Diddy’s Request For House Arrest Gets A Swift Response

Diddy and his legal team requested that the Bad Boy mogul be released on house arrest until his trial in the case regarding charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering on Friday. According to US Weekly, Judge Arun Subramanian “immediately rejected the idea,” remarking in the courtroom: “That is not going to work.” He had wanted to stay at his mansion in Miami, Florida, the site federal agents raided, earlier this year.

His lawyers also offered that he stay at his apartment in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. This would’ve featured 24/7 security with the removal of internet and phone access outside of contacting his attorneys. He would also need approval before family visits. Diddy’s team argued to Subramanian that the house arrest would end up being “substantially more restrictive” than the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, where he currently resides.

Authorities arrested Diddy back in September, charging him with allegations of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He quickly pleaded not guilty and has denied all of the claims against him. Diddy will be heading to trial in May 2025.

Outside of that legal case, Diddy recently made headlines for reportedly sending a cease-and-desist letter in response to allegations made during Hulu’s new documentary, The Honorable Shyne. According to Page Six, he’s upset with his former Bad Boy protégé, Shyne, alleging that he took the fall for Diddy in an infamous nightclub shooting back in 1999. A rep. for Diddy told the outlet that the allegation is “unequivocally false.” They also brought up that he was acquitted of all charges related to the incident. Dawn Richard’s Lawyer Alleges Singer Was “Absolutely Terrified” Of Diddy

Dawn Richard’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, said that her client was “absolutely terrified” of Diddy during an interview with BBC’s Newsnight on Thursday. The former Danity Kane member filed a lawsuit against the Bad Boy mogul back in September with allegations of sexual assault and battery. Speaking about the lawsuit, Bloom alleged to Newsnight that Richard was threatened with more “physical violence” after she went public. “She said Sean Combs had a vicious temper and she was absolutely terrified of him,” Bloom said.

She also alleged that Richard witnessed “some severe acts of violence” from Diddy against his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. “Dawn Richard, my client, says that when she spoke out about it, tried to get Cassie to speak out… When she complained about it, she was also threatened with physical violence. So [it was] just a really violent, tumultuous atmosphere,” Bloom said.

As for the lawsuit, Bloom alleged: “he groped and grabbed her body parts, sexually assaulted her, that he not only failed to pay her money that was promised to her, but actually prevented her from eating and sleeping during those years – just treated her terribly.” Diddy has already vehemently denied the allegations. His lawyer, Erica Wolff, told BBC that the rapper was “shocked and disappointed” by the lawsuit and that Richard had “manufactured a series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a pay day.”

Bloom’s interview with BBC comes as Diddy remains behind bars in Brooklyn at the Metropolitan Detention Center after authorities arrested him, earlier this year, on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. Diddy Allegedly Hits Shyne With Cease-&-Desist In Response To New Hulu Documentary

Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly fired off a cease-and-desist letter in response to allegations made during Hulu’s new documentary, The Honorable Shyne. According to Page Six, he isn’t trying to block the release of the film, but wants to set the story straight. The film details the career of Diddy’s former Bad Boy protégé, Shyne, who alleges that he took the fall for Combs in an infamous nightclub shooting back in 1999.

“Mr. Combs categorically denies Mr. Barrow’s allegations, including any suggestion that he orchestrated Mr. Barrow to ‘take the fall’ or ‘sacrificed’ him by directing witnesses to testify against him. These claims are unequivocally false. Mr. Combs was acquitted of all charges related to the [1999 incident] and has consistently maintained his innocence,” and, “Mr. Combs appreciates the path Mr. Barrow has pursued and wishes him continued success. It is unfortunate that Mr. Barrow has chosen to revisit these allegations.”

In the documentary, Shyne recalls his conviction for the 1999 nightclub shooting, in which three bystanders sustained injuries. Both he and Diddy were originally charged, but Diddy was fully acquitted. Now, Shyne says Diddy’s ways are “coming to light,” and remarked in the documentary: “Because when I said it [at the time], everyone was partying and having a great time with Diddy while I was left to rot in prison.”

