Finesse2tymes’ 11-Year-Old Artist King Fires Back After Rapper Accuses Him Of Running Away

Earlier this week, Finesse2tymes hopped online to reveal that his 11-year-old artist and godson FNG King ran away. According to the rapper, the child left because he tried to discipline him for doing things that were inappropriate for his age. “I just want to let the world know that King is no longer with me. So if you see King with guns, you see King shooting dice, you see King in the club, you see King doing grown people sh*t… He’s not with me,” he said.

“I admit,” he continued. “I was with that once upon a time because I understand where King come from. I was. I let him shoot dice, I let him curse, you know what I’m saying? And it got to a point where I was like, ‘this ain’t right.‘” Finesse2tymes went on, claiming that King had started getting disrespectful with adults in the home, prompting him to discipline him by no longer giving him money, taking him to dice games, and more. King, on the other hand, has a different story.

Recently, the child took to social media to set the record straight, accusing Finesse2tymes of trying to change him. “He never sent me back home,” King began. “He be texting my phone talking about ‘whenever you want to come back and act like a child.’ Bro, you kept me off the internet, bro… You came and got me for who I am and then you’re gonna try and change me for who I am? I am who I am, this is how the internet knows me. And any people who are looking at me as a bad kid, I’m not, I’m an actually great person.”

King also claimed that while Finesse2tymes did help him out, he wasn’t buying him designer clothes or other luxury goods unless he begged for them. Moreover, he says the rapper didn’t even care about what he wore onstage. Finesse2tymes has yet to respond to King’s latest remarks.

It’s hard to keep track of every Diddy accuser, but it’s going to be difficult to not remember Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith’s name. That’s because he’s hitting the mogul with yet another lawsuit, with this one holding an even larger monetary amount. According to reports from In Touch Weekly and AllHipHop, The Michigan inmate, who’s serving a decades-long sentence for a rape case of his own, is seeking $400 million in damages. Cardello-Smith claims that Diddy invited him to a party at a Detroit Holiday Inn back in 1997. During his time there, he alleges that the Bad Boy Records founder handed him a drink with “a little something” added into it.

Later, Cardello-Smith says it knocked him out and upon awakening, he alleges that Diddy was having sex with a woman next to him. Moreover, the prison mate alleges that the rapper told him, “I did this to you too!” Since filing the lawsuit, Diddy’s legal team has labeled it “baseless,” and that Cardello-Smith mentioned two different locations for this alleged assault. They are also arguing that the claims were filed past the statute of limitations. Finally, Diddy’s lawyer has essentially dismissed the man’s lawsuit.

“Since [Derrick] first filed, his claims, (which were facially implausible to begin with), have ballooned into a massive conspiracy against him, involving multiple high-ranking Wayne County officials. Now realizing that his untimely claims are subject to dismissal, [Derrick] presents the court with a fresh helping of conspiratorial nonsense.” Diddy’s lawyer further added that he’s just now doing this because he had to “invent” facts.

But Cardello-Smith is not backing down. In fact, he’s going to call on a certain witness to help testify the facts he’s presenting. That person is nonother than Jennifer Lopez. He feels due to her dating the embattled figure from 1999-2001, she has information that could help sway the court. As we mentioned earlier, this is not Cardello-Smith’s first go-around with Diddy. Earlier this year, he was seeking $100 million. However, he wound up losing that battle due to the entertainer’s team successfully arguing that he was tampering with key court documents to obtain the money initially.

Jay-Z Hits Tony Buzbee With A Defamation Amendment To Extortion Lawsuit

Jay-Z and Tony Buzbee are currently at war with one another and there is no end in sight. Overall, it all started when Buzbee brought forth a sexual assault lawsuit against Jay and Diddy. Buzbee claimed that Jay and Diddy allegedly raped and assaulted his client, who has remained nameless. Since that time, the music mogul has filed an extortion lawsuit against Buzbee. Furthermore, Buzbee has been hit with various other lawsuits that are unrelated to the Jay-Z case.

