Diddy Lawsuits Pile Up To 120 As Lawyer Promises To Reveal Other “Shocking” Defendants

Attorney Tony Buzbee announced in a press conference on Tuesday that he’ll be representing over 120 individuals ready to take legal action against Diddy with claims of rape, sexual assault, and more. The group of accusers encompasses both men and women, 25 of whom were minors at the time of the alleged incidents. Buzbee will not handle the case as a class-action suit and instead file all the claims individually.

“Our team has had, at this point, 3,285 individuals with people claiming to be victimized by Sean Combs,” Tony Buzbee said as noted by XXL. “The youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was 9 years old.”

Buzbee also hinted at other high-profile names that will be mentioned in future updates. “The day will come when we name names other than Sean Combs,” he said. “The names we are gonna name are names that are gonna shock you.” It’s not the first time an attorney for one of Diddy’s accusers has referenced other celebrities being involved. Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd recently claimed on News Nation that she has a tape featuring another “high-profile” star with Diddy.

Dame Dash Wonders Why JAY-Z Hasn’t Spoken Up Against Diddy Amid “Freak Off” Rumors

Despite feuding with JAY-Z over the sale of his shares in Roc-A-Fella, Dame Dash says the legendary rapper is still a “pillar of hip-hop” and doesn’t want anything bad to happen to him. The topic arose for Dame while speaking with America Nu about the allegations surrounding Diddy. Dame says he wants to know why JAY hasn’t spoken out about the situation.

“Watching what’s going on with Puff, it doesn’t feel good,” Dame began. “I don’t want to see someone… die or be tortured. I’m not going to celebrate the pain of anybody, any human being, even if they deserve it. The things that they’re saying… they’re terrible. It’s hard for me to even think that any of those things can be true. I don’t want them to be true. They’re saying they’re going to pick him up next year. I don’t want to see that man go to jail.”

From there, Dame discussed the hypothetical idea of JAY-Z getting roped up into the allegations. “As much as he’s been to me unfair toward, or not unfair, the way he’d be f*cking with my money, I want to hope that that’s the worst that he’s been doing,” Dame said. “I would never want to hear like, ‘Jay at the freak off party’, that’s crazy. Diddy Could Face Even More Charges As “Well Over” 100 Alleged Victims Plan To Come Forward

Tony Buzbee, an attorney based out of Houston, says he has “well over” 100 alleged victims including both men and women who are ready to file lawsuits against Diddy. They accuse him of rape, sexual assault, and more. According to FOX 26 Houston, Buzbee plans to discuss the cases at a press conference at 1:00 PM, CST on Tuesday.

“This is an important matter that we intend to aggressively pursue,” he said in a statement to the outlet. “We will leave no stone unturned to find all potentially liable parties, to include any individual or entity who participated in or benefitted from this egregious behavior. As we do this important work, we ask that the public understand it is very difficult and takes an incredible amount of courage for victims to come forward. I ask that we treat these brave individuals with the dignity and compassion that they deserve as they go through this trying time.” He also asked anyone else with allegations against Diddy to reach out to the Sexual Assault Hotline number at 1-800-200-7474. Fox 5 News New York reports that the new allegations could possibly lead to new charges as well.

Dame Dash Calls Out Diddy For His “Disturbing” Allegations

Dame Dash says he finds the allegations against Diddy “disturbing” but never witnessed any of the behavior of which the Bad Boy mogul has been accused. He discussed the topic of Diddy and his recent arrest for sex trafficking and racketeering during an interview with TMZ published on Monday.

“It’s disturbing. I’ve known him for a while. So, these were things I didn’t know. Now, I know,” Dame said. When the reporter pressed him as to whether he knew or not, Dame added: “Come on man, you know me better than that. You see where I be at.”

Diddy Accuser’s Lawyer Claims To Know A More “High-Profile” Celebrity Who Appears On His Alleged Tapes

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney for one of Diddy’s latest accusers, claims there’s an even “more high-profile” celebrity featured in a pornographic tape of the Bad Boy Mogul of which she’s in possession. She made the allegation during an interview with NewsNation’s Banfield on Friday.

“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around … but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge,” Mitchell-Kidd said on the show, as caught by The Hollywood Reporter. “I can tell the video was pornographic in nature. … This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.”

Diddy is reportedly no longer on suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he awaits trial in his sex trafficking and racketeering case. According to PEOPLE, which cites a law enforcement source, he has also already visited with his family. “He is focused and very strong,” a lawyer for Combs told the outlet. “He is concentrating on his defense and preparing for his trial.”

The Bad Boy mogul’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, previously confirmed to TMZ that the suicide watch move was merely standard practice for high-profile inmates at the facility. He also told the outlet that Diddy is planning to argue his case in court and won’t be taking a plea deal. “I don’t see it happening… because he believes he’s innocent,” the attorney said. “He believes he’s innocent and what’s more, he believes that he needs to stand up not just for himself, for his family and for everybody who has been targeted by the federal government.”

In the document, the state accuses him of hosting “Freak Off” parties that subjected women to horrific treatment. As published by TMZ, the indictment claims: “During Freak Offs, COMBS distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant. Sometimes unbeknownst to the victims, COMBS kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sex acts with commercial sex workers. After Freak Offs, COMBS and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.”

Lil Reese Arrested For Allegedly Assaulting His Ex-Girlfriend

Lil Reese was arrested by police in Houston on Sunday for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend inside a Texas nightclub, earlier this month. Authorities had a warrant out for his arrest over the alleged incident for the last several weeks. He stands accused of punching and strangling the woman at The Pinkhouse nightclub in Houston.

Police claim Reese attempted to kiss her several times, but as she continued to reject his advances, he became violent and attacked her physically. Reese’s attorney, Carl Moore, has already denied the allegations against his client. “Mr. Taylor vehemently denies these false accusations. We look forward to his day in court,” he said in a statement provided to TMZ. The outlet also reports that he’s already been denied bond.

The latest arrest comes after Reese faced a rape accusation, earlier this year. In sharing her opinion on the situation, she reacted to since-debunked audio that claimed to be of the two rappers getting intimate. In her replies, several fans corrected her about the situation.

R Kelly’s Daughter Breaks Down Over Devastating Allegations In New Doc Trailer

R Kelly is currently behind bars for alleged racketeering, trafficking, sexual abuse of minors, and more. Now, it looks like the disgraced R&B star could be facing even more disturbing allegations. In a trailer for an upcoming doc, exclusively shared by The Jasmine Brand earlier today, several of his family members discuss his alleged crimes and how they’ve impacted them.

His ex-wife Drea Kelly, for example, gets tearful about what he’s allegedly done to their children. She questions why he had to allegedly harm their little ones after already allegedly harming her. His daughter Joanne also gets incredibly emotional about what he’s allegedly put her and the rest of their family through. They do not specify exactly what they’re accusing him of in the trailer. The documentary, which was executive produced by Mann Robinson, is scheduled to come out on October 11. “He knows exactly why we can’t have the relationship that we would have liked with him,” Joanne explains in the trailer.

“He was my everything,” she continues at a different point in the trailer. “For a long time, I didn’t even want to believe that it happened. She goes on to explain how she plans on being as honest as possible with her son about his grandfather. Despite this, she says she will not be taking her son to visit him in prison.