Hulu Releases “The Honorable Shyne”

The Honorable Shyne hit Hulu on November 18th, two months after authorities arrested Combs on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. While awaiting trial in the case, he remains at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He’s currently working on a fourth attempt at getting out on bail. Kanye West Accused Of Assaulting Model Jenn An In New Lawsuit

Kanye West has been hit with no shortage of lawsuits in recent months, and today, he’s facing one more. According to TMZ, model Jenn An is suing both him and Universal Music Group for alleged gender-motivated violence. An, who appeared in cycle 13 of the competition series America’s Next Top Model, alleges that he picked her out of a lineup of women during a 2010 shoot for his song with La Roux “In For the Kill.”

Allegedly, Ye said “Give me the Asian girl,” and they began shooting a scene at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City. An says that at that point, things took a turn for the worse. She recalls wearing revealing lingerie, and the Chicago rapper allegedly telling her “That’s why I chose you.” He then allegedly had her sit across from him with the camera pointed at her, and began to strangle her.

Allegedly, he also “rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex.” An alleges that this continued for over a minute and that Ye proceeded to make some disturbing remarks about it. “This is art. This is f**king art. I am like Picasso,” he allegedly said.

In the lawsuit, An says that what she allegedly experienced more closely resembled “pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes” than a music video shoot. Ultimately, none of her or Ye’s scenes made it into the final music video, which An says is the alleged result of “high-profile figures” doing their best to “bury” the incident. At the time of writing, Ye has yet to publicly address the lawsuit.

Diddy’s Former Chef Shuts Down His Allegation That Cassie Assault Footage Was Altered

It goes without saying that Diddy is in for a long and difficult legal battle. He’s currently behind bars at the MDC in Brooklyn awaiting his trial, which is expected to begin in May of next year. He’s facing charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering, and if convicted, he could be looking at a hefty sentence. On top of that, he’s also facing several lawsuits from individuals accusing him of assault, abuse, and more.

Earlier this year, footage of the Bad Boy founder assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie at a hotel surfaced online. For obvious reasons, it had the internet in an uproar and was used at his first bail hearing. This week, however, his lawyers accused the prosecution of having “submitted an altered video that omitted key scenes and presented events materially out of order.” There aren’t many buying his argument, including his former chef Jourdan Cha’Taun. She took to Instagram yesterday to show her support for Cassie, and also call cap on Diddy’s allegation that the video was edited.

Her statement arrived just ahead of Diddy’s bail hearing, which took place earlier today. Diddy once again proposed a $50 million bail package, this time with more regulations. Various members of his family including his mother Janice Combs and his children were spotted supporting him in court. The judge did not make an immediate decision on whether or not he’ll grant Diddy bail but will make his ruling next week.

Kai Cenat Bombarded With Homophobia Allegations After Tense Livestream Moment

Kai Cenat is under fire once again, this time due to comments he made toward his friends RaKai and Ray during a livestream. In a clip making its rounds on X, the internet personality and several others are seen in the back of a vehicle. Eventually, Cenat noticed that Ray was sitting in RaKai’s lap, and immediately made it clear that he wasn’t comfortable with it. He told them to “chill” repeatedly while his friends defended themselves.

The clip has earned mixed reactions from social media users. Many are accusing him of being homophobic and slamming him for acting that way in front of his young audience. “Kai being homophobic is so disheartening,” one user writes. “It’s so cr*zy that he won’t get backlash that makes a difference, nobody will really call him out and he will still have the biggest platform on Twitch with big sponsors… tons of young kids are listening to what he says and agreeing just cause he says it. It’s gross,” someone else says.

Fortunately for Cenat, there are some fans coming to his defense. According to multiple users on X, it’s possible that the streamer could have actually been outraged over his two friends’ age difference. Reportedly, RaKai is 16 years old while Ray is 19. Others suspect that the entire thing was staged and that everybody involved was in on it, though this is unconfirmed. This is far from the first time a moment from Cenat’s stream got critics talking, however.

Earlier this month, he got a massage during a stream, which ended abruptly due to trolls in his chat. They continuously made inappropriate remarks about the masseuse, who ultimately decided that she was no longer willing to put up with it. She left despite Cenat apologizing profusely, though she seemed to recognize that the rude messages were out of his control.

The Game Continues To Fight Against Potential Home Seizure In Court

Back in 2015, The Game was sued by a former contestant of the VH1 show, She Got Game. Priscilla Rainey accuses him of sexual assault, alleging that she was groped nonconsensually during an off-camera date. After the rapper repeatedly failed to show up for court, the judge ruled in Rainey’s favor. She was awarded $7 million. She’s had a difficult time collecting the judgment, however, and began going after his house in August.

