What Is Ariana Grande’s Best-Selling Album?

From her sprightly steps on Broadway to her ascendancy to the pop stratosphere, Ariana Grande’s journey has been nothing short of a modern-day epic. Her best-selling album, Thank U, Next, emerged as a phoenix from the ashes of personal trials. It set a precedent in her career and the music industry at large. Released in February 2019, the album was a critical juncture for Grande, showcasing her resilience and evolution as an artist.

The album, infused with a tapestry of pop, R&B, and trap, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and secured the top spot in multiple countries. It wasn’t just the lead singles, “Thank U, Next” and “7 Rings,” that caused seismic waves across the charts. As a cohesive piece, the album stood out as a reflection of Grande’s artistic maturity. It also showed her knack for turning personal grief into universal anthems.

Sonic Alchemy: Crafting a Personal Soundscape

The creation of Thank U, Next is a tale of artistry meeting authenticity. During a tumultuous period in Grande’s personal life, the album took shape, reflecting an unfiltered emotional landscape. Producers like Tommy Brown, Charles Anderson, and Michael Foster were at the helm. This helped Grande transform her tribulations into tracks that are both sonically adventurous and lyrically candid. Unlike its predecessor, Sweetener, which exuded optimism, Thank U, Next traversed darker themes with a mix of vulnerability and braggadocio.

This dichotomy is particularly evident in songs like “Ghostin” and “In My Head.” They peel back the layers of Grande’s psyche with haunting melodies and forthright lyrics. The album’s production leaned heavily on minimalist beats, trap rhythms, and ethereal soundscapes, allowing Grande’s vocals to take center stage. This blend of minimalism and lyrical intensity created a resonant backdrop for her storytelling.

Triumph On The Charts: Thank U, Next‘s Commercial Conquest

Ariana Grande’s Thank U, Next marked a monumental apex in her career. It debuted atop the Billboard 200 and signaled its commercial hegemony with unwavering clarity. This sonic powerhouse didn’t just peak. It persisted, showcasing an enduring appeal with the title track and “7 Rings” commanding the Billboard Hot 100 for weeks. The album’s streaming prowess set new benchmarks, achieving the largest streaming week for a pop album and for a female artist at its release, a testament to Grande’s colossal digital footprint. Physical sales mirrored this digital triumph, illustrating the deep-rooted fan devotion that transcended the convenience of streaming.

Thank U, Next’s global reach was underscored by its multi-platinum status, amassing sales of over 1.5 million in the U.S. alone and earning Double Platinum certification. Internationally, the album reigned, securing the number one spot across charts in the UK, Australia, Canada, and beyond, while “7 Rings” etched its mark with Multi-Platinum certifications in several countries. This widespread commercial embrace highlighted the album’s broad musical impact, further amplified by a strategic rollout of merchandise that bolstered the album’s omnipresent chart visibility and sales narrative.

Dalton Gomez Net Worth 2023: What Is Ariana Grande’s Husband Worth?

From the lavish hills of Los Angeles to the dazzling red carpets, the trajectory of Dalton Gomez’s life has been a whirlwind, echoing a script from one of Hollywood’s drama films. While Gomez may have recently become a household name due to his short-lived matrimonial ties to pop icon Ariana Grande, this gentleman had been making waves in the real estate world much before Cupid struck between him and Grande.

Upbringing & Background

Dalton Gomez was born in Southern California and was seemingly destined for a life under the sun. Growing up amid the urban sprawl and the city’s relentless pursuit of dreams, he developed an intrinsic understanding of Los Angeles’ real estate intricacies. His background and upbringing infused in him the grit and determination essential for a thriving career in the city’s cut-throat real estate market.

Career Highlights & Accomplishments

Gomez’s entry into high-end real estate resembles a modern-day Midas story. Everything he touched turned into a property deal sealed. Working as a luxury real estate agent, Gomez represented some of the most wealthy homes in Los Angeles. His association with the Aaron Kirman Group, known for handling multi-million dollar listings, fortified his reputation in the industry.

His clientele? A star-studded roster ranging from tech moguls to Hollywood’s crème de la crème. By cleverly navigating the sprawling mansions of Beverly Hills to the architectural marvels of Hollywood Hills, Gomez etched a mark for himself. By 2023, his endeavors have cultivated a net worth of a staggering $20 million, as reported by Fresherslive.

