Boosie Badazz Says Prosecutors Refuse to Let Him Free After Paying Bond: ‘I Need ALL Prayer Warriors Across the World’

Boosie Badazz Threatens His Cousin After He Stole $7,000 Out His Bedroom

Boosie Badazz was granted a bond and put up the cash, but the court decision was not acknowledged by prosecutors, he says.

Boosie, whose real name is Torrance Hatch Jr., was taken into custody by federal agents this past week following his court appearance for an illegal weapons possession charge in San Diego, California, last month.

Now Boosie is speaking out on Twitter, stating he could not cash in on his bond.

“After the judge has granted me a bond, and I paid my full cash amount the prosecution refuse to respect the judges decision to let me go,” Boosie wrote. “They showed no evidence of me being a flight risk or a danger to the community.

“The prosecutor Mr. wheat looked at me singing Wipe Me Down, wiped his shoulders and shook his head with a look of evil in his eyes. This is total misconduct from a prosecutor. He is racist and has evil intentions. Now they filed an appeal asking another judge to keep me in prison. I need the people of San Diego outside the court tomorrow to protest the injustice that is being done to me.

“I need ALL prayer warriors across the world to pray this southern district of California remove Mr. wheat and this prosecution off my case. Even my attorneys have never seen nothing like this in their career. Help Me Fight this Injustice and say a prayer for my freedom tomorrow.”

Unsealed court documents have revealed that the federal arrest actually stemmed from the May 6 arrest in San Diego when authorities in San Diego saw Boosie on IG Live associating with a well-known member of the Crips in the local area.

The law enforcement agency that observed Boosie online saw a gun in his waistband and used an “Airborne Law Enforcement Unit” to find him. When police pulled over the SUV, they found the firearm that matched the one found on his waist in the video.

After the case was dismissed in San Diego, ATF arrested Boosie last week for being a felon possessing a weapon. Boosie was tagged with a felony back in 20011 when he was convicted of bringing illegal contraband into a penal institution, criminal conspiracy to incite a felony, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Boosie Badazz Wants To Get Into Law After YNW Melly Trial

Boosie Badazz has developed an unexpected interest recently. It seems he now wants to pursue a career in law. This comes after he attended the murder trial of YNW Melly. In an Instagram post following the second day of the trial, Boosie shared his newfound knowledge from the courtroom. He also expressed his aspirations in the legal field. “THIS SHIT IS EDUCATION NO [cap] WATCHING THE DEFENSE N PROSECUTION DROP BARS,” the rapper wrote. However, Boosie’s presence at the trial did not receive a warm welcome from everyone. The father of one of the alleged victims criticized Boosie for supporting Melly. He also expressed his disapproval in a video, calling out those who advocate for Melly’s release.

The double murder trial of YNW Melly began on Monday. The case relates to the deaths of YNW Juvy and YNW Sackchaser in 2018. Melly was arrested in 2019 and charged with two counts of premeditated murder. If convicted, he could face life imprisonment without parole. He could even face the death penalty. Recently, the State of Florida announced that it intends to seek the death penalty if Melly is found guilty. In a separate incident, Boosie Badazz is facing legal issues of his own.

Federal agents took Boosie Badazz into custody yesterday after his appearance in court. He was present for a recent gun case. Luckily for him, that particular case was dismissed. Sadly, it was not the end of his worries. Federal agents arrested Boosie outside the courtroom. However, the specific reasons for his arrest are not clear at this time. Last month, Boosie pleaded not guilty to the charges he was facing. They stemmed from a traffic stop in San Diego.

