Megan Thee Stallion & Winnie Harlow’s Alleged Fight Sparks Debate On “The Breakfast Club”

Megan Thee Stallion and Winnie Harlow were both topics on the latest episode of The Breakfast Club after Jason Lee of Hollywood Unlocked reported on his podcast that the two got into an altercation during Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July party, earlier this year. The morning show discussed the validity of the story as well as who would’ve won in that fight.

“Everybody keeps asking me to release the tea on Megan that I said I was going to release… she got in a fight with Winnie Harlow at Michael rubin’s party,” Lee said on his show. “I don’t have all the full details yet and I’m waiting on the video but I’ve texted Megan and Winnie so there you go.”

As for The Breakfast Club. Charlamagne Tha God began by downplaying the likelihood of a fight having actually happened. “Don’t you think you would’ve heard rumblings about that before?” he asked. From there, the group joked that Megan would’ve won easily if the fight had happened. Eventually, Envy chimed in to say that a source messaged him to reveal that the two got into a loud argument, but didn’t actually come to blows.

“The Breakfast Club” Discusses Winnie Harlow & Megan Thee Stallion

When Hollywood Unlocked shared the clip on Instagram, fans had mixed responses. “I surprisingly believe this because I have met Winnie before and she was absolutely so rude. She was someone I once admired,” one user wrote. Another added: “Jason is obsessed with Megan!! Ever since she turned down an interview with him!!” Another brought up the news that Lee recently won an election to become a city councilman. “Didn’t Jason Lee just get elected for council men? And he still out here being messy,” they wrote. Check out The Breakfast Club’s full discussion of Winnie Harlow and Megan Thee Stallion below.

Lizzo Laughs Off Antonio Brown’s Latest Jabs About Ozempic

Lizzo has responded to Antonio Brown’s latest jokes about her recent weight loss, in which he accused her of using Ozempic. Following the 2024 election, in which Donald Trump defeated Kamala Harris, Lizzo had posted a video of herself writing a message to her followers. “She hold the pen like she hold her ozempic shot…” Brown wrote on X (formerly Twitter) in response. The following day, Lizzo uploaded a series of pictures of herself on Instagram with the caption: “Holding life like an ozempic pen..”

Fans in the comments section of Lizzo’s post are loving the response. “Even if you were on ozempic, SO WHAT? Even if you got weight loss surgery, SO WHAT? People are weird. Go put that energy where it matters like that debt and student loans, yo mamas bills,” one user wrote. Another added: “Ozempic or not, you look amazing! Lizzo has been open about her weight-loss journey throughout the year. Speaking with The New York Times back in March, she explained how the progress has been slow but steady. “I’ve been methodical, losing weight very slowly,” she told the outlet. “I don’t really see it because if anyone who’s on a natural weight-loss journey knows, losing weight is actually the slowest thing in the world and you don’t really notice it until you notice it.”

Skepta Explains Why Kendrick Lamar & Drake’s Beef Is Hurting Hip-Hop

Skepta says that Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s viral feud from earlier this year is bad for the business of hip-hop and casts a negative light on younger artists looking for opportunities. While speaking with Ebro Darden, Skepta argued that the two are closing the very doors they opened in the industry.

“When stuff like that gets said now, it’s more personal. There was one K. Dot diss track that came out and I was like, ‘This is over.’ Like this isn’t rap. This isn’t clashing anymore. This is over like they don’t like each other. It’s clear. I can hear it. I can hear it in his voice. He doesn’t like him,” he began. From there, Skepta brought up how both artists have major contracts with huge companies and that talking to each other like this “is looking crazy.” He explained: “It’s hurting what we’ve built. It’s hurting what we’ve all built this whole time. If you don’t like each other, just link up and talk to each other and sort it out.” He concluded by arguing that the whole beef is shutting doors that Drake and Lamar opened for younger artists.

DJ Akademiks Doubles Down On Young Thug & Gunna Beef Theory After Thug’s Tweet

Young Thug and Gunna are apparently beefing for real, as the former’s tweeted and deleted shade towards the latter elicited a lot of reactions on social media. However, the foundation for this feud still remains a pretty speculative one thanks to a lot of mixed signals and a lack of clarity over whether or not someone hacked Thugger or if this was really his intention. Still, this offered vindication for many fans and media outlets who supported this notion, including DJ Akademiks. He took to Twitter on Saturday (November 9) to offer some lengthy messages on this matter, doubling down on the previous theories and allegations that he provided to social media.

