Charleston White Blasts Drake For UMG Lawsuit After Kendrick Lamar Battle

Known for his controversial commentary, comedian Charleston White shared his opinion on Drake’s lawsuit against Universal Music Group in a new interview released Saturday (Nov. 30). The Dallas native slammed Drizzy’s legal action over “Not Like Us,” calling the rap star “weak” for not accepting defeat in battle with Kendrick Lamar. “Weak a$$, yellow n***a cryin’, but he always had the Jews behind him; how is he claiming it’s unfair?” White tells Real Lyfe Street Starz. “Just enjoy the money. Let the little, short Kendrick have his win. Come on, all that money you got.”

White elaborated on his response, acknowledging Drake’s Memphis roots and white mother. “That’s ‘yellow’ kid with the white momma tryna come hang out in the Memphis projects with his black cousins and gotta stay on the porch. Cause they know you can’t go out there and play with them kids. Yeah, Aubrey, whatever that man’s name is. That man’s name says he is “weak.” Aubrey can’t play with no Kendrick. Kendrick Lamar been getting him up. You heard his story. That man grew up rough. Yeah, get yo a$$ back on that porch, Aubrey. F*ck wrong with you. Them kids will eat you alive.”

Charleston White Says Drake’s UMG Lawsuit Is “Weak”

Drake referenced his Memphis roots in the past on songs like “Worst Behavior.” In the song’s music video, Drizzy visited his family in Memphis and hung out with the city’s legends Three-Six Mafia. The 6 God’s lawsuit claims Universal Music Group helped damage his reputation using various “payola” tactics. According to UMG, the claims are false, and the rapper should sue his rival instead. Drake filed a second lawsuit against UMG in Texas court last week.

In the interview, White discusses his run-in with Dallas rap star Trapboy Freddy, religion, and his new movie role. The comedian is known to pepper spray his aggressors. Others to have beef with Charleston White in 2024 include T.I. and fellow comedian T.K. Kirkland.

Charleston White Captures The Internet’s Attention By Acting Like Himself In New Movie

As many of you know, Charleston White is usually popping up on people’s social media feeds but not for the best reasons at times. Throughout his multi-media career, he’s been hyper critical of rappers and other online personalities. Sometimes, he takes things too far and it almost always gets him in hot water. However, despite his flaws, there are a lot of folks out there who find him quite comedic. That two-faced personality is why many still keep tabs on him to an extent because of his explosive behavior. This time, we are sharing a highlight of his, as Charleston White has the internet yucking it up over a new movie role he scored.

Yes, if you weren’t familiar, he’s been in a couple of projects since 2023, according to his IMDb page. They are pretty obscure projects and the roles are minor. But it seems he’s trying to pick up a new skill which is highly commendable. This film looks to have some more backing than others, as according to eventbrite, it had a premiere over the weekend.

Charleston White The Next Major Movie Star?

It took place on Saturday, November 16 at the Angelika Film Center & Café in Dallas, Texas. The title of the movie is Wrong Address and it was released by A Bigger Picture. It also stars Nykol Harris, Alex Stein, and Jayceon Marshall. There isn’t much on the plot of it, but based on the short clip above, it looks to be some sort of crime/dramedy of sorts. Speaking of that clip, it’s garnering people’s attention on social media for how Charleston White portrays his character.

That is to say it’s basically himself and to no one’s surprise, he kills it. He’s being interrogated by the police and he’s shouting profanities and acting out, which is how he normally is on the internet. People seem to be loving it, with one X (Twitter) user writing, “🤣🤣 I need to check this out.” Another jokes, “He could play a big role in the next Friday movie😂😂” According to his Instagram, there looks to have been another private showing on November 17 in Mississippi, but information on where to watch is unavailable.

Charleston White Labels Lil Durk’s Arrest A “Victory” For Black Americans

Lil Durk caused an uproar among the hip-hop commentary space and pop culture at large following his arrest this week for alleged murder-for-hire conspiracy. A lot of folks are breaking down the available information on the case, and since it isn’t much, they’re discerning what’s legitimate and what’s just rumor. However, others took a more opinionated perspective of analysis, making judgement calls on the situation. So it’s no surprise that Charleston White chimed in. The commentator and social media personality recently sat down for an interview in which he eviscerated the Chicago rapper’s alleged crimes.

