Getting In On Kamala Harris’ Viral Vinyl Meme Just Got So Much Easier With A New Image Generator

About one week ago, President Joe Biden announced he would not seek reelection, paving the way for Vice President Kamala Harris to campaign against former President Donald Trump in the upcoming 2024 presidential election. Harris will not be the official Democratic nominee until August’s Democratic National Convention, as explained by the Associated Press.

In the interim, Harris has become an internet icon. The Vice President embraced Brat summer, and even Beyoncé reportedly cleared “Freedom” for Harris’ use throughout her campaign.

Over the weekend, Harris’ trip to Washington, DC’s HR Records for Small Business Week in May 2023 resurfaced online. At the time, Harris stopped on the sidewalk to show that she’d bought vinyls of Charles Mingus’ Let My Children Hear Music, Roy Ayers’ Everybody Loves The Sunshine, and Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong’s Porgy And Bess. Well, people on the internet didn’t want to limit Harris to three vinyls, so someone going by @said_mitch on X (formerly Twitter) created the “Kamala Holding Vinyl” meme generator.

The obvious choice would be to generate the Vice President holding Charli XCX’s Brat, which Mitch did, as seen below:

Mitch’s efforts haven’t gone unnoticed, as countless people submitted their vinyl choices for Harris, and Questlove even posted, “Bless you.”

Lil Pump Slams Kamala Harris As The “Worst VP In American History” In Scathing Rant

Lil Pump went off on Kamala Harris in a rant on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday morning. In doing so, he argued she “isn’t even Black” and recalled her record as the district attorney of San Francisco while endorsing Donald Trump as his pick for president in the upcoming election. The drama comes after Harris took over for Joe Biden in the upcoming presidential race.

“Kamala Harris isn’t even black… she’s Indian,” Pump began before claiming, “She locked up over 1,500 people for weed related crimes and then laughed about it years later. The worst VP in American History. Trump 2024.” In a follow-up post, he captioned a picture of himself rocking a Make America Great Again hat: “If you vote for Kamala you ain’t black. TRUMP 2024.” In more recent years, Harris has become much more lenient on marijuana offenses, even supporting the decriminalization of the drug.

Fans predictably weren’t happy with Pump’s comments. “Most attention you’ve received in 5 years lmfao,” one user joked in response. Another wrote: “…..but you ain’t black either ??????????” One more remarked: “You fell off a long time… one hit wonder. Enjoy those face tats the rest of your life.” Check out Pump’s posts below.

Lil Pump Goes Off On Kamala Harris

Pump isn’t the only rapper who called out the Vice President over the weekend. Swae Lee also made headlines for doing so while spreading some of the same arguments. “I pay over millions in tax dollars every year this man Sent it to A whole nother country !!!!!!!!! Those lil dollars that come off your checks they gave it away !!!!!!! Think about that sh*t,” he wrote. Kodak Black Offers Fan A “Discount” After Claiming To Command $300K Per Show

Kodak Black supposedly charges quite a hefty charge for every performance. As you see by the title, the Pompano Beach, Florida rapper commands at least $300,000. While some people are almost assuredly going discredit that, it makes sense. You can say what you want about his past decisions, but he is an established veteran in the hip-hop world. He’s also been one of the major faces of the genre over the last 10 years due to his hitmaking ability. You have massive tracks from his solo catalog like “ZEZE”, “Tunnel Vision”, and “No Flockin’”. Then, when you take a look at his features, they are arguably even bigger. Gucci Mane’s “Wake Up in the Sky” and A Boogie Wit da Hoodie’s “Drowning” are just a couple, but both total nearly two billion streams combined.

So, yes, there is a lot of validity to Kodak Black demanding such a high price tag for a show. However, the “BROTHER STONE” rapper is deciding to give back to his fans, as well as some of the up-and-coming talents. According to AllHipHop, the 27-year-old hopped on Instagram Live to offer about $50,000 in features to 10 newcomers. He did that before responding to fan’s request to get to pop out to his kid’s birthday.

Kodak Black Is Looking To Give Back

Perhaps due to it being a younger kid, Black was willing to lower his rate to $11,000, which he makes clear is “a great f***ing deal”. I charge $300,000 for a show. So, when I’m telling you s*** like this here, hurry up and jump on it”. While 11 G’s is still a lot of money for a kid’s birthday party, it’s better than full price!