During the hearing, Boosie faced several gun-related charges. These included possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, possessing ammunition as a prohibited person, and being an unregistered owner of a firearm. If convicted, Boosie could have been sentenced to a maximum of three years in prison. After his initial arrest, he was released on bond. However, it appears that Boosie now faces new undisclosed charges following his recent arrest. It is still not clear what those charges are. What are your thoughts? Charleston White Reacts To Boosie Badazz Arrest: “God Done Gave You What You Asked For”

It’s been a tough week for Boosie Badazz. The controversial lyricist was the only artist to show up in Broward County court to support YNW Melly amid his double murder trial. His presence wasn’t entirely surprising seeing as he previously beat similar accusations of his own. After a few days watching Boosie made it known that he’d like to try his hand at studying law. Shortly after sharing that message to his Instagram page, the father of eight was arrested by federal agents on Wednesday (June 14) outside of a court hearing in San Diego, California.

As HipHopDX notes, Boosie appeared before a judge regarding his charges from May. At the time he was filming a music video with Billy Three. During a traffic stop, police officers uncovered two handguns in his vehicle and booked him on person with felony convictions in possession of a firearm, concealed carry weapon in a vehicle, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, and unlisted owner of a registered firearm. Those have since been dismissed, though it still remains unclear what the feds picked him up on this time. As the news continues to circulate online, reactions have been pouring in from all over – including a highly anticipated one from Charleston White.

Boosie Badazz’s Federal Arrest Leaves Charleston White Laughing

“You done got away with five murders, and everybody says that VladTV is the feds. ‘He ain’t got me locked up!’” Boosie’s longtime nemesis laughed in a viral video. “Now, God done also gave you what you asked for. You want to be a hero to the streets? You want to be a street prophet? So God needs a Daniel. And who better to play Daniel than you?” White continued, comparing the Baton Rouge native to the Biblical character.

“Since you so muthaf**king gangsta and you got all these gangsta codes and ethics, put your suit on like Melle Mel, ni**a, ’cause you ’bout to be sentenced,” the 52-year-old comedian predicted. “When the feds come, they don’t come just to be — ‘Oops, I made a mistake!’ No, when the feds show up, they done dotted their i’s, crossed their t’s, and they know they got you.” In other news, Boosie Badazz isn’t the only one to feel Charleston White’s wrath as of late. Back in May, the reformed gang member called child protective service on rising star Finesse2tymes. Boosie Badazz Arrested by Federal Agents After San Diego Gun Case Was Dismissed

Boosie Badazz Threatens His Cousin After He Stole $7,000 Out His Bedroom

Boosie Badazz found himself back in handcuffs. The Louisiana legend and VLAD TV artist in residency was arrested by federal agents after his San Diego gun case was dismissed.

According to TMZ, as Boosie was leaving the courtroom for his gun case, federal agents grabbed him for an arrest. Details on the reason are currently unavailable.

The arrest last month in San Diego had Boosie accused of four crimes: being a felon in possession of a firearm, concealing a weapon while operating a motor vehicle, having ammunition on one’s person while forbidden, and being an unlisted owner of a registered firearm.

Following the arrest, Boosie appeared at a Phantom Lounge and Nightclub, where he encouraged the crowd to express their discontent towards the San Diego Police by shouting, “F**k San Diego Police!” The audience enthusiastically joined in. Boosie then further expressed his sentiments by stating, “B***hes. Suck my d**k, you b***hes.”

On Monday (May 15), Boosie pleaded not guilty to a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Boosie was arrested during a traffic stop on May 6 on Market Street in the Chollas View neighborhood. According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, two guns were inside the vehicle with Boosie.

Boosie Badazz Tweets Mysterious Message To Children After Arrest

Rapper Boosie Badazz was arrested today according to a spokesperson from the San Diego County District Attorney’s office. The spokesperson stated that Boosie was in court for a recent gun case, which was ultimately dismissed. However, following his court appearance, federal agents arrested Boosie outside the courtroom. The exact reason for his arrest remains unclear at this time. Last month, Boosie pleaded not guilty to the charges he was facing.

During the hearing, Boosie faced multiple gun-related charges. They included felon in possession of a firearm, concealed carry weapon in a vehicle, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, and being an unlisted owner of a registered firearm. If convicted, Boosie could have faced a maximum sentence of three years in prison. After his initial arrest, he was released on bond. Luckily, as we know, those charges were dropped. However, Boosie apparently has to deal with a new set of unknown charges following his most recent arrest. It is worth noting that during a performance in San Diego, Boosie encouraged his fans to chant derogatory remarks towards the San Diego police.