Dalton’s personal life, especially recently, has seen more spotlight than some of Hollywood’s premieres. His whirlwind romance with Ariana Grande became tabloid fodder, their love story playing out in real-time for adoring (and sometimes scrutinizing) fans. Their relationship blended discretion and public openness from clandestine dates to Gomez’s appearance in Grande’s “Stuck with U” music video.

However, as in any story, the course of true love never did run smoothly. News broke in September 2023 of the pair filing for divorce, casting a somber shadow over what many fans viewed as a fairytale romance. The reasons remain private, as they should, but one can’t help but ponder the complexities of managing personal lives in the limelight.

Sudden Twists & Future Endeavors

Beyond the opulent homes and celebrity clientele, Gomez has shown a keen business acumen. Investing in properties, collaborating on development projects, and even venturing into entrepreneurial realms outside real estate, his portfolio is diverse. Furthermore, both Gomez and Grande were known for their philanthropic efforts. While together, the couple supported various charitable causes, especially during challenging times. The spirit of giving back is evidently close to Gomez’s heart.

Predictability is a rare commodity in the world of luxury real estate and Hollywood love stories. With his potent blend of business prowess and recent media attention, Dalton Gomez is poised at a unique crossroads. Where he ventures next, whether in real estate, business, or perhaps even a new personal chapter, remains to be seen. But one thing is sure: the world will be watching.

Scooter Braun Drama: Artists Who Have Left Him Behind

Scooter Braun has been the subject of recent headlines pertaining to his high-profile clients. Throughout the past few days, rumors have circulated about Braun parting ways with some of his biggest artists. The famous manager, executive, and entrepreneur has been involved in the careers of Kanye West, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, and many more. In addition to his SB Projects company, which handles the management of notable artists, Braun founded Schoolboy Records. He is also involved with TQ Ventures, Mythos Studios, RBMG Records, and the eSports team 100 Thieves.

Further, Braun founded the holding company Ithaca Ventures, which South Korean entertainment company Hybe Corporation acquired. Following the acquisition, Braun became the CEO of Hybe’s American branch. Aside from recent news, his most publicized business deal occurred in 2019 when Ithaca Ventures acquired Big Machine Records, giving him ownership of Taylor Swift’s master recordings. The purchase led to a highly publicized dispute between the two, and their debacle continues to loom over the latest stories about Braun.

Scooter Braun parting ways with some of his most prominent artists has led to mass speculation over possible causes. As of today, there is little information from official sources about why artists are leaving Braun’s management. Some speculate discrepancies between Braun and his clients, while other sources report that he is allegedly leaving management altogether. His latest tweet from two days ago reads, “Breaking news… I’m no longer managing myself.” Aside from that tweet, very few of these reports are official. Here are some artists who have left Scooter Braun behind, including those who still have yet to confirm their status with their manager.

Justin Bieber

One of Scooter Braun’s career-defining moves as a manager was discovering a 13-year-old Justin Bieber. Since 2008, the two remained closely connected throughout their careers as Braun helped Bieber reach superstar status at a young age. Puck News initially reported that Justin Bieber was seeking new management and had not spoken to Braun in months. Despite the report, Bieber is reportedly still under contract with his longtime manager, and neither party has issued statements regarding their status. Some news outlets claim Bieber has left Braun’s management, while others have refuted those statements.

Demi Lovato

After four years of management, Demi Lovato has parted ways with Scooter Braun and SB Projects. According to Billboard, the “amicable” split was a mutual decision. Lovato initially signed with Braun in 2019, and he managed her through the releases of her most recent albums, 2021’s Dancing With the Devil… the Art of Starting Over, and 2022’s Holy Fvck. Her departure from Scooter Braun’s management was the first to be in this recent string of reported splits with his other clients.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande’s supposed split from Scooter Braun’s management was reported the same day news outlets were made aware of Demi Lovato’s departure. There are conflicting reports on whether Ariana Grande is actually leaving her manager. Billboard cited sources that were certain of the split, while Variety’s unnamed sources refuted those claims. Braun has managed Ariana Grande’s entire music career, starting with her debut album Yours Truly. The singer has been actively promoting the album’s 10th anniversary with the help of SB Projects. The company’s social media posts coincided with the news of her departure. Although neither Braun nor Grande has commented, People claims that the pop star left SB Projects on “friendly terms.”