“I been told yall..” DJ Akademiks wrote on the platform about the Young Thug and Gunna situation, referring to his previous theories. “Thug told durk baby and a few other rappers that Gunna was no good while [in prison]. Meaning it aint no way he can come back out and justify rockin wit gunna when he told n***as not to rock wit gunna [while in prison].”

Furthermore, DJ Akademiks alleged that Young Thug wanted to drop his BUSINESS IS BUSINESS album last year on the same day as Gunna’s a Gift & a Curse. Also, he claimed that Thug wanted to have Lil Durk and Lil Baby (two seemingly anti-Wunna MCs) as features and even told them about this plan. In addition, Ak posited that the “Jonesboro” spitter will claim that this was all the result of a hack, but that the signs are there concerning his aversion to the “fukumean” creative. As for why Thug requested to maintain his contractual relationship with the College Park native as part of his probation negotiations, the media personality theorized that this was because he’s still in unfulfilled contracts with Gunna that could give him an excuse to leave the label if he wasn’t able to stay in contact.

Meanwhile, DJ Akademiks claimed most management or production deals are voided by label heads with a legal obligation to become available to people who signed a deal with someone who gets incarcerated. Apparently, this would also apply to a contact ban, as Young Thug has concerning YSL affiliates. Finally, Ak spoke on a label merger that puts Gunna in the same boat as Thug.

DJ Akademiks Alleges Future Was Unaware Of Kendrick Lamar’s Drake Diss On “Like That”

There are still a lot of lingering questions about the 2024 rap beef that dominated the year: Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and absolutely everything in between. Understandably so, we might add, as there are still a lot of artists dynamics that we can’t make a solid judgement call on these days amid reconciliation rumors. For example, one question mark is Future’s involvement, as it seems like his feud with the 6ix God isn’t as deep or consequential as other conflicts. In fact, DJ Akademiks recently suggested during his livestream that Pluto didn’t even know that K.Dot was going to do what he did on “Like That,” fully kicking the battle into gear.

“Even with Drake and Future, even though they haven’t spoke… It was never that deep,” DJ Akademiks remarked on his livestream. “I heard that – allegedly. Now, I don’t know if this is true. This is one I’m like, yo, if this ain’t true… S**t, I’m skeptical of it, too. They say Future claims he ain’t know that Kendrick was going to diss Drake on motherf***ing ‘Like That.’ I don’t know if that’s true. I don’t know if that’s true, chat, I don’t know if that one’s true. But that’s what supposedly is the thought. That is the thought or that is the explanation that has kind of trickled down. Again, they still haven’t spoke. But that’s the explanation. Which, you know, maybe that goes towards eventually something happening. It feels like deescalation’s happening a little bit, right?”

DJ Akademiks Theorizes About Kendrick Lamar, Drake & Future

https://twitter.com/itsavibe/status/1855032839273607213

Even if this Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and Future theory is true, no way that Fewtch didn’t sign off on all this before dropping it. Also, what would this even look like? Was he in the studio reacting like a content creator when he heard Kendrick spit his “Like That” verse, or did he hear about it later on? Regardless, amid conflicting reconciliation rumors, this is an interesting thought.

Maybe we’ll get a solid answer on all this one day, but don’t expect it anytime soon. For now, fans and hip-hop media personalities only have theories as to what happened with Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Future, and company.

Gunna’s Brother Scathingly Reacts To Young Thug Shade

Young Thug caused quite a stir when he left prison on a plea deal in the YSL RICO case, but not solely for the reasons you might expect. Of course, people wonder when he will pop out publicly again and whether or not there’s new music from him coming soon. But Thugger also shocked rap fans – or seemingly confirmed their fears – by allegedly shading Gunna in a tweet-and-delete. “Stop acting like we friends on the internet, I don’t know u my guy,” he wrote in the since-deleted post, which many assumed was a hack. For those unaware, fans assumed tension thanks to previous messages from the Atlanta MC about his protégé, and the fact that Wunna took a plea deal in the YSL trial.

