Alleged Court Docs Reveal Big Jook’s Alleged Bounties On Young Dolph & Other PRE Members

New alleged court documents leaked accusing Yo Gotti’s late brother Big Jook of allegedly placing hits on various Paper Route Empire (PRE) members. For those unaware, this follows accusations that Jook allegedly placed the hit that took Dolph’s life, although this is still just an allegation that the court didn’t prove while assessing Dolph’s murderers’ cases. Nevertheless, the alleged hit list includes Dolph for $100K, Key Glock for $50K, Paper Route Woo for $50K, Big Moochie Grape for $5K, and Snupe Bandz for $20K. It’s unclear what specific case this alleged prosecution document is a part of, but folks are still discussing it.

Furthermore, this will likely be a tough case to prove and one that sadly came too late to prevent more bloodshed. An unknown suspect murdered Yo Gotti’s brother Big Jook in Memphis earlier this year, and these allegations concerning Young Dolph’s murder and the alleged hits out on PRE members emerged after this tragedy. However, we can’t speculate much based on these alleged court documents, as this is all still very complex and unclear for the general public. All we know is that the feud between Gotti’s camp and PRE reached overblown levels of violence regardless of whether or not they engaged in direct involvement.

No matter who was behind the Young Dolph murder, his family is at least grateful that the court reached a conviction in the case. “Today’s verdict brings relief and restores my confidence in the justice system,” his fiancée Mia Jaye wrote in part. “On behalf of my children, family, and myself, I would like to thank law enforcement, the prosecution, and everyone involved for their diligent work in presenting the facts that led to this conviction. We are also grateful to the public for standing with us and advocating for accountability throughout this process. This is just the beginning of our journey toward achieving full justice for Adolph, and we will patiently support the unfolding of that process.”

“We ask you to remember the man who enjoyed being a father and spending time with his family, [and] we ask that you remember the man who enjoyed giving opportunities to those who were often overlooked and counted out,” Young Dolph’s sister remarked. “We ask that you remember the man who enjoyed giving back to others and being an inspiration to those who come from less-than-ideal backgrounds.”

G Herbo Gets Sued Over Allegedly Unpaid Attorney Fees

G Herbo has had his fair share of legal issues in recent years. Now, the attorneys who helped him avoid prison time in his federal fraud case are demanding what he allegedly owes them. According to new court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Prince Lobel Tye filed a lawsuit against him earlier this week. The law firm accuses him of breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Reportedly, the rapper hired attorneys from the law firm to represent him back in 2020. Two weeks before he was sentenced to probation for conspiracy to commit wire fraud, however, he allegedly stopped paying them.

G Herbo Accused Of Owing Law Firm Over $237K

“Mr. Wright has not paid and owes Prince Lobel $237,582.67 for legal work and services performed by the firm on his behalf,” the attorneys allege in the lawsuit. “This amount includes interest in the amount of $26,542.85. The last payment made by Mr. Wright was on December 29, 2023.” They’re not only asking for the full amount they’re allegedly owed, however. They also want 1.2 percent interest per month for the time G Herbo’s allegedly not paid up.

“Prince Lobel reasonably expected to be paid for the service it rendered and the benefits it conferred on the client,” the lawsuit also reads. “Mr. Wright accepted Prince Lobel’s services and the benefits of those services with knowledge of Prince Lobel’s reasonable expectation of payment for its services. It would be unjust for Mr. Wright to enjoy the benefits of Prince Lobel’s services without paying for them. As a result of Mr. Wright’s failure and refusal to pay for the legal work performed by Prince Lobel but accepting the fruits of that work, Mr. Wright has been unjustly enriched and Prince Lobel has suffered harm.” What do you think of a law firm accusing G Herbo of failing to pay them over $237K? Chrisean Rock Reportedly Faces Eight Years In Prison For Drug Charges

Chrisean Rock is currently wrapped up in some serious legal trouble, and it may not come to an end any time soon. The new mother was arrested in June of this year upon entering a San Fernando Valley courtroom. Reportedly, she had a warrant for alleged assault with a deadly weapon. She was there to support Blueface, who’s also currently behind bars. Authorities escorted her off the premises, and she was later sentenced to 30 days in a California jail.

