It’s not a summer without Bad Bunny. Despite taking a year of rest, he may release some new music later this year. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the Puerto Rican superstar teased his new sounds. While he’s not sure when a new album — or even a single — will arrive, he confirmed a collaboration with Travis Scott is on the way.
“We worked on that a while back — and I think Travis has been working on his project for a minute,” said Bunny.
But outside of this collaboration, as well as a Jersey club-influenced track called “Where She Goes,” which was released last month, Bunny will likely continue his lax approach to releasing music, which he began taking on this year.
“I don’t know if maybe I’ll release a song [this year] if I like it enough, but I don’t think so,” he said. “I said this year was for resting.”
Bunny also noted that while he’s not sure when they’ll see the light of day, he’s sitting on albums worth of new material. He’s confident that they will stand the test of time.
“I spend so much time thinking about what I’m going to do next, thinking and creating, imagining things,” he said. “I already know where I’m going.”
Last week, Travis Scott shared that he’s looking forward to his plans after he retired from music. In the meantime, the “Mafia” rapper is determined to share his highly anticipated album, Utopia, with fans.
The entertainer is making his rounds as he previews the project with those he considers tastemakers. During his recent showcase at Lilly’s Club, Scott teased a new song with Bad Bunny. Ironically enough, the international music star is rumored to be romantically linked to model Kendall Jenner. Kendall is the older sister of Scott’s ex-partner Kylie Jenner, with whom he shares two children.
In the video clip shared on social media, several notable celebrities, including Justin Bieber, Neymar, Mbappé, and Hamilton, dropped by to support the musician.

Although Scott hasn’t revealed the album’s official release date or tracklist, fans believe the unreleased track will appear on Utopia.
As for what the producer has shared regarding the project when speaking with Fox 26’s sports director Mark Berman, Scott said, “It’s on the way now, Mark.”
Later adding, “I had to come down and play Utopia for the [Houston Astros] boys in the locker room. I had to get them right for the game. Finished and mastered, Mark. You know how we do, Mark. from the clubhouse to the stu.”
On May 6, Bad Bunny made his in-ring debut in the WWE. Continuing his ongoing feud with fellow Puerto Rican Damian Priest, Benito chose to fight The Judgement Day member rather than MC WWE Backlash.
That led to an emotional showdown in San Juan. While Benito took some early knocks, an intervention by members of the Latino World Order helped him turn the tables. He was finally able to gain the upper hand and pin Priest. It marked Bunny’s first fight and first win, as his claiming and relinquishing of the WWE 24/7 belt wasn’t exactly done via orthodox standards. However, he has since opened up about the hectic life he is leading.
Bad Bunny On Wrestling While Touring
While Bad Bunny isn’t officially touring right now, he does have a number of shows. In the coming days, he has shows lined up in Sacramento, Oklahoma City, Fort Collins, and Grand Junction. However, he won’t let anything stop him from pursuing all his various passions. “You’re crazy,” Zane Lowe told Benito during an interview on New Music Daily Radio, “The number one streaming artist on the planet is in the ring on the mat getting the shit beaten out of him and giving it back. It’s so funny because where I come from, artists who are on tour or doing great things, aren’t supposed to skateboard. They aren’t supposed to snowboard. They’re not even supposed to have casual games of soccer in case they break their foot or their ankle or their wrist. You’re wrestling, bro!”
Obviously amused by Lowe’s disbelief, Benito laughed before responding. “I know, I’m a crazy guy.” However, Bad Bunny shows no signs of slowing down. While his next appearance in the ring is yet to be confirmed, he dropped his new single, “Where She Goes” on May 18. Also impacted by his in-ring antics is a budding romance with Kendall Jenner, who would likely prefer to see the music superstar uninjured. Speaking of injuries, Benito confirmed that he did pick up an injury at the WWE event. “I suffer. Yeah, I got hurt. I got hurt. My back, my back. Whole body, bro. My whole body. I felt that I was going to die after that match,” Bad Bunny told Zane Lowe. He added, “I really thought that I was going to die after the match, but it’s part of it. I was prepared.”
One of the highlights of the WWE calendar five and a half months into 2023 came when the promotion returned to Puerto Rico for the first time in more than 18 years for the premium live event Backlash. While it did not close the night, the co-main event featured Bad Bunny in a San Juan Street Fight against Damian Priest, and unsurprisingly, the pair put on quite the show.