“Yeah, this a real victory, this is a real victory,” Charleston White remarked concerning Lil Durk’s arrest. “Now, that demonic force – because it is a demonic force. It was a dark force. It was a dark energy that came down from Chicago and spread throughout America. I think we now finally get to put that fire out. I don’t think we’ll hear drill music ever again, I don’t think drill rappers will ever be celebrated ever again. Down goes the drill n***as. Down goes the drill n***as. Twelfth-round knockout, ’cause it looked like they had got away, and they get to ride off into the sunset. So this is a victory for law-abiding Black Americans who like hip-hop music, but don’t like the killing part of it.”

Charleston White Trashes Lil Durk Again

When asked about fans advocating for Lil Durk’s freedom, Charleston White said that Smurk should stay in jail without bond, and that California will not provide him with street support from his alleged gangs. In addition, White also said that they blackballed Quando Rondo and Lul Tim for their self-defense. This refers to the alleged back-and-forth attacks between these crews and the violence and legal persecution that they all faced.

As for more updates on Lil Durk’s situation, the latest one we have is that he awaits transfer to Los Angeles from a Miami prison where he’s currently held. If you didn’t know, this is because a California indictment is what implicated alleged OTF members, and by extension Durk, in Lul Pab’s murder in the city. Still, there are a lot of unanswered questions that we’ll have to wait for clarification or explanation on.

Charleston White Clowns Lil Durk Over Florida Arrest

Last night, Lil Durk was arrested in Florida for alleged murder-for-hire. The Chicago rapper’s arrest took place just hours after five alleged OTF affiliates were arrested for similar charges. Authorities believe they were allegedly hired to kill Quando Rondo in retaliation for King Von’s death. In 2022 Quando Rondo and his cousin Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson were victims of a shooting at an LA gas station. Quando Rondo walked away unscathed while Lul Pab passed away.

Reportedly, Lil Durk could face life imprisonment or the death penalty if he’s convicted. He has a court appearance later today in Fort Lauderdale, according to his lawyers Brian Bieber and Alek Ubieta. For obvious reasons, the arrest has earned big reactions from countless fans and critics alike, including Charleston White. The internet personality hopped online today to share his take on the news, making it clear that he has little sympathy for Lil Durk’s situation.

Charleston White Reacts To Lil Durk’s Arrest

“Ain’t nobody laughing at Durk like they were laughing at me when I went to jail,” he began. “So ain’t nobody laughing at Durk, now it ain’t funny.” White continued, theorizing that Durk will have a tough time behind bars. He added that his Islamic faith might offer him a bit of protection, but speculates there’s ultimately a good chance he could be extorted.

White recently dealt with some legal issues of his own, however, as he was arrested in Texas earlier this month. He was charged with alleged assault with a deadly weapon and “killing, poisoning or causing serious bodily injury to an animal without the owner’s consent,” according to DJ Akademiks. He was released last week and immediately celebrated with a heated rant about his rival YSL Woody. What do you think of Charleston White’s reaction to Lil Durk’s recent arrest? Charleston White Celebrates Release From Jail By Dissing YSL Woody’s Disabled Daughter

Earlier this month, Charleston White was reportedly arrested in Texas for alleged aggravated assault, and “killing, poisoning or causing serious bodily injury to an animal without the owner’s consent.” He was in custody at Lon Evans Corrections Center, but now, he’s been released. In a clip shared today by DJ Akademiks on X, White is seen celebrating his newfound freedom with some fans.

It appears as though the internet personality hasn’t wasted any time getting back to business as usual either. In another clip, he goes off about YSL Woody and disses his disabled daughter. He and Woody have been going back and forth for several weeks now. Reportedly, White’s latest rant was in response to Woody celebrating his arrest.

Charleston White Slams YSL Woody & His Disabled Daughter In Unhinged Rant

The rant itself was unhinged, and in it, he essentially argued that his child was better than Woody’s. The clip arrives roughly a month after Woody called White out for trash-talking him in interviews. During a conversation with Adam22 in September, he revealed that he lost respect for White after seeing him switch up. “I had [love] for you,” he explained. “I thought that you had that same thing for me. But you wanna get on these platforms and say I’m a killer.”