What are your thoughts on Kodak Black asserting that he makes $300,000 per show? Do you think he’s bluffing, why or why not? Have you been enjoying the MC’s resurgence this year? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Kodak Black. Steve Kerr Says He Feels Like an ‘Idiot’ for Not Playing Jayson Tatum in Team USA win

Jayson Tatum Agrees To a 5 Year Max Contract Extension

The Team USA win over Serbia featured plenty of LeBron James and Kevin Durant but none of Jayson Tatum. After the win in the opening game of the tournament, head coach Steve Kerr said he felt like an idiot for not getting Tatum on the court.

“[Jayson Tatum] handled it well. I talked to him today before the game, that it may play out this way just with Kevin coming back,” Kerr said to ESPN. “I felt like an idiot not playing him.”

In a dominant display, LeBron James and Kevin Durant propelled the U.S. Men’s National Team to a 110-84 win over Serbia in their opening group phase game. LeBron, the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, and Durant, USA Basketball’s all-time leading scorer, showcased their exceptional talents in this crucial match.

Serbia initially stunned the USA with a quick 10-2 lead, prompting coach Steve Kerr to call a timeout just 2:41 into the game. The tide turned when Durant, who had missed all five preparation games due to a calf strain, entered the game with 2:33 left in the first quarter. Durant’s presence ignited an 18-3 run for the USA, coinciding with Serbia’s Nikola Jokic heading to the bench.

Durant’s first-half performance was flawless, scoring 21 points on 8-for-8 shooting, including 5-for-5 from beyond the arc. LeBron complemented Durant’s efforts, scoring 12 points on 5-for-5 shooting and adding 5 assists and 3 rebounds. The USA led by nine points at halftime.

Durant finished with 23 points, while LeBron added 21 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists. The USA also saw strong contributions from Jrue Holiday (15 points), Stephen Curry (11 points), and Anthony Edwards (11 points). Despite Jokic’s impressive 20 points, 8 assists, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals, Serbia struggled, particularly during Jokic’s nine minutes on the bench, where 26 points outscored them.

The group phase continues Wednesday, with the USA facing South Sudan at 3 p.m. ET and Serbia taking on Puerto Rico at 11:15 a.m. ET.

Killer Mike Announces New Project ‘Michael & The Mighty Midnight Revival: Songs For Sinners & Saints’

Killer Mike Announces New Project 'Michael & The Mighty Midnight Revival: Songs For Sinners & Saints'

Earlier this month, Killer Mike released “HUMBLE ME,” a new single that addresses his arrest at the Grammys on Feb. 4th. The incident and the growing acclaim for his album MICHAEL fueled a burst of creativity, bringing him back to the studio the following night. Upon the single’s release, Mike assured fans of a new project that would serve as an epilogue to the MICHAEL era and a gesture of gratitude for their unwavering support.

“I had a year to live with MICHAEL,” he states, “and I realized I had more I wanted to do with this sound before moving on.”

The result is Michael & The Mighty Midnight Revival: Songs For Sinners & Saints, a ten-song collection set to release digitally on Friday, August 2nd. Mike describes the project as a “testimonial,” reflecting on his struggles and victories. “After the celebratory atmosphere that followed MICHAEL I was reminded that tribulations never cease, but God is always with me and this is a testimonial of my tumultuous times, my trials, and my continued triumph in spite of doubt, outright hate, and fear. I am here to speak to and with my fellow sinners and Saints.”

The album begins with a track that encapsulates his current state of mind, featuring the line, “Fame and money brought some factors I ain’t factor in.” It also includes a reimagined medley of two standout tracks from MICHAEL, inspired by their evolution during his tour with his gospel group, The Mighty Midnight Revival.

“Not only was I not done with the sound and feel of MICHAEL, I realized I might not be done with some of the songs from it as well. ‘SLUMMER’ & ‘SOMETHING FOR JUNKIES’ happened in the same Universe,” states Mike. “I always looked at both songs as one long play of sorts so this was a chance to try that out. These are songs that deserved another approach and now I’m torn on which version I like better.”
