Diddy’s family is undoubtedly going through a lot right now. Earlier this week, the Bad Boy Records founder was arrested in New York City following months of shocking allegations and lawsuits. According to TMZ, he was charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.” If found guilty, he could face a minimum of 15 years or a maximum of life in prison.

Despite the seriousness of his father’s current legal issues, Diddy’s son Christian “King” Combs was recently spotted with his girlfriend. He came out to support her at an event for her brand, Body by Raven Tracy. The two of them appeared to be in good spirits, with Tracy penning a heartfelt message about her partner on her Instagram Story shortly after.

“Yall know i love my man i love my man i love my man,” she wrote. “Don’t f*ckin play wit me.” Tracy also shared various photos of the two of them together, with King looking relatively unfazed. The photos arrive just after King’s publicist Linda Luna found herself in a great deal of backlash for her response to Diddy’s arrest.

“This Diddy controversy is truly so unfortunate,” her statement, shared on Facebook began. “I work with his son Christian as his publicist in the music area and I have worked with Justin too. I’ve been around Diddy many times. I’ve been to his parties and after-parties and I’ve never seen what they are claiming. Suge Knight Has A Cryptic Warning For Diddy After Arrest

Diddy’s legal battle is just beginning, as he was arrested earlier this week in NYC. He’s since been charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution,” according to TMZ. His bail request was denied for a second time on Wednesday, meaning he’ll remain at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn for the time being. Suge Knight, who’s also currently behind bars, recently offered him some words of advice on his prison podcast Collect Call with Suge Knight.

“I’ll tell you what Puffy, your life is in danger ’cause you know the secrets of who’s involved in that little secret room you guys are participating in,” he began. “You know they gonna get you if they can. It’s a little cr*zy how Puffy get booted out the alcohol business and Jimmy Iovine steps in with Andre [Dr. Dre] and Snoopy [Snoop Dogg] promoting it. That’s never a good look when it comes to the culture of Hip-Hop, our community and our people. I turned myself in. Sometimes you gotta face the music, that’s most of the time.”

Diddy’s Lawyer Reveals Why Mogul’s Been Placed On Suicide Watch

Earlier this week, PEOPLE reported that Diddy has been placed on suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn following his arrest. The sources the outlet spoke with described the mogul as “in shock,” and claimed that “his mental state is unclear.” Now, his lawyer Marc Agnifilo has confirmed this with TMZ. According to him, however, this doesn’t mean that Diddy is suicidal.

Agnifilo says the suicide watch was “issued by MDC officials,” and that it’s a standard procedure for “new, high-profile inmates.” He adds that he spent six hours at the facility yesterday with Diddy, who appeared in relatively good spirits.

He’s “not at all suicidal,” Aginifilo claims, and is instead “strong, healthy, confident and focused on his defense.” This is certainly good news, as it looks like Diddy has a long battle ahead of him. He’s been charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.” If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of 15 years, and a maximum sentence of life in prison.

He appeared in court for an appeal hearing earlier this week where he was denied bail for the second time. “The government has proven the defendant is a danger,” U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter said at the time. “The bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight.” Regardless, Aginifilo appears confident. “He’s going to clear his name and we’re going to stand by his side as he does,” he told reporters this week, per CNN. “We believe in him wholeheartedly.” What do you think of Diddy’s lawyer claiming that he’s “not at all suicidal” despite being on suicide watch? Diddy Arrest Footage Has Officially Been Released: Watch

Folks have been waiting to see whether or not the general public would get a closer look at the footage of the Diddy arrest. Now, thanks to TMZ, we have new video showing federal authorities placing him into custody. In the clip below, you can see a group of men greet Sean Combs when he walks into a New York City hotel, and then he cooperates and accompanies them out of view of the camera. Eventually, they head right back out of the hotel and the rest, as they say, is history. Some of the footage also shows how the group moved around the hotel as well, and you can see the body language.

Moreover, this follows some alleged claims from the late Kim Porter in a recently published book that is supposedly a compilation of diary entries she apparently wrote. In them, she allegedly claims that Diddy – with whom she shares three children – sexually engaged with young boys and physically assaulted her multiple times. However, the book’s publisher has not been able to prove that these are actually Porter’s writings, so take these accusations with a grain of salt. After all, it’s entirely possible that they are just fake statements and perspectives.