Well, it seems like no matter what caused this tweet, Gunna took it negatively. An IG account reportedly belonging to his brother commented under an Instagram post covering the Young Thug tweet-and-delete, and had this to say: “Trust and believe the feeling is mutual [blue P emoji],” he shared. The College Park rapper previously advocated for Thug in public, with Thug’s father Jeffrey Williams Sr. even defending him amid snitching claims. This is one of the many factors that have fans scratching their heads, as there are a lot of mixed signals.

Gunna’s Brother Shades Young Thug

Another mixed signal is how Young Thug and his lawyer Brian Steel actually asked for him to be able to continue to work with Gunna as part of his probation conditions. If you didn’t hear, the restrictions barred contact with YSL affiliates, but these two are contractually bound to the same label. With all this in mind, it seems like this unexplained message fell on combative ears regardless of its intent, context, or whether or not Thugger was even the one to tweet it out.

Meanwhile, Lil Baby seems to have something on the way with Young Thug, based on the latter’s tweets. He also allegedly shaded Gunna a lot over his “snitching,” so this led fans to believe the beef theory even more. We’ll surely get a definitive answer one day, but if you hoped for a reconciliation, things don’t look promising.

Young Thug’s Merciless Tweet And Delete About Gunna Elicits A Myriad Of Reactions On Social Media

Young Thug and Gunna are stirring up quite the frenzy on social media (Twitter to be specific) right now. This is all thanks to a tweet and delete from the YSL leader that quickly caught many fans’ attention. “Gunna stop acting like we friends on the internet, I don’t know u my guy,” Thugger wrote. It’s a very shocking revelation, as there was a valid belief that both Atlanta rappers were on good terms. Following his release from trial hell at the end of October, he was ordered to not have any communication with any YSL members. However, Thug’s brother and Gunna are omitted from that stipulation.

In turn, that also means that they can put out new music together. However, that seems to be out of the realm of possibility. We have some optimism here, as this situation could be the victim of hacking. Given how much noise was around this trial and all of the snitching allegations, someone could be trying to get their 15 minutes. But until Thug speaks out, the internet is going to assume otherwise. That’s what everyone is doing right now and in a variety of ways.

Did Young Thug Get Hacked Or Did He Mean To Diss Gunna?

DJ Akademiks was one of the main pundits in firm belief that Thug and Gunna were at odds, claiming that the former was spreading the news to other MCs that the latter is a rat. He doubled down following the tweet, which you can see above. Kai Cenat also caught wind of this, and his reaction is both hilarious and probably accurate for some. Others are taking the time to crack the best joke, using memes to bolster them. There are also some saying that Thug is making a mistake by choosing Lil Baby over his YSL brother and taking Gunna’s side in the process. Overall, these next 24 hours could be very telling.

Young Thug Publicly Slams Gunna: “I Don’t Know U”

At the end of last month, Young Thug was finally released from prison after over two years. He accepted a plea deal in the YSL RICO case, and will now spend 15 years on probation. In addition to this, the rapper must abide by various release conditions, including not communicating with any YSL affiliates. The only exceptions to this rule are his brother and Gunna, with whom he was granted permission to work in the future.

This led many fans to assume that he and Gunna were on good terms, despite rumors that Gunna “snitched” on Young Thug. Now, however, it appears as though that’s not the case. Today, Young Thug took to X to publicly diss Gunna, suggesting that they’re no longer friends.

Young Thug Goes After Gunna Following Prison Release

“Gunna stop acting like we friends on the internet, I don’t know u my guy,” the now-deleted tweet reads. Most social media users believe this is a response to Gunna reposting a promo post teasing new Young Thug music on his Instagram Story earlier today. Of course, supporters are in shambles as they share their reactions to the post on X. The post arrived shortly after DJ Akademiks claimed that Young Thug allegedly sent messages to various rappers in which he accused Gunna of snitching on him.