It’s speculated that the warrant stemmed from her run-in with James Wright Chanel at a Tamar Braxton concert last year, though this is unconfirmed. He pressed charges against her in February for allegedly punching him in the face. After her 30-day stay, Chrisean was set to be extradited to Oklahoma, where she’s facing charges for “possession of marijuana with intent to distribute” and “possession of a controlled dangerous substance.”

According to court documents, each of these charges carries a four-year sentence or eight years combined. Of course, it’s to be seen what actually plays out in the Baddies star’s case, but fans are concerned nonetheless. A lot of this concern has to do with Chrisean’s son Chrisean Jr, who’s just under a year old. On top of his mother’s legal issues, his father Blueface has been in jail since January for an alleged probation violation.

He was scheduled to attend a sentencing hearing late last month, but it was pushed back to August 6. Blueface’s mother Karlissa Saffold is confident that he’ll be getting out and even has a party planned to celebrate his return home. Unfortunately, however, his fate is also to be seen. What do you think of Chrisean Rock potentially facing serious time behind bars for her drug charges? Are you worried for her? The Game At Risk Of Losing His Home Thanks To New Legal Filing

Priscilla Rainey is not going to give up on getting what she feels she rightfully deserves. For those unaware, she is The Game’s sexual assault accuser. This lawsuit is still going, despite it starting back in 2015. It stems from an encounter on VH1’s She’s Got Game, something the rapper has vehemently denied any involvement in. “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s***!”, he said in 2016. “Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her”.

So much so, that the California MC decided to never show up for a court hearing during that year. Rainey was looking for $10 million in damages, but instead won a default judgement $7 million. This brings us to a few weeks ago when she took home another win in another lawsuit. This is allowing her to collect assets in order to fulfill the $7 million, one of which is the rapper’s home in Calabasas.

The Game Has Been Fed Up With These Sexual Assault Accusations

Now, AllHipHop has received the latest court documents that were filed by Rainey and her attorney, Janelle M. Dease. In them, they are asking the judge to try and get The Game to sell the aforementioned property. Additionally, Dease is requesting that he come in for a hearing to give him a chance to argue against selling. “I further request that the Court set a time and place for hearing and order the Judgment Debtor to show cause why an order for sale of the dwelling should not be made in accordance with this application”. Both Dease and Rainey have found that his home is worth around $3.1 million, which would be only half of the judgement satisfied.

What are your thoughts on The Game being in danger of selling his Calabasas home thanks to his sexual assault accuser’s new document filing? Do you foresee this actually happening in the near future? Whose side of the story are you on in this case? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Rich The Kid Gets Served At Album Release Party Over Allegedly Unpaid Jewelry Tab

Earlier this week, Rich The Kid celebrated the upcoming release of his new album Life’s A Gamble with a star-studded release party in Hollywood. Unfortunately, however, his evening took an unexpected turn that was caught on camera. As he entered the party, Rich The Kid was served with court papers, reportedly from his former jeweler Peter Marco. Marco sued the rapper back in 2020 for $234K over an allegedly unpaid tab.

When the suit was first filed, Marco said that Rich had been purchasing jewelry like diamond necklaces, crosses, watches, and more since 2017. He claimed that he made payments on the items for a while, which allegedly eventually stopped. Marco alleges that Rich continued to order additional pieces. He says he continued to deliver too, until the tab got to where it is today.

Rich The Kid’s Album Release Party Takes An Unexpected Turn

The court documents surely put a damper on Rich The Kid’s celebration. Fortunately, however, he still appears to have enjoyed his evening. He was spotted partying with DDG, his wife Tori Brixx, and more. As for the album itself, it’s slated for release on July 19 and boasts various high-profile features from the likes of Offset and Kanye West. Ye even previously claimed that he’s going into retirement following the release, potentially making their “Plain Jane” collab one for the history books.