According to Rolling Stone, Jay-Z has added on to the extortion lawsuit, as he is also alleging defamation. When it came to the initial charge of extortion, this is what the court documents had to say. “Viewed in the context of Buzbee’s prior statements threatening to file criminal complaints against, and publicly shame, a ‘long list’ of celebrities, the message in the Extortion Demands was clear: pay up, or face a criminal investigation and extraordinary reputational harm.”

As for this latest filing, Jay-Z and his lawyer Alex Spiro could not be more clear. “In short, defendants placed a gun to Mr. Carter’s head. They were demanding that Mr. Carter either: (a) pay ‘something of substance’ to stop Defendants from making public the wildly false allegations of sexual assault that would subject Mr. Carter to opprobrium and irreparably harm his reputation, family, career and livelihood, or (2) endure that financial and personal ruin. Defendants’ statements and correspondence made clear the immediate and extensive threat of exposure if Mr. Carter failed to pay.”

Meanwhile, Tony Buzbee has given his response to the new claim. Just like you would expect, he has denied any wrongdoing. “The new claim is patently frivolous and will be dismissed. I’ve never said a word about him. This is just another attempt to bully and intimidate me. It just won’t work,” the attorney stated. It seems like this situation is just getting started, and we cannot fathom where it will go next.

Joe Budden Speculates Drake Could Remove Music From Spotify Amid Legal Battle

Last month, Drake filed a pre-action petition against UMG and Spotify, accusing the companies of artificially boosting Kendrick Lamar’s hit diss track “Not Like Us.” Earlier this week, Spotify finally issued a response. “UMG and Spotify have never had any arrangement in which UMG charged Spotify licensing rates 30 percent lower than its usual licensing rates for ‘Not Like Us’ in exchange for Spotify affirmatively recommending [‘Not Like Us]’, including ‘to users who are searching for other songs and artists,’” the filing reads in part. “Spotify has no economic incentive for users to stream ‘Not Like Us” over any of Drake’s tracks.”

Spotify also criticized Drake’s decision to move forward with a pre-action petition instead of a lawsuit, calling it an alleged “subversion of the normal judicial process.” The Toronto rapper’s team quickly fired back. “It is not surprising that Spotify is trying to distance themselves from UMG’s allegedly manipulative practices to artificially inflate streaming numbers on behalf of one of its other artists. If Spotify and UMG have nothing to hide then they should be perfectly fine complying with this basic discovery request,” they wrote.

Now, Joe Budden has weighed in on the debacle during an episode of his podcast, revealing what he thinks could come of it. “Drake’s still making music, dog. So they’ve still got to have some sort of a business relationship I think,” his co-host Ish said. Budden disagreed, arguing that if he wanted to, Drake could always choose to remove his music from Spotify altogether like other artists have in the past.

“I don’t know if that’s certain like it once had to be,” Budden told Ish. “Remember when all of them white people was taking their music off Spotify cuz Rogan said some sh*t or something? TD Jakes’ Lawyer Fires Back After AI YouTube Videos Allege He Was In Bed With Diddy

Amid Diddy’s ongoing legal battle, countless wild rumors about him and his associates have popped up online. Recently, some YouTube accounts even allegedly used artificial intelligence to create fake thumbnails and stories accusing the Bad Boy founder and Bishop TD Jakes of being in bed together. Jakes isn’t standing for this, however, firing back by taking legal action. In a new motion filed by his attorney Dustin Pusch, he seeks to subpoena YouTube’s parent company Google to share information about four channels in particular.

These accounts are purportedly run out of Pakistan, South Africa, the Philippines, and Kenya. This latest update comes just a few weeks after Jakes had a health scare onstage, which he addressed in a video earlier this month. He revealed that he had to undergo emergency surgery, but is now on the road to recovery. “I faced a life-threatening calamity, was rushed to the ICU unit, I had emergency surgery, survived the surgery. Yeah, I’m back. And the doctor wants me to go slow coming back,” he shared.