Idina Menzel

In addition to news surrounding splits from Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, and Ariana Grande, Scooter Braun had other clients leave his management this year. Broadway star and film actress Idina Menzel parted ways with her former manager in January. She initially signed with SB Projects in 2019. Although her decision to walk away from Braun is unrelated to the most recent developments, many of his biggest clients have parted ways with him this year alone.

J Balvin

Much like Idina Menzel, J Balvin signed with Scooter Braun in 2019 and also parted ways with him earlier this year. In May, the Latin superstar ended his deal with Braun and is now managed by Roc Nation. His exit from SB Projects has only added to the latest drama in the Scooter Braun saga. J Balvin and Menzel were the first to walk away this year. Balvin’s departure points to a pattern where Braun sees many of his biggest clients consecutively part ways with his historical management empire in a short time.

Overall, many of the artists who have allegedly left Scooter Braun as a manager still have yet to comment. However, it appears that the businessman and executive is keeping himself busy. He seems to be focusing on his role as CEO of Hybe America. One possibility is that Braun is turning his attention towards K-Pop as BTS is Hybe’s biggest artist. Another theory is that he continues growing his repertoire with other artists and companies. Hybe recently signed Ozuna and acquired Quality Control Music, the label known for artists like Migos and City Girls. While Scooter Braun has parted ways with many of his high-profile clients, he still has a roster full of notable names like Zac Brown Band, Quavo, YG, The Kid Laroi, and more.

‘Kendall Roy Parts Ways With Scooter Braun’: The Jokes Are Flying After Multiple Artists Parted Ways With Manager/Taylor Swift-Nemesis Scooter Braun

What’s going on with Scooter Braun? Over the last few days the big time music manager has been losing clients left and right. Reportedly gone from his rolodex are Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, and Idina Menzel. Rumors had it Justin Bieber was vamoosing, too, but both parties have shot that one down (for now). Braun has claimed it’s really just him cutting back on the day-to-day of managing so he can spend more time as CEO of HYBE America. Others have suggested there’s a reason he’s switching jobs. Whatever the case, it’s inspired some hilarious memes on that joint previously called Twitter.

The fun seemed to begin after reports of Menzel’s departure dropped.

Soon people were joking that fictional musicians, from movies and TV, were joining the mass exodus from Braun’s services.

Other characters, however, weren’t leaving but joining Braun’s team.

Some chose real people who were fictionally teaming with Braun.

Some thought outside the box, choosing inanimate objects.

Amidst all the news, Taylor Swift — whose back catalog was infamously bought and sold off by Braun, prompting her to re-record them all — came up.

Everyone was having a good time, and then Braun himself had to get in on the joke.

But it was a good run for a good meme.

Why Are Artists Leaving Scooter Braun?

Over the past few days, there have been reports that some of Scooter Braun’s biggest clients are seeking new management: Billboard reported yesterday that Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato have left Braun. That followed reports that Justin Bieber, who Braun famously started representing after seeing him on YouTube, was also splitting with Braun, although representatives for both parties declined the rumors.

Regardless, there’s something going on here, so what is it?

Variety has a new report that seems to offer some answers. What appears to be happening is that Braun is actually taking a step back from hands-on, day-to-day artist management so he can put more energy into being CEO of HYBE America.

A source told the publication, “All of Scooter Braun’s clients are under contract and negotiations have been going on for several months as Scooter steps into his larger role as HYBE America CEO. People are spreading rumors based on what they know, but they are off. Scooter’s team at SB Projects are still handling both Justin and Ariana as they work through what this new structure looks like.”

Meanwhile, Variety also cites sources with conflicting perspectives. One said, “He’s imploding. It’s a different world since the pandemic. You just can’t be an asshole like that anymore.” Another noted, “He’s getting out of management — he has been for years. That’s the real story.”

Braun himself cryptically addressed the situation today (August 22), tweeting, “Breaking news… I’m no longer managing myself.” That is so far the only public comment Braun has offered about the rumors.

Lizzo’s Hit Parade: Her Biggest Chart-Topping Songs

While Lizzo has been an active musician for a decade, it wasn’t until 2019 before she took the world by storm. Since her mainstream breakthrough, Lizzo’s songs waste no time becoming certified hits! Her third studio album, Cuz I Love You, won a Grammy Award for Best Urban Contemporary Album and was also nominated for Album of the Year. Lizzo is now a household name, also known for her energetic live performances, as well as her inspiring lyrics and flute-playing abilities.