It’s not the only collaboration he’s teamed up with the Chicago-born rapper for as of late either. At the end of last month, he also recruited both Ye and Ty Dolla Sign for a new single, “Gimme A Second 2.” What do you think of Rich The Kid getting hit with court papers outside of his album release party? What about his former jeweler accusing him of owing him $234K for an allegedly unpaid tab? Are you looking forward to Life’s A Gamble? Tory Lanez Scores Small Legal Victory In Megan Thee Stallion Shooting Case

Last year, Tory Lanez was sentenced to ten years behind bars for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the foot. He and his team have been trying to appeal the verdict ever since, though they’ve been unsuccessful so far. Now, however, he’s secured at least one small victory.

Reportedly, the performer recently filed a request for “relevant evidence,” or evidence that could be used in his favor. Days later, prosecutors filed paperwork to oppose his motion. Now, California’s court of appeals has decided that they’ll consider his request. Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean that they’ll honor the request, but it’s a win for him nonetheless.

Tory Lanez’s Relevant Evidence Request Will Be Considered By California Court Of Appeals

After all, since getting convicted, Lanez hasn’t had a lot of luck on the legal front. It looks like his personal life has taken a hit too, as his wife of less than a year Raina Chassagne filed for divorce last month. It’s unclear whether or not this has anything to do with Lanez’s legal woes, as she simply cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. Some speculate that the two of them only got married so that he could dodge deportation, but this is just a theory.

Fortunately for Lanez, he does still have quite a few peers on his side despite his alleged crimes. Toosii, Wack 100, Drake, and more have shown him support in recent months. His prison stay hasn’t stopped him from dropping off new music either. Earlier this month, he unveiled two self-produced tracks he cooked up in 2016 alongside Play Picasso, “Girls Around The World” and “I’ve Been.” What do you think of Tory Lanez securing a small legal win in his alleged shooting case? Russell Simmons Won’t Leave Bali Amid Sexual Assault & Forgery Allegations

It’s been a busy year for Russell Simmons on the legal front, and earlier this month, he was hit with yet another concerning accusation. An anonymous former Def Jam employee identified as Jane Doe, who’s currently suing him for alleged sexual assault, accuses him of also forging her signature. According to her lawsuit, the document dated back to the late 90s, and regarded her departure from Def Jam.

Doe argues that even if the document were real, it has nothing to do with her rape allegation, and instead only covers minor financial matters and her Def Jam exit. Simmons has since denied the accusations, alleging that Lyor Cohen had previously verified the signature’s legitimacy. Despite his legal battle heating up, however, it doesn’t look like Simmons will be returning to the United States any time soon. AllHipHop exclusively reports that he plans to stay in Bali instead, where he’s resided since 2018.

“I am not physically present in New York and I do not have an intention to live in New York in the future,” Simmons told the outlet, “I own no property in the United States. I have been living in Bali since 2018, which is where I intend to remain. For at least nine years before I moved to Bali, I lived in California. As a California resident, I paid California resident taxes in the years immediately prior to moving to Bali. Currently, I pay California non-resident state taxes.”

Diddy Paid Yung Miami & 50 Cent’s Baby Mama For Sex Work Monthly, Court Docs Allege

Last month, Diddy was hit with another sexual misconduct lawsuit, this time by a male producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. Lil Rod accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of groping him, showing him explicit videos, and more. He additionally claimed that Diddy told him he slept with two fellow male celebrities. Fans later speculated that it was Usher and Meek Mill, though this is unconfirmed.

Today, more details of Lil Rod’s suit were made public, including allegations he’s made against Diddy’s non-exclusive girlfriend, Yung Miami. He accuses the City Girls rapper of trafficking “pink cocaine” for the mogul, a synthetic drug made up of “a combination of pink food coloring, strawberry flavoring, ketamine, caffeine, and MDMA.” It’s also commonly referred to as “tuci” or “tusi.” His allegations against the femcee don’t stop there, however.

Yung Miami, Daphne Joy, And More Allegedly Accepted Money From Diddy For Sex Work

Elsewhere in the newly uncovered court documents, Lil Rod accuses Yung Miami of accepting monthly payments from Diddy in exchange for sex work. Daphne Joy, who shares a child with 50 Cent, also allegedly received monthly payments from Diddy for sex work. Further details of the arrangement were not disclosed in the suit. While it’s safe to say Diddy and 50 Cent’s ongoing beef goes deeper than this, it likely did little to solve the longwinded feud.