We’ve seen Bunny get in the ring before, and while he hasn’t spent decades perfecting the art of professional wrestling, he’s unquestionably one of the best celebrities to ever step into the ring. The match was a blast, and one thing we’ve learned in the aftermath is that he got banged up, as he showed off some pretty gnarly scars on his back.
As it turns out, those back injuries were worse than they appeared. In an interview with Zane Lowe, Bunny explained that he “suffered,” and that he thought he reached the end of the road.
“I suffered,” he said, per Fightful. “Yeah, I got hurt. I got hurt. My back, my back. My whole body, bro. My whole body. I felt that I was going to die after that match. I really thought that I was going to die after the match, but it’s part of it. I was prepared then, and now I’m going to drop a song. I know. I’m a crazy guy. I love it. I love it, and that’s what matters.”
Here’s hoping his next foray into professional wrestling is a bit more forgiving.
Bad Bunny’s superstardom is almost unprecedented, taking Latin trap and reggaeton to new heights. He has been the most streamed artist on Spotify for three years in a row. Within the past year, Bad Bunny has headlined Coachella and sold out two worldwide arena and stadium tours. Reggaeton and Latin pop music have been popular globally since the early 2000s, but Bad Bunny took the music to a larger scale.
Yesterday, Bad Bunny released his latest single, “Where She Goes,” along with the song’s music video featuring cameos from artists including Frank Ocean and Lil Uzi Vert. Bad Bunny has had many significant hits by himself but has an immaculate track record of collaborations, working with major superstars like Jennifer Lopez, Dua Lipa, and Cardi B. Bad Bunny has also collaborated with almost everyone from the reggaeton scene, including Sech, Anuel AA, and Ozuna.
An Eclectic Mix of Genres
He is known for his ability to fuse genres and make them his own, with each album sounding different from the last. His 2018 debut, X 100PRE, saw Bad Bunny honing in on his signature Latin trap and reggaeton sound while experimenting with pop, pop-punk, and dembow. His second album, 2020’s YHLQMDLG was Bad Bunny’s homage to classic 2000s reggaeton, building on his influences with his own unique sound. El Último Tour Del Mundo In 2020 saw Bad Bunny fusing his signature sound with rock and pop-punk. His fourth album, 2022’s Grammy-winning Un Verano Sin Ti was a tropical tribute to Puerto Rico, incorporating elements of reggae, mambo, EDM, and merengue. With a knack for collaboration and an ability to fuse genres, Bad Bunny has many impressive collaborations.
This is a list of Bad Bunny’s hottest must-hear collaborations. Because he has tried so many different styles of music and has worked with an eclectic mix of artists, making a list of the essential Bad Bunny collaborations is not an easy task. The songs, listed chronologically, draw from his catalog and primarily focus on his rap and hip hop songs. Of course, the list primarily includes his songs with reggaeton artists, of which he has a history of working with. Take a look at the list below.
“Sensualidad” With J Balvin & Prince Royce (2017)
Almost every Bad Bunny song is a hit, but some pieces are more underrated than others. An early song in his career, “Sensualidad,” is one of the best Bad Bunny collabs. J Balvin and Prince Royce join him over some production from DJ Luian and Mambo Kingz. Over the simple yet colorful production, the three artists bring their own unique voices and personalities to the track. Bad Bunny, J Balvin, and Prince Royce each take turns singing their own version on the chorus, bringing dynamic melody changes to their verses.
The three also ad-lib during each other’s parts, exemplifying their chemistry. The song also features an entertaining outro with plenty of adlibs and shoutouts. “Sensualidad” is a perfect summer track and was an early track that showed the chemistry between Bad Bunny and J Balvin specifically, paving the way for their 2019 collab album, Oasis.
“MÍA” was a significant moment for Reggaeton, seeing one of its biggest rising stars team up with one of pop music’s biggest stars. Drake has sung in Spanish before with Romeo Santos on “Odio” and sounds very comfortable in Spanish yet again on “MÍA.” Everything about the song is a guaranteed hit record, from the combined star power of Bad Bunny and Drake to the bright and lively reggaeton production. Bad Bunny has collaborated with many artists outside of the reggaeton scene, but “MÍA” with Drake is a collaboration that sounds the most organic.