Almost immediately after this health scare, Jakes hit fellow pastor Duane Youngblood with a lawsuit for alleged defamation. During an appearance on the Larry Reid Live podcast, Youngblood alleged that Jakes tried to sexually abuse him when he was 18 or 19. “These accusations are patently false,” Jakes’ lawsuit reads. “Bishop Jakes never kissed or tried to kiss Youngblood, never cornered him or forced him into any situation (sexual or otherwise), and certainly never told him that he wanted to sleep with him or had any conversation of a sexual nature at all with him. The interactions described by Youngblood during his LRL interviews on October 28 and November 3 never happened—period.”

Tyrod Taylor Accuses Draya Michele Of Costing Him Money By Refusing To Leave LA Home

It goes without saying that Draya Michele has a lot going on these days. The model welcomed her third child with Jalen Green earlier this year, just months after they were first romantically linked. Regardless, she decided to take legal action against her ex Tyrod Taylor in June. She accused him of breach of contract and more. She alleged that he purchased an LA home in 2022, according to TMZ Sports, and allowed her and her children to live there.

Allegedly, he verbally agreed to let her buy it from him eventually and said any improvements she made to the home would go towards its final price. She proceeded to put $300K towards the home, only to have him allegedly later refuse to sell it to her. Earlier this month, The Neighborhood Talk reported that Taylor had called the police on Draya various times, trying to get her evicted from the property. Per In Touch Weekly, he filed an eviction lawsuit against her, which she alleges she had no knowledge of.

Now, according to legal documents obtained by the outlet, Taylor is accusing Draya of staying at the property rent-free. He’s asking a judge to move forward with the eviction. He claims his company has already obtained a writ of possession, and alleges that every day Draya remains there is costing the company money.

“Since approximately June 2024, I have been carrying the payment of the mortgage and upkeep expenses on the subject property. The approximate monthly amount associated with these expenses is $19,843.00,” the filing alleges. “Every day that Draya remains in possession is another day that my company is deprived of possession, must continue to incur expenses, and is unable to list and sell the property.” At the time of writing, the judge has yet to rule on Taylor’s request.

YouTuber Trent Out Loud Claims Jay-Z & Roc Nation Are Surveilling Content Creators For Cease And Desists

The explosive lawsuit against Jay-Z and Diddy for alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old understandably dominates a lot of pop culture and gossip discourse these days, both within and beyond hip-hop. So it’s no surprise that Roc Nation is keeping a close eye on things… But how close is this gaze? Moreover, YouTuber Trent Out Loud recently claimed during a video that Hov and his company are surveilling content creators to make sure no one steps out of line with their remarks and watching out for potential cease-and-desists. This is an understandable reaction, but folks are still skeptical about potential oversteps.

“While we were on the phones and talking to sources and doing our research, two people told me that Roc Nation and Jay-Z have a whole team scouring the Internet and making sure that content creators are not stepping out of line,” Trent Out Loud remarked. “And they will send cease and desist letters or legal letters with the quickness. So I wrote these things down [and] sent it to our lawyers to review it just to make sure that we’re in the clear with everything, alright? […] What was missing on Jay-Z’s statement? Nobody’s talking about this, I don’t understand. Maybe some people are a little afraid to talk about it, but we are going to touch on it as much as we can.”

Elsewhere, Jay-Z also faces some other legal trouble such as a paternity test lawsuit that emerged in the wake of the alleged sexual assault filing. Rymir Satterthwaite claims to be the “illegitimate son” of the Brooklyn rapper, and alleges that Jay exhibited fraudulent behavior during prior paternity tests. There are also a couple of other legal and procedural stipulations that Satterthwaite suspects foul play over.

In addition, Roc Nation themselves received a lawsuit from Tony Buzbee, who filed the alleged sexual assault lawsuit against Jay-Z, for allegedly soliciting clients illegally. There are a lot of claims – both legal and more casual – flying back and forth from both sides, which only results in a lot of confusion. Without evidence or a trial proceeding, it’s hard to make heads or tails of these matters.

Andrew Tate Won’t Be Going To Trial In His Trafficking Case…But There’s A Catch

Andrew Tate faced a slew of criminal allegations over the past few years, but this piece of good news for him might not actually help him get over those. For those unaware, authorities arrested him and his brother Tristan, along with two women, about two years ago for allegedly running a sexually exploitative gang in the United Kingdom and Romania. They face charges of alleged human trafficking, whereas Andrew has an additional alleged sexual assault charge. The social media influencer and his colleagues did get a win, though, as a Romanian court ruled on Thursday (December 19) that their case will not go to trial… yet.