Earlier this week when Diddy’s two mansions were raided by Homeland Security, for example, Fif was quick to hop online to share his reaction. “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done,” he captioned an image of a report about the raids. “They don’t come like that unless they got a case.” What do you think of Yung Miami and Daphne Joy being accused of accepting money from Diddy monthly for sex work? Teyana Taylor Accuses Iman Shumpert Of Shutting Off Utilities In Home, Wants Child Support

In September, Teyana Taylor shocked the internet when she revealed that she and Iman Shumpert had gone their separate ways. The news came amid some rumors that Shumpert had cheated on Taylor, which she denied. At the time, she told supporters that despite their split, the two of them were still the “best of friends.”

The situation took another surprising turn in November, when Taylor’s secret divorce filing started making its rounds online. The singer accused Shumpert of displaying traits of a narcissist, being jealous of her career, infidelity, and more. Her claims didn’t stop there, however. Earlier this month, she alleged that Shumpert “consistently demonstrates a clear disregard for the safety of the minor children.”

In court documents obtained by TMZ, she accused him of being under the influence while caring for their two children. Now, she’s back with even more allegations against her ex, this time involving her and her kids’ home. According to Taylor, Shumpert has begun to shut off the utilities in the house, which she claims to have noticed just this month. She recalls waking up one day to find that the WiFi and cable had been turned off, and only a day later, the water.

According to the documents, Shumpert’s brother informed Taylor that the power in the home would be shut off shortly after he moved out in October. She alleges that ever since, he hasn’t helped her cover any of the kids’ expenses. Taylor’s asking the judge to hold him in contempt for violating their standing order, and to order him to pay child support. What do you think of Teyana Taylor accusing Iman Shumpert of shutting off the utilities in their home amid their divorce? Are you surprised? Tory Lanez Lawyer Claims Rapper Leaked Court Docs & Medical Info To Akademiks: Report

The saga surrounding the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion ended on Tuesday afternoon after a judge handed down a 10-year sentence to Tory Lanez. In the past two years since the shooting took place, there have been a number of narratives surrounding what happened last night. Meghan Cuniff remained diligent in her reporting through the courtroom. Meanwhile, DJ Akademiks often provided fans with insight through his livestreams where he’d recap each day of trial and provide his own analysis. However, Ak’s access to medical records and court documents has raised questions.

During a livestream yesterday, Meghan Cuniff revealed that DJ Akademiks’ actually obtained these exclusive documents from Tory Lanez. “The judge found that Lanez leaked it to Akademiks. I’m like, ‘well, Lanez own lawyer said that.’ They described that’s how it happened in the documents. So, and look, I can respect that he doesn’t want to ever reveal who gave him that document. He shouldn’t have to do that,” she said in the clip.

Akademiks Responds

In response to Meghann Cuniff’s claims, Akademiks vehemently denied that Tory Lanez provided him with any sort of information. The Off The Record host explained that he has reliable sources that he wouldn’t expose but insisted that it wasn’t anyone from Tory’s team that reached out to him. Additionally, he denied that the judge determined that Tory leaked court documents because it would’ve led to a worse sentence. He also said that Meghan Cuniff reached out to him in hopes to land an interview for her recent article titled “The History Of Tory Lanez’s False DNA Claims From DJ Akademiks To Casey Anthony’s Expert.

Cunniff’s claims relate to Akademiks’ assessment of the DNA prints on the gun. Although the report stated that the DNA tests were inconclusive, Akademiks said that Tory’s DNA wasn’t found on the weapon at all. Ultimately, it led to an explosive back-and-forth between Megan Thee Stallion and Akademiks. Meg claimed Ak was trying to spread lies about her before he fired back, suggesting that her and Roc Nation are playing a “PR game.” We’ll keep you posted with any other information surrounding the case.  Check out Akademiks’ response above.