Since then, White has put Woody on blast for his role in Young Thug’s case and more. Woody even suggested that White might have left a tracking device in his car earlier this month. What do you think of Charleston White getting out of jail following his latest arrest? What about him immediately going on an unhinged rant about YSL Woody and his disabled daughter after the fact? Charleston White Reportedly Arrested For Alleged Animal Cruelty & Assault With A Deadly Weapon

Charleston White is certainly no stranger to making headlines for his wild online antics. Today, however, he’s going viral for a far more serious reason. Reportedly, the internet personality was recently arrested. According to a post by Akademiks TV, he’s accused of cruelty to a non-livestock animal and assault with a deadly weapon. The post also includes what appears to be White’s mugshot, in which he looks relatively unbothered. The circumstances leading up to his arrest remain unclear at the time of writing.

This isn’t White’s first run-in with the law. He was also arrested back in December of 2023, though he posted bond just hours later. At the time, he was also charged with alleged animal cruelty as well as two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Allegedly, he had sprayed a cat with pepper spray in 2022 and threatened two men with a gun.

As for what else White has been up to outside of his legal issues, he’s recently been involved in a public feud with YSL Woody. Last month, Woody called White out for trash-talking him in interviews, claiming that it made him lose respect for him. White later hopped online with a scathing rant about Woody, in which he accused him of snitching on Young Thug. “I’m praying for you cuz you really need it,” he also added. “And you’re playing with the wrong one.”

Earlier this month, Woody also accused White of putting an Apple AirTag in the backseat of his car to track his whereabouts. He expressed confusion about how the device got there, insisting that he doesn’t typically let anyone in his vehicle. What do you think of Charleston White reportedly getting arrested recently for alleged animal cruelty and assault with a deadly weapon? YSL Woody Suggests That Charleston White Placed A Tracking Device In His Car

Over the last week and a half, YSL Woody (aka Lil Woody) and Charleston White have been butting heads. The former got things started by calling out the equally controversial hip-hop personality for speaking about him so negatively. “I had [love] for you. I thought that you had that same thing for me. But you wanna get on these platforms and say I’m a killer…. Like dang, bro, me and you don’t talk about none of this stuff.” On top of these two-face claims, Woody also says White has been trying to create beef between him and Boosie Badazz. The “star” name during the RICO trial also concluded his interview with Adam22 with a warning for White, “I know how I can get. And you playing.”

Just a few days after that, White clapped back by labeling Woody as a snitch in the YSL case. Now, the latter is returning the favor by suggesting that the content creator is trying to get him in trouble. According to a reposted interview clip by DJ Akademiks, Woody says someone placed an Apple Airtag in the backseat of his car. He showed the interviewer proof of the tracking device and says that he’s unsure how it got there, especially since Woody says he doesn’t allow anyone in his vehicle(s).

Even though that’s supposedly the case, he says in the interview that White and his girl got in his car at one point. He never explicitly accuses them, but Woody isn’t ruling it out given their recent history. In typical fashion, though, he says that he’s always outside in Atlanta going to big events, so “White’s Airtag” was unnecessary. The absurdity continues when the questioner even says that someone was tracked down and killed because an Airtag was on them. Woody replies, “Ain’t nobody gonna kill me though.” Unintentionally funny moments aside, these two are not holding back.

What are your thoughts on YSL Woody presenting the idea that Charleston White placed a tracking device in his car? Is this a plausible claim given how heated things have been between this two lately? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Charleston White Accuses Lil Woody Of Snitching On Young Thug In Scathing Rant

During a conversation with No Jumper‘s Adam 22 earlier this month, Lil Woody took the opportunity to discuss his relationship with Charleston White and call the internet personality out for how he talks about him in interviews. “I had a lot of respect for him,” he explained. “I used to watch his interviews and stuff, on YouTube.” Woody then described feeling as though White was two-faced, as his internet antics didn’t line up with what their relationship was like in real life. “He getting on the internet, [talkin’ about] I’m a killer,” he said. “Like dang, bro, me and you don’t talk about none of this stuff.”