The judge ruled that prosecutors committed various legal and procedural mistakes in their filing against Andrew Tate and company, but this does not mean that their case closed immediately. After all, there’s an additional legal matter in Romania against the brothers. But for this situation specifically, the court returned the sex trafficking case to the prosecutors and outlined two options: they can submit new evidence to sustain their charges, or amend them in favor of a different approach.

“The review revealed significant procedural flaws and raised serious concerns about the integrity of the investigative process, further undermining the credibility of the prosecution’s case,” Andrew Tate’s spokesperson Mateea Petrescu stated. She added that this review – which they requested from the appeals court – “confirms the lack of credible evidence or consistency in the accusations” on behalf of their opposing attorneys. This follows a formal indictment last year and the cohort’s denial of any allegations against them. Back in November, the court removed evidence such as witness statements from two alleged victims and statements from the Tate brothers.

In addition, the court also explained that prosecutors did not explain the charges against Andrew Tate to an alleged female victim in the case, and that they failed to properly present the charges against the two women. Another point of contention they pointed out was the lack of specification when it comes to the assets authorities confiscated. However, the Tate brothers also face legal trouble in the United Kingdom, so they are not out of the woods.

Karrine Steffans, who now goes by Elizabeth Oveson, says that the latest allegations against Jay-Z are not “shocking.” Steffans appeared in the iconic music video for the rapper’s 2000 hit song “Hey Papi.” She further claimed to have had a relationship with Jay in her memoir, Video Vixen. She recently discussed the bombshell claim that he allegedly raped a 13-year-old at an afterparty with Diddy in 2000 with The Daily Beast.

“None of this is shocking, and it’s all part of the same [Me Too] movement. I’m not sure why people are separating this wave of Black music executives/artists from the original #MeToo investigations and arrests. They’re all connected,” Steffans said. “From (Bill) Cosby, (Harvey) Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, and the hundreds in between—they’re all connected. There are still hundreds more men to be accused, found guilty, and fall.”

The anonymous woman made the allegation against Jay in an amendment to a lawsuit she had previously filed against Diddy. Both artists have vehemently denied the validity of her story. Jay even accused the woman’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, of attempting to blackmail him. He penned a fiery statement on social media after the filing to deny the allegations. He wrote in part: “I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games, we have very strict codes and honor. We protect children.”

Daddy Yankee Accuses Estranged Wife Of Withdrawing $100M Without Authorization Amid Divorce

Amid his divorce from his wife of 29 years, Mireddys González, Daddy Yankee has hit her with some shocking allegations. In new legal documents obtained by Billboard, he accuses González and her sister Ayeicha González Castellano of withdrawing millions from company accounts without authorization. More specifically, he alleges they took $80 million from the El Cartel Records account and $20 million from the Los Cangris music account.

He calls the alleged move a “desperate attempt” that went against “warnings received and express requests that she put a stop to any management and initiative that would compromise the company’s finance,” according to the outlet. “It now becomes evident why she has wanted to keep him in the dark and deny him information about the withdrawals and cash movements that she and her sister make behind his back,” the filing alleges. In dual motions filed earlier this week, Daddy Yankee demanded the “immediate” removal of González and her sister from both the accounts and administrative duties of the companies.

The allegations arrived just weeks after Daddy Yankee announced that he and González decided to go their separate ways. “With a heart full of respect and honesty, I want to share some important news about my personal life,” he wrote on his Instagram story in Spanish this month. “After more than two decades of marriage and after many months of trying to save my marriage, which my wife and I share, today my lawyers responded to the divorce petition received from Mireddys.”

“I appreciate the time we shared, full of blessings and values, of love and with a beautiful family that will continue to be our priority,” his statement to followers continued. “This is not an easy time, but I understand that it is part of my life process.” At the time of writing, González has yet to address the allegations publicly.