Boosie’s Cryptic Tweet

On June 14, TMZ reported on Boosie and his court hearing for the previous gun case in San Diego County. The good news, as we now know, was that the gun case was dismissed. Sadly, Boosie’s new legal issue is now pending. TMZ did not provide details about the reason for his arrest or the charges he may be facing. They simply stated the circumstances leading up to the arrest were unknown. Boosie is no stranger to run-ins with the law, but this is not something that anyone seems to have known about.

Boosie’s tweet following the arrest by federal agents only made the situation seem even more dire. In response to TMZ’s report, Boosie took to Twitter to address the situation and apologize to his kids. He wrote, “I WANNA TAKE THIS TIME TO APOLOGIZE TO MY KIDS, IM SORRY AND I LOVE YALL FOREVER,” accompanied by a praying hands emoji. A tweet like this can definitely be cause for concern, particularly coming from Boosie Badazz. Stay tuned to HNHH for all the latest updates on the rapper’s arrest. Boosie Badazz Sent A Cryptic Tweet After Reportedly Being Arrested During A Court Appearance

Since 2021, Boosie Badazz has consistently made headlines for troubling reasons, including harmfully homophobic rhetoric aimed at Lil Nas X on more than one occasion, accusations of inciting a riot, and a reportedly contentious traffic arrest last summer. While relatively benign, he also questioned Jay-Z’s relevancy.

TMZ added to the pile on Wednesday, June 14.

“A spokesperson for the San Diego County District Attorney’s office tells us Boosie was in court Wednesday for an appearance in his ongoing gun case. The good news — the case was dismissed,” they reported. “The bad news — he still had another pending legal issue. We’re told Boosie was arrested by federal agents outside the courtroom as soon as his gun case hearing wrapped.”

TMZ did not specify what led to Boosie’s arrest or what charges he might be facing, noting, “We don’t currently know the circumstances that led up to the arrest.” However, the outlet did confirm why Boosie was in court in the first place: A traffic stop last month during which “officers discovered two handguns.”

Following TMZ‘s report, the Louisiana-bred rapper took to Twitter.

“I WANNA TAKE THIS TIME TO APOLOGIZE TO MY KIDS, IM SORRY AND I LOVE YALL FOREVER,” he wrote alongside a praying hands emoji.

Boosie Badazz Appears At YNW Melly Trial, Gets Annoyed With Man Sleeping During Testimony

It’s been a wild few months in terms of rappers on trial, from the YSL RICO indictment finally making headway (though they’re still stuck in the jury selection process months later) to Tory Lanez’s arrest after he was found guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in late 2022. Today (June 12), another case is beginning to unfold in Broward County. YNW Melly, who’s on trial for double murder, is currently in court and could be sentenced to death should prosecutors have their way.

Of course, the 23-year-old’s family members are supporting him, but Melly also had another lyricist drop by. Just a few hours ago, Boosie Badazz posted up on Instagram in a flashy orange and black suit and plenty of ice on his neck, wrist, and fingers. “@ynwmelly TRIAL!!! Opening Day,” the Louisana native wrote in the caption after recording himself walking through the hallway. He obviously wasn’t able to record while inside, but thankfully journalists provided hilarious updates on Boosie for fans.

“@BOOSIEOFFICIAL, supporting @YNWMelly is annoyed by the man sitting next to him sleeping during testimony,” one of the messages reads. It’s easy to picture the 40-year-old’s reaction to the situation, and his annoyance may even be why Boosie opted not to return after they broke for lunch.

Other information we’ve learned over the past few hours reveals that the “death qualified” jury of 12 consists of six Black people, and nine total females. The last time the fatal sentence was given out in Broward County was in 2015, also to a Black male convicted of first-degree murder.
