Halle Bailey Shares Her Side Of Narrowing Nail Salon Story

Earlier this week, a surprise beef sparked online between Halle and Chloe Bailey and a nail salon. It started when Halle’s boyfriend DDG took to Twitter with an inflammatory post accusing the salon of racism. He went even further asking his followers to bomb the salon’s Yelp page with 1-star reviews. Thought he has since deleted the tweet, much of the damage is already done.

The salon owner herself shared a video sharing her side of the story, claiming that Chloe was late for her nail appointment at the salon. She also explained that the backlash has been so dramatic that she’s scared to go to work because of threats made against her. After backlash to the original fan backlash began to mount, Halle Bailey felt the need to clarify her side of the story. In her version of events, Halle explains that she made a reservation at the nail salon for her and Chloe. She claims she made it clear in advance that Chloe would be a bit late for the appointment, which the salon claimed was okay. But when the actual appointment arrived, she said they weren’t okay with Chloe being late anymore. The sequence ended when the salon refused to treat Chloe due to her lateness and the sisters left after they experienced reportedly rude behavior.

In the comments, fans mostly took the side of the salon owners. “Idk I feel bad for the lady. Y’all do be taking stuff too far. The threats and harassment is unnecessary. At the end of the day, she still got a business to run. And she was nice by allowing 15 mins late,” one of the top comments reads. “Being late af for your appointment that YOU set a time and day for is actually insane,” another comment agrees. Recently, Boosie gave his perspective on one of the biggest recent stories to hit the hip hop world. He chimed in on Keefe D being arrested for the murder of Tupac almost three decades after it originally happened. Boosie said he was surprised that the arrest happened at all. He thought that because Keefe had been talking so openly about his involvement in the murder that he had been granted some kind of immunity.

Boosie has also been dealing with a continuing beef with his former signee Yung Bleu. The pair have been throwing allegations back and forth for months and there’s reportedly some serious money involved. Boosie’s own brother is also involved in the beef and has caught accusations of faking Boosie’s signature on an official document. However, since Halloween was on a Tuesday this year, most of the annual festivities went down this past weekend. Bette Midler’s annual Hulaween Bash is just one of the many functions that some of our favourite celebrities were at, including Chloe Bailey. The Atlanta-born artist had one of the spiciest costumes at the venue, and it looked amazing on her as she put on a performance for everyone in attendance.

Like many of the stage looks we saw during her In Pieces tour, the 25-year-old was slaying in her latex Catwoman outfit. She shielded her eyes from the camera flashes with futuristically shaped sunglasses, and let her hourglass figure speak for itself. Many people would be unable to comfortably move in an outfit so tight, but in the video below, Bailey proved that she’s an expert at making her booty bounce, no matter how skin-tight the clothing on her body is.

Chloe Bailey is one of the biggest perpetrators, posting a VFX-laden photo of herself as Storm a few days before the official festivities.

This year, she’s getting in on the action even earlier with a photoshoot inspired by Game Of Thrones villain Daenerys I Targaryen (she’s got a thing for silver wigs, huh). While I can’t say I remember ever seeing the Khaleesi rocking chrome bikini armor, I doubt anyone but the most pedantic geeks are complaining (and this is exactly why y’all are stuck on those incel forums, guys).
