Megan Thee Stallion Overjoyed After Receiving A Custom “BOA” GameBoy

Megan Thee Stallion put on for her hometown over the weekend, as the H-Town Hottie had a four-day stay in Texas for her tour. Her massive journey across the United States, and eventually the UK, has been a pretty successful one, to say the least. Throughout her run, Megan has brought out some high-profile guests, previewed new music, and has just an overall blast performing. All of this is building further anticipation for her forthcoming album MEGAN, which is slated for release on June 28. In addition to the Hot Girl Summer trek, the hitmaker has put out three promotional singles. The most recent one is “BOA”, which also received a cool retro video game to go along with it. That reason alone is why Megan Thee Stallion was gifted a custom Game Boy handheld with a version of the game on it.

According to HipHopDX, the “Cobra” songwriter got this rad gift from the folks over at the Moody Center in Austin. The Game Boy device even has one of the outfits she wore in the music video for “BOA”. The event center shared the video on TikTok, and Megan was absolutely nerding out over the present. She screamed like a little schoolgirl, as she could not believe what she was holding in her hands.

Drake Catches An Ear-Grabbing Stray From Baby Tate On Her Megan Thee Stallion “BOA” Remix

Baby Tate continues to prove again and again why she is not just your average rapper. The Decatur, Georgia multi-hyphenate’s combination of styles and her instantly recognizable voice have helped her blossom tremendously. Due to this, she has been able to offer up her talents to artists like JID, Rapsody, EARTHGANG, and plenty more. Unfortunately, most of her amazing work has flown under the radar, at least up until about 2021-2022. That is when she landed on JID’s “Surround Sound”, along with 21 Savage. It seemed that appearance helped give her that extra boost to more mainstream ears. The secret may be out, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

The 28-year-old rapper and singer has been seen across the internet dropping some hot freestyles. One that really impressed audiences was for On The Radar. However, Baby Tate is sure to make even more waves online with her “BOA” remix. Hooping on the latest single from Megan Thee Stallion shows that she has respect for the Texas femcee. In fact, she even states it clearly, “You know I f*** with the Stalli, but I ride this beat like a pony“.

However, the clever bars do not stop there. “No Ludacris this chick is badder than a toddler / None of these h*es could whoop this baby because they ain’t my momma“. Then, out of nowhere, Drake catches an accusatory stray from Baby Tate moments later. “Knew that before Instagram I like freaky a** n****s but no not like Mr. Graham“. Everyone was praising her in the comments for her clever wordplay and flows. Shockingly though, not many pointed out the pedophilic shot at Drizzy, which of course is a reference to the allegations surrounding him and to Kendrick’s “meet the grahams”. Tate was also in The Neighborhood Talk‘s post thanking them for the love. But she also left with a message. “I’ll c u next Tuesday 😘 album coming 2025 but until then imma keep eating all these beats BC I CAN! 🍽”.

What are your thoughts on Baby Tate sending a stray shot at Drake on her “BOA” remix? Do you think she is just making a funny bar, or do you think she is on team Kendrick? Is she one of the most underrated rappers in the game right now? Are you excited for her forthcoming album? Is he the best new rapper out of Milwaukee? Megan Thee Stallion Drops “BOA” Single and Video

Megan Thee Stallion Drops "BOA" Single and Video

Grammy award-winning artist Megan Thee Stallion has set the music scene ablaze once again with her latest single, “BOA,” released under her own Hot Girl Productions.

“BOA” features Megan’s signature fiery bars set to LilJuMadeDaBeat’s infectious rhythm, which samples Gwen Stefani’s classic “What You Waiting For?” from 2004. With memorable lines like “Doing shit for TikTok, bitch I’m really hip hop,” Megan’s latest track showcases her unmatched talent and style.

Continuing her serpent-themed series of songs, “BOA” follows previous hits like “HISS” and “Cobra.” “HISS” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making history as the first solo female rap song to achieve this feat on the Billboard Global 200.

Megan surprised fans earlier in the week by posting her “I Think I Love Her Freestyle” on social media. The video demonstrated her versatility and lyricism over Gucci Mane’s instrumental.

As excitement mounts, Megan gears up to embark on her “Hot Girl Summer” Tour, her first-ever headlining arena tour, alongside special guest GloRilla. The tour starts on May 14 in Minneapolis and concludes in San Francisco on June 23 before Megan takes her talents to Europe.

Megan Thee Stallion Is A Venomous Game Character Who Can’t Be Played In Her New Video For ‘BOA’

Megan Thee Stallion is spewing that venom. Last year, the Houston rapper dropped “Cobra,” her pro-mental health track on which she details the trauma she endured over the prior four years. Earlier this year, she dropped “Hiss,” on which, she called out those who had betrayed her and sneaked dissed her while she was in pain. Continuing upon the snake theme, tonight (May 10), Meg has dropped her new single, “BOA.”

On “BOA,” Meg leaves no stone unturned as she fires shots at the opps who have tried her over the past few months.

“I keep it real, I keep it sexy, calling for backup before they address me,” she raps, alluding to certain rivals who assembled armies to team up against her. She also notes her unmatched ability to keep cool under pressure, calling out those who “Do all of that typing, but never once did I get pressed.”

In the song’s accompanying video, produced by SixTwentySix and directed by Daniel Igleslias Jr., three friends play a mysterious game, in which they attempt to defeat a serpent woman. But they quickly find out they’ve made a huge mistake, as the Serpent woman proves that she is indestructible, and that she is here for vengeance.

Next month, Meg will embark on her much-anticipated Hot Girl Summer Tour with fellow rapper GloRilla. She is also expected to release her third studio album.

In her new era, Megan Thee Stallion has been leaning into snake-inspired themes and imagery, like on the January single “Hiss.” Since then, fans have been waiting for new music… besides the GloRilla collab “Wanna Be” and the just-released “I Think I Love Her Freestyle.” As for official standalone singles, a new one is on the way, Meg announced today (May 7).

On social media, Megan announced that a new song called “Boa” is set for release soon, on May 10, this Friday. She also has some pretty sweet merch offerings for the single: Available for pre-order now via Meg’s webstore are six different editions of the CD single, each of which has its own PlayStation 2-inspired cover art and disc art.

Meg is so far delivering on the promise she made at the start of this month: On the 1st, she teased, “Hotties it’s officially MEGAN MAY [snake emoji] Get ready [flame emoji].”

Beyond that, other “Megan May” festivities include the Hot Girl Summer Tour. She announced the run back in March and it’s set to kick off on May 14 in Minneapolis. GloRilla is set to join on a number of dates, which will run through to the end of July.