“La Romana” feat. El Alfa (2018)
“La Romana” is one of Bad Bunny’s hardest bangers and one of his best collabs. The song begins with a dainty melody but drops into a knocking Latin trap song. Bad Bunny flows fastly over the beat, weaving in different melodies. The song then skips into a completely different beat with an ominous flute sound that perfectly sets up El Alfa to come in with a fiery dembow track. The song is actually fire as El Alfa repeats “fuego,” “fire,” and “caliente.” Bad Bunny sounds comfortable on El Alfa’s sound, rapping on the second beat. The song is a definitive highlight in both of their catalogs.
“La Santa” feat. Daddy Yankee (2020)
Bad Bunny and reggaeton legend Daddy Yankee have worked together a few times, but “La Santa” ranks atop their collabs by a long shot. The song has a classic reggaeton beat perfect for Bad Bunny’s infectious melodies and Daddy Yankee’s aggressive flow. The two play off each other nicely as Daddy Yankee adlibs Bad Bunny’s verses, and they trade lines on the pre-chorus.
“Safaera” feat. Jowell & Randy & Ñengo Flow (2020)
“Safaera” stands out as one of the best Bad Bunny collabs for many reasons. The song is a highlight on YHLQMDLG, and he recruits Jowell & Randy and Ñengo Flow for the song. “Safaera” is an homage to old mixes, resulting in an unpredictable reggaeton masterpiece. The song changes beat and tempo multiple times, keeping the listener engaged. Jowell & Randy build the song’s momentum until the chorus from Bad Bunny and Ñengo Flow.
Ñengo Flow’s verse weaves through different beats with a constant tempo before moving to a reggaeton flip of “Get Ur Freak On,” which gets sped up for Bad Bunny’s verse and slowed down for Jowell’s verse at the end. “Safaera” is an explosive song that goes through many exciting phases, almost like a reggaeton “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
“Bad Con Nicky” feat. Nicky Jam (2020)
Bad Bunny’s 2020 collaboration with Nicky Jam shows that even his B-sides have plenty of gems. The first part of the song is a slow yet traditional duet between Bad Bunny and Nicky Jam. One of Bad Bunny’s cleanest beat switches comes toward the end of the song. The production turns into a fast reggaeton for Nicky Jam to showcase his raps before singing over the thumping instrumental.
“Dákiti” feat. Jhayco (2020)
Bad Bunny and Jhayco have a history that runs deep, initially hopping on remixes of each other’s songs. The two then joined forces for “DÁKITI,” one of the biggest songs for both careers so far. The song’s eerie and atmospheric sound is the perfect soundscape for the two to display their skills. They create catchy melodies on the song and provide unique takes on the same melody. “DÁKITI” is a fitting track for an album titled El Último Tour Del Mundo as the song sounds very apocalyptic. The song is one of the must-hear Bad Bunny collabs and ignited the chemistry for him and Jhayco to create more bangers like “Tarot.”
Bad Bunny’s fans were expecting 2023 to be a big year for him as soon as he was announced as a headliner at Coachella. The Puerto Rican conquered the stage two weekends in a row there (even when faced with technical difficulties), and has since gone on to release two new singles. The first, “un x100to,” previously saw the rapper switching up his style to work with Grupo Frontera. On the latter, “WHERE SHE GOES,” Bunny operates solo. However, he did tap a handful of friends to join him for the music video while seemingly dropping hints about his relationship with Kendall Jenner.
Benito and the supermodel have been linked for some time now, with their joint public appearances obviously growing more frequent as of late. As Entertainment Tonight notes, the lyrics to “WHERE SHE GOES” focus on the Latin star’s romantic evening with a woman living rent-free in his mind. “I like your flow / Quietly you always steal the show,” his Spanish words read when translated to English. In the visual, an angel appears to Bad Bunny at one point, which some fans are speculating is a nod to Jenner’s history of walking in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
Elsewhere in the video, the 29-year-old crashes a bonfire party and meets up with friends like Dominic Fike, Lil Uzi Vert, Sabrina Zada, and Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend, Juliana Nalú. Viewers were also happy to see the return of BB’s fellow Coachella headliner, Frank Ocean, who’s been keeping a relatively low profile since cancelling his second-weekend set at the festival.

Bad Bunny has released a new video for his single “Where She Goes.” This comes hot on the heels of reports about his relationship with Kendall Jenner. Recently, reports emerged that said the model sees “long-term potential” with Bad Bunny. The two have been out on the town quite a bit together recently. They have not personally confirmed their relationship, but they have been seen together numerous times, even wearing coordinated outfits. This development comes a few months after the couple’s dating rumors first circulated. It all started with a report about the rapper and reality star engaging in a make-out session at a club.
