Eminem Was Apparently Ready To Fight Suge Knight At 50 Cent’s “In Da Club” Music Video Shoot

It common knowledge that at one point Suge Knight was one of the scariest and most intimidating figures in hip hop. However, after the decline of Death Row Records and possible involvement in the deaths of 2Pac and Biggie, Knight’s reputation started to dwindle as well, making him not welcome in many of the circles he had once been in.

According to former G-Unit artist Bang ‘Em Smurf, Eminem was ready to fight Suge Knight while wearing a bulletproof vest at 50 Cent’s “In Da Club” video shoot. Smurf said during an IG live session that he had gotten a call from Sha Money XL saying that Suge was on the set even though did not formally announce that he would be there. He admitted that he was excited to meet Suge at first but due to beef between his crew and Suge’s crew, he was prepared to kill Suge if he needed to.

“Because I already knew if I blew Suge head off, I’m playing like I’m scared for my life, ’cause remember Suge had that image already, so I knew if I killed him I would’ve done like five years. That’s nothing and I would have been playing like I was scared for my life. This Suge Knight.,” Smurf explained. He woud later say “What’s poppin’?” to Suge.

Smurf went on to say how Eminem came out in a bulletproof vest in case he had to fight Suge. He says that neither 50 nor Dre was outside, so Eminem might have readied himself in order to protect 50 or Dre.

came back with the vest. Eminem was outside with them. Dre wasn’t outside. 50 wasn’t outside, but Eminem was outside. I guess they had to protect they breadwinner. Eminem put on his vest and ran back outside with us. Shout out to Eminem,” he said.

You can watch Smurf tell the story below.

Eminem Drops A Previously Unreleased Video For His, Dr. Dre, And 50 Cent’s 2009 Classic ‘Crack A Bottle’

“Crack A Bottle” was a major song for Eminem: The 2009 Dr. Dre and 50 Cent collaboration, the lead single from Relapse, was Eminem’s second career No. 1 single in the US (following “Lose Yourself” in 2002). It also got the three a 2010 Grammy win for Best Rap Performance By A Duo Or Group.

Despite all that, Eminem never actually released a video for the song. However, one was made, and now Eminem has gone into the vault to share it today for the first time ever.

The clip is seemingly free of modern enhancements, as the YouTube upload is presented in 480p quality. The visual starts by focusing on a dirty, apparently homeless person. Then we see another person, seemingly with mental issues writing on a wall and experiencing anguish. There there are characters including a tattoo artist and a bartender. None of the three rappers themselves actually appear in the video.

Especially enthusiastic fans of either Eminem, Dre, or 50 have have actually seen this video before: While it was never officially released before today, the clip appears to have leaked online back in June 2009.

Meanwhile, that era was good to Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade, as she recently discussed on her new podcast.

Earlier this week, it was reported that a bishop and his wife based in Brooklyn, New York were robbed of over $400,000 worth of jewelry during Sunday’s service at the Leaders of Tomorrow International Ministry in Canarsie.

Some sources say that over $1 million worth of jewelry was taken from the pastor and his wife, but nevertheless, the robbers fled from the crime scene in a white Mercedes Benz. Bishop Lamor Whitehead gave an update following the robbery, saying, “We’re pushing. We’re still doing what we need to do. I’m not a person from the suburbs; I’m from Brooklyn, I’m from the city. I understand the streets. This bishop, I’m not scared. I was born without jewelry, jewelry don’t make me.”

Since the video has gone viral, 50 Cent posted the video to his Twitter, tweeting, “Meanwhile back in New York, they robbing the church while it’s in service. WTF.”

50 Cent Reacts To GOP Bill That Makes Fathers Pay Child Support For Unborn Children, “F*ck This”

50 Cent Expendables

After Roe v Wade was overturned last month, there has been a lot of speculation about the future of reproductive rights and the rights of unborn children. The GOP recently introduced a bill that would make fathers pay child support for unborn children.

50 Cent is apparently not a fan of the proposed bill and took to Instagram in typical 50 fashion and shared a few words about it.

“Ok f*ck this I quit,” 50 wrote in his Instagram caption while sharing a screenshot of an article from the Daily Mail.

50 is no stranger to child support so the idea of having to pay backpay for a child who wasn’t even born yet is surely not something he would support. When Fif filed for bankruptcy in 2016, he claimed that he was in good standing with his child support payments, while the mother of his son, Shaniqua Tompkins, requested an increase in payments to the $6,700 he was paying for their son, Marquise, who was 19 at the time.

The GOP proposed bill would let mothers seek child support payments as early as contraception and even retroactive payments if paternity is not established by the time of the child’s birth. The bill has been supported by Republicans in the Senate such as Marco Rubio, Rick Scott, Marsha Blackburn, Cindy Hyde-Smith, Roger Wicker, James Lankford, Jim Inhofe, and Steve Daines.

DJ Premier Claims Dr. Dre Once Blocked Him From Working With 50 Cent: ‘You Still Owe Me That Track’

DJ Premier is undoubtedly a legend in hip-hop who rose to fame as one-half of the rap duo Gang Starr in the early ’90s. Since then, Premier has worked with a plethora of artists that include The Game, J. Cole, Janet Jackson, Jay-Z, Joey Badass, Kanye West, The LOX, Ludacris, Mac Miller, Eminem, Nas, The Notorious B.I.G., and many many more. Another artist that Premier has worked with is 50 Cent, but that 2011 collaboration, “Shut Ur Bloodclot Mouth,” came years after 50’s peak in rap. During a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Premier revealed that Dr. Dre is to blame for the collaboration with 50 taking so long to happen.

“This was when everybody wasn’t really messing with 50 to the fullest because he was having too much drama after doing ‘How To Rob,’ and me and Fif hit it off right away and clicked when I got on the phone with him,” Premier said after explaining plans to drop a solo album with 50 on its lead single. “He said he would do the record, and right when it’s about time to do the record, we get a call that Fif can’t do it.”

Premier continued, “I’m like, ‘Why not?’ and they like he’s about to sign to Eminem and Dr. Dre, and I’m like, ‘Noooo,’ because we already committed to us and I talked to Dre and Dre was like ‘Preem, I love you, but he’s not doing any more recording until he does his debut album.” While Premier and 50 eventually got together for 2011’s “Shut Ur Bloodclot Mouth,” Premier still hasn’t forgotten about that initial denial. “I always tell 50, you still owe me that track,” Premier added.