Lizzo’s songs cover a plethora of genres but lie within the scope of Hip Hop and R&B. Her lyrics are usually uplifting in nature, as she is very outspoken on topics surrounding self-love and self-esteem. After her commercial breakthrough in 2019, Lizzo has become a megastar, and these hits prove her continuous success.

7. “Tempo” (2019)

“Tempo” became a club banger from the moment it was released. The R&B and trap-infused single is about Lizzo rapping about needing a faster-paced beat worth dancing to. “Tempo” also featured a sleek, cheeky rap verse from Missy Elliot. Now a body-positive anthem, “Tempo” is played whenever there’s some twerking going on. However, perhaps the most interesting part of the track is Lizzo’s classical flute playing, which she uses to close out the song.

6. “Cuz I Love You” (2019)

“Cuz I Love You” might have failed to crack the Billboard Hot 100, but the opener to her breakthrough album of the same name is now one of Lizzo’s most revered songs. The single showed Lizzo’s strengths as both a vocalist and a rapper. “Cuz I Love You” is a big and bold, yet soulful number packed with tons of emotion. Lizzo famously performed the song at the 2020 Grammy Awards, where she was also the most nominated artist of the night.

5. “2 Be Loved” (2022)

Many of Lizzo’s songs have motivational and inspirational qualities. As a champion of self-love, Lizzo’s positive messages in her music have been praised constantly. “2 Be Loved” is a synth-pop track that follows the disco path of her fourth album, Special. The song covers Lizzo’s looking inwards as she asks herself if she’s ready to be loved. The consensus of “2 Be Loved” is that one cannot truly be loved unless one loves themselves.

4. “Good As Hell” (2016)

Lizzo is one of few artists who has multiple sleeper hits. “Good as Hell” was initially released as a part of her first EP, Coconut Oil, in 2016. The motivational track, a feminist anthem, gained heavy attention in 2019. “Good as Hell” encourages women to fall in love with themselves and know their worth. After Lizzo performed the song at the 2019 MTV VMAs, it steadily rose on multiple charts.

“Good as Hell” eventually reached the third spot on the Billboard Hot 100 eight months after its 2019 re-release. Two music videos were shared, with the second blowing up on social media. That video featured Lizzo performing and having fun with the marching band at Southern University for homecoming week. A “Good as Hell” remix featuring Ariana Grande also became a hit, especially in Europe.

3. “Juice” (2019)

“Juice” is widely heralded as the best track off Lizzo’s third album, Cuz I Love You. The song, like many of her others, is all about self-love. “Juice” features fun and carefree one-liners like, “I’m like chardonnay, get better over time,” and “No, I’m not a snack at all. Look, baby, I’m the whole damn meal.” The song features many disco elements reminiscent of the 80s, and Lizzo paid homage to the sound with the music video. “Juice” also borrows elements from funk-pop, Hip Hop, and R&B.

2. “About Damn Time” (2022)

Starting this song with the lyrics “It’s bad b*tch o’clock, yeah it’s thick thirty” marked the first of many witty lines on “About Damn Time.” The lead single off Special, “About Damn Time” became a global hit, eventually hitting the peak spot of the Billboard Hot 100. The song also went viral on TikTok and spurred numerous dance, rap, and singing challenges. However, the track’s major feat is snagging the Record of the Year Award at the 2023 Grammys.

This historic accomplishment made Lizzo the first rapper to win in that category and the first Black woman to take home the award since Whitney Houston in 1994. Lizzo wrote the song to have another uplifting anthem similar to “Good as Hell.” She wanted to create a song that reminded her fans to celebrate their survival in the wake of a post-pandemic world.

1. “Truth Hurts” (2017)

Many things contributed to the widespread success of Lizzo’s hit song, “Truth Hurts.” Although originally released in 2017, it was re-released two years later after it went viral on TikTok. “Truth Hurts” would eventually rise to the top of the charts, spending seven weeks as the No. 1 song in the country. Regarded as her breakthrough single, the song is a story about Lizzo falling in love with herself after a breakup.