“Young Thug told everybody that Gunna was a snitch. I’m telling you this, I don’t give a f*ck if you believe me,” he alleged during a recent stream. It also comes a few days after Young Thug seemingly teased a Lil Baby collab and sparked rumors that he was shading Gunna. “Real plea deal jack!” he wrote in one tweet, followed by “Wham let’s drop one on these rats peter.” What do you think of Young Thug’s new tweet about Gunna? Drake Dissed By Sacramento Kings Owner After DeMar DeRozan Jabs

It seems like the Sacramento Kings and the Toronto Raptors might have quite the rivalry on their hands for the rest of the NBA season. By now, you’ve probably heard how Drake showed up to his Raptors’ home game against the Kings, where Cali native DeMar DeRozan eventually ended up after leaving the Toronto team some years ago. The 6ix God was mean-mugging DeRozan and verbalizing insults in his direction, all because of how the basketball player popped out for Drizzy’s sworn enemy Kendrick Lamar’s concert and music video dissing the OVO mogul. While DeMar maintained that he still had love for both MCs and for the competitiveness of the genre, it seems like that’s not there anymore.

Furthermore, even Sacramento Kings owner Vivek Ranadive popped out to support DeMar DeRozan, dissing Drake with a very simple sweatshirt at a recent game that read “They Not Like Us.” Whether or not all this rap battle drama and loyalty talk actually bleeds into the court is a mystery that these NBA teams’ fans will likely keep their eyes on for the foreseeable future.

Kings Owner Has A Message For Drake

In addition, this whole ruckus prompted conversations around whether or not the Toronto Raptors should retire DeMar DeRozan’s jersey, which Drake threatened to pull down if that ever happened. “Yeah, I think it should,” Houston Rockets player Fred VanVleet (a Raptors hooper from 2016 to 2023) said of whether or not DeRozan’s jersey should be in the Toronto rafters. “I think it should. I think that when you look at what he did, you know, especially when you want to give the history of the franchise and what Vince and all of those guys meant at the beginning and what that meant for Canadian basketball.”

Some people completely understand where both Drake and DeMar DeRozan are coming from here, whereas others think it’s a pretty silly matter. After all, this is the NBA, not the URL or a concert. Nevertheless, people will continue to offer their split reactions to this beef extension. We’ll see whether or not Kendrick Lamar pops out for a game or two… Well, apart from his Super Bowl halftime show for the NFL, that is.

Lil Tjay Blasts Kai Cenat And “Racist” Adin Ross For Exploiting Rappers

Lil Tjay is fed up. The rapper decided to stir the pot by calling out streamers Kai Cenat and Adin Ross for exploiting hip hop culture. Lil Tjay not only insulted the streamers on his Instagram Story, but proceeded to give fans additional context after him and Ross had a DM exchange. The rapper also decided to stick up for Kodak Black, following Kodak’s controversial appearance on a Cenat stream. Many fans believed that Kodak should not have been featured by the streamer, given his intoxicated appearance.

Lil Tjay started off with a very direct shot. He posted a screenshot of Kodak Black and Kai Cenat from their aforementioned stream. He also included a brutal message. “I fake hate this kid,” he wrote. “Him and [Adin] the biggest d riders in life.” It was only a matter of time before the streamers responded, and Lil Tjay made sure of this by sliding into Adin Ross’ DMs with more insults. He called the streamer a “d*ck sucker,” which prompted a confused response. “Me and Kai always show nothing but love to you,” Ross posited. “Gotta stop taking them percs that sh*t f*cking with ya head.”

Lil Tjay Labeled Adin Ross A Hip Hop “Culture Vulture”

Lil Tjay did not appreciate Ross’ response. The rapper decided to hop on Instagram Live and speaks directly to fans regarding the situation. “I told Adin he a culture vulture, he told me I’m on percs,” the rapper claimed. “I don’t take percs, don’t take drugs.” Tjay proceeded to call Ross a “racist” for his drug-related comments. “F*ckin’ racist n**ga,” he added. “I look like I take percs because I’m black, right? I know.” Lil Tjay claims that he sent Ross a voice memo detailing all the issues he has with him, then claimed that Ross refused to listen to it.

Tjay then turned the focus towards Kodak Black. “Stop looking at Yak like he a weirdo,” he asserted. “No, sometimes that’s how rappers act. In our society, that’s how we act.” He then doubled down on the claim that Adin Ross is a racist and a “culture vulture.” The bulk of Lil Tjay’s issues seem to be with Ross, given that few of his comments seem directly aimed at Kai Cenat. He also alleged that Ross uses people to get to the top, then throws them away for the next popular rapper. Ross has yet to respond to these damning remarks.