Bad Bunny’s relationship with Kendal Jenner was Initially met with some negative reactions. However, it appears the tide is beginning to change. As the two enjoyed an NBA game together, many onlookers couldn’t help but be captivated by the presence of the new couple. They couple was fashionable, as always. As seems to be the case fairly often in recent weeks, they coordinated their outfits. Now, however, Bad Bunny is moving his focus slightly to releasing new music.
Benito’s Star-Studded New Music Video
Bad Bunny just released his new single, “Where She Goes.” Along with it came a very high-production video. It features the rapper partying in the middle of the desert with friends. However, he is captivated by a woman who is also there. There are many cut away shots in the video, including some of Lil Uzi Vert, Frank Ocean, and Dominic Fine. Benito called in all the favors he could for the new video. The rapper spoke on the making of the song in a recent interview with Zane Lowe.
“I was expecting make music this year, I told that… and I said, ‘F*ck, let’s do it.’ So that’s what music is about, to have fun… so that’s what I like so much, this track, I love it. I’ve been listening 100 times every day,” Bad Bunny said excitedly. “The video is crazy too, so I’m really excited to show the world my new work. I was in LA. That beat, my man, Mag, one of my producer, he sent me this beat like, ‘Yo,’ I think eight or nine months ago. And since I heard it, I like it, but I didn’t write anything, I just saved it.” Check out the music video for “Where She Goes” above and let us know what you think in the comments!
Bad Bunny has another summer hit on his hands. Today (May 18), the Puerto Rican rapper has shared a new single, “Where She Goes.”
On the song, Benito teams up with producer Mag and engineer La Paciencia, as he sings and raps over a Jersey club beat, mixed with elements of Dembow. He recalls a special night with a woman, that was only supposed to be a one-time encounter. However, he can’t seem to get this lady off of his mind, and longs to reunite with her. Bad Bunny flawlessly delivers on an electrifying hit, as he experiments with new musical stylings.
In the song’s accompanying video, which is directed by Stillz and produced by WeOwnTheCity, Bad Bunny is seen in a California desert, standing at the top of a mountain as he overlooks the scene.
As the beat drops, Bad Bunny then drives through the desert at full throttle in clips juxtaposed with videos of horses running at the highest speed.
The video also contains appearances from some of Bad Bunny’s friends, including Dominic Fike, Frank Ocean, Isabella Manderson, Julian Consuegra, Juliana Nalú, Lil Uzi Vert, Ronaldinho, Sabrina Zada, and Ysham Avdulahi.

Following reports that supermodel Kendall Jenner sees “long-term potential” with Bad Bunny, the two followed their courtside Lakers game date night with an evening out on the town together celebrating a friend’s birthday. While they have yet to confirm their relationship themselves, the duo was photographed wearing coordinated leather ensembles, proving that things between them are getting serious enough to schedule joint styling sessions. This comes just a few months after DeuxMoi first shared rumours about the Puerto Rican rapper and reality star making out at a club, and has left both star’s fan bases nothing short of shocked.
After some initial negative reactions, the world seems to be coming around to the idea of Kendall and Benito as a couple. Rather than watching the NBA game unfolding in front of them last week, many patrons couldn’t help but stare at the new couple, who looked undeniably great together. While Jenner donned animal print knee-high boots and a matching mini skirt with a white tank top, her date kept it cool in a black and white look, adding boots in a similar design as hers to subtly compliment the 818 Tequila founder. This earned them plenty of praise online, and it’s not the only matching they’ve done.
As TMZ reports, Sunday (May 14) saw them step out together once again, this time both wearing all black for a party at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica. The event was in celebration of Travis Bennett, better known to hip-hop heads as Yung Taco. Another famous favourite, Tyler, The Creator, was in attendance as well. He and Jenner are longtime friends, and the Californian appears to be forming a strong bond with Bunny too as they were filmed hanging out in Puerto Rico together earlier this month.
After dipping from the restaurant, Taco’s friends moved over to Shorebar for further celebrations. Others spotted at the same location last night include Winnie Harlow and Kyle Kuzma, as well as The Great Gatsby co-stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire. Do you think Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner killed it with their coordinated ensembles? Let us know in the comments, and tap back in with HNHH later for more pop culture news updates.