Lizzo famously married herself in the popular music video, which was viewed over 300 million times. She also shared that she considered quitting music after “Truth Hurts,” her “best song ever,” failed to make waves back in 2017. Thankfully, she stuck through the rut, and her career has significantly blossomed since then.

Ariana Grande Attends “Renaissance” Tour In London Amid Beyonce Collab Rumors

Could Beyonce and Ariana Grande really be gearing up for a collaboration? Both artists have certainly had their hands full lately. Ariana has been very busy with her return to acting. The pop star is currently filming her part in the film adaptation of the Broadway musical, Wicked. She has not released any of her own new music for several years, but fans were treated to a collab with The Weeknd back in February. The singer hopped onto Abel’s hit song “Die For You.” While Ariana may not be planning to drop her own new album anytime soon, it looks like another collab is in the making.

Beyonce has been quite busy herself. She recently embarked on her “Renaissance” Tour, and she’s been making headlines practically every day since. On opening night, fans went absolutely wild. One of them even got arrested for trying to sneak into a VIP area. If there is one fanbase you can count on to be over the top, it’s the Beyhive. The fans’ antics aren’t the only thing the tour is making headlines for, however. Almost every single tour date thus far has been a veritable who’s who of celebrities. Big names have been showing up in droves to support Beyonce. One of those names just happens to be Ariana Grande. In a video posted by a fan, the pop star can be seen at one of the London stops for the “Renaissance” Tour. Of course, this only lends more credence to the rumors of a collaboration.

Beyonce’s Collaborations Continue

Beyonce fans know at this point that they should expect the unexpected. Since the artist released her latest album last year, fans have been eagerly anticipating visual content. Visuals have always played a significant role in any album released by the legendary artist. It’s no wonder that the primary question on fans’ minds has been, “Where are the visuals?” Interestingly, Beyoncé provided a clever response to this question during a segment of her performance. In the introduction to “Formation,” a narrator’s voice-over is accompanied by the words displayed on large screens. The disembodied voice humorously states, “I know you hear me. You’ve asked for the visuals. You’ve called for the queen, but a queen moves at her own pace, b*tch.”

However, it appears that Beyonce still has some surprises in store for her fans after all. Recently, she unexpectedly released a remix of “America Has A Problem,” offering an exciting addition to her repertoire. The remix featured Kendrick Lamar, who previously collaborated with Beyonce on her Lemonade album. Given the release, it’s no surprise that people are speculating on further remix releases. How many there are in the works remains to be seen. However, it would not be out of character for Beyonce to drop more in the coming weeks without any annoucnements whatsoever. Stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news on Beyonce and all things hip-hop.

Beyonce’s Next “RENAISSANCE” Remix Collaborator Is Rumoured To Be Ariana Grande

The time between Beyonce’s Lemonade and RENAISSANCE albums was filled with near-constant nagging for new music from the BeyHive. They’ve quieted down since she dropped the latter project last summer. However, some are still begging the mother of three to share the project’s visuals. To this, she promptly reminded them, “A Queen moves at her own pace, bitch!” She may not have delivered on the RENAISSANCE music videos just yet, but Bey has come through with a ton of surprises since embarking on her world tour earlier this month.

The Houston native revealed via Instagram recently that she’ll be expanding her business empire into the world of hair. It remains unclear exactly what products we’ll be seeing from Beyonce. Seeing as she’s well-known for having consistently fabulous locks, it’s safe to say she’ll make a ton of money. Speaking of cash – she and Jay-Z reportedly paid $200M of just that for their new record-breaking California mansion. It’s been dubbed “ugly” and like a “prison” by some, though it’s hard to deny the impressive architectural work.

Beyonce Continues to Surprise Fans on the RENAISSANCE Tour

Of course, Queen B couldn’t stop there. A few weeks back she tapped Kendrick Lamar to join her on the “AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM” remix. Several Twitter users have expressed that they’d also like to hear TDE’s Doechii on the track, but just as many are pleased to hear from Kung-Fu Kenny for the first time in a minute. The Hive wasn’t exactly expecting anything else from the Destiny’s Child alum to top all of that, but rumour has it she’s got another major collaboration on the way.

According to @ThePopTingz on Twitter, Beyonce will be joined by “The Way” songstress Ariana Grande on an updated version of “PLASTIC OFF THE SOFA.” The song has become a RENAISSANCE fan favourite, and would surely only be enhanced by the former child star’s vocal talents.
