Laden. I heard a big boom … I heard it again. Turn my head I’m hearing, ‘Doo-doo-doo-doo.’ Three big armored vehicles come, dudes jump out. I got 50 dots on my shirt screaming, ‘Get on the fucking ground.’ They took me outside, I asked to speak to the higher-ups, asked who was under arrest and they said, ‘No, you’re being detained.’ ‘I want to speak to the higher-ups.’ They said, ‘No, you’re not [under arrest], we’ll let you go.’”

Elsewhere in the interview, he brought up 50 Cent and the G-Unit rapper’s continuous posting about Diddy. “Uncle Tom cats like that. Now you wanna put me– I don’t know if y’all saw the post 50 posted about me. Of course you guys saw that,” he said. “You can’t brush under the rug– I don’t see anybody reporting about what Tatted Up Holly said about him beating her up and about these other baby mommas, beating her up. I just look at it as, he wants to bring the Black community down worse than anyone else.” He also brought up his previous offer to fight 50 for charity.

Diddy Raids: Misa Hylton Shares Security Cam Footage Calls Out Feds Excessive Use Of Force

Last week the hip-hop world was stunned by the news that two of Diddy’s properties were raided by feds. They revealed that it was in connection with an investigation into sex trafficking allegations against the rap mogul. They also intercepted his private jet at the airport in Miami where they arrested one of his associates. The focus of the investigation going forward appears to be directed at his private jet flight logs.

While footage of the properties after the raid made the rounds online quickly now footage of the actual raid itself is being unveiled. The most recent taste came from Misa Hylton, the mother of two of Diddy’s sons Justin and Christian. She shared the video to criticize the use of force deployed by the feds during the raid. “The over zealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!” her post begins. However, as Cuomo explained on the podcast, he believes that nothing is actually going to come from this. In fact, he thinks the Feds made some crucial errors here. For instance, Cuomo took particular issue with Diddy’s kids being placed in handcuffs. Ultimately, he thinks this could end very poorly for the Feds, especially if they don’t find anything. Either way, Cuomo’s take is an interesting one, and it is one that you have to take into consideration given the fact Diddy has not been charged with anything.

Just a year ago at the MET Gala, everything seemed fine for Diddy. He attended last year’s event alongside his girlfriend, City Girls rapper Yung Miami. But across the past 5 months or so things have completely unraveled for the rap mogul. Even last year’s MET Gala appearance has been swept up into the recent series of allegations made against him. Yung Miami’s lawyers were forced to pull out receipts of her getting fitted for her dress when she was mentioned in Lil Rod’s lawsuit.

According to RadarOnline, the allegations are catching up with Diddy just in time for this year’s MET Gala. They’re claiming that he’s being shunned from this year’s even and not receiving an invite. That doesn’t come as a huge surprise given how controversial of a figure he’s become in the year since. “The former fixture at the fashion event — who once held massive sway with his Sean John clothing line — won’t receive one of the coveted invites to this year’s event in the wake of his sexual assault lawsuits and federal sex trafficking investigation,” the statement they shared reads.

Diddy Raid: Ex-Motown CEO Confirms She Won’t Testify Against The Rap Mogul

Across the past few months, Diddy has faced numerous lawsuits from various accusers claiming decades of bad behavior. It all came to a head last week when the feds raided two of his properties in Miami and Los Angeles. They confirmed that it was part of an investigation into sex trafficking allegations against the rap mogul. In the week since, many of the people who have been involved in the allegations have spoken out.

The newest is the former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam. She was named in one particular lawsuit filed by producer Lil Rod back in February. She was accused of being aware that alcoholic beverages at parties hosted by Diddy were spiked with various illegal substances. Since then she’s been dropped from the case and took the chance to clarify the reason. “Mr. Blackburn has falsely represented to various social media sites and other media outlets that I agreed to ‘testify against’ Mr. Combs. This is completely untrue. I have no personal knowledge of any alleged wrongdoing by Mr. Combs and there is nothing I could testify to that would be against his interest,” she said to AllHipHop.

Other reports claim that the feds were specifically searching for electronics during the raid and grabbed any phones or computers they could find. Diddy Spotted Dancing & Smoking At His Miami Home Following Police Raids

Paparazzi caught Diddy taking a smoke break at his home in Miami on Sunday. In a video shared by The Hollywood Fix, the Bad Boy mogul dances to himself while smoking on the dock of his home with a towel over his shoulders. It comes after Homeland Security agents raided both that property and another in Los Angeles, last week.

As for those raids, Diddy’s attorney, Aaron Dyer, labeled them a “gross overuse of military-level force.” He also clarified in a statement: “Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way.”

In addition to the legal trouble, he has been facing numerous civil lawsuits related to sexual misconduct in recent months. Most recently, producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ accused him of sexual assault. In that lawsuit, Jones claimed Diddy once bragged about being responsible for the infamous 1999 nightclub shooting involving Shyne. In response, the RadarOnline reports federal agents could be looking into the matter. Michael Discioarro, a New York criminal defense attorney, told the New York Post: “They got eyes on him in Miami and the feds are talking to witness after witness. They’re corroborating everything they can. But everything past and present is on the table with Mr. Diddy right now.”
