One other fan of DaniLeigh’s reflected on the drama she dealt with earlier in her career. “This be the funny part. Everyone came at her for the song and even used BEY song as a comparison. Meanwhile, Bey and almost all the bw in the industry fw her & clearly didn’t take her song the way y’all did! [laughing emoji]. Now I wonder how many ppl gonna switch up, now that they see that the top girl fw her.”

The Renaissance World Tour kicked off on May 10, 2023, at Friends Arena, in Stockholm, Sweden. It marks her first solo tour since the Formation World Tour in 2016. Beyoncé will be performing a total of 57 shows through September 27, 2023, stopping in England, Spain, France, Germany, and more before coming home to the United States on July 12 for a show at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.

Lil Kim Honors Michael Jackson During Tour

Regardless of public controversy, the King of Pop’s legacy lives on, whether in people’s hearts or on massive stages. Moreover, Lil Kim made an impromptu appearance as a supporting act for Janet Jackson’s “Together Again” tour on Thursday (May 18) in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Specifically, the Brooklyn rap legend graced the stage as a replacement for Ludacris, another hip-hop icon, who was Janet’s supporting act save for that date. During her performance, she paid tribute to Michael Jackson with a dance and rendition of his classic track “Smooth Criminal.” Considering the gargantuan three-act set-up of the tour in massive venues, it must’ve been quite the show.

Of course, Lil Kim has gotten to that career point where she might receive similar tributes from other artists, or these artists speak on her profound influence on them. “My mom was a rapper, right?” Megan Thee Stallion expressed on the Hulu series RapCaviar Presents. “She was a female rapper, but I had never heard of women being rappers ever because my mom was listening to UGKThree 6 Mafia. My daddy [listened to] Lil Wayne, like, we only listening to men in the house. But one day, my mom put on Lil Kim. Damn! She raps harder than a lot of these guys!”

In addition, the 48-year-old recently treated fans to a fun and era-blending show at Usher’s Lovers & Friends Festival. Along with her backup dancers, Lil Kim gave her own spin on Lil Uzi Vert’s smash hit track and dance, “Just Wanna Rock.” However you felt about that performance, you can at least say that it was heartening and enjoyable to see the star pay tribute to the newer generation. In a time during which hip-hop seemed more divided than ever, it’s nice to see the old and new guards move past the SoundCloud rap mentality and move further into supportive coexistence.

Meanwhile, she will always honor one of rap’s most enduring and influential figures: Biggie Smalls. “It’s always important to honor the king,” she expressed on his 50th birthday. “He’s the king. The king lives on. He’s just an amazing person, amazing artist … his legacy. It’s just great. Like, I mean, look at the catalog. Look at everything that he’s accomplished, even at such a young age.” For more news and the latest updates on Lil Kim, log back into HNHH.

Beyoncé Reveals “Renaissance” Tour Crew Includes 14 Chefs

Beyoncé recently shared the credits for her current “Renaissance” tour on her official website. The artist revealed how much is actually going into the production, showcasing 14 chefs employed under the category of “tour catering” alone. Beyoncé also credits herself as the tour’s director, executive producer, and creative director. The tour is expected to rake in over $2 billion.

The “Renaissance” tour began earlier this month with a performance in Stockholm, Sweden. One member of the beyhive was arrested on opening night for sneaking into a special VIP section of the event. The performance’s setlist was also leaked online prior to the show. Beyoncé was joined by her daughter, Blue Ivy, and her spouse Jay-Z at the event. A funny interaction at a Beyoncé performance between a fan and Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Lawson, was also shared to social media this week. As the fan took a selfie-style video of themself with Lawson, they sung “I just met Ms. Tina, I just met Beyoncé’s mama.” Lawson wanted nothing to do with the distraction from her daughter’s performance, telling the fan to “Shhh!!!”

Earlier this week, creators of the viral TikTok “Cuff It” challenge took to social media to let people know that they have not yet received tickets to the tour. The challenge, created by (@maycsteele) and Kaitlyn (@ogpartyhardy26) featured users dancing to the 2022 Renaissance track. It was emulated thousands of times, with Beyoncé herself even sharing her favorite renditions of the challenge to her Instagram.

The icon also teased a new business venture in the hair industry on Tuesday (May 16). She shared a post on Instagram featuring a handwritten letter to her fans. Beyoncé asks, “How many of y’all know my first job was sweeping hair in my mama’s salon?” She goes on, revealing, “Destiny’s Child got our start by performing for clients while they were getting their hair done. I was exposed to so many different kinds of entrepreneurial women in her salon.” Beyoncé then shared about growing up getting her hair done by her mother. She says she “saw firsthand how the ways we nurture and celebrate our hair can directly impact our souls.”

Latto only wants the best when it comes to her onstage fits, and she failed to disappoint with her latest style. Moreover, the 24-year-old posted a couple of sultry snaps of her dripped down in Valentino on her Instagram page. For those unaware, she’s currently supporting Lizzo on the Special 2our,” and is clearly taking advantage of the spotlight to put on some amazing shows. With a short top, skirt, near knee-high boots, and tight-fitting gloves, the rapper stunned the crowd and gave fans a more close-up look online.

Of course, Latto’s been on somewhat of a hot streak these days when it comes to live performances. Latto’s Amazing Valentino Fit For Lizzo Tour

With these live performances and tour appearances, it’s no wonder that the “Put In On Da Floor” rhymer is doing so well right now. Recently, she just reached a huge milestone when it comes to digital streaming platforms, surpassing 1 billion total streams on Spotify. Even if her viral status sometimes comes from places outside of her art, it’s what people turn to in order to understand that hype. One way in which she’s carved out a name for herself has been her beefs, resolved or unresolved, with other rappers.

Meanwhile, her relationships with other rappers, particularly her rumored romance with 21 Savage, might be shifting these days. Furthermore, the Slaughter Gang MC was allegedly spotted with his wife following a lot of speculation on him and the 777 artist. Regardless of what’s going on behind the scenes, Latto clearly has a lot better things to do as she rises in the industry- and looks stunning while doing so. Beyoncé Reveals Natalia Bryant’s Role On The “Renaissance” Tour

Beyoncé is currently on one of the biggest tours she has ever been on. Overall, the “Renaissance World Tour” is expected to bring in over $1 billion in revenue. Although this seems impossible, it makes a whole lot of sense. Bey is one of the biggest pop stars to ever grace the world. Moreover, she has one of the most loyal fanbases ever. They will do anything to get some tickets, and we have certainly seen that amidst this latest tour.

Currently, Beyoncé is on the European leg of her massive tour. In order for this kind of operation to go smoothly, you have to have a lot of people working with you. Overall, this would include stage designers, electricians, carpenters, dancers, coordinators, and all sorts of important people. Moreover, there are also interns who get to work on the tour. As it turns out, one of those interns is none other than Natalia Bryant, the daughter of Kobe Bryant.

Natalia has worked with Beyoncé in the past on some Ivy Park campaigns. Consequently, it should come as no surprise that they are working together again. Although, it still remains to be seen what an intern is doing in regard to the tour. Perhaps she is just watching how things are done and taking notes. However, she could potentially be doing other things that directly affect the show as a whole. We’re sure we will know more about that soon.

As for the tour as a whole, there is no doubt that Beyoncé has been putting on a phenomenal show. The artist is known for her incredible stage shows, and that will not be changing, anytime soon. With more dates coming soon, we will surely be seeing more footage and moments from the tour. Let us know what you think of the “Renaissance World Tour” thus far, in the comments section below.