In addition, this also comes as folks are talking about the big picture of the Diddy case now that news of his arrest is a few days old. For example, Method Man recently pushed back on a TMZ reporter who asked him how this case will affect hip-hop culture. “I don’t think that it has anything to do with hip-hop,” the Wu-Tang MC posited. “What are we talking about here, really? It has nothing to do with hip-hop. I don’t see the correlation. If we’re talking about music and creative and stuff, there are people still listening to R. Kelly s**t.”

Elsewhere, we also have new information on what items authorities found during their raids on Diddy’s properties. These include some lewd but still legal items such as sex toys and bondage gear, but the more concerning development was the discovery of hidden cameras. During a recent conversation with the New York Post, one Homeland Security agent recalled some items allegedly found in Diddy’s Miami abode.

For one, the agent alleges that Diddy had entire rooms filled with sex toys, bondage gear, lingerie, and even hidden cameras. Allegedly, this is where his “freak offs” would take place. “So if you were in those sex parties, you were being recorded from every possible angle,” the agent told the outlet. “Including angles you wouldn’t have known about.”

“He also was able to watch the action remotely on his phone,” they added. “Cast it onto a TV in another part of the house… He didn’t have to be in the room when the sex was happening, although he frequently was.” Of course, this is far from all authorities allegedly found during the raids. Diddy’s indictment, which was unsealed earlier this week, lists additional items allegedly found in the Bad Boy Records founder’s homes.

“Law enforcement seized various Freak Off supplies including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant,” it reads. In addition to this, footage of the alleged freak offs was also discovered. Diddy Allegedly Denied Bail Due To Victim Intimidation & Bribery

XXL reportedly obtained alleged court documents on Thursday (September 19) that explain why the court denied Diddy’s bond request after his arrest and indictment. If you hadn’t heard, he faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Per these supposed court documents, Sean Combs lost out on bail because of his alleged intimidation and bribery of his alleged victims. He allegedly promised to cover victims’ rent, intimated them into lying about the sexually abusive crimes he’s accused of, trying to convince them to say their alleged sexual activity was consensual.

The supposed documents sum it up: Diddy allegedly “used his considerable wealth and influence to make victims rely on him financially, for example, by paying for their rent or their cars or by offering them career opportunities.” In addition, they claim that after the Cassie lawsuit in November of 2023, he allegedly called one of his victims to offer “support and friendship,” plus full financial support. Allegedly, this is also a process the Bad Boy mogul carried out for his alleged victims after federal authorities raided his Los Angeles and Miami mansions back in March.

“The bail package proposed by defense counsel is insufficient because it fails to adequately protect others from the defendant’s violence, impose measures to prevent and detect obstruction, or prevent the defendant from accessing his vast resources,” the court reportedly responded to Diddy’s lawyer’s Marc Agnifilo’s proposed $50 million bail package. Prosecutors also claimed that the music and business executive attempted to contact Dirty Money member Kalenna Harper 128 times. This is because her supposed witnessing of his alleged abuse to Dawn Richard appears in Richard’s lawsuit against him.

Another massive update in the Diddy case is the potential federal cooperation of a sex worker. Authorities began a lengthy and thorough process of fielding witnesses for the trial, and we don’t know the extent of who could emerge to speak out against him in court. Nevertheless, this situation become more complex and contentious by the day, especially in this heated moment. We’ll see what the next relevant development is when it comes to this indictment.

Most of them (except for his recorded abuse of Cassie in a hotel room in 2016) remain allegations and not confirmed crimes. We have to wait for a due legal process to come to any conclusions. Still, many folks wonder what the Bad Boy mogul’s inner circle must have been like amid all this, regardless of whether their debauchery was criminal. For example, Charlamagne Tha God recently posited on the latest episode of The Breakfast Club that Sean Combs probably did not have many true friends in his circle that warned him about these alleged crimes, if they did happen. Still, his comments also apply to people being able to check his hedonism.

“Yeah, [I don’t see this going well for Diddy whatsoever] neither,” Charlamagne Tha God expressed on The Breakfast Club. “I just really can’t wrap my mind around someone having so much to lose and moving the way he was moving.