From there, Woody said that he was no longer interested in controversy, and warned White that he didn’t want real beef with him. Regardless, White recently hopped online to go off on Woody, and he didn’t hold back. In a clip, he puts him on blast for allegedly snitching in the YSL case, and more.

Clearly, Woody didn’t appreciate White’s comments. In the same clip, he’s seen addressing him on Instagram Live, and describing how he’s lost respect for him after hearing him talk about him this way. Moreover, he accused White of being upset that he didn’t agree to an interview, which he says he turned down because he didn’t want to do it for free. “I’m praying for you cuz you really need it,” he also said. “And you’re playing with the wrong one.”

Lil Woody Calls Out Charleston White For Trash-Talking Him During Interviews

Lil Woody has become an infamous figure in hip hop. He’s become much better known, but for all the wrong reasons. Woody, aka YSL Woody, has been described as the “star witness” in the YSL Rico case against Young Thug. He’s run into a lot of disrespect from his peers as a result. He traded verbal shots with other YSL members on social media. Now, it seems, he’s airing out his mangled relationship with hip hop personality Charleston White.

Lil Woody sat down with Adam22 to discuss his falling out with White in detail. He admitted that he used to be cool with White, but felt that the hip hop personality was being two-faced when he got on camera. “I had a lot of respect for him,” Lil Woody stated. “I used to watch his interviews and stuff, on YouTube.” Where things went awry, though, is when Charleston White started labeling Woody a “killer.” He also started talking poorly about the rapper to his Instagram audience. “He getting on the internet, [talkin’ about] I’m a killer,” he noted. “Like dang, bro, me and don’t talk about none of this stuff.”

Lil Woody Warned White To “Stop Playing”

Lil Woody said that his respect for Charleston White dwindled after he noticed the latter paining him in a consistently negative light. “I had [love] for you,” he recalled. “I thought that you had that same thing for me. But you wanna get on these platforms and say I’m a killer.” Woody felt that White’s handling of the situation between them has been intentional as a means of provoking him. He pointed to a specific Instagram post in which White tried to start beef between Lil Woody and Boozie Badazz. The rapper made it clear that he did want to have “problems” with anybody.

Lil Woody may be a lightning rod for controversy. That said, he told Adam22 that he wants to put all that behind him. “I ain’t out here trying to mess with nobody,” he insisted. “I done did that for too many years of my life. I’m trying to move forward with it.” Lil Woody made it clear that he doesn’t play when he has beef with someone, and he feels like White is not ready to get into a real confrontation. He effectively warned White to drop the antics. “I know how I can get,” he warned the hip hop personality. “And you playing.” Hopefully the two men can reconcile.

Charleston White Shares Cynical Theory About Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” Video Shoot

Charleston White is someone who’s become known for his questionable takes on a variety of different topics, and now, Kendrick Lamar is one of them. During a recent interview, the internet personality weighed in on Kendrick bringing rival gangs together for his upcoming “Not Like Us” music video. While the rapper was widely praised for doing so, White thinks it was only for optics, and not a real attempt to promote peace in his community.

“Kendrick did that for a video shoot,” he claimed. “He didn’t do that to bring n****s together. Them n****s just found something to dance to.” White also went on to argue that Kendrick’s effort to promote up-and-coming artists at “The Pop Out” fell flat. “They ain’t going nowhere. Ain’t nobody finna to listen to no up-and-coming L.A. artists, but L.A. artists in their neighborhood. Don’t nobody want to hear that sh*t,” he said.

Charleston White Thinks Kendrick Lamar Only Brought Rival Gangs Together For Optics

Elsewhere in the conversation, White made it clear that he supported Drake amid his viral rap beef with Kendrick. He also insisted that he’s a far better artist overall, and claimed that it’s not even a close call. “Let me just say this,” he began. “Drake a way better rapper. I know Drake’s songs, I ain’t never heard a n***a in Texas pull up bumping Kendrick’s sh*t or nothing. I was just going against the grain. Let’s be clear. Kendrick can’t compare unless you like twisting your fingers up like the r******* people. That’s the only way you gonna like Kendrick, you’ve got to be r*******.”