In new documents filed earlier this week, obtained by AllHipHop, he asks the court to dismiss the Order for Sale of Dwelling and order the Marshal to release the levy. Rainey accuses The Game of transferring his home’s deed to Wack 100 to prevent it from being seized. He denies being personally served paperwork about the potential home seizure at all.

I ultimately became aware of the Order to Show Cause Why Order for Sale of Dwelling Should Not Be Made from media reports about it.” In the documents, The Game’s team also questions the man who claims to have served him, alleging that this isn’t the case.

The potential home seizure isn’t the only financial blow The Game has been up against lately, however. Last month, his car was also broken into in Los Angeles. Law enforcement sources told TMZ at the time that he was robbed of roughly $100K in jewelry and designer bags.

Diddy Makes Shocking Admission About Allegedly Unmonitored Jail Calls

Diddy is currently behind bars for charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. Recently, however, he was hit with even more allegations. Prosecutors accused the Bad Boy founder of using other inmates’ phone accounts to make unmonitored calls in a court filing. Allegedly, he evaded federal regulations by doing so. Now, according to an exclusive report by AllHipHop, he’s admitted to this.

In a filing yesterday (November 21), the mogul’s team framed his use of other inmates’ phone accounts as insignificant. They insist this is something many other inmates take part in. “The use of other inmates’ PAC numbers is also a widespread practice at the MDC and not obstruction,” Alexandra A.E. Shapiro, Diddy’s lawyer, wrote. “Inmates routinely share their calling minutes with other inmates, and they are limited to 15 minutes per call and one call per hour. The government has presented no evidence suggesting anything Mr. Combs says using other numbers is any different from what he says while using his individual PAC number.”

Shapiro continued, arguing that the conditions at the MDC could have impacted Diddy’s decision to bend the rules. She alleged that it was a last resort in order to prepare for trial. “If anything, that Mr. Combs needs to resort to sharing minutes demonstrates that the conditions at MDC do not permit an adequate defense preparation. Although this is technically not permitted by BOP policy, the BOP effectively sanctions the practice, and all calls are monitored,” she explained.

Diddy’s trial is currently scheduled for May of 2025. Later today, he’s set to attend a hearing about his fifth attempt to secure bond. He’s already pleaded not guilty to his charges, but if found guilty, could reportedly face up to a life sentence.

Katt Williams Clarifies Shocking Diddy Claims He Made On “Club Shay Shay”

Earlier this week, GQ published an exclusive interview with Katt Williams, which appears in their Men of The Year issue. In the interview, the controversial comedian discussed his viral appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s podcast Club Shay Shay, which has racked up a staggering 83 million views since its January release. At the time, he went after several of his celebrity peers including Steve Harvey, Kevin Hart, Cedric The Entertainer, and more. He even made some shocking claims about Diddy, who is currently behind bars facing disturbing allegations.

“Because P. Diddy be wanting to party, and you got to tell him no!” he alleged, “I did.” Williams told GQ how Diddy “ended up on his list,” and his answer was fairly simple. Yung Bleu Sends Fans Into A Frenzy With Suspicious Message To Rod Wave’s Ex

The mother of Rod Wave’s twins, Dee, recently took to X with a message about a relationship. “Nobody hit it since you hit it,” she wrote alongside a series of emojis. Unfortunately, however, her post quickly got the attention of Yung Bleu. He threw some serious shade in his reply, joking that he wasn’t buying Dee’s claim. “Sike,” he said, adding a laughing emoji.

Of course, this prompted a great deal of speculation among social media users. Many even theorized that Yung Bleu was trying to allege that he himself slept with Dee. “Bleu chill you bouta have rod wave canceling his tour,” one fan in The Neighborhood Talk‘s comments section wrote. “Rod about to write a whole album about this,” another said. According to him, however, his post was completely misinterpreted. He joined in amid the discussion, clarifying that he didn’t even know Dee was the mother of Rod Wave’s children, and that he was not trying to insinuate they slept together.

This is far from the only time fans have speculated about Dee’s love life, however. Earlier this year, footage of her allegedly cheating on Rod Wave surfaced online. He proceeded to share a clip of the two of them arguing over the phone and later teased a breakup song about the situation.
